Jag har undersökt vilka olika uttryckssätt barnen använder sig av när de kommunicerar i olika leksituationer. This study aimed to investigate whether young children between the ages of 1-3 experience stress as a result of larger class sizes and the manner in which to mitigate this stress. I have also investigated whether educators may induce stress in children and generally whether stress amongst adults is transferrable to children. I propose the following questions: How do educators perceive stress in children's groups? How do children react to stress? How to prevent stress in preschool children? This study is based on a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews and participant observations.

The field of business applications encompassing software for production planning or order management is dominated by some big vendors offering large standardized off-the-shelf application systems, e.g. SAP R/3, BAAN IV, or Oracle Applications. Despite all advantages of selling and buying these large integrated application systems, there are two major shortcomings: Usually only large enterprises can afford to buy, install, customize, and maintain these systems, and the complexity which is inherent to these still growing systems makes it harder and harder for vendors to enlarge and maintain them. Furthermore, markets for these large packaged application systems are almost saturated, because most of the large enterprises have covered their demand. On the other side, there are lots of small and medium enterprises (SME), which demand very specialized application systems together with a broad coverage of common business functionality, as the core of the related business tasks stay the same—independent from a company’s size. However, nearly no SME can afford to purchase or even to maintain these large packaged application systems. This leads to two important problems: SMEs demand on business application systems can not be satisfied, and vendors of large standardized off-the-shelf application systems lose an important market. In addition, small and medium vendors of business application systems, which offer highly specialized applications, have to master high barriers to entry the software market, as they have to offer core business functionality as well, in order to sell their specialized products.

Abstract:
In this article, we explore how children and youth participating in a multicultural festival in Norway construct space and place. Such events respond to the call to action for reducing prejudice and stereotypes, and they aim to promote inclusion, participation and community. Nonetheless, researchers have criticized such events for instead promoting categorical understandings of cultural identities; as such, some researchers regard multicultural festivals as counterproductive to the aim of promoting inclusion. However, previous research has directed scarce attention to the participants’ perspective, in particular viewpoints of children and youth. Inspired by perspectives on spatial justice (Soja, 1996, 2010), we interpret young people’s experiences and meaning making while attending a multicultural festival. We collected data through an app, which allowed us to conduct structured interviews with children and youths on site. The findings bring out the significance of space and place when interpreting young people’s participation and meaning making at such events. We conclude the article by reflecting on the potential of perspectives on space and place to nuance an often one-sided criticism of multicultural events.

Commun. 2012, 48, 7844) that the allylic ether 5 could be reduced with high regioselectivity to give 6. José Barluenga and Carlos Valdés of the Universidad de Oviedo effected (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2012, 51, 5950) the direct conversion of a ketone 7 to the azide 8.
