Nowadays UAV-based Remote Sensing gives a new opportunities for conducting scientific research in a much more detail way. Classification is one of the most important procedures in Remote Sensing tasks. This procedure can be applied in solution of numerous ecological and practical tasks, such as: forest classification, determing of soil types, exploring of oil and gas. Classification of incomplete, imprecise and high conflicting data has always been and still remains the one of most important procedures of remote sensing. Abstract A Smarandache multi-space is a union of n different spaces equipped with some different structures for an integer n ≥ 2 which can be used both for discrete or connected spaces, particularly for geometries and spacetimes in theoretical physics. In this paper, applying the Smarandaches notion and combining this with hyperrings in hyperring theory, we introduce the notion of multi-hyperring space and initiate a study of multi-hyperring theory. Some characterizations and properties of multi-hyperring spaces are investigated and obtained. Some open problems are suggested for further study

Abstract:
In this paper, a dual iris authentication using Dezert Smarandache theory is presented. The proposed method consists of three main steps: In the first one, the iris images are segmented in order to extract only half iris disc that contains relevant information and is less affected by noise. For that, a Hough transform is used. The segmented images are normalized by Daugman rubber sheet model. In the second step, the normalized images are analyzed by a bench of two 1D Log-Gabor filters to extract the texture characteristics. The encoding is realized with a phase of quantization developed by J.

The aim of this article is to; present a neutrosophic group according to axioms such as classical group theory and the neutrosophic set, and to study some properties and theorems related to the neutrosophic group. The new concept of the neutrosophic set is a new approach that is suitable for mathematical problems related to philosophical concepts, such as uncertainty and indeterminacy, in which human knowledge and human evaluation are necessary. Neutrosophic algebra is a branch of neutrosophic set theory, and in 2004, Kandasamy and Smarandache introduced basic neutrosophic algebraic structures

There is a lot of ambiguous information in the real world that crisp values can't manage. The fuzzy set theory was proposed by Zadeh. It is an age-old and excellent tool for dealing with uncertain information. As a result, intuitionistic fuzzy set theory was suggested. However, these theories are incapable of dealing with all forms of uncertainty, such as indeterminate and inconsistent data in various decision-making situations. To address this shortfall, Smarandache proposed the neutrosophic set theory by introducing a degree of indeterminacy as an independent component. In this current decad

As earlier research has shown, the use of these theories results in better data fusion results. Mixed projective-affine-hyperbolic (MPAH) planes belong to both the branches of NeutroGeometries and mixed or Smarandache geometries. This kind of plane is a geometric structure containing a finite number of points. Some lines of the MPAH satisfy the axioms of projective planes, other lines satisfy the axioms of affine planes, and others satisfy the axioms of hyperbolic planes. Therefore, each of the axioms of parallelism is partially satisfied. From the concepts of NeutroAlgebra, he showed that if a statement (theorem, lemma, consequence, property, etc.) is totally true in a classical Algebra, it does not mean that it is also totally true in a NeutroAlgebra or an AntiAlgebra. It depends on the operations and axioms (if they are totally true, partially true, totally false, or partially or totally indetermi

NeutroGeometries generalize geometries in the same way that NeutroAlgebras generalize universal and partial algebras. NeutroGeometry is not one kind of classical geometry, but it can be a combination of some of them in the same space. For the first time, this chapter introduces notions of NeutroGeometry for finite geometries. Finite geometries consist of incidence structures where the set of points has finite cardinality. Usually, they are either projective or affine geometries. In this chapter, the author is mainly focused on the definition of the mixed projective-affine geometry (MPA geometr
