Smart wearable gadgets are powerful in diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) prevention. However, elements figuring out their recognition are poorly understood. This systematic evaluation pursuits to observe the literature on affected person and issuer views of clever wearable gadgets in DFU prevention. The methodological pleasant of the research ranged from low to moderate. Two research hired a quantitative have a look at layout and centered at the affected person perspective, whereas three research blanketed a mixed, quantitative/qualitative layout and explored affected person or provider (podiatrist) perspectives. Four research targeted on an insole gadget and one covered a clever sock device. The quantitative research validated that gadgets had been comfortable, properly designed and beneficial in stopping DFU. One combined layout observe suggested that sufferers did now no longer intend to undertake an insole tool in its cutting-edge layout due to malfunctions, a loss of consolation and alert intrusiveness, regardless of the overall notion that the tool became a beneficial device for foot threat monitoring. Two mixed design studies found that performance expectancy was a predictor of a podiatrist’s behavioral intention to recommend an insole device in clinical practice. Disappointing player studies negatively impacted the podiatrists’ purpose to undertake a clever device. The modern proof approximately affected person and issuer views on clever wearable generation is restrained via way of means of scarce methodological best and conflicting results. Abstract Mobile and sensor related technologies are significantly revolutionizing the medical and healthcare sectors. In current healthcare systems, gadgets are the prominent way of acquiring medical services. However, the recent technological advancements in smart and ambient environments are offering users new ways to access the healthcare services without using any explicit gadgets. One of the key challenges in such gadget-free environments is performing secure user authentication with the intelligent surroundings. For example, a secure, efficient and user-friendly authentication mechanism is essential for elderly/disabled people or patients in critical conditions requiring medical services. Hence, modern authentication systems should be sophisticated enough to identify such patients without requiring their physical efforts or placing gadgets on them. This paper proposes an anonymous and privacy-preserving biometrics based authentication scheme for such gadget-free healthcare environment. We performed formal security verification of our proposed scheme using CDVT /AD tool and our results indicate that the proposed scheme is secure for such smart and gadget-free environments. We verify that the proposed scheme can resist against various well-known security attacks. Moreover, the proposed system showed better performance as compared with existing biometrics based remote user authentication schemes.

Abstract:
Gadgets have a big role in children's development, both from the positive and negative sides. It is necessary to pay attention to its use so that its positive impact can be maximized and the negative impacts it causes can be avoided. This requires parents and educators at educational institutions to be able to provide understanding in accessing the internet using these gadgets. One step that educators in PAUD can provide is through a parenting program. Parents must be trained from an early age to be "literate" of the development of digital technology (gadgets and the internet) as well as be smart in using it so that only positive contributions will be made by children. This community service was carried out to provide a touch of understanding of literacy through one of the Parenting Programs at the Rukam Village PAUD Institute, namely KB Nurul Ihsan with the theme "The Influence of Gadgets on Children's Growth and Development".

This article is devoted to the problem of modes of interaction between parents and children in conditions of using digital gadgets. The relevance of the proposed study is that in the last few years, new media technologies are being adapted to specific groups. In recent years, the use of gadgets for parents with children of different ages is spreading. These gadgets monitor the child’s physiological parameters and inform parents about them. Using the methodology of STS, we can say that the introduction of technological artifacts in the daily life of child-parent relations gives rise to the problem of disentanglement - increasing the number of technical intermediaries of interaction. These gadgets, like any other technological device, are a part of the “embodied ideology”. This means that technologies outstrip the development of the users’ interests, their attitudes, motives and practices in a particular way, direct and prescribe actions to their users. To propose an idea for implementing wearable IoT devices using the Raspberry Pi, which is equipped with a sound sensor, camera module, GPS, and GSM. When the sound sensor detects screaming, the SVM (support vector machine) algorithm in machine learning eliminates unnecessary noise and evaluates only the victim screaming. After assessing the victim's scream, the gadget promptly activates the camera module, which takes 30 seconds of footage. GPS will track the geographical coordinates and, using the GSM module, will send an alert message and an emergency call to the nearest police station. When the victim activates the switch in the second scenario, the camera module is immediately activated, and a 30-second clip is captured. The GPS will be active, and GSM will send an alert message with the status. The idea's major goal is to present a smart gadget for a woman that is entirely comfy and portable. Abstract:
The increasing development of gadgets to evaluate stress, wellness, and anxiety has garnered significant attention in recent years. These technological advancements aim to expedite the identification and subsequent treatment of these prevalent conditions. This study endeavors to critically examine the latest smart gadgets and portable techniques utilized for diagnosing depression, stress, and emotional trauma while also exploring the underlying biochemical processes associated with their identification. Integrating various detectors within smartphones and smart bands enables continuous monitoring and recording of user activities. Given their widespread use, smartphones, smartwatches, and smart wristbands have become indispensable in our daily lives, prompting the exploration of their potential in stress detection and prevention. When individuals experience stress, their nervous system responds by releasing stress hormones, which can be easily identified and quantified by smartphones and smart bands. The study in this paper focused on the examination of anxiety and stress and consistently employed “heart rate variability” (HRV) characteristics for diagnostic purposes, with superior outcomes observed when HRV was combined with “electroencephalogram” (EEG) analysis. Recent research indicates that electrodermal activity (EDA) demonstrates remarkable precision in identifying anxiety. Comparisons with HRV, EDA, and breathing rate reveal that the mean heart rate employed by several commercial wearable products is less accurate in identifying anxiety and stress. This comprehensive review article provides an evidence-based evaluation of intelligent gadgets and wearable sensors, highlighting their potential to accurately assess stress, wellness, and anxiety. It also identifies areas for further research and development.
