Abstract:
Structural stormwater management practices (SMPs) are designed and installed with the goal of reducing runoff and improving water quality through a variety of built (e.g., underground chamber and filter systems), nature-based and natural features (e.g., rain gardens, swales). In compliance with Section 402 of the US Clean Water Act (CWA), US Army Garrisons at West Point MS4 operators are required to obtain a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit or a New York State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES). These permits require development of stormwater management plans

Abstract:
SMEs are the backbone of the economy, accounting for more than 99% of all companies in the world, producing more than 50% of global GDP, and generating more than 60% of total employment. Despite their contributions to job creation, innovation, exports, and overall growth, SMEs face challenges that undermine their resilience. In this P-Insights report, Dr. Sadaf Zahoor analyzes the success factors of new-normal SMEs and shares recommendations on how others can evolve into more competitive, profitable enterprises.
