Abstract:

Los desórdenes músculo esqueléticos inciden en las estadísticas de incapacidad laboral a nivel mundial, las empresas buscan evitar que estos desórdenes se presenten y también mitigar su impacto en la salud. Se presenta un programa de prevención de desórdenes músculo-esqueléticos en trabajadores que usan videoterminales en una caja de compensación familiar. Objetivo: Evaluar el riesgo ergonómico y diseñar un programa de prevención de desórdenes músculo-esqueléticos en trabajadores que usan videoterminales en una caja de compensación familiar. Métodos: Aplicación de encuesta sobre variables sociolaborales y evaluación de video terminales según la guía para la verificación ergonómica de puestos de trabajo a 63 trabajadores. Se uso de la metodología Sobane sobre la percepción del riesgo. Resultados: La presencia del tipo de dolor osteomuscular reportada fue: cervicalgia (n= 12), lumbalgia (n= 10), síndrome de túnel carpiano y dolor de manos (n= 8), otros problemas en miembros superiores y parestesias en miembros inferiores. En cuanto a la video terminal hubo mayores problemas ergonómicos con el ordenador y la mesa. La metodología Sobane expuso problemas con el espacio, mobiliario y participación del personal en las actividades. Conclusión: se propusieron acciones de prevención primaria, secundaria y terciaria a la población trabajadora para la prevención de desórdenes musculo-esqueléaticos por el uso de videoterminal, incluyendo aspectos individuales, colectivos y empresariales, además de evaluar las medidas de intervención aplicadas.

Abstract:

This study focuses on how the Arisan Gabah Association works in Sobang Sub-district and the benefits generated by the existence of the Arisan Gabah Association in Sobang District. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The object of the research is farmers Sobang in getting around the needs through Grain Arisan. The results showed that the formation of the Arisan Gabah Association was the result of the independence of Sobang farmers in the economic field. Amid the limitations, Sobang farmers are looking for alternative ways to fulfill their daily needs, one of which is through the establishment of the Arisan Gabah Association. The method of distribution is based on lottery, rotation or savings and loans, and still uses a simple administrative system (management based on family principles). Benefit from an economic perspective as a medium for fulfilling living needs, while from a social perspective as a helping media, interact and take advantage of leisure time. The benefits felt by each member of the Arisan Gabah Association are more positive.

Abstract:

Foram dois mandatos consecutivos da diretoria da Sociedade Brasileira de Atividade Motora Adaptada (Sobama) dos quais fui presidente. Presente como membro da sua fundação institucional em 1994 na USP em São Paulo, ao longo dos anos comecei a perceber a Sobama como uma família pequena, formada por amigos e colegas de uma área ainda emergente. Inspirada nas lideranças anteriores da Sobama, nossa equipe representava uma jovem geração de líderes na área de educação física adaptada no Brasil, ou da “atividade motora adaptada,” terminologia instituída e coincidente com a fundação da sociedade. É importante ressaltar que antes da criação da Sobama, a USP congregava os acadêmicos e profissionais da área no Simpósio Paulista de Educação Física Adaptada que teve sua primeira edição em 1986 e depois a cada dois anos até 1994. Neste relato eu resumi atividades históricas ocorridas durante os dois mandatos sob a minha responsabilidade entre 2004 e 2007.

Abstract:

Summary This article examines the rhetorical style of Augustus' Res Gestae. Ancient sources, including Suetonius (Life of Augustus 86), describe Augustus' style in terms of elegantia and temperantia. These qualities are indeed characteristic of the style of the emperor's private letters (of which some fragments survive) and the Res Gestae. Augustus' style was influenced by his great uncle Julius Caesar and his Greek teacher of rhetoric Apollodorus of Pergamon. There are striking parallels between the ancient descriptions of Augustus' style and the theories of style in Greek rhetorical treatises of Augustan Rome. In adopting a sober style, Augustus aimed at presenting himself with the authority of a moderate man, who was to be admired throughout the empire.

Abstract:

Este manuscrito é uma delimitação de duas gestões na Associação Brasileira de Atividade Motora Adaptada – Sobama, datadas em 2014/2016 e 2016/2018. A ideia central foi relatar sobre as experiências e desafios enfrentados pela diretoria da Sobama, durante estas gestões presidida por Marli Nabeiro e pelo vice-presidente Manoel Osmar Seabra Junior. Estes desafios foram enfrentados, sendo necessária adequação do estatuto, para ficar em conformidade com as atualizações legais. Tais ações permitiram consolidar a Associação, diante de avanços burocráticos, acadêmicos e científicos, para trazer novas evidências à área de atividade motora adaptada no país. Assim, foram organizados e apoiados eventos acadêmicos científicos, os quais reuniram os estudiosos da área de atividade motora adaptada, divulgando e ampliando o conhecimento no meio educacional, social, terapêutico e esportivo. Tais eventos ocorreram aglutinando membros e amigos da Sobama, nacionais e internacionais, que trouxeram suas experiências no trato da formação profissional e do contexto didático e de colaboração multiprofissional. Além disso, efetivaram-se os esforços para recuperação do site e das revistas da Sobama e da Adapta, que foram marcos de socialização de conhecimento e de trabalhos com a comunidade, durante a maior parte dos 25 anos de existência. Com isso, ficaram marcadas as etapas da trajetória da Sobama e da experiência ímpar dos integrantes da diretoria da Associação nestas gestões.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and discuss differences and relations between environmental awareness and purchase intention on environmentally green cosmetic for members and non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community. The design used in this study was Pre Experimental Design. In this design, there are two groups of respondents. The First is member of sobat bumi indonesia community who received tratment of environmental awareness. The second is non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community who didn’t received said treatments. The samples taken were 100 people using the Quota sampling. This study used two kinds of questionnaires. The first is online questionnaire which were conducted by distributing questionaries to the LINE group of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community members. The second is direct questionnaire for non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia. The scale used for environmental awareness variable was Guttman scale, while the rating scale was used to get a clear answer to purchase intentions variable. The instrument used was a questionnaire and were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Research shows that there are differences in environmental awareness and purchase intention among members and non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community. The rank used in correlation analysis was Spearman rank. The correlation results show a low correlation to the members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community and no correlation at all to non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community.

Abstract:

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur gending Ladrang Sobrang dan cara pengrawit dalam menentukan garap untuk memainkannya. Sobrang adalah salah satu nama gending yang terdapat pada karawitan gaya Surakarta. Gending ini dikelompokkan pada gending alit, berbentuk ladrang, berlaras slendro, dan berpatet nem. Gending ini tergolong jenis ladrang ageng, karena terdiri dari empat cengkok atau empat gong-an. Dari keempat cengkok ini tidak ada satupun yang diikuti vokal. Hal ini dapat dipahami bahwa gending ini mengutamakan permainan instrumen ricikan. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan pada penyajian gending ini dan wawancara dengan para ahli karawitan. Setelah dilakukan analisis pada kekuatan nada dan analisis garap, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ladrang Sobrang tergolong gending yang rumit dan sulit karena terdiri dari dua patet yaitu patet sanga dan manyura, mempunyai permainan kendang khusus atau pamijen, dan mempunyai pola tabuhan kenong goyang.

This article analyzes the collection of scientifically valuable artifacts. The article describes the collection of handwritten and lithographic books in the Museum’s collections for many years. Some accepted books are also described. In different years, valuable artefacts were purchased from the Bukhara Museum. Scientific staff of the Museum also added to the collection of manuscripts. The manuscript collections contain not only books, but also Newspapers and calligraphy samples. Brief information about the scientific center «For the study of Oriental Arabic manuscripts» at the Bukhara Museum-reserve, which stores handwritten books and documents of a more significant nature.

Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang disebar secara acak kepada pelanggan Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien kualitas pelayanan adalah 0,273 dan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,612. Simpulan, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, variabel kepuasan pelanggan bersifat paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Kata Kunci: Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract:

In dry cow therapy (DCT), antibiotics are usually injected direct into the mammary gland after the last milking of the lactation. Most products are designed to eliminate existing intramammary infections (IMI) caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae and to prevent the establishment of new IMI caused by major pathogens during the early non-lactating period (Nickerson et al. 1999). Systemic therapy has been attempted as a way of improving the cure rates of intramammary treatments of clinical and subclinical mastitis during lactation (Ziv, 1980a; Calvinho et al. 1988; Owens et al. 1988). For systemic therapy to be useful, effective passage of the drug from blood to the foci of infection must be achieved. Maintaining an effective antibacterial concentration in the udder depends on the physicochemical properties of the drug, the dose, the bioavailability of the injected formulation, and the sensitivity of the pathogen (Ziv et al. 1980a, b). The theoretical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic basis for systemic DCT has been reported (Soback, 1988). When used in an attempt to improve cure rates of IMI, subcutaneous injection of tilmicosin at drying-off was ineffective against Staph. aureus IMI (Nickerson et al. 1999) and intramuscular (i.m.) oxytetracycline, in combination with intramammary cephapirin dry-cow treatment did not improve the cure rate for Staph. aureus mastitis (Soback et al. 1990a; Erskine et al. 1994). Nevertheless, i.m. tylosin treatment 2 weeks before the expected day of calving decreased IMI after calving (Zecconi et al. 1999) and subcutaneous norfloxacin nicotinate applied at the cessation of milking proved useful in controlling Staph. aureus infections (Soback et al. 1990a). Moreover, the incidence of this pathogen after systemic DCT may be significantly lower compared with untreated control groups (Soback et al. 1990a, b).

ABSTRAK Optimalisasi Manajemen Kenyamanan Wisata di rumah makan Saung Sobat merupakan hasil penelitian bidang manajemen pariwisata dalam paparan kualitatif deskriptif. Manajemen Kenyamanan Wisata adalah salahsatu hal yang utama dalam pelayanan pariwisata. Rumah makan Saung Sobat berusaha melakukan optimalisasi manajemen kenyamanan wisata dalam pelayannannya yang sudah berjalan selama beberapa tahun. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan penyajian pelayanan dengan optimalisasi manajemen kenyamanan wisata bahkan keamanan bagi para pengunjung yang direalisasikan dalam berbagai hal seperti letak restauran yang strategis, tata letak area parkir, ruang makan indoor dan outdoor yang berupa saung-saung yang terletak diatas kolam dan dekat dengan area parkir yang membuat para tamu merasakan kenyamanan dan juga disajikan sisi lain yaitu live music sebagi hiburan dan penambah kenyamanan berada didalam rumah makan beserta keramahan khas daerah Prahyangan. Itulah wujud dari implementasi optimalisasi manajemen kenyamanan wisata dalam pelayanan sebuah restauran, Rumah Makan Saung Sobat, Garut. Abstract:

The philosophy of middle level education is to intentionally create a learning environment that supports every young adolescent. The literature around engagement points to the need for students to experience (among other requirements) a sense of belonging at school (SOBAS). When the need for belonging is not achieved there may be significant consequences, including an impact on intellectual performance, and hence, learning potential may not be achieved. For students with marginalized identities, an intensification of factors that create challenges places them at-risk of disengaging and their sense of belonging at school is more likely to be compromised. Nurturing SOBAS is positively associated with the retention of students who are at-risk of dropping out of, thereby being an aspirational goal of education. Methods: The findings of a systematic literature review related to young adolescents and the importance of SOBAS forms a focused literature base. We highlight findings from a study that explored the effectiveness of engagement strategies for marginalized students in one educational jurisdiction in Australia. Data in the form of a series of interviews and focus groups conducted with 25 students, 25 of their teachers, and 39 school leaders provides a rich data set for thematic content analysis. Inductive analysis and in vivo coding led to a framework that summarized each of the sub-group data sets to convey emergent themes. Results: Five themes related to SOBAS emerged from the data: (a) Relationships in School; (b) School Climate; (c) Pedagogical Practices; (d) Specific Programs and Activities; and (e) Other Issues, mainly variables such as family, mental health, trauma and poverty that impacted on a student’s SOBAS. Conclusion: The systematic literature review and the findings of the empirical study presented in this paper highlight aspects of SOBAS that can be formalized into a series of strategies to increase retention of marginalized students.
