The dependence of the frequency of induced abortion on various factors and their complexes has been studied. The influence of individual socio-hygienic, biological, economic and production factors on the frequency of abortions has been shown; however, the question of the role of each factor complex in this connection has not yet been elucidated.

Recent proposals in the New Romanian Penal Code and proposals to amend the US Constitution on the abortion controversy have been of real public interest. The legislature sought to identify the distinct areas of debate involved in the issue and to discuss the central issue raised by many of the proposals on the rights of the unborn. Lately, we have enough scientific medical evidence from a human rights perspective regarding safe abortions. However, there are enough abortions and deaths. Those who oppose FTT claim that there is complicity with the abortion act and liken the use of fetal tissue from abortions to the use of data from the Nazi experiments. This research examines men’s talk around abortion using critical discourse analysis. Current literature indicates a dearth of studies addressing the topic of men and abortion in various domains. An understanding of men’s relationship to abortion, however, is crucial to understanding abortion as a social phenomenon.
