The target of this diploma thesis is to examine the effects of the factors affecting the price of residential property in district Hodonín. Price changes was analysed under the decree given conditions and depending on the change of individual factors. Average prices are calculated from the compiled database of apartments and houses in the district Hodonin. Comparing factors are selected from the valuation methods and from the parameters affecting to the real estate market. Necessary information regarding the selected factors were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office. Final comparison results are graphically illustrated on dependence of individual factors on housing prices. Each factor is evaluated with the assesment to the price and whether this factor is important affected The work could also be used to assess differences in property prices for housing in locations Hodonín district and generally help to clarify the effects on property prices.

Each sector of human activity is linked to the prices, which generally affect the decisions of the man. Price as such can be determinative factor. The first part of this work is aimed at a general interpretation of the market mechanism, specification of a particular type of market, which is a real estate market and the definition of the factors that affect prices of real estate. In the next section there is described researched locality, which is the Nachod district in Kralovehradecky region, and methodology for assessing the impact of social and environmental factors on the prices of real estate for housing. The default for this property is a real estate database that provides information on prices, characteristics of the Czech Statistical Office, and other documents that serve as information on assessed factors. On the basis of these data there are examined interdependencies between them and the conclusion of this analysis provides an overview of knowledge. There is also assessed the building-up at this location and developing trends in the region.

The target of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the data in the district of Břeclav, Brno, Blansko and Hodonín that affect supply and demand in the property market. There are especially indicators describing the natural conditions, job market, purchasing power of the population, the environment, transport infrastructure, etc. The next aim of my thesis is subsequently evaluated these indicators considering for selected types of real estate market and comparing the data above mentioned districts. This thesis is dealing with data resources, including data collection, classification, segmentation and its following evaluation. Necessary information regarding the selected factors were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office.

Diploma thesis Enterprise Social Networks - Critical Success Factors is, as its name sug-gests, deals with the area of Enterprise Social Networks, especially implementing into the businesses informatics. Since this is a relatively new technology, terminology, nor the prin-ciples aren't stabilize. That's why I choose target of this thesis to determine what critical factors leading to the success of the implementation Enterprise Social networks into the businesses informatics. These factors I gathered from available literature and published articles by foreign authors, and therefore it was necessary to verify the validity of these factors in the Czech market. The second target of this thesis was the categorization of Crit-ical Success Factors of implementing an Enterprise Social Networks by the Methodology for Adoption and Adaptation of Social Networks. To meet the first target I have to search available works on this topic. Gained Critical Suc-cess Factors I have, by using fusion through cluster analysis, merged into a unique clusters of Critical Success Factors. For them I have found out their relevance in Czech market us-ing questionnaire or interview. To meet the second target, I used the categorization of Enterprise Social Networks, which is described in the Methodology for Adoption and Adaptation of Social Networks. Indi-vidual clusters of Critical Success Factors I have assigned into specific categories using the paired comparisons. The result of this thesis is a collection of 20 unique Critical Success Factors that are accord-ing to the survey identified as relevant in terms of their impact on the success of implemen-tation Enterprise Social Networks into the business informatics. At the same time has been extended Methodology for Adoption and Adaptation of Social Networks by the point of Critical Success Factors view. Chapters 2, 3 and Chapter 4 have interpretative character. Their goals are to identify all the important concepts that appear in this thesis and classify them into context. The second part of Chapter 4 is devoted to research of Critical Success Factors of implementing Enter-prise Social Networks into the business informatics and merging them into unique clusters. Chapter 5 is devoted to verify the relevance of these clusters in the Czech market, and Chapter 6 provides categorization of verified clusters based on Methodology for Adoption and Adaptation of Social Networks.

Those data are interpreted from the following type of real estates – residential houses, flats 1+1 – 3+1 from real estates servers’ database. The construction of new residential houses and flats and the development of the district are also shortly mentioned.

The aim of the doctoral thesis is to design and verify a model measuring complex corporate performance integrating environmental, social, economic and Corporate Governance performance in a selected sector of CZ – NACE. The model was constructed in six steps. A basic set of key performance indicators was designed by a synthesis of findings from preliminary research and analysis of approaches of international institutions that deal with the issue of corporate sustainability. Through a questionnaire survey a relevance of a proposed basic set of key performance indicators was verified. Key performance indicators were verified on a group of companies which have more than 250 employees and belong to a CZ – NACE 27.1 Manufacture of electric motors, generators, transformers and electricity distribution and control apparatus. Subsequently, a reduction of a number of key performance indicators was done by statistical methods so that the explanatory power of the model has been retained as much as possible. In order to model reflect a reality, weights that express an influence of key performance indicators on corporate performance and sustainability were assigned to key performance indicators. Through a literature research a benchmarks for a reduced set of key performance indicators were determined in order to quantify a performance gap. Key performance indicators were aggregated into a single aggregate indicator measuring complex corporate performance by an additive method.

The thesis titled theme "Factors regional development Říčansko"
It is aimed at demographically growing community Sulice. This small village in the Central Region belongs to its location in the administrative district of Ricany. On the base of the higher territorial unit of the village is connected with the Prague metropolitan region, so we canin her talk as outer commuter zone. Work is in terms of content divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapters of the thesis deals with the analysis of literature. Describes technical terms that relate to this topic. Explains such terms. Region, regional development, village, regionalization, demographics, urbanization, suburbanization, zoning and public administration. Subsequently, the practical part analyzes the municipality Sulice, focusing on the history, the present and the overall development of infrastructure, in order to identify the main development potentials. Attention is paid mainly to widespread suburbanization, which is associated with the growth of population in the village. For this reason, the author hinder handle the additional survey to better evaluate the possible social problems, and vice versa benefits of cohabitation residents and newcomers. A separate chapter assess basic development indicators, which most affect the economic and social development of the community Sulice. Finally, work is based on the findings SWOT analysis, which clearly illustrates the factors that could Sulice community should give more support, but also identifies areas that should be planned future development of the municipality mitigated.

This thesis focuses on the factors that have influence on tax burden of self-employed in the Czech Republic. Selected factors are: the way of recording income and expenditure, possibilities of achieving business income individually, in cooperation or through participation in unincorporated association and the amount of profit. The main goal of the thesis is to find the combination of the way of recording income and expenditure and the way of achieving business income that results into the lowest tax burden. The analysis of the tax burden is based on six representative self-employed. This sample of self-employed was created upon real data collected in past 5 years. Tax burden was measured by two indicators -- the ratio of contributions to the tax base and the ratio of contributions to the gross profit.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to research a development of expenditures on state employment policy and factors of influence. Further it deals with the influence on these expenditures in the Czech Republic and Central Bohemian Region. These questions were answered with using of causal analysis, descriptive statistics, regression and correlation analysis and parametric tests. In the research there was found that the different factors influence the different groups of expenditures in vary ways. Strong dependence were found and relationships with almost no dependence too. An importance of these findings is useable in economic policy, its optimization and possibility of predictions of future development using the found dependences.

The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the development of the region of National park Czech Switzerland on the basis of the development of social, economic and environmental dimension. The debate about sustainable development which has been held world-wide for many years is connected to discussion of the instruments which would be able to evaluate implementation of sustainability concept. Many indicators were already evolved on world-wide, national and local level. Mainly local indicators will be discussed and a set of indicators suitable for small municipalities will be applied. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to definition, history, principles and other implications of sustainable development. Next chapter is addressed on the indicators of development. Theoretical base of development of indicators is amended with a summary of existing indicators, especially on the local level in the thesis. The region of the National park Czech Switzerland is introduced in the practical part of the thesis. Nine municipalities whose cadastral territory is partially located on the territory of national park belong to the region. For the evaluation of their development a set of indicators was chosen on the basis of predefined criteria.

This diploma thesis deals with a new trend in the corporate sector -- social networks. These in fact have become a phenomenon due to its growing popularity in recent years. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the social networks in a broader context -- especially the analysis of milestones of social networks. Further comparison of selected social networks from the perspective of business alias what options the company offers a social network for your presentation with access to user data (Social CRM). The third part of the aim of this work is to analyze the critical factors in the integration of social networks into the enterprise information system. The work can be divided into the descriptive (Chapters 2-4) and the practical (Chapters 5-6) part. The first part presents the social networks, the concept of Social CRM and basic characteristics of systems integration. The practical part is focused on all those aims. Author of the work receives information primarily from the electronic information resources that are available at University of Economic in Prague and also from various sources that are on the principle of Web 2.0 (Czech and foreign). Finally, the author also receives information from social networks (social networks options). The work serves as a summary and mapping of existing communication channels on the Internet (e-mail, IRC, selected social networks) and summarizes the critical factors in the integration of social networks into the enterprise information system according to the individual project phases.

This thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility of three organizations which are Penny Market, Kaufland and Lidl (Czech republic). The theoretical part deals with historical development of the concept, defining the term of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) including three pillars and its characteristics. It also deals with stakeholders, arguments for acceptance and against acceptance, benefits, describes implementation of the concept and evaluation of social responsibility. In own part of the thesis are analyzed the concepts of three organizations and then concepts are compared and evaluated. Further continues questionnaire survey and the final part of thesis is synthesis of all knowledges from comparison and the results of the questionnaire. From synthesis are proposed recommendations to improve the concept of the selected company Lidl. Based on the findings Lidl has one of the lowest number of diverse activities.

The level of crime has to be regulated in order to prevent the crime to cause major damage to society. Therefore it is profitable to address criminal recidivism as well. Recidivism is caused by a complicated process of reintegration of people with criminal records back to society. The main goal of this thesis was to find the main factors affecting reintegration process of people after incarceration. The thesis is trying to reach the results by quantitative research, specifically examining the frequencies and dependence of categorical variables. The main factors which influence the reintegration process of people with criminal past are unemployment and indebtedness. These elements are affected by certain demographic factors. These factors also influence the type of criminal activity and the probability of criminal recidivism.

The author has proposed some measures to remedy the situation in the workplace as well to increase the factor of job satisfaction, motivation and social climate in the workplace.

This doctoral thesis focuses on the evaluation both economic and social performance factors in the management of business enterprises. The aim is to introduce a model that is based on the Balanced Scorecard principle. The main focus here is on the economic and social area directly stemming from the theoretical basis of the Corporate Social Responsibility. As a result of this thesis is to introduce not only the compilation of the model for performance evaluation of business enterprises but also the methodology of its implementation as well as creation of a strategic map. In order to do so, it is to define key performance indicators that are linked to the evaluation of the strategic aims in the individual perspectives. Thus, the identification of the economic and social factors is the key prerequisite which has an impact on performance in the area of Information and communication activities in the Czech Republic.

Expenditures on water are the significant part of aggregate household spending and their height depends on a design of tariff for public water supply and sewage services among others. This diploma work describes different water pricing structures used in foreign and shows how each structure can be used to achieve objectives -- efficiency, sustainability and equity. The Czech system of price making is referred to as efficient but unfair because it doesn't take in consideration households with low incomes. Because of the continual rise in prices affected by fulfilment standard of the European Union are expected future problems with social acceptability of water prices. The goal of the work is to find possible modification of regulation which might solve this problem.

The diploma thesis titled Barriers of Development in Ethiopia: Structural Conditions and Strategies for Adaptation is focused on analysis of environmental risk factors and their impact on economic development of Ethiopia. It further evaluates the effectiveness of concrete adaptation measures on both official policy level and community level. The thesis departs from refined version of Jared Diamond's five point framework for analysis of collapse of complex societies. Contemporary scholarly discourse of rapid population growth, deforestation & land degradation and climate variability is formalized into causal schemes and supported by current statistical data. The thesis concludes that adopted measures have had only limited effect on elimination of the respective risk factors. Thus, Ethiopia remains a long-term recipient of foreign humanitarian assistance, without which it would fall into state of economic collapse. To overcome this situation Ethiopia needs to transform its subsistence agricultural production system.

Creating the concept of buildings is the primary task of architects, designers in the field of architecture and engineering. Although the basic requirements remain the same across time , possibilities of their solution are constantly evolving and changing. In addition, with the increasing globalization, in context of the housing and the architecture is expected new requirements go beyond the horizons of the interests of bouth investor and designer. Global view of each project and the evaluation of its traces left in our environment and society, although is much discussed but rarely taken into account or even just considered. In this context, we are witnessing the development of new trends of the concepts of buildings, consisting in the use of natural materials, in reducing the environmental burden of a surroundings, in reducing energy demands, or even in an effort to achieve energy independence thus trends, whose common denominator is sustainable construction, hence sustainable development in general. Feasibility of the creation of the concept of energy self-sufficient building doesn´t consist only in the precise solution of the assigned task from the perspective of the designer or investor, but also in finding such a solution which, even with using new trends and principles, will not go against the initial idea itself. The present instrument processed and presented in this dissertation has the ambition to move global view of the project into the perspective of a particular individual design process and in small way contribute to the creation of better projects from the perspective of sustainable development The term of energy self-sufficient buildings are not clearly defined. To work with them it was necessary to determine their basic definition that describes their diverse conceptual variations and allows precisely define the solution area. To correctly select the optimal solution in terms of sustainable development is necessary the assessment and mutual comparison since the beginning. As a basic tool for this assessment was used and partially modified SBTool, which is built on three basic pillars of sustainable development - SOCIAL - ENVIRONMENTAL - ECONOMIC. SBTool tries to determine the degree of left traces of the approach from the perspectives of these three aspects and evaluate the effectiveness of the selected solution. This tool allow to compare the different concepts for the same project among themselves, their parts but also various projects among each other. All of course with regard to the development of various aspects in the time.

The main source of the human body odour is an axillary region. Human body odour is individually specific and results from genetic and environmental factors. Human body odour is an important sexual attractant for potential partners. It is influenced by environmental factors, such as an emotional state and health. Important environmental factors influencing human body odour are also eating habits. However, we know very little about how particular dietary components shape our body odour. Only the effect of red meat and garlic consumption have been tested. Here we tested the effect of caffeine (from usual source and guarana) and beta- carotene. In our three experiments we used a balanced within-subject experimental design. Volunteers donated twice their body odour: once after ingestion of the tested substance, second time in the control situation. Samples were then assessed for their attractiveness and intensity by group of women. Results showed that caffeine consumption may influence negatively attractiveness and intensity of human body odour. Guarana and beta-carotene did not show any significant results. The particular areas of interest chosen to be evaluated are Telč golf course, golf course Slav-kov u Brna, ski resort Harusák, and ski resort Nový Jimramov. I have chosen these ski areas in the Protected Landscape Area of Žďárské vrchy. In these particular areas I analysed the basic characteristics of the environmental conditions and then concentrated on factors affecting their surroundings and their living environment. Golf and ski resorts have one essential factor affecting the environment in common and that is the consumption of water during operation. I have considered this to be the most significant factor present in both kinds of the sports areas and therefore compared each area with one another to observe the water consumption variable.

Current models state that insect peripheral oscillators are directly responsive to light, while mammalian peripheral clock genes are coordinated by a master clock in the brain via intermediate factors, possibly hormonal. We show that the expression levels of two circadian clock genes, period (per) and Par Domain Protein 1 (Pdp1) in the peripheral tisue of an insect model species are inversely affected by contrasting photoperiods. The effect of photoperiod on per and Pdp1 mRNA levels was found to be mediated by the juvenile hormone. Our results provide the first experimental evidence for hormonal regulation of circadian clock gene expression in insects.

In the theoretical part the most important concepts linked to social education have been discussed with respect to research question. The vital factors I focus on are school culture, which may consists of the right environment, norms and values or forms of communication and cooperation with the partners of the school, who I consider to be mainly the parents. Further on, I focus on the practices which the school sets to establish relations with the NGOs which provide assistance in order to support social inclusion at schools. With respect to the objectives of this thesis qualitative strategy has been selected. The research pattern was formed from three types of actors who have been somehow connected to school. The data collection was carried out via in-depth interviews with the actors chosen based on the snowball method. Each group has been then analysed separately with the aim to create the most important categories. The aim of this work was to find out and compare the economic, social and environmental context of horse breeding in the breeding holdings and on agricultural farms in the Český Krumlov region. Both organic and conventional farms have been compared, no matter if horse breeding was their main activity, or just a complementary or a hobby activity. The main criterion of the comparison was the way of housing the horses, distinguishing between three main types of horse breeding: 1. Box individual, or indoor group stabling 2. All-year stay in the pasture, so-called 24/7 system 3. Stay in a box for a part of a 24-hour cycle and stay in the enclosure or pasture for the rest of the cycle. Results were obtained through publicly available sources and a questionnaire survey that involved 12 horse breeders. The conclusion of the thesis is that the basic management (types or strategies) of horse breeding differ: a) in economic aspects the most advantageous management type was the all-year continuous stay of horses in the pastures, b) in social aspects the best type of management from the social relation point of view, was the individual boxing, or group stabling (so-called free stables) with some portion of everyday outside stay of the horses, c) in environmental aspects - the all-year outside stay of the horses was considered to burden the environment the least, its impacts are rather positive in cultural and close to nature landscapes.

The diploma thesis focused on the analysis of selected factors affecting the length of gestation period of cows. The observation was performed on 6 836 individuals. Results showed that duration of pregnancy was influenced by parity, sex of born calves and interaction between month of conception and parity. Duration of pregnancy was also influenced by month and year of born calves and sex of singletons and twins. Likewise, the duration of pregnancy was influenced by interaction between the month of conception of cows and the sex of singletons, alive and stillborn calves and parity. In conclusion, the results suggest that the duration of gravidity is affected by many factors which have not been fully clarified yet.

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to examine the issue of psycho-social contexts of eating habits and their experience in athletes. The theoretical part summarizes the findings to date on the issue of nutrition and eating disorders in athletes and possible preventive measures. The empirical part presents qualitative research on a sample of six Czech and Slovak athletes. The research is carried out through a semi-structured in-depth interview and three diagnostic questionnaires. The information obtained is processed into individual case studies and an overall summary. Due to the size of the research population and the nature of the study, it is not possible to generalize the results to the entire population of athletes. In a specific research cohort, all respondents had a negative comment related to body weight or physical appearance as a risk factor leading to nutritional problems. The main protective factor for all respondents was social support and support from their relatives. The outputs provide many recommendations for athletes, coaches and other specialists who work with athletes. Presented thesis deals with the eighth-grade elementary school pupils' view on social factors significantly affecting their learning motivation. The paper is of theoreticaly-empirical character. The base for the theoretical part is consisted of definitions of the main concepts, such as motivation and learning, social factors, environment, adolescence and demarcation of the major social factors influencing learning motivation. The main goal of the empirical part is to find out, to what extent social factors (parents, teachers, peers) are influential to learning motivation of the eight-graders. There is also a qualitative research presented. The data were collected via semi-structured interviews and analysed using ground theory principles. In total, ten interviews with the eighth-grade pupils were conducted. The main finding of the research is, that informants are mostly motivated by their parents. The teachers most commonly affect the motivation in negative manner. Peer group is the factor, which can be both motivating (by mutual learning help between pupils) and demotivating (by distracting from learning proces). In the diploma thesis, with the help of the analysis, the domestic system of substitute family care was comprehensively described with a focus on foster care. This system was subsequently compared with foreign systems. The work also deals with the identification of the main motivational factors that are essential for the performance of foster care. To find out important information about the motivational factors of foster care, the method of a questionnaire survey was used, which was conducted with foster parents and also with persons without experience with foster care. The questionnaire survey with foster parents showed that the main motivating factor for foster parents is selfless help for children in institutional care. The questionnaire survey with people without experience with foster care showed that their motivation for foster care would be stimulated by helping children in institutional care and efforts to provide family facilities for such children. Despite decreasing cardiovascular disease mortality rates, these diseases are still the most common cause of death in a number of economically advanced countries, including the Czech Republic. This thesis deals with prevalence of myocardial infarction (the most common forms of ischemic heart disease) and selected risk factors of this disease, using the database of the international project SHARE (The Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe). The first part describes the development of mortality on circulatory system diseases and the risk factors of myocardial infarction are discussed in the context of the literature. The empirical part of this work analyzes the infarction prevalence and the relationship between infarction prevalence and risk factors in SHARE respondents, both in the group of respondents from European countries and in the subset of respondents from the Czech Republic, using the binary logistic regression method. The analysis showed, among other things, that the main risk factor for myocardial infarction of SHARE respondents was low physical activity among respondents in European countries, so did male respondents in the Czech Republic. The first chapter is introductory and defines basic concepts such as migration, environmental migration, refugee. The second chapter deals with environmental migration. Environmental migration is nothing new. Natural and human-induced disasters have been the cause of migration in the past and are likely to be the cause of migration. This thesis is dedicated to an analysis of factors influencing the amount of paid sickness benefits in the Czech Republic. In the literature review, potential factors influencing the above mentioned dependent variable are outlined based on scientific articles and publications. Using a regression analysis, all these explanatory variables are verified and factors really influencing the amount of paid sickness benefits in the Czech Republic are identified. These variables are quantified using a method of least squares. In the practical part of the thesis, time series of Expenditures on sickness insurance benefits and Income from insurance and associated payments for the sickness insurance are examined by a qualitative decomposition method. For both these time series, predictions for four upcoming quarters (whole 2017) are created. Based on an analysis of these two time series, a balance of income and expenditures is created and recommendations for the Ministry of Social Affairs are defined. From the results gathered in the practical part, consequences are drawn in the discussion. These serve as a basis for solutions and measures for employers to save labor costs and to achieve an efficient human resource management. All analyses in this thesis are conducted from quarterly data from 2004 till 2016.

The aim of this study is to identify factors influencing senior decisions to use activation programs. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts of age and aging studies, social services for the elderly, the system context and current trends in care for the elderly, the importance of activation of seniors, motivation, specific forms of activation programs and their creation process. The empirical part analyzes of the data obtained using qualitative research. The results of this study showed that the seniors want to do more themselves, feel good, keep fit, to enhance their knowledge and skills, to experience the feeling of being useful and understanding, the need of joy and, not least, be among people, interact with them and learn about them. The results thus confirmed the importance of activation programs for seniors that promote both physical and mental health.
