Abstract:
Why some people become terrorists whilst others do not. It is easy enough to show how radical ideas are internalised by terrorists. But this does not explain why some people exposed to radical ideas are not radicalised. In fact, the majority of people exposed to radical ideas are not radicalised. Violent extremism and radicalization are complex multifaceted phenomenon that need an integrated approach in its programming. Most counterterrorism efforts have focused on short-term security and law enforcement measures (the hard approaches).

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to describe, from the perspective of political science and sociology, an alternative approach to security connected with soft power in the context of the endeavour to ensure security to every human being. The authors propose to consider security-related alternatives of the second half of the 21st century as a combination of soft power and hard power – that is, smart power – applied in the area of social and political relations. Conducting politics in the spirit of soft power seems particularly justified and substantial in the face of the contemporary immigration and refugee crisis. Modern states, especially European states and the US, are security subjects that both defend security and seek it using soft power with potential support – when necessary – on the part of hard power. The authors discuss this phenomenon on the example of the US. The article shows, in a manner substantive for security sciences, the relations between knowledge and power, because it is them that determine contemporary societies. An approach to security in the spirit of soft power is becoming a significant factor shaping security culture.

Abstract:
We study the fuzzy soft proximity spaces in Katsaras’s sense. First, we show how a fuzzy soft topology is derived from a fuzzy soft proximity. Also, we define the notion of fuzzy softδ-neighborhood in the fuzzy soft proximity space which offers an alternative approach to the study of fuzzy soft proximity spaces. Later, we obtain the initial fuzzy soft proximity determined by a family of fuzzy soft proximities. Finally, we investigate relationship between fuzzy soft proximities and proximities.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of soft fuzzy proximity. Firstly, we give the definitions of soft fuzzy proximity and Katsaras soft fuzzy proximity, and also we investigate the relations between the soft fuzzy proximity and slightly modified version of Katsaras soft fuzzy proximity. Secondly, we induce a soft fuzzy topology from a given soft fuzzy proximity by using soft fuzzy closure operator. Then, we obtain the initial soft fuzzy proximity from a given family of soft fuzzy proximities. So, we describe products in the category of soft fuzzy proximities. Finally, we show that a family of all soft fuzzy proximities on a given set constitutes a complete lattice.

Abstract:
Molodtsov’s theory of soft sets is free from the parameterizations insufficiency of fuzzy set theory. Type-2 soft set as an extension of a soft set has an essential mathematical structure to deal with parametrizations and their primary relationship. Fuzzy type-2 soft models play a key role to study the partial membership and uncertainty of objects along with underlying and primary set of parameters. In this research article, we introduce the concept of fuzzy type-2 soft set by integrating fuzzy set theory and type-2 soft set theory. We also introduce the notions of fuzzy type-2 soft graphs, regular fuzzy type-2 soft graphs, irregular fuzzy type-2 soft graphs, fuzzy type-2 soft trees, and fuzzy type-2 soft cycles. We construct some operations such as union, intersection, AND, and OR on fuzzy type-2 soft graphs and discuss these concepts with numerical examples. The fuzzy type-2 soft graph is an efficient model for dealing with uncertainty occurring in vertex-neighbors structure and is applicable in computational analysis, applied intelligence, and decision-making problems. We study the importance of fuzzy type-2 soft graphs in chemical digestion and national engineering services.

Abstract:
Molodtsov introduced a theory of soft sets which can be seen as an effective tool to deal with uncertainties in [16] and then, the development of the theory gradually increased. In this paper we define the notion of soft semi-topological groups based on the notion of soft element which is defined by Wardovski in [28]. Also some theoretical results are given. Thus soft topological group theory become open to improvement with these new definitions and results.
