Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji model penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan dan kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh keamanan bertransaksi terhadap minat beli konsumen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 152 orang konsumen Shopee. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah model struktural diolah software SMART-PLS 3.0. Penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan konsumen tidak memediasi keamanan bertransaksi terhadap minat beli sedangkan kepercayaan konsumen memediasi. Kemanan bertransaksi mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dan berdampak pada meningkatnya kepercayaan yang akhirnya mendorong minat beli konsumen.The purpose of the study to test the research model that states that satisfaction and trust mediate the influence of security transactions intercepted consumer buying interests. This research method uses quantitative approach, with a research sample of 152 Shopee consumers. The research analysis used is a structural model processed smart-pls 3.0 software. The results showed that consumer satisfaction does not mediate the security of transacting against buying interests while consumer confidence mediates. Transaction security affects consumer satisfaction and has an impact on increased trust that ultimately drives consumer buying interest.

Abstract:
Penelitian menguji peran lama usaha dalam memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas komunikasi sosial media terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelaku usaha yang membangun bisnisnya secara online di daerah Cikarang. 56 kuesioner berhasil dikumpulkan, terdapat 52 kuesioner yang valid. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis moderasi yang diolah menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama usaha memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas komunikasi sosial media terhadap kinerja pemasaran (path. 0,238 Sig. 0,078). This study examines the role of business length in moderating the influence of social media communication capabilities on marketing performance. The data in this study obtained a questionnaire that was distributed to business people who built their business online in the Cikarang area. 56 questionnaires were successfully collected, there are 52 valid questionnaires. This study uses moderation analysis which is processed using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the length of effort moderated the effect of social media communication capabilities on marketing performance (path. 0.238 and Sig. 0.078).

Abstract:
Software as a Service (SaaS) is a variant of technology products that are now loved by both personal and business users. SaaS is a software product variant that can be used directly by users, without the need for complicated installation. In the realm of accounting itself, there have been many emerging accounting softwares ranging from those that are offline to online, one of which is Jurnal.id. Jurnal.id is a SaaS platform that presents a variety of digital accounting products that are designed to simplify and accelerate the process of bookkeeping business. This study aims to examine customer continuance intentions on the use of Jurnal.id online accounting software. The variables in this study consisted of perceived usefulness, information quality, service quality system quality, satisfaction, and continuance intention. The population in this study are the users of Jurnal.id Online Accounting Software in the Greater Jakarta area. The sample in this study amounted to 300 people obtained using the Hair Formula. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) software, the SMART-PLS software version 3.3.2. The results showed that perceived usefulness, system quality, and service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction using Jurnal.id's online accounting software. Simultaneously Satisfaction has a positive effect on continuance intention. However, Information quality does not have a positive effect on satisfaction using online accounting software Jurnal.id

Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 52 manajer atau pengelola UKM di Cikarang. Structural Equation Modelling digunakan sebagai analisis dengan bantuan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Strategi bisnis tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja manajerial UKM di Cikarang melainkan dimediasi melalui komitmen manajer. Abstract The right business strategy will encourage managers' commitment to contribute more in supporting the success of managerial performance. Research focuses on the role of organizational commitment as a mediator of business strategy on managerial performance. The data in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 52 managers or managers of UKM in Cikarang. Structural Equation Modeling is used as analysis with the help of Smart PLS software version 3.0. Business strategy does not directly affect the managerial performance of SMEs in Cikarang but is mediated through managerial commitment.

The population in this study were customers in the city of Cilegon who bought a Suzuki Ertiga with 200 participants. Methods of data analysis using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The software that is used to process and analyze data obtained from this study is the Smart PLS version 3.3.2. The results of the study found that Product Quality, brand awareness and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract:
Due to the novelty of the smart education phenomenon, a quantitative investigation of the variables that will influence the implementation of ‘smart education’ was needed. Therefore, based on a probability simple random survey of 349 Grenadian employees from tertiary institutions in the education industry, the influence of leadership and human resource capacities on smart education were investigated. Results produced from SPSS analysis software and Smart PLS revealed that leadership and human resources capacities have sufficient confidence to have a significant influence on smart education, producing a positive association with ‘smart education.’ However, this relationship is positively moderated by additional investments, such as infrastructural innovation. These findings enrich the current literature on smart education (SE) by increasing knowledge of the phenomenon through the lenses of the Actor-Network Theory and Technology Adoption Model. Accordingly, policymakers should bear these findings in mind when developing holistic strategies to guide SE’s successful enactment.

Objek penelitian adalah guru di Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 guru sebagai responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan model perbandingan struktural (SEM) dengan program perangkat lunak Smart PLS v.3. Hasilnya menunjukan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan memediasi pengaruh dukungan pimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja tetapi tidak sebagai pemediasi self efficacy terhadap kinerja. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership support, training, and self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior, to improve teacher performance. The research object is the teacher in Bekasi Regency. The research sample was 100 teachers as respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The analysis used a structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS v.3 software program. The results show knowledge sharing behavior mediates the effect of leadership support and training on teacher performance but not as a mediator for self-efficacy on teacher performance.

La investigación se realizó con la información de una muestra de empresas que cotizan en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores y que pertenecen al índice de sustentabilidad. Los resultados confirman un instrumento estadísticamente válido para medir la responsabilidad social a través de las tres dimensiones propuestas con oportunidades de mejora para dimensión económica y de esta manera continuar con la investigación sobre el tema de responsabilidad social en México.

Abstract:
Leaders can influence the prosocial behaviour of employees through their behaviour and action. The study investigated the effect of environmentally specific servant leadership (ESSL) on employees’ voluntary pro-environmental behaviour (PEB) in hospitality firms. In addition, the study examined the mediating role of harmonious environmental passion (HEP) in the relationship between ESSL and PEB. The study adopted the quantitative research design and the cross-sectional survey method was adopted for data collection. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software was used for data analysis. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between ESSL and employees’ PEB. The mediating effect of HEP is significant. Theoretical, empirical and managerial implications are discussed.

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap etos kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian adalah karyawan yang berada di Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 karyawan sebagai responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan model perbandingan struktural (SEM) dengan program perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja, serta etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang optimal maka akan meningkatkan etos kerja sehingga kinerja karyawan pun semakin meningkat. This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on work ethic and its implications for employee performance. The object of research is employees who are in Bekasi Regency. The research sample was 100 employees as respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The analysis uses a structural comparison model (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program. The results show that education and training affect work ethic, and work ethic affects employee performance. With optimal education and training, it will improve work ethic so that employee performance will increase.

This research aims to determine the role of work motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic factors) and job satisfaction as an employee performance maker on STIE Indonesia Banking School permanent lecturers. The population in this study were all STIE Indonesia Banking School permanent lecturers in 2015. We conducted a survey and the respondents was taken from STIE Indonesia Banking School permanent lecturers for 31 respondents. We used questionnaire method to collect information from the respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors has a positive effect on job satisfaction, furthermore intrinsic factors has a positive effect on employee performance. Whereas extrinsic factors and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

This research uses three constructs of the Theory of Planned Behavior namely the Attitudes Toward Behavior, the Subjective Norms and the Perceived Behavioral Control as a theoretical framework. Data was obtained through direct questionaires from 204 students of Akademi Akuntansi YKPN (AA YKPN) Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni latar belakang pendidikan pegawai, budaya organisasi dan lama bekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di pemerintahan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sebesar 82,5% Sedangkan sisa 17,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership on individual knowledge acquisition and employee's creativity. It is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data uses in this study are primary data that obtained through questionnaires. The sampling process uses proportional random sampling with a total sample of 128 samples and as many as 80 samples after questionnaires that distributed to respondents at the research site. The main of this study is to analyze the customer omni-channel behavior under multiple mediating effects of website and mobile interactivity. Data collected from valid 287 respondents via both online and paper form. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart-PLS software have been used to test proposed hypotheses. The result underlined the significant positive effects of technology literacy, attitude towards website interactivity and attitude towards mobile device interactivity on customer’s behavioral intention. As a result, the requirement to provide transparent financial accounting information has been putting considerable pressure on the public sector. Moreover, as the Government is promoting self-sufficiency in the public sector to reduce the burden on the governmental budget, top managers are the main decision-makers to the organizational, personnel, operational and financial issues in their companies. Therefore, the support of top managers can significantly affect the improvement of financial information transparency in the public sector. The research model takes the form of SEM and is evaluated using PLS-SEM methodology on the Smart PLS 3.2.7 software. The results from analyzing data from 164 Vietnam’s public companies confirm that the support of top managers has a direct impact on the accounting information system as observed from intermediate variables that reflect the relationship between top managers’ support and financial information transparency, namely chief accountant’s expertise, the availability and function of the hardware, software and the communication technology network.

Luxury sports products and brands in general have seen a significant increase in their sales, highlighting the high consumption of smart sports watches. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of cobranding, self-presentation, self-expression, and symbolic values in the relationship between the consumer’s need for uniqueness and the intention to repurchase luxury smart sports watches. The sample consisted of a total of 217 users of smart sports watches. An online questionnaire was used for data collection (24 items from 6 scales) and Smart PLS-SEM software was used for confirmatory factor analysis and to test a structural equation model. The findings provide an insight into the importance of cobranding on self-expression, self-presentation, and symbolic value. Specifically, in the case of intention to repurchase, the results show that symbolic value is the variable with the highest predictive value. This study provides an important advance in the academic literature related to luxury products in the sports sector, and the results facilitate a better understanding of the consumer’s intention to repurchase.

Entrepreneurial orientation has recently been touted as a tool for solving enterprise failures in emerged and emerging economies especially during and after an epidemic. This study aims at understanding the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise performance in the Ghanaian food processing industry by assessing the mediating effects of innovation types and intellectual property. Data were collected from 702 owners/managers in the food processing industry via survey questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesis via the Smart PLS software. The findings show that entrepreneurial orientation, innovation types, and intellectual property positively and significantly influenced enterprise performance. Furthermore, the results indicated that the mediation effects of innovation types and intellectual property were full and partial, respectively. Useful policy implications are further proposed and discussed based on the study results.

Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Model (PLS – SEM) digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan softwate Smart PLS 3.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan telah memiliki kualitas website dan reputasi website yang baik, sehingga kualitas website dan reputasi website memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dipersepsikan sebagai website/aplikasi dengan risiko netral, sehingga persepsi risiko tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas website dan reputasi website untuk meningkatkan minat beli pengunjung. Dan dikarenakan perusahaan adalah platform e-commerce yang bekerja sama dengan penjual dan kurir pihak ketiga, maka perusahaan agar menetapkan peraturan yang tegas untuk menjamin potensi risiko yang minimal pada saat transaksi. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of website quality, website reputation and perceived risk on purchase intention towards visitors of e-commerce website or application. This research uses non probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique. The sample number is 203 respondents which mostly are state-owned, public or private sector employees. Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS – SEM) is used to analyze research data by using Smart PLS 3.3.0 software. The findings show the company already has good website quality and good website reputation and therefore website quality and website reputation have positive effects on purchase intention. The findings also show that the website/application is perceived as non risky website/application and therefore perceived risk has no effect on purchase intention. The findings suggest that the company should maintain and enhance its website quality and website reputation in order to increase visitors’ purchase intention. And since the company is an e-commerce platform that has agreements with third-party sellers and courier services, it has to establish rigid standard operating procedures to ensure the minimalization of potential risk during transactions.

This study aims to investigate how a Psychological contract breach can mediate the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and job attitudes and how political skill and work ethic can influence the negative association between perceptions of organizational politics and job attitudes. A systematic sampling method was used with a sampling size of 310 faculty members of public sector universities of Pakistan. Data were analyzed by using partial least squares structural equations modeling PLS-SEM to test the hypotheses by Smart PLS software. The findings revealed that the perception of politics is significantly and negatively related to job attitudes and indirectly through psychological contract breach. Moreover, the results indicated a significant moderating effect of work ethic on the relationship between the perception of politics and job attitudes. However, political skill did not moderate the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and job attitudes. Moreover, research implications and limitations are elucidated.

The results of this study show that experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on experiential satisfaction variables. Experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on variable revisit intention, and experiential satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on variable revisit intention through experiential satisfaction. The implication of this research is that experience is an important thing to research where good and bad experiences can make tourists revisit to the visited tourist attractions.

Resultados: Se utilizó la técnica de mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS), mediante la construcción de un modelo SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) software Smart PLS [v.3.3.0]. Se demostró que las variables latentes: negociación (ξ1) y liderazgo (ξ3) son significativas para el clima organizacional (η1; R2=0.804). Originalidad: Determinar las variables exógenas que explican la varianza de la variable endógena de las PyMes. Hallazgos: El efecto del f2 en la relación entre η1 y ξ1 es alto (f2=0.710); mientras que, para η1 y ξ3, el efecto es bajo (f2=0.104). Limitaciones: Reducido número de empresas en el municipio.

For the purpose of the study, data were collected from the respondents with a structured questionnaire survey using stratified random sampling. Collected data were analysed using partial least squares (PLS) with the support of the software Smart PLS 2.0 M3. The statistical findings of this study reveal that tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, empathy dimensions and logistic supports are the significant factors influencing the perceived service quality services of the local government. Among them, responsiveness was found to the most significant followed by logistic support, empathy, reliability and tangibles. The outcome of this research work has enriched the existing body of knowledge in the field of local government’s service quality. The policy makers, local government and other related stakeholders might find this study as an essential tool in designing, developing and implementing their activities directed to the slum dwellers.

The human side of open innovation (OI) has not been extensively studied; however, when companies develop new products or services, it is essential to foster corporate innovativeness, and managing personnel is a key to this. Human resource (HR) practices are an essential means by which companies can influence and shape the skillset, attitudes, and behaviour of individuals to do their work and can systematise the work of the whole organisation. In this paper, we aim to contribute to understanding the role of HR in open innovation, by analysing the HR practices in companies operating under an open innovation approach. We test our model with the PLS-SEM method, using Smart PLS software. Our findings suggest that personnel education is essential in supporting corporate open innovation strategies. Internal motivation systems prove to be valuable assets to support internal and external openness in OI implementation. High appreciation of personnel and its value to company are important for increasing external and internal openness.

Research is a quantitative study that has a purpose to know the influence of financial literacy, financial behaviour and income to investment decisions. The population in this research is the permanent lecturer Faculty of Economics and Business of National Development University Veteran Jakarta. Samples were taken as many as 80 respondents, with non probability sampling methods, purposive sampling. Data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire to the sample that has been determined through Google form. Data analysis techniques used are analysis methods PLS (Partial Least Square) with Smart software PLS 3.0. The results of this study show that: (1) Financial literacy has an influence on investment decisions with the value of the line coefficient of 0.455; (2) Financial behavior has no influence on investment decisions with the value of the line coefficient 0.165; (3) Revenue has an influence on investment decisions with a line coefficient value of 0.337. Employees’ voluntary green behavior (EVGB) is indispensable in realizing organizations’ environmental sustainability objectives. Leaders can act as catalysts to shape the behavior of their employees. On EVGB, noticeably the missing link is investigating the influence of servant leadership and the mechanism through which it operates. Building upon self-determination and psychological empowerment theories, this research examined the impact of servant leadership on EVGB through the simple and sequential mediation of psychological empowerment and autonomous motivation for the environment (AME). Through systematic sampling, dyadic data were collected from 315 pairs of subordinates and supervisors working in the power sector organizations of Pakistan. Results were obtained by employing the partial least squares structural modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software. Findings revealed that psychological empowerment and AME simply and sequentially mediate the influence of servant leadership on EVGB. Implications for theory and organizational practitioners are offered, accompanied by suggestions for future research.

Kemajuan jaringan internet WWW mampu memberikan pilihan informasi mengenai suatu produk, memungkinkan adanya sebuah komunikasi word-of-mouth yang tidak hanya menjadi sebuah bentuk komunikasi person-to-person namun juga memberikan kesempatan untuk merambat secara mendunia melalui media online yang biasa dikenal dengan Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM). Komunikasi e-WOM dapat dilakukan melalui online opinion platforms atau discussion forums, salah satunya adalah Kaskus. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat konsumen melakukan e-WOM di Kaskus. Penulis mengidentifikasi motif utama dari niat eWOM konsumen yaitu Egoisme (reputasi dan timbal balik), Collectivism (rasa memiliki), Altruism (kenikmatan membantu), Prinsiplism (prinsip moral) dan Knowledge Self-Efficacy. Penulis menguji model penelitian dengan sampel 100 pengguna/member Kaskus di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 27.9% varians dengan kenikmatan membantu, rasa memiliki dan reputasi berhubungan positif dengan niat konsumen melakukan e-WOM.

This study aims to determine the effect of village apparatus competence, internal control systems and religiosity on fraud prevention in the village fund management with morality as a moderating variable. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire. The population consists of all village officials in Sidoarjo Regency. The sample was taken using a proportionate stratified random sampling, and finally 76 villages were obtained with the category of developed villages, developing villages, underdeveloped villages, and very underdeveloped villages. The data analysis technique used in this study is PLS-SEM using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study prove that village apparatus competence has an effect on fraud prevention in village fund management, internal control system has no effect on fraud prevention in village fund management, and religiosity has an effect on fraud prevention in village fund management.Morality is not able to moderate the influence of village apparatus competence, internal control system and religiosity on fraud prevention.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of e-banking loyalty and evangelism via threefold construct of WEQUAL (usability, information quality, and service interaction) of public sector banks operating in India. Moreover, it also investigates the mediating role of consumers' trust on the website quality of these banks and their impact on e-banking loyalty and evangelism. The data was collected from 243 respondents through online questionnaire. In order to develop the model and test the hypotheses, partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was done through Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Results assert that website quality of banks positively influences the trust of consumers via usability, information quality, and service interaction. Also, consumer trust plays a mediation role between WEBQUAL constructs and e-banking loyalty and evangelism.

The study conducts the research on 500 lecturers at 10 universities in Vietnam. The study uses Smart pls 3.6 software to analyze the data. The results show that transformational leadership had a positive effect on knowledge sharing, organizational learning and organizational commitment. Ultimately, employee engagement and social support play a moderate role in the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing statistically. However, organizational learning and organizational commitment did not play any mediate role on the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing.

Being resource-driven industry, success and failure of construction projects highly depend on resources. As construction industry is now-a-days facing major problem of cost overrun worldwide, this can be contributed by construction resource issues. Hence, this study aimed to assess impact of construction resource on project cost overrun. Structured questionnaire survey was carried out to understand the perception of construction practitioners. A total of 106 samples were collected. Partial Least Square (PLS) of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach regarded as the graphical equivalent of a mathematical representation of relationship between dependant variable to explanatory variable was adopted for data analysis, as common methods of data analyze does not give insight of underlying relationships between various factors. In analyzing cause-effect relationships, PLS-SEM is a dominant approach to establish rigor in complex models. Smart PLS 2.0 software was used to test the relationship between resources and cost overrun. The developed structural model indicates that relationship between resource and cost overrun was satisfactory by having substantial explaining power (GoF=0.529) and 40% of the cost overrun was influenced with resources. The most significant resource was construction material. Hence, effective material planning and management is vital to improve potential construction cost overrun.

Survey questions from prior studies were adopted and customized, and the model was analyzed using partial least squares and structural equation modeling tool (Smart‐PLS 2.0 M3).FindingsThe results indicated that a significant and positive relationship exists between reciprocal fairness, procedural fairness, subjective norm, attitude, and consumers' intention towards software piracy.Research limitations/implicationsThis study was restricted to consumers within one country (Malaysia). Additional studies across other countries are encouraged. This research can help businesses better improve the ways to reduce software piracy rates. They get to understand more about the exact problem and cause behind software piracy and can target better strategies to curb this problem.Practical implicationsThis study is useful for researchers, managers, and software vendors willing to highlight the factors that contribute to software piracy.Originality/valueThe study highlights factors that influence consumers' intention towards software piracy, which has not been widely studied especially in Malaysia.

Quantitative analysis uses Smart PLS 3.0 software as a data processing tool. Qualitative analysis uses interviews as a data collection tool. The results showed that management, human resources and culture were determinants of BMT sustainability in Agam District. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai intervining, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat RSU. Puri Asih Salatiga. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat rawat inap sebanyak 60 orang. Analisa data dengan SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) pengujian dilakukan dengan software smart PLS. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Gaya kepemimpnan transaksional tidak bepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan sebagai intervining. The results obtained in this study: (1) Transactional leadership style has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (2) Transactional leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Satisfaction does not affect to employee's performance, (4) Transactional leadership style does not affect to employee performance through satisfaction as intervining.
