Abstrak Stabilizer bar berfungsi mengurangi besarnya sudut rolling, sehingga diharapkan kendaraan lebih stabil. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kekuatan stabilizer bar akibat body roll kendaraan dengan pemodelan dan simulasi serta analisis menggunakan bantuan software solidworks. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik fisik, beban, tumpuan dan material yang digunakan untuk proses pemodelan serta simulasi sederhana menggunakan software solidworks sehingga dapat memperoleh tegangan geser dan faktor keamanan. Sebagai pembanding terhadap model dan simulasi solidwork, tegangan geser maksimum yang terjadi dihitung secara manual berdasarkan momen puntir dan momen lentur yang bekerja secara simultan dalam stabilizer bar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika kendaraan mengalami body roll sebesar 3,51° dimana stabilizer bar terpuntir 2,62° dan mengalami tegangan geser dan faktor keamanan dari perhitungan manual, yaitu 52,47 MPa dan 9,39 untuk beban statis, 104,94 MPa dan 4,69 untuk beban dinamis. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan software solidwork tegangan geser dan faktor keamanan, yaitu 50,05 MPa dan 8,96 untuk kondisi statis, 100,1 MPa dan 4,48 untuk kondisi dinamis. Berdasarkan prediksi menggunakan persamaan regresi linier, maka sudut body roll kritis yang dapat dicapai adalah sebesar 45,99° ketika stabilizer bar mulai mengalami deformasi plastis. Kata kunci : Stabilizer Bar, Anti-Roll Bar, Solidworks Abstract The stabilizer bar functions to reduce the amount of rolling angle, so that the vehicle is expected to be more stable. The purpose of this research is to determine the strength of the stabilizer bar due to vehicle body roll by modeling and simulation and analysis using Solidworks software. The method used is to identify the physical characteristics, loads, supports and materials used for the modeling process and simple simulations using solidworks software so as to obtain shear stress and safety factors. As a comparison to the solidwork model and simulation, the maximum shear stress that occurs is calculated manually based on the torsional moment and the bending moment that work simultaneously in the stabilizer bar. The results of this study indicate that when the vehicle experiences a body roll of 3.51 ° where the stabilizer bar is twisted 2.62 ° and experiences shear stress and safety factors from manual calculations, namely 52.47 MPa and 9.39 for static loads, 104.94 MPa and 4.69 for dynamic loads. Based on the analysis using solidwork shear stress software and safety factors, namely 50.05 MPa and 8.96 for static conditions, 100.1 MPa and 4.48 for dynamic conditions. Based on predictions using linear regression equations, the critical body roll angle that can be achieved is 45.99 ° when the stabilizer bar begins to undergo plastic deformation. Meningkatnya konsumsi produk dan peralatan berbahan plastik berdampak pada meningkatkan jumlah sampah plastik. Sampah plastik telah menjadi salah satu masalah lingkungan yang paling mendesak. Untuk memastikan mesin hot press yang dihasilkan dapat mencapai tujuan yang optimal maka desain mesin hot press plastik dibuat simulasi dengan menggunkan software solidworks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simulasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak (software) yang membantu menganalisa karakteristik model yang dibuat. Analisa yang dilakukan adalah berupa pembebanan dan pemberian gaya pada model berupa kerangka mesin hot press plastic. Adapun geometri dan simulasi pembebanan dilakukan pada software Solidworks. Berdasarkan hasil FEA (Finite Element Analysis) seperti yang diperlihatkan pada gambar hasil simulasi software solidwork, didapatkan hasil bahwa kerangka mesin hot press plastik dengan besi hollow, baik yang menggunakan siku penyangga dan kerangka tidak menggunakan siku penyangga sama-sama kuat menahan beban untuk mesin hot press plastik. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi didapatkan data yield strength bahan adalah 234.42 N/mm2. Hasil tersebut dinyatakan aman karena perhitungan tidak melebihi Kata kunci: mesin hot press plastic, FEA, Solidworks

Coffee is a commodity that is currently developing. However, many coffee farmers in remote areas experience problems in increasing their business along with high market demand due to a lack of business support tools. The purpose of this paper is to find out the materials used in designing a wet coffee bean peeler machine. Design the frame of a wet coffee bean peeler machine using Solidwork software. Wet coffee bean peeler analysis. The type of iron to be used in the frame of this wet coffee bean peeler is galvanized angle iron with a size of 22 x 22 x 1.8 mm. The results obtained show that the von misses stress calculated using solidworks has the greatest stress of 69,654 Mpa. For von misses stress by manual calculation, a value of 71.707Mpa is obtained. The results obtained show that the displacement calculated using solidworks has the greatest stress of 0.293 mm. For displacement with manual calculations, a value of 0.163 mm is obtained. The results obtained show that the Factor of Safety value calculated using Solidworks has the greatest stress of 2,928 ul. For the Factor of Safety with manual calculations, a value of 2,830 ul was obtained.

It is shown that is the program SolidWorks and what it is intended for, taking into account also that SolidWorks is a network standard for tree- dimensional solid state design. There are also tree basic system configurations, which are used depending on the class and complexity of the tasks. Application in practice of design of SolidWorks provides automatic reception of the license for use of technologies of tree- dimensional designing which allow to design and bring to the market modern innovative production. Respect for those that the SolidWorks program functions on the Windows platform has been transferred to the Russian language and on- demands DSTU and ESKD. The use of SolidWorks can significantly reduce labor costs when performing assembly work. The risibility of tree- dimensional design is fundamentally different from the usual project and allows workers to perform assembly work without contact consultation and ongoing control by engineering personnel. SolidWorks can be used for the design in various branches of mechanical engineering, construction, as well as for installation work on water supply and sewerage pipe systems. There tasks are solved using the SolidWorks Routing module, which is included in the configuration of the SolidWorks Premium and is specially designed to facilitate the design of prefabricated and bent pipelines, as well as flexible hoses. When designing plumbing equipment in pumping stations there is a task to complete the individual components and nodes of the project to obtain a tree- dimensional model in a complete form. The inclusion of pipeline equipment in a tree- dimensional model of a object allows solving many problems already at the design stage and avoiding situations when at the installation stage it is revealed, that the pipes are incorrectly bent and interfere with the operation of other system nodes, or there is little free space in the created structure for saying all the necessary communications. Using the SolidWorks Routing program makes it possible to optimally and compactly place water and sewer pipes indoors, prevent them from crossing and quickly get accurate data on the needs for materials and components. Indicates additional modules, which can also be used witch the SolidWorks program to facilitate the design work on the boring and bent pipelines, flexible lines and communications.

Make a machine that destroys waste injection equipment equipped with a knife made of SKD as a plastic syringe destroyer. Design of a syringe crushing machine in the form of needles and syringes, Analyze the von misses stress received by the frame structure of the syringe crusher, Analyze the displacement by the load received by the frame structure of the syringe crusher, Analyze the safety factor of the frame structure of the crusher syringe. Analyzing using solidworks 2016 software, the results obtained are the maximum value of von misses, displacement, and safety of factor from the lower frame of the syringe waste crusher machine. Von misses stress obtained in the analysis using Solidworks 2016 gets a value of 48.54 Mpa in software calculations, while in theoretical calculations it is 48.01 Mpa. The percentage of errors calculated by software and theory is 1%. The displacement obtained in the analysis using Solidworks 2016 software is 0.34 mm in theoretical calculations of 0.35 mm. The percentage of errors calculated by software and theory is 2%. The safety factor obtained in the solidwork analysis gets a value of 4.7 ul (upper limit), while the theoretical calculation is 5.2 ul (upper limit) which means this frame is declared safe when the engine is operating.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to see an overview or analyze: (1) student learning activity during the pandemic through online learning using University LMS. (2) Seeing an improvement in students' drawing skills in the Machine Drawing II course using the Solidwoks application. This research was conducted using Quasi Experiment (pseudo-experiment) and qualitative descriptive methods. The Quasi Experiment design used in this study is One group Pretest-postest design. The data analysis technique in this study used the help of SPSS statistical application / software version 25 for Mac. The purpose of the data analysis technique is to see improvements in the learning outcomes of Machine Drawing II by applying the Project Based Learning model assisted by the Solidworks application. Data analysis in this study used non-parametric statistical analysis. Non-parametric statistics used in testing the mean comparison hypothesis are independent sample t-tests, with the Wilcoxon Test technique. The results of the study concluded that: (1) The implementation of Project-based Learning using Solidworks in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was proven to increase student activity, as evidenced by the results of observations of activeness, readiness, and raising ideas or ideas above 90% ("Very active" category). (2) The implementation of Project-based Learning using Solidworks in online learning is proven to improve students' skills/psychomotor knowledge. Based on the output table "Independent Samples Test" it can be seen that the significance value is 0.00 < ( ( 0.05) then the H1 hypothesis is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average pretest and posttest learning outcomes.

Salah satu komponen yaitu poros yang dikenai puntiran akan mengalami deformasi puntir. Semakin besar deformasi puntir menunjukkan kemampuan dari komponen mesin rendah, begitu sebaliknya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada saat dilakukannya pengujian puntir adalah pengolahan data menjadi kurva tegangan-renggangan geser membutuhkan usaha yang tidak sedikit. Jika spesimen yang di gunakan adalah batang padat, maka akan timbul gradient tegangan yang cukup curam sepanjang penampang lintang spesimen sehingga mempersulit pengukuran. Objektif dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengujian kekuatan puntir pada baja karbon rendah dengan metode numerik menggunakan sofeware solidworks. Specimen uji puntir adalah baja karbon rendah dengan standart ASTM E-143. Metode penelitian ini diawali dengan studi literatur, menguji komposisi spesimen uji, membuat dan melakukan pemodelan spesimen uji puntir. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian puntir yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian simulasi statik. Kemudian melakukan analisis kekuatan puntir dengan metode elemen hingga menggunakan software (solidworks). Berdasarkan hasil pembuatan geometri dan pemodelan spesimen uji puntir dengan standart ASTM E-143, bahwa distribusi tegangan yang terjadi pada permukaan area sudut spesimen memiliki nilai yang tidak terlalu signifikan berkisar 2.879e+09 N/m2 dan 2.973e+09 N/m2. Namun perlu dilakukan simulasi uji puntir software solidworkss dengan ukuran mesh yang bervariasi serta spesimen uji puntir dengan standart ASTM yang berbeda.

The research purpose is todevelop and substantiate a method for computer analysis of the stress-strain state that occurs in the tubbing erector manipulator mechanism with several degrees of freedom, using modern computing complexes based on the finite-element method. Methods. The research uses software complexes, with the help of which a calculation-theoretical apparatus has been created, which is intended for calculating dynamic and static loads that occur in the elements of the tubbing erector manipulator mechanism. The results of modeling the stress-strain state in the parts and nodes of this mechanism, obtained using the SolidWorks Motion and SolidWorks Simulation programs, have been compared. The errors in these results have been estimated. Findings. The effectiveness of the proposed analysis method, based on the combination of SolidWorks applications, in particular, SolidWorks Motion and SolidWorks Simulation, has been proven on the example of modeling the most complex design of the UT62 tubbing erector mechanism.The essence of the method is that initially, using the SolidWorks Motion application, the laws of motion of the motors are set. The tubbing erecting process itself is divided into discrete moments of time with the selection of parts in which the stress fields are calculated and with the determination of the maximum equivalent stress, using the Simulation Setup tool. The change in these stresses during the erecting cycle is analyzed, and if it is necessary to refine the data, the discrete time step of the mechanism motion is reduced. Specific information about the stress-strain state of the part is obtained in the SolidWorks Simulation application, using data imported from the SolidWorks Motion program about gravitational and inertial forces that occur in the tubbing erector mechanism. Originality. The scientific novelty of the developed method of computer analysis for the mechanism of the manipulator of the UT62 type tubing stacker is manifested in a comprehensive approach to modeling the stress-strain state, which includes the integration of data from SolidWorks Motion and SolidWorks Simulation programs for accurate determination of stresses, taking into account both gravitational forces and dynamic loads, which ensures high accuracy and complexity of calculations in real operating conditions of the mechanism. Practical implications. The proposed method can be used for modeling the motion of mechanisms of different complexity, in particular, in the design of domestic tubbing erectors.

The motion simulation and animation of simulation processes for the turntable under given conditions are carried out with module SOSMOSMotion of SolidWorks, and the dynamic interference check is also completed, so as to guarantee the correctness of the part design and improve the overall design efficiency, accuracy and intuitiveness. The study of assembly and motion simulation of the turntable based on SolidWorks can lay the foundation for communication and evaluation of design process as well as the manufacturing of the overall drilling rig.

The article investigated the influence of turbulence parameters of the SolidWorks Flow Simulations CFD package on the results of flow simulation in a two-path ultrasonic flowmeter. It has been found that the main turbulence parameters of SolidWorks Flow Simulations (turbulence intensity, turbulence length, turbulence energy and turbulence dissipation) slightly affect the result of the flow simulation in a full-filled pipeline of circular profile without additional turbulous elements (turbine, rotor, other). In view of this, during the CFD modeling of the flow measurement process using ultrasonic flowmeters, it is recommended to apply turbulence parameters installed in the SolidWorks Flow Simulations CFD package by default. At the same time, the time consumed by the computer to perform CFD modeling is almost unchanged when the specified parameters of the SolidWorks Flow Simulations CFD package.

Flexible manipulator is widely used in the implementation of industial robotic due to its advantages such as low weight, low power consumption, higher load capacity, high-speed operation, small actuators and low production costs. However, the position and speed of flexible manipulator system are very difficult to control due to the tip vibration that result in degradation of performance. Modelling and control of a double-link flexible robot manipulator are presented in this study. Controlling the movement of a double-link manipulator, on the other hand, has proven to be a challenging task, especially when a flexible framework is used. Moreover, most double-link flexible manipulator system models are not developed based on real hardware. Hence, this project aims to develop a Solidworks design for double link flexible robotics manipulator (DLFRM) as well as a real hardware prototype. The control position performance of DLFRM was analyzed, and the controllers were tested on a hardware prototype. This project started with a simulation of both controllers, which are PID and FLC. The simulation was designed in Solidworks and exported to Simulink and then converted as Simscape. Then, the hardware for each controller was validated using the control parameter in the simulation. The joints for the robot manipulator were designed in Solidwork and built using 3D printing.

The main possibilities of SolidWorks CAD for parameterization of complex mechanisms on the example of crank mechanism (CM), including operations of forming volumes, methods of working with sketches, technologies of forming assembly units using coupling tools are investigated. The use of parameterization will increase the efficiency of development and design of standard mechanisms and parts. At the same time the parametrized assembly design of CM in SolidWorks CAD is formed, which allows to quickly reconstruct CM details, to carry out calculation of the given details on durability with the SolidWorks Simulation module connected. As a result of the analysis the main possibilities of SolidWorks CAD for parameterization of complex mechanisms on the example of CM parameterization are considered. When designing parametric models of CM elements and forming the assembly structure of the CM node, the methods of working with sketches, operations of forming volumes, technologies of forming assembly units with the use of conjugation tools are considered. As a result, a parameterized assembly of the CM in the SolidWorks system is formed, which allows not only to quickly rebuild the parts of the CM, but also to calculate the strength of these parts with the SolidWorks Simulation module connected using the finite element method. That is, with the use of parametric models significantly reduces the cost of product design, reduces computing resources, time ratio simulation - prototyping by automating the calculation process and building a 3D model.

In the case of robots and complex mechatronic systems, special attention is focused on the mechanical components concept and design so that they enable required motions – trajectory, speed, acceleration. Results of kinematic analysis for two new robotic systems obtained by modelling and simulation using SolidWorks software are presented. There were considered specific phases that are: fully study of requirements; set constraints; concept; 3D CAD model; kinematic analysis; simulation; interpretation of results and conclusion. Finally, relevant benefits of the research for the real case studied are enhanced. By using professional software for evaluations, it is efficient to make video presentations at an outstanding level which summarizes the evaluation of the studied phenomena and enlightens the research results. The work discusses the effective use of the Solidworks software for modeling complex mechanisms with moving elements of intricate shapes. The application of the program by designers in enterprises significantly increases the efficiency of the work of design bureaus and research and experimental departments. Development time is greatly reduced, and many analysis tools allow for the avoidance of errors. The use of Solidworks for creating 3D models, along with additive technologies for manufacturing these models, takes the creation of prototypes of complex steering drives to a qualitatively different level. To model such complex-shaped parts as ailerons, the Solidworks tool, “Section hood” was used, such a tool greatly simplifies modeling and allows you to achieve the desired shape of the model. The engine models were used in the Solidworks assembly and combined with the mating conditions with other components, this allowed to adjust the design “in the context of the assembly” to the actual dimensions of the engines. To analyze the correct movements of the drive elements, “mechanical couplings” with real gear ratios were installed on all gears. In this way, it was possible to fully analyze the movement of all drive elements, to determine their position during movement After the modeling and analysis process was completed, the prototype manufacturing process began, for which the FDM printing technology was chosen as the fastest, cheapest, but capable of reproducing complex shape details. CoPET plastic is chosen as the main material for printing, bearings are used for smooth rotation of drive elements, all axes of mechanisms are made of metal with the help of mechanical processing.The manufactured prototype turned out to be working, all movements are performed as intended in the modeling process, you can perform experiments and research with the obtained product to obtain the necessary results. The Solidworks software product allowed not only to fully simulate the steering drive, but also to avoid many errors thanks to the available analysis tools. The FDM printing technology made it possible to quickly create a prototype, provide all the intended functionality, the quality of the parts allows the drive to work correctly.

Three kinds of data transmission standards of IGES, parasolid and STEP on the SolidWorks and ADAMS software were contrasted to get the Parasolid for the most suitable software standards. CATIA 3D software has powerful function of modeling, but ADAMS has poor function of modeling. It has built the four feet completion institutions of 3D modeling by CATIA, then through among the middle media of SolidWorks software format to conversion and import CATIA 3D entity modeling into ADAMS/View environment to make up for the problem of insufficient ADAMS modeling ability. This paper focused on the discussion of data exchange process among ADAMS, CATIA and SolidWorks software.

Abstract:
A new type of pastry slicer which could alter pastry thickness expediently was designed by using SolidWorks and ADAMS. In the first place, the pastry slicer 3D model was established by SolidWorks and imported into ADAMS by the nicer interface between SolidWorks and ADAMS. In the second place, the pastry slicer 3D model was simulated in ADAMS. The dynamics simulation result showed that the pastry slicer could fulfil the anticipative design requirements. The simulation analysis results could be regard as the design reference for the new type of pastry slicer, and the virtual prototype could be used to do a deeper analysis according to different requirements.

Abstract:
This study utilizes SolidWorks software to thoroughly examine the structural layout and static load simulation of a temporary platform and ladder in an adsorbent chamber. SolidWorks, a computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software, offers robust tools for 3D modeling, simulation, and analysis, making it ideal for this type of structural assessment. Finite element analysis (FEA), a simulation model within SolidWorks, is employed to determine stress distribution and safety factors. The results demonstrate the platform's maximum stress at 198.65 MPa, below the yield strength of ASTM A36 Steel, leading to a safety factor of 1.3. These findings validate the design's safety and reliability for industrial use.
