To ensure the output stream of equilibrium cell being saturated, the minimum contact time are 1500 s , 750 s , 1000 s for probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, glibenclamide, respectively. Over the experimental conditions, the solubilities are ranging from 0.13 × 10-5 ~ 1.
