It is the first late Iron Age to early Roman period quern of this form to be found in England. Many critics examine Shaw's plays in terms of the subjects they deal with, but they often ignore what aspects of these subjects Shaw draws on or how he uses them. One subject that appears in many of his works is war. In early modern England, armies and military men were defined in inherently masculine termns. Despite this congruency, little work has been done on how men's involvement in soldiering clarifies conceptualizations of manhood. This thesis proposes to explore this subject, setting it against the tumultuous backdrop of the English civil wars. This period of upheaval provides an ideal context in which to study representations and experiences of manhood. The Boothia Peninsula - Somerset Island region of north-central Nunavut is a frontier region (70-74°N, 94°W) long considered as part of Rae craton. Recent field mapping and acquisition of isotopic (U-Pb, Sm-Nd) data as part of the GEM-2 Boothia-Somerset project allowed this region's exposed Precambrian bedrock to be better characterized with respect to petrology and litho-geochemistry, and to be more extensively and more precisely time-calibrated. An der ersten Befragung im Rahmen des BintHo-Projekts im Wintersemester 2020/21 nahmen insgesamt über 117.000 Studierende teil, darunter auch rund 14.000 internationale Studierende. Die Befragten stammten von insgesamt 74 teilnehmenden Universitäten (33), Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften (34), Pädagogischen Hochschulen (4) sowie Kunst- und Musikhochschulen (3) in 14 Bundesländern mit Studierendenzahlen zwischen knapp 400 und über 50.000 Studierenden.
