Abstract:
Zusammenfassung: Pflege ist politisch, weil sie für das Wohlergehen der Gesellschaft unverzichtbar ist und Menschen in unterschiedlichsten Lebenslagen erreicht. Sie ist aber auch politisch, weil es keine Sorge der Pflege um die Gesellschaft geben kann, ohne eine Sorge der Gesellschaft um die Pflege. Der Beitrag führt aus, wie das Verhältnis von Pflege und Politik verstanden werden kann, damit dieses gemeinsame Sorgen gelingt, und welche Konsequenzen sich für eine politikkompetente Pflegebildung daraus ergeben.

Abstract:
O objetivo deste artigo é pensar o cenário pandêmico atual a partir dos conceitos fundamentais da filosofia de Heidegger. A angústia, bem como o medo são tonalidades afetivas que acontecem no fundo do ser-aí humano. A filosofia acontece sempre e a cada vez em uma tonalidade afetiva. Para tanto, carece-se do martelo da compreensão. Para a compreensão de conceitos metafísicos todo o leitor deve ser tomado pelo que eles (os conceitos) realmente compreendem. Todo e qualquer “ser tomado por” advém de tonalidades afetivas. O que este artigo procura demonstrar é a importância das tonalidades afetivas afloradas na pandemia de COVID-19. As perguntas que norteiam este estudo são: o que é angústia? O que é, afinal, o medo? Como se dá o cuidado do ser-aí? Talvez, ao final, reflexões e faíscas esperançosas possam ser alcançadas.

„Nur keine Sorge“ ist ein dreiteiliger Liederzyklus nach satirischen Gedichten von Wolfgang Bittner, einem Schriftsteller, den ich während meines Stipendienaufenthalts auf dem Künstlerhof Schreyahn 1987 kennen und schätzen gelernt habe. Der Zyklus wurde komponiert für den Countertenor Reinhold Coors-Genetin, der damals an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover studierte, an der ich als Lehrbeauftragter für Musiktheorie und Gehörbildung tätig war. An der Uraufführung 1993 in der hannoverschen Hochschule habe ich als Klavierbegleiter mitgewirkt. Der Waldboden und die in ihm gespeicherten Nährstoffe sind neben dem Wasser- und Wärmeangebot des Standorts entscheidend für die Entwicklung der Baumbestände. Im Zusammenhang mit einer intensivierten Holzernte gilt es, dem Nährstoffpotential im Boden Sorge zu tragen. Insbesondere die Nährstoffnachhaltigkeit sollte nicht gefährdet werden. Es gilt, den Nährstoffpool im Boden trotz Nährelementexport durch die Holzernte langfristig zu erhalten, indem dem Standort nur so viele Nährstoffe entzogen werden, wie durch natürliche Prozesse nachgeliefert werden. Um die Nachhaltigkeit der Holz- und Nährstoffversorgung zu gewährleisten, benötigt das Waldmanagement standortsspezifische Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

The period at turn of the 19th and early 20th centuries became an important stage of the process formation the image of the United States in Russian society. Sources and factors of its formation had varied. An important source of the American image in Russia was the German scientific publications about the United States. Russian authors were inspired by German assessments of American social and political orders. The article examines how the works of such authors as W. Sombart, F. Sorge, and others have influenced the perception of the United States in Russia.

Viviamo strani giorni, tempi di rapide accelerazioni, cambiamenti sociali e trasformazioni ambientali stressanti, che richiedono soluzioni contenitive e culturali improcrastinabili. Poniamo il caso di Acireale, città insulare di circa 50.000 abitanti, posta lungo la costa orientale sicula, stretta fra l’azzurra ionia marina, il nero del Vulcano Etna e il sempreverde degli agrumi. Il paesaggio dell’Aci trattiene geomorfologie e memorie antiche. Ricomporne le alterne vicende significa riflettere sulle “reali” specificità di una città siciliana per la quale è esistita un’articolata continuità storica di frequentazione in una porzione ampia di suolo vulcanico denominato Timpa. Nel corso dei secoli, le comunità hanno identificato in questo unico complesso lavico un salubre avamposto su cui migrare, tendenzialmente da Sud a Nord, fino a stanziarsi sul pianoro su cui sorge la città di Acireale. In età recente, la maggior crescita edilizia ha consumato pregevoli parti di terreno agricolo, inducendo uno sprawl urbano verso l’entroterra ed esponendo la Timpa a grandi rischi generati dalla progressiva assenza di organici interventi d’assetto territoriale. Questo contesto storico e paesaggistico aspetta d’essere attraversato, curato e valorizzato per ricomporre di quei valori percettivi che giacciono latenti nella memoria collettiva. La riqualificazione della Timpa può essere il tema per l’infrastrutturazione geografica con cui ri-connettere le inevitabili istanze di trasformazione urbana all’improrogabile sviluppo sostenibile del territorio acese. We live in strange days, periods of rapid acceleration, with stressful social changes and environmental changes, which require cultural solutions. Take the case of Acireale, city of about 50.000 inhabitants, located along the eastern coast of Sicily, between the Ionio sea, Mount Etna and evergreen citrus. The landscape of Aci holds geomorfologie and ancient memories. Over the centuries, communities have identified in this unique building of lava a place healthy where migrate, from South to North. In recent years, the growth of buildings has consumed valuable pieces of agricultural land, causing urban sprawl inland and exposing the Timpa large risks generated by the progressive absence of organic interventions of regional planning. This historical context and landscape is waiting to be crossed, edited and enhanced. The project of the Timpa may be the theme for re-connect the inevitable instances of urban transformation at the sustainable development of the territory.

Abstract:
Bei der Realisierung der dringend nötigen Verkehrs- und Mobilitätswende sind Möglichkeiten der Befriedung menschlicher Mobilitätsbedürfnisse unabhängig von privater Autonutzung ein wichtiger Baustein. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit werden darum instrumentelle, affektive und symbolische Motive der privaten Lastenradnutzung qualitativ erforscht. Das Lastenrad hat in den vergangenen Jahren insbesondere in urbanen Räumen an Popularität gewonnen und ermöglicht für den Transport von weiteren Personen, insbesondere Kindern, Tieren oder größeren Lasten eine emissionsarme oder -freie Fortbewegung. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse zeigen, dass bei den instrumentellen Motive die häufig nach Gender verteilte Sorgearbeit eine entscheidende Rolle einnimmt. Dabei erfüllt das Lastenrad das von den Ansprüchen Transportoptionen, Zeitsouveränität, Geschwindigkeit, Erreichbarkeit und Multifunktionalität geprägte Mobilitätsbedürfnis von Personen, die neben Sorge- auch Lohnarbeit im Alltag leisten, im urbanen Raum auf einzigartige Weise. Auch für Personen, deren Alltag nicht maßgeblich durch diese Doppelbelastung geprägt ist, stellt die mit dem Lastenrad mögliche optimierte Überwindung von Raum- und Zeitwiderständen ein relevantes instrumentelles Motiv dar. Hinzu kommen soziale Interaktion, Gesundheit und Klimaschutz. Dabei ist die Lastenradnutzung stark mit positiven emotionalen Reaktionen und hedonischem Erlebniswert verknüpft. Symbolisch drückt sie einen hohen finanziellen und sozialen Status der Besitzer*innen aus und genießt hohes Ansehen in ihrem sozialen Umfeld. Gleichzeitig kann mit der Lastenradnutzung das Bedürfnis nach Individualität und Distinktion erfüllt und der hohe Stellenwert, den nachhaltige Mobilität für die Lastenradbesitzer*innen dieser Untersuchung hat, ausgedrückt werden.

Es por ello que CORPOICA, el CIAT, y el ICRISAT introdujeron accesiones de sorgo forrajero, de alta capacidad de macollamiento y tallo dulce, procedente del programa de mejoramiento genético del sorgo para las regiones semiáridas, investigando así los sorgos dulces mediante la evaluación de variedades en diferentes regiones del país, cuyos resultados permiten entregar a la producción ganadera del país el primer sorgo forrajero para la suplementación animal. La producción agrícola y ganadera de la Orinoquía colombiana ha sido afectada de manera negativa por la presencia de insectos plaga como la langosta llanera Rhammatocerus schistocercoides (Rehn) (Orthoptera: Acrididae), la cual afecta extensas áreas de sabana nativa, pastos mejorados y cultivos de importancia económica como el arroz, el maíz, la caña de azúcar y el sorgo (ICA, 2017). Otro insecto plaga con gran impacto económico es Cerotoma tingomariana (Bechyné) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), el cual se ha convertido en la especie más limitante del cultivo de soya dentro del complejo de crisomélidos que lo afectan, ocasionando daños hasta del 40 % en el área foliar.

Abstract:
Dans sa Politique bioalimentaire 2018-2025, le gouvernement du Québec vise notamment à faire de l’achat local l’une des pierres angulaires de la prospérité économique et sociale. Les marques territoriales sont fortement privilégiées pour favoriser l’achat local. On pense ici aux initiatives comme le Maïs sucré de Neuville, l’Agneau de Charlevoix, les Saveurs du Bas-Saint-Laurent ou encore Aliments du Québec. Ces initiatives ont-elles véritablement atteint le succès escompté ? Dans cette étude, les auteurs répondent à cette question et proposent plusieurs pistes de réflexion afin d’aider le secteur bioalimentaire à mieux structurer le développement et l’encadrement des marques territoriales et faire en sorte qu’elles fassent de plus en plus partie des habitudes de consommation des Québécoises et Québécois.
