Rare unrelated individuals show striking resemblance, almost as high as monozygotic twins. Extensive genetic analysis of a set of such individuals shows that every couple shares a given allele at a large set of loci, enriched for “face genes”. The similarity is limited to this set of loci, and the rest of the genome is quite diverse in these “look alike” individuals.

Le syndrome de Capras (ou illusion des sosies) est un trouble de l’identification des personnes caractérisé par la conviction délirante qu’une (ou plusieurs) personne(s) proche(s) du sujet ont été remplacées par des doubles (physiquement identiques) qui le persécutent. Il s’agit du plus fréquent des délires d’identification des personnes. Le cas princeps décrit une patiente souffrant de psychose hallucinatoire chronique. La littérature montre que ce « curieux petit syndrome » est le plus souvent associé à une schizophrénie ou à une démence. Pour certains auteurs [1], il serait d’une non reconnaissance affective d’un visage physiquement reconnu.Cas cliniqueMme M. 74 ans est hospitalisée pour une recrudescence délirante d’une paranoia évoluant depuis 40 ans. Il s’agit de sa première hospitalisation en psychiatrie. À l’admission, le diagnostic est confirmé (elle présente une conviction délirante inébranlable parfaitement systématisée, de mécanisme interprétatif, de thème persécutif de thymie congruente), ayant eu des conséquences particulièrement malheureuses dans sa vie affective, professionnelle, sociale et familiale. Il est alors mis en évidence un délire de faux semblant tout à fait évocateur d’un syndrome de Capgras. Mme M. a constaté l’apparition de sosies de son époux qu’elle ne reconnaissait pas, de sa propre personne (depuis une agression – avérée – avec vol de ses papiers d’identité), et au cours de l’hospitalisation du médecin du service qui la prenait en charge. Le cas que nous présentons ici à un double intérêt. D’une part, il est décrit associé à une Paranoïa, ce qui n’est pas habituellement décrit dans la littérature, à notre connaissance. D’autre part, il répond de façon remarquable à la modélisation d’Ellis et Young.

« Curieux petit syndrome », le syndrome de Capgras consiste en un trouble de l’identification des personnes. Il porte atteinte au sentiment de familiarité, renvoyant un inconfortable vécu d’étrangeté. Cela donne une véritable particularité clinique dans la relation et la prise en charge du patient. Partant de la situation de Mme. A., nous entamons une revue de la littérature des caractéristiques sémiologiques et des considérations étiologiques du syndrome de Capgras. Initialement dénommé « illusion des sosies », ce syndrome renvoie à la conviction délirante du patient qu’un ou des proches ont été substitués par un ou des sosies. Ce dernier renvoie un sentiment de persécution d’intensité variable selon les patients. Capgras résume sa description clinique en parlant d’« agnosie d’identification », car « partout le patient saisit la ressemblance et partout il méconnaît l’identité ». La clinique de Mme. A., par ses intrications psychiatriques, biologiques, cognitives et neurologiques, souligne la nécessité d’une approche multifactorielle et intégrative dans la compréhension du syndrome de Capgras. À côté des hypothèses psychodynamiques, deux modèles issus des sciences cognitives se dégagent dans la littérature : le modèle séquentiel de reconnaissance des visages par Bruce et Young et le modèle « à deux voies ». Des modèles ultérieurs tentent ensuite de faire le lien avec les données de neuro-imagerie, notamment fonctionnelle. Issus de ces démarches intégratives, des approches globales du syndrome de Capgras semblent se développer dans les travaux les plus récents de la littérature. Avec une clinique à la rencontre de la psychiatrie et de la neurologie, les questions autour de l’organicité du syndrome de Capgras persistent sans être entièrement tranchées. Ce syndrome demeure néanmoins d’une grande richesse pour le clinicien, tant sur le plan théorique que dans les liens avec le patient et son entourage.

Abstract:
Les principaux amas de galaxies de notre voisinage semblent former une structure approximativement centrée sur le Super-Amas-Local. Cette distribution est obtenue en utilisant les vitesses radiales observées pour obtenir les distances à travers la loi de Hubble. Le but de la thèse est de tester si les distorsions du champ des vitesses particulières causées par les amas eux-mêmes (effet Praton) ne sont pas à l'origine de cette distribution étonnante. Plusieurs étapes sont nécessaires pour faire ce test : il faut être capable de prédire la vitesse cosmologique à une distance donnée pour, à partir de la vitesse observée, déduire la composant de vitesse particulière. Cela suppose que nous ayons à la fois une calibration non biaisée de l'échelle des distances et une valeur cohérente de la constante de Hubble. La calibration est obtenue pour 36 galaxies à partir des céphéides galactiques. Deux méthodes indépendantes sont utilisées : 1) La méthode des sosies pour laquelle nous utilisons les distances étalons de Gieren, Fouqué et Gomez. 2) La méthode de la relation période-luminosité classique, établie avec les données du satellite Hipparcos. La seconde étape consiste à obtenir les distances des galaxies de notre voisinage. Pour cela, la méthode des sosies est appliquée aux 36 galaxies de calibration. Après sélection des galaxies non biaisées (grâce à une modélisation du diagramme de Spaenhauer), on obtient les distances précises de 283 galaxies. Cet échantillon permet de déduire une constante de Hubble cohérente, ainsi qu'une très bonne estimation de la vitesse de chute de notre Galaxie sur l'amas Virgo. Il faut ensuite modéliser les vitesses particulières autour des amas. Le modèle de Peebles est utilisé et les paramètres libres sont déduits de notre échantillon non biaisé. Finalement, à partir d'une compilation d'amas, la distribution apparente des galaxies de notre voisinage est reconstruite en prenant en compte les vitesses particulières décrites par le modèle. Bien que l'aspect général soit bien reproduit, certaines structures tangentielles ne peuvent pas être retrouvées. En conclusion, si l'effet Praton contribue à donner l'impression de structures centrées sur nous, il semble en revanche incapable à lui seul d'expliquer la distribution apparente des galaxies locales.

Ce travail porte sur les troubles de l'image du corps abordes a partir de la clinique des psychoses, et en particulier d'un syndrome identifie par l'ecole francaise de psychiatrie en 1927: le syndrome d'illusion de fregoli. Premiere partie : genealogie du syndrome d'illusion de fregoli, et comment il a ete decouvert a la suite du syndrome d'illusion des sosies, de capgras et reboul-lachaud. Principaux aspects epistemologiques de sa decouverte. Deuxieme partie : discussion a laquelle a donne lieu le syndrome de fregoli en psychiatrie. Analyse de la serie: syndromes de capgras, de fregoli et d'intermetamorphose. Troisieme partie : contributions neurologiques a la problematique clinique que permet de degager ce syndrome, en particulier concernant la disjonction qu'il fait apparaitre entre l'image du corps et le nom. Quatrieme partie : apports de la psychanalyse, et en particulier de j. Lacan, a cette problematique clinique et a son unite d'un point de vue doctrinal. Comment ce que lacan a ete amene a ecrire i(a) - l'image i en tant qu'elle tient sa consistance d'un objet refoule, note a, qu'elle recele et habille a la fois - pour rendre compte de ce qui se produit dans le registre speculaire, se revele, dans le syndrome d'illusion de fregoli, separe en elements disjoints: l'image d'un cote, de l'autre le retour recurrent d'un objet identifie et nomme par le sujet toujours a l'identique. Enfin, analyse du syndrome de fregoli: 1) comment sa decomposition structurale permet de ressaisir sous quelques traits elementaires la diversite clinique revelee par les syndromes psychotiques de fausse reconnaissance; 2) d'une facon plus generale, comment cette analyse peut confirmer egalement la validite des coordonnees que nous relevons ici pour l'approche de toute une serie de troubles interessant la clinique et la psychopathologie de la reconnaissance et de l'identification. The present work focuses on disorders of the body image and is based on the clinical study of psychosis with special reference to a particular syndrome, first identified by the french school of psychiatry in 1927 and known as the fregoli delusion syndrome. Part 1 examines the genealogy of the fregoli syndrome and the way it was discovered in connection with the capgras syndrome. An outline of the main epistemological aspects of the discovery. Part 2 recalls the discussion of the fregoli syndrome in the field of psychiatry, including an analysis of the series it seems to fit in with quite naturally and which also includes the capgras syndrome and the syndrome of intermetamorphosis. Part 3 examines the neurological contribution to major clinical issues that can be assigned to the fregoli syndrome, especially as far as the disjunction between name and body image is concerned. Part 4 deals with the contribution of psychoanalysis to the above mentioned clinical issues, with an emphasis on the work of jacques lacan which allows us to underline their unity from a theoretical point of view. Lacan's formula, which he writes i(a), shows the image of the body, i, as based on the repression of an object, a, which the image both conceals and clothes. In the case of the fregoli syndrome, the formula will be split asunder, with the image on the one side, and the object on the other, but always with the same name for the patient. The final section deals with a structural analysis of the fregoli syndrome which makes it possible to caracterize with a remarkably small number of items: 1) the clinical varieties shown by the delusional misidentification syndromes; and 2) a wide range of identification and recognition psychopathological disorders. L'élaboration de l'expérience du travail est la problèmatique de la thèse,son objet une méthode d'analyse de l'activité subjective de travail : la méthode des instructions au sosie. On demande à un sujet de rendre transmissibles à un virtuel sosie, qui dit vouloir le remplacer dans son travail, des actions qu'il a strcturées et élaborées au cours de l'expérience de façon parfois non consciente. Une tellle description ouvre au processus d'élaboration grâce à la reprise des épisodes relatés dans un commentaire écrit que le sujet doit composer dans l'après-coup. Le but de la méthode est de répercuter l'élaboration produite subjectivement au niveau de l'activité collective. Les travaux de W. Bucci (1992, 1997) permettent de rendre compte de comment la méthode, en stimulant l'acivité référentielle du sujet, permet de relier certains schèmes de son expérience aux mots de la description. Ces mots peuvent être re-pensés et leur signification développée. Le rapport entre pensée et langage conceptualisé par Vygotski (1934) est ainsi investigué cliniquement
The core theme of our thesis is devoted to highlight how the working experience is elaborated. The instruction to one's double, which is a method of analysis applied to probe the subjective working activity, is the main object. The description given by a subject to a virtual double, supposedly taking his/her working place, leads this subject to make unconsciously lived through elaborated actions likely to be transmitted. Such a description gives access to the elaboration process thanks to the reconsidering of episodes that are written and accordingly commented afterwards. The purpose of the method is to help comprehend to what extent, by stimulating the subject's referential activity, the approach allows to bridge certain experimental schemata to words used by the subject to describe his/her own activity (1992, 1997). That is how the link established by Vygotsky (1934) between thought and speech is clinically investigated

Abstract:
Cet examen du mythe d'Amphitryon s'est engagé à partir d'un constat, qu'autorisait l'histoire littéraire : ce mythe semblait avoir trouvé son lieu d'expression le plus adéquat au théâtre, devenant au fil des siècles un scénario référentiel repris par les plus grands auteurs dramatiques. De ce constat a surgi l'hypothèse suivante : si ce mythe ne rayonnait pleinement qu'aux lumières de la rampe, c'est qu'il y avait un rapport étroit entre les questions portées par cette histoire de substitution d'identité et le théâtre lui-même. Pour éprouver cette hypothèse, nous avons exploré des avatars méconnus du mythe : ont été analysés dictionnaires historiques et mythologiques, récits, écrits gastronomiques, opéras, emplois du substantif amphitryon et films, ce qui nous a permis de commencer à comprendre en quoi le traitement théâtral du mythe était spécifique , et en quoi le théâtre avait focalisé son attention, de façon spéculaire , autour de deux interrogations liées au rôle : rôle et identité d'une part, rôle et rapport aux autres d'autre part. Après un inventaire des oeuvres conçues autour du mythe , et une définition de ce qu'on pourrait appeler l'esthétique de l'imitation, notre recherche s'est concentrée sur six auteurs - Plaute, Rotrou, Molière, Dryden, Kleist et Giraudoux - choisis pour que la comparaison de leurs Amphitryons soit à la fois fondée et stimulante. Ce travail est donc une étude comparée de ces six oeuvres que nous avons relues, séquence par séquence , mais aussi personnage par personnage, dans la partie intitulée : "Deux en un : où est le véritable ? Du jeu, de l'identité et du sentiment amoureux. "Après avoir mis en évidence pourquoi les personnages sont confrontés à la nécessité d'assumer une identité de rôle, nous montrons comment ces pièces mettent en scène des personnages en quête d'une vérité toujours problématique : vérité des mots, vérité des êtres et vérité de l'amour, vérités inséparables du théâtre
Examining the Amphitryon myth starts from the reflexion that is has been staged over and again through out centuries of literary history, becoming a referential scenario and being thusadapted by the most talented dramatists. From this starting point the following hypothesis arises. If only the footlights can make the myth shine, then a close link can be established between the questions born by the substitutions of identities and the theatre itself. In order to test this hypothesis, several unrecognised transformations of the myth were explored, such as mythological and historical dictionaries, gastronomic works, operas, uses of "amphitryon" as a substantive, and films. It then emerges that the theatrical treatment of the myth is specific and that staging the myth in a specular way revolves around two ideas questioning the notion of role : role and identity on the one hand, and role dealing with others on the other hand. After making the list of the works built on the myth and a definition of what could be called aesthetic of imitation, we narrow down our research to six authors - Plautus, Rotrou, Molière, Dryden, Kleist and Giraudoux - chosen so that comparing their Amphitryons be both justified and stimulating. In this study in comparative literature each play was thoroughly read sequence by sequence, character by character, particulary in the part called "Two in one : who is real one ? Game, identity and amorousfeeling. " After having shown why the characters are confronted to the necessity of taking on a identity of role, we demonstrate how theses plays stage characters in search of an ever problematictruth be it the truth in words, in people, in love, so many truths inseparable from the theatre

La recherche, réalisée auprès de quatre professeurs d'éducation physique et sportive enseignant en milieu difficile, s'attache à problématiser et éclairer - depuis la didactique - le constat réalisé par de nombreux travaux de sociologie et de sciences de l'éducation : celui d'une minoration des savoirs enseignés au bénéfice des savoir-être et de savoir-faire sociaux dans ces contextes d'enseignement. Pour ce faire le cadre de la thèse intègre, après les avoir convertis, le concept "d'activité empêchée" et la méthode "d'instruction au sosie" empruntés à la "clinique de l'activité" dans le cadre d'une problématique de recherche didactique. L'articulation de l'analyse de l'action didactique en classe à partir de la vidéo et du recours, par des voies d'accès indirectes, à l'activité empêchée de l'enseignant permet ainsi de mettre au jour les ressorts et les contraintes à l'origine du fonctionnement des systèmes didactiques observés. Cette recherche permet d'initier des pistes interprétatives rompant avec un discours d'accusation des enseignants fondé sur un hypothétique déficit de maîtrise des savoirs et sur une non moins hypothétique posture de renoncement. Les résultats mettent en évidence que la prise en charge du "maintien de l'ordre" dans les classes se combine, contraint et oriente mais n'évacue pas des préoccupations des enseignants l'aboutissement de l'enjeu de savoir en ce qu'il est le résultat de l'action conjointe du professeur et des élèves. L'épistémologie professionnelle des professeurs apparaît à la lumière des résultats comme un élément structurant leur action en classe et œuvrant dans le développement de leur activité. La thèse est aussi l'occasion de discuter les rapports entre didactique et ergonomie
Looking at schooling in deprived area, sociologists and pedagogists have pointed out that specific learning achievement might disappear for the benefit of social control under the slogan of the making of citizen through students' self-responsibility and self-awareness. In this thesis we analyse through observation and interviews the difficulties encountered by four PE teachers in maintaining quality content knowledge in deprived area schools. Grounded on the "didactique" approach and using the method of "instruction au sosie", the research highlights the idea that the teacher's didactical activity might be understood as "detained". It points out the tensions and the contradictions that teachers have to face all along the specific knowledge co-construction process engaged with their students. The results show that class management and instruction are combined, the search of class control does not dwindle the teachers' worries related to the content to be taught and learned during the didactical joint action. Teacher's epistemology appears a decisive element at the heart of their activity development. The thesis gives the opportunity to discuss the theoretical relations between didactics and ergonomics as fields of research

Abstract:
Denne studien ser på hvordan deltakere i et arbeidstreningstiltak tilegner seg og nyttiggjør seg ulike sosiale ressurser gjennom arbeidstreningen. Deltakerne i det aktuelle tiltaket er under Legemiddelassistert rehabilitering (LAR) og har som tidligere rusavhengige hatt begrenset befatning med arbeidslivet, utdanningssystemet og andre sosiale arenaer. Det er derfor interessant å undersøke hvordan overgangen mellom rusfeltet og arbeidslivsfeltet oppleves fra deres ståsted, og hva som bidrar til å muliggjøre og eventuelt vanskeliggjøre denne overgangen. Studiens problemstilling er: hvordan erverves og forvaltes sosial kapital i et arbeidstreningstiltak? Det er brukt to teoretiske tilnærminger til temaet. Den ene fokuserer på utviklingen av sosiale roller, relasjoner og identiteter, som bidrar til forståelsen av dannelsesprosessen deltakerne gjennomgår. Her er Anthony Giddens (1938-), Erving Goffman (1922-82) og George H. Mead (1863-1931) sentrale bidrag. Den andre innfallsvinkelen knyttes til begrepet sosial kapital, som gir forståelse av sosiale relasjoners betydning og verdi. Herunder anser Pierre Bourdieu (1930-2002) sosial kapital som ressurser som deles mellom mennesker i avgrensede sosiale felt. James S. Coleman (1926-95) forstår på sin side sosial kapital som et biprodukt av samhandlinger mellom folk på tvers av sosiale felt. Teoriene har i tråd med hermeneutisk forskningspraksis bidratt til å berike og utvide forståelsen av hva som begrenser og styrker LAR-deltakernes utbytte av arbeidstreningen. Studien baserer seg på et empirisk datamateriale som er innhentet gjennom totalt 13 kvalitative intervjuer og gruppeintervjuer av henholdsvis aktive og tidligere deltakere, samt ansatte i det aktuelle tiltaket. Nettverkskart ble også brukt i intervju med aktive deltakere, i tillegg til at deltakende observasjon ble gjennomført på arbeidstreningsplassen. Metodene har bidratt til å fremskaffe innsikt i hvordan deltakernes dannelsesprosess fortoner seg, hva slags sosiale ressurser de får tilgang på gjennom tiltaket, og hvordan nettverkene de disponerer påvirker deres potensiale for arbeidsrehabilitering. Hovedfunnet i studien er at deltakere med mest stabil grunnkapital – i form av gjensidige, positive relasjoner, har størst forutsetning for å lykkes med arbeidsrehabiliteringen. Disse har en habitus og en sosial kapital som er mer forenlig med den som anerkjennes i arbeidsfeltet, og som dermed gjør de i bedre stand til å erverve sosial kapital gjennom arbeidstreningen og forvalte denne på en god måte.

Abstract:
I denne oppgaven er forskjeller i treningsvaner mellom majoritetselever og minoritetselever hovedfokus. I tillegg blir sosiale skillelinjer vurdert som en mulig faktor for elevenes valg av idrettsaktivitet. Dette skjer ut ifra følgende problemstilling: Hvilke forskjeller er det på minoritetselever og majoritetselever når det kommer til valg av idrett, treningsvaner og fritidsaktiviteter? Kan dette ses i forhold til sosiale klasseskiller? Oppgavens teoretiske bakteppe bygger på Bourdieus teori om habitus og kapital. Bourdieu benytter seg av kapital, kulturell-, økonomisk- eller sosial-, for å kunne karakterisere forskjeller i samfunnet. Kapital er en ressurs som er fordelt ulikt mellom familier og er med på å definere avstand og forskjeller i det sosiale hierarki. Utdannelse, akademiske grader, sosial anseelse og innflytelsesrikt arbeid er eksempler på slik kapital (Esmark, 2006). I samfunnet finner man klassifikasjonssystemer som på et symbolsk plan fungerer som en ramme for den enkeltes handlinger, adferd, tanker, vurderinger og følelser (Wacquant, 1996). Bourdieu (1995) deler opp disse klassene i tre: den dominerende klassen (borgerskapet), middelklassen (småborgerskapet) og den dominerte klassen (arbeiderklassen). Disse klassene har utviklet ulike klassemessige identiteter og verdimønster, habitus. Dette har skjedd gjennom oppveksten (Bourdieu, 1995), og kan være med på å bestemme hvilken idrett elevene velger å drive med. Hovedfunnene i oppgaven er at organisert trening henger sammen med andel kulturell kapital. Jo høyere utdannelse foreldrene har, jo flere elever driver med organisert trening. Det ble også påvist en sammenheng mellom kulturell kapital og styrketrening, da det viste seg at jo mindre kulturell kapital, jo større andel driver med styrketrening. Dette kan ses i forhold til klassene, da de lavere klassene (arbeiderklassen) ofte velger idretter som viser rå styrke og kraft, i motsetning til borgerskapet som heller velger mer estetiske idretter hvor målet er sunnhet og helse. Det er forskjeller på minoritetselevene og majoritetselevene når det kommer til valg av idrettsaktivitet. Majoritetselevene er i større grad aktive i idrettslag, mens minoritetselevene oftere trener på egenhånd.

Formålet med oppgaven var å gjennomføre en pilotstudie på effekten av oppmerksomhetstrening (ATT) som eneste behandlingstiltak for sosial fobi. Alle behandlingsmanualer var laget som en del av hovedoppgaven av kandidaten. Store deler av det praktiske gjennomføringen av prosjektet var kandidatens ansvar. En gruppe på fire personer med sosial fobi mottok fire behandlingssesjoner på 45-60 minutter med ATT samt trente to ganger daglig på egenhånd mellom sesjonene. Studiet indikerte at ATT medførte mindre generelle angstsymptomer, mindre bruk av sikkerhetsstrategier, samt reduksjon i bruk av bekymring og grubling. ATT hadde imidlertid mer usikker effekt på sosial fobi symptomer og virket ikke å være tilstrekkelig for å oppnå klinisk signifikant endring. Studiet viste at ATT virker akseptabel for personer med sosial fobi og at det kan brukes som et fornuftig supplement til behandling av sosial fobi.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap loyalitas merek, dengan kesadaran merek dan citra merek sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek penelitian merek dalam negeri yaitu Scarlett pada media sosial Instagram. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 238 responden dengan kriteria pernah membeli produk merek Scarlett minimal 2 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir, usia minimal 17 tahun, dan mengikuti akun Instagram Scarlett. Penelitian ini bersifat tidak acak yaitu purposive sampling. Pembagian kuesioner dilakukan dengan cara online, yaitu kuesioner dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Forms. Lalu, link kuesioner disebarkan secara online melalui berbagai media sosial seperti Whatsapp, Line, Instagram, Twitter, dan Facebook. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), dengan bantuan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kesadaran merek memediasi aktivitas pemasaran media sosial pada faktor hiburan, faktor iklan, dan faktor trendiness terhadap loyalitas merek. Kemudian, citra merek memediasi aktivitas pemasaran media sosial pada faktor interaksi, dan faktor trendiness terhadap loyalitas merek di Instagram. Sedangkan, kesadaran merek tidak memediasi aktivitas pemasaran media sosial pada faktor interaksi, dan kustomisasi terhadap loyalitas merek. Lalu, citra merek tidak memediasi aktivitas pemasaran media sosial pada faktor hiburan, faktor iklan, dan faktor kustomisasi terhadap loyalitas merek di Instagram.

Kebijakan hilirisasi migas dan minerba adalah fokus utama pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya alamnya. Laporan ini mengevaluasi tahapan hilirisasi dari sektor minyak bumi, gas alam, mineral, hingga batubara dengan menggunakan metodologi Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environment, and Legal (PESTEL) dan konsep efek trickle down. Tujuannya adalah menilai faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kebijakan hilirisasi di Indonesia. Melalui kerangka PESTEL, laporan ini mengidentifikasi aspek politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi, lingkungan, dan hukum yang mempengaruhi kebijakan hilirisasi. Efek trickle down dianalisis untuk memahami distribusi manfaat ekonomi. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, ketimpangan sosial, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Dalam konteks energi, diperlukan kebijakan yang mendukung investasi teknologi dan peningkatan kapasitas manusia. Di sektor Migas eksplorasi dan eksploitasi sumber daya harus diimbangi dengan perlindungan lingkungan yang ketat dan berkelanjutan. Di sektor mineral, keterlibatan industri dan regulasi lingkungan perlu diperkuat. Di sektor batubara, diversifikasi ekonomi dan penggunaan energi bersih merupakan kunci untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Implikasinya, diperlukan strategi kebijakan holistik yang mempertimbangkan aspek politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi, lingkungan, dan hukum. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan merupakan hal penting untuk implementasi kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan dan memastikan distribusi manfaat yang adil.

Samarbeidet er med på å bygge det nordiske fellesskapet, er nyttig for å nå våre nordiske visjoner, og for å bedre velferdstjenester til mennesker med funksjonshinder. Resultatene av det nordiske tverrsektorielle samarbeidet på funksjonshinderområdet rapporteres regelmessig til embetsmannskomiteen for sosial- og helsepolitikk (EK-S), og annethvert år til Nordisk råd. Dette er den første rapporteringen fra nordisk samarbeid om funksjons­hinderspørsmål i den nye programperioden 2023–2027. Rapporten omfatter temaet digital inklusjon, som ordførerlandet Island løftet fram i 2023, samt aktiviteter på fokusområder i programperioden 2023–2027: menneskelige rettigheter, deltakelse og fri bevegelse. Rapporten redegjør også for hvordan det går med døvblindvirksomheten, støtteordningen for økt samarbeid mellom funksjonshinder­organisasjoner og forskning og utviklingsarbeid.
