Le syndrome de Capras (ou illusion des sosies) est un trouble de l’identification des personnes caractérisé par la conviction délirante qu’une (ou plusieurs) personne(s) proche(s) du sujet ont été remplacées par des doubles (physiquement identiques) qui le persécutent. Il s’agit du plus fréquent des délires d’identification des personnes. Le cas princeps décrit une patiente souffrant de psychose hallucinatoire chronique. La littérature montre que ce « curieux petit syndrome » est le plus souvent associé à une schizophrénie ou à une démence. Pour certains auteurs [1], il serait d’une non reconnaissance affective d’un visage physiquement reconnu.Cas cliniqueMme M. 74 ans est hospitalisée pour une recrudescence délirante d’une paranoia évoluant depuis 40 ans. Il s’agit de sa première hospitalisation en psychiatrie. À l’admission, le diagnostic est confirmé (elle présente une conviction délirante inébranlable parfaitement systématisée, de mécanisme interprétatif, de thème persécutif de thymie congruente), ayant eu des conséquences particulièrement malheureuses dans sa vie affective, professionnelle, sociale et familiale. Il est alors mis en évidence un délire de faux semblant tout à fait évocateur d’un syndrome de Capgras. Mme M. a constaté l’apparition de sosies de son époux qu’elle ne reconnaissait pas, de sa propre personne (depuis une agression – avérée – avec vol de ses papiers d’identité), et au cours de l’hospitalisation du médecin du service qui la prenait en charge. Le cas que nous présentons ici à un double intérêt. D’une part, il est décrit associé à une Paranoïa, ce qui n’est pas habituellement décrit dans la littérature, à notre connaissance. D’autre part, il répond de façon remarquable à la modélisation d’Ellis et Young.

« Curieux petit syndrome », le syndrome de Capgras consiste en un trouble de l’identification des personnes. Il porte atteinte au sentiment de familiarité, renvoyant un inconfortable vécu d’étrangeté. Cela donne une véritable particularité clinique dans la relation et la prise en charge du patient. Partant de la situation de Mme. A., nous entamons une revue de la littérature des caractéristiques sémiologiques et des considérations étiologiques du syndrome de Capgras. Initialement dénommé « illusion des sosies », ce syndrome renvoie à la conviction délirante du patient qu’un ou des proches ont été substitués par un ou des sosies. Ce dernier renvoie un sentiment de persécution d’intensité variable selon les patients. Capgras résume sa description clinique en parlant d’« agnosie d’identification », car « partout le patient saisit la ressemblance et partout il méconnaît l’identité ». La clinique de Mme. A., par ses intrications psychiatriques, biologiques, cognitives et neurologiques, souligne la nécessité d’une approche multifactorielle et intégrative dans la compréhension du syndrome de Capgras. À côté des hypothèses psychodynamiques, deux modèles issus des sciences cognitives se dégagent dans la littérature : le modèle séquentiel de reconnaissance des visages par Bruce et Young et le modèle « à deux voies ». Des modèles ultérieurs tentent ensuite de faire le lien avec les données de neuro-imagerie, notamment fonctionnelle. Issus de ces démarches intégratives, des approches globales du syndrome de Capgras semblent se développer dans les travaux les plus récents de la littérature. Avec une clinique à la rencontre de la psychiatrie et de la neurologie, les questions autour de l’organicité du syndrome de Capgras persistent sans être entièrement tranchées. Ce syndrome demeure néanmoins d’une grande richesse pour le clinicien, tant sur le plan théorique que dans les liens avec le patient et son entourage.

It can occur in the context of psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, major depression) such organic, in which onset of delirium is usually later coinciding with neurological damage or neurodegenerative disease.Case reportWoman 73-year-old diagnosed of schizophrenia since more than thirty years ago. Her family talk about general impairment of the patient in the last two years. She needed a couple of psychiatric hospitalizations because of her psychiatric disease, and probably onset of cognitive impairment. In this context, we objectified the presence of a Capgras syndrome.ObjectivesTo review the literature available about Capgras syndrome in elderly and illustrate it with a clinical case.MethodsReview of literature about Capgras syndrome in elderly by searching of articles in the PubMed database of the last five years to illustrate the exposure of a single case report.ResultsThe etiology of this syndrome is not yet well understood. Advanced age is frequently found Capgras syndrome with or without the concomitant presence of an obvious cognitive impairment.ConclusionsSince it is a complex process an etiological model that combines cognitive and perceptual deficits, organic impairment and psychodynamic factors should be proposed. The concept of social entrepreneurship is increasingly popular throughout the world. In Malaysia, the need for social entrepreneurship is based on community-related issues such as economic, social, environmental and educational development. Communities need to be strengthened as a group of individuals who make up and become valuable human capital for the country. Community cultures that are keen to wait and rely on the assistance of the government and the Department of Social Welfare (JKM) in particular need to be changed. By generating as many social entrepreneurs in the community, it is believed to be able to enhance the socio-economic status of the community as well as stimulate the country's development rapidly. Therefore, communities in this country need to be exposed and educated with the concept, role and opportunity of social entrepreneurship for them to move social and economic development through social entrepreneurship platform. The success of individuals pioneering the social entrepreneurial approach to solving community problems needs to be publicly disseminated, especially to groups within the community; to be an exemplar of the successful social entrepreneurship endeavour. Through this social entrepreneurial approach, community socio-economic empowerment is expected to be realized. Hence, this concept paper aims to explain the concepts and approaches of social entrepreneurship towards the socio-economic development of the community with the emphasis on social entrepreneurship roles and opportunities.

Pendidikan seks di kalangan remaja masih sangat tabu untuk dibahas, begitu pula dengan bahaya narkoba. Akibatnya, remaja tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup mengenai kedua hal tersebut. Hal ini kemudian berdampak pada munculnya keinginan remaja untuk mencoba dan dapat membahayakan generasi penerus bangsa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai seksualitas dan bahaya narkoba, terutama pada remaja. Kegiatan ini kemudian dilakukan dengan member penyuluhan yang disertai dengan diskusi interaktif. Antusiasme peserta dalam kegiatan ini cukup baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan serupa masih sangat perlu untuk dilakukan.

Social media as the prominent phenomenon of digital culture has become the infrastructure for social and political movements. Digital media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter have become practical tools for social movements, especially for communicating, organizing, and gaining wider publicity. However, a more careful study shows that activism on social media can only become an impactful socio-political movement if it meets the requirements of contemporary culture. Social media apparently does not support the absorption and deepening of complex discourses or difficult issues. In addition, direct (offline) activities, namely traditional forms of organization, are absolutely necessary for resilient and impactful social movements. These findings are in line with the study of social movements in the Catholic Church. Only through direct action in the offline realm can social movements foster spirituality, empower people, manifest a sense of solidarity, and become deep collective movements that inspire continuous effort for the sake of the common good.

Produk Sosis Acil Mita merupakan salah satu usaha yang berada di Kota Samarinda. Usaha Sosis ini didirikan pada tahun 2019 dengan berbagai varian rasa. Teknik pemasarannya melalui sistem pre order (PO) dimana skala usahanya masih kecil baik dari segi pemasarannya maupun segi keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh produk Sosis Acil Mita dengan menerapkan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Sosis Acil Mita ini mempunyai peluang yang baik, karena dari segi merek, produk ini sudah dikelola sendiri oleh pemiliknya. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, Sosis Acil Mita ini dapat melakukan inovasi produk guna meningkatkan variasi rasa dan kualitas produk sehingga dapat memenuhi selera dan kebutuhan konsumen agar dapat lebih unggul dari pesaing. Perekrutan tenaga kerja juga dapat dilakukan agar permintaan konsumen dapat dipenuhi lebih banyak dan membuka kesempatan masyarakat yang ingin menjadi reseller Sosis Acil Mita sehingga produk ini dapat dikenal di Kota Samarinda. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, pemasaran melalui media sosial lebih dioptimalkan sehingga dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu.

Enhacing citizens' social welfare, creating the environment for the fulfillment of their material and spiritual needs and solving the issues related to the social security are the priorities of the social policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Over the recent years the successful uptrend of development has been maintained in all directions, the application of all social programmes, enhancement of citizens' social security, involving socially sensitive groups of citizens in the social care of the government, the security of their labor rights, the arrangement of active employment events and dedicated acts in other fields, pension and social distribution, the reforms regarding the enhancement of medical-social examination systems have been proceeded successfully. In this regard, we consider that some changes to the legislative statements regarding the social assistance payments should be done. As social assistance payments have a dynamic nature, regular enhancements on the legislative statements should be done. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa utilitas media sosial sebagai media promosi yang efektif menghasilkan 1) media sosila sebaga Sarana Promosi yang Efektif dan Efisien pada konsumen sangat positif dan berdamapak positif pada volume penjualan. 2) Interkasi secara langsung dengan pelanggan adalah salah satu utilitas media sosial yang berdampak pada vuleme penjulalan. Struktur Teks, Kognisi Sosial, dan Dimensi Sosial Pidato Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Penelitian ini mengkaji pikiran dan gagasan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono sebagai presiden RI Keenam melalui pidato-pidatonya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur teks, kognisi sosial, dan dimensi sosial dalam pidato Sosilo Bambang Yudhoyono tentang demokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis yang dikembangkan oleh Teun A. van Dijk yang disebut kognisi sosial. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Pada struktur teks, materi pidato secara umum mengangkat topik tentang perubahan demokrasi di Indonesia yang semakin baik, hal itu disusun dengan pola organisasi tertentu agar gagasannya semakin menonjol, dan gagasan tentang keunggulan demokrasi ditonjolkan, sedangkan kelemahannya dikaburkan. (2) Pada kognisi sosial, penulis menampilkan pengetahuan pribadi, kelompok, dan masyarakat umum tentang keunggulan demokrasi dan dampaknya di Indonesia, penulis berpendapat bahwa demokrasi berbasis Pancasila cocok sebagai solusi permasalahan Indonesia di masa transisi, demokrasi ini juga diyakini116sebagai sistem pemerintahan yang baik, sedangkan yang lain buruk. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan quasy experimental dengan jumlah populasi anak. Dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 28 orang dan terdiri dari dua kelas, kelas B1 terdiri 14 orang anak dan kelas B2 terdiri 14 orang anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan tes sosial emosional sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. NiIai rata-rata pre-test kelas kontroI yaitu 20,5, sedangkan niIai post test kelas kontroI yaitu 28,1 dan NiIai rata-rata pre-test keIas eksperimen yaitu 15,8, sedangkan niIai post test keIas eksperimen yaitu 34,6 daIam peneIitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini bisa dinyatakan bahwa Pembelajaran Cooperative Tipe Make A Match Terhadap Perkembangan SosiaI EmosionaI dapat berpengaruh pada perkembangan sosial emosioanal pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.

The sophistication of technology has encouraged the use of social media in society and has the potential to be the main medium of information dissemination replacing the mass media. Social media also serves to connect among of the users to make it easier for them to interact with each other even in a distance. However, the broad-ranging and extensive social media system also make way for the immoralities and causes the problem of social interaction in the virtual space. This has been proven by the findings of numerous studies on social interaction misconduct on social media. This paper attempts to identify the pattern of several previous studies on social interaction misconduct on social media by using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This method was applied to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all existing studies within the topic areas of the phenomenon of social interaction misconduct on social media. Through this method as well, the process of identification and evaluation of articles can be done systematically by following the process that has been determined. The results of the study found that there are several major issues of social interaction misconduct on social media that have become the topic of studies, such as cyber bully, cyber fraud, spreading fake news and sexual harassment. Nevertheless, there are several forms of ideas for the prevention of social media misconduct; for instance, law enforcement, education, and the application of ethical and moral values.

Dalam tulisan ini penulis memaparkan tentang eksistensi dan realita media sosial dalam kehidupan cyber society. Dari pembahasan yang disajikan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa relaita kehidupan masyarakat cyber sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan yang terjadi di media sosial. Keberadaan media sosial sangat terasa dalam realita kehidupan masyarakat cyber. Karena media sosial menjadi ruang hidup yang merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari cyber society. Materi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah daging ayam afkir (ayam ras petelur yang sudah tidak produktif), bakteri Lactobacillus plantarum , tepung tapioka, tepung maizena, tepung Isolat Protein Kedelai (ISP), garam, lemak daging, minyak makan, telur, bawang putih. Persentase bakteri Lactobacillus plantarum yang digunakan untuk setiap perlakuannya sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, 4 perlakuan tersebut yaitu (P0= kontrol atau tanpa fermentasi, P1= fermentasi 1 hari, P2= fermentasi 2 hari, P3= fermentasi 3 hari. Peubah yang diamati adalah pengukuran pH, pengujian Total Plate Count (TPC), pengujian total asam, dan pengujian kadar protein. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis uji sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pengaruh lama fermentasi sosis salami menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh sangat nyata P0,01 terhadap nilai pH, total bakteri (TPC), dan total asam sosis Salami, serta berpengaruh nyata P0,05 terhadap nilai protein sosis Salami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan perlakuan P2 (lama fermentasi 48 jam) merupakan hasil terbaik secara keseluruhan dilihat dari nilai pH (5,08), total plate count (8,33), total asam(8,77) dan kandungan protein (15,29). The research was conducted at the Meat Processing Science and Technology Laboratory, Milk Processing Science and Technology Laboratory, and Nutrition and Feed Processing Science, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Syiah Kuala. The materials used in this study were rejected chicken meat (layers that are no longer productive), Lactobacillus Plantarum bacteria, tapioca flour, cornstarch, ISP flour (soy flour), salt, meat fat, edible oil, eggs, garlic. The percentage of Lactobacillus Plantarum bacteria used for each treatment was the same. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with unidirectional pattern with 4 treatments and 4 replications, the 4 treatments were (P0= control or no fermentation, P1= 1 day fermentation, P2= 2 days fermentation, P3= 3 days fermentation). The observed variables were pH measurement, TPC testing, total acid testing, and protein content testing. The results of the study based on analysis of variance test showed that the treatment of the effect of the duration of fermentation of salami sausage showed a very significant effect P 0.01 on the pH value, total bacteria (TPC), and total acid of Salami sausage, and had a significant effect of P 0.05 on the protein value of Salami sausage.

Perilaku dan sikap sosial emosional anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan. Pembentukan dan peningkatan sosial emosial anak merupakan tugas dan tanggung jawab orang tua. Namun pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan orang tua yang kurang berperan atau bahkan tidak berperan dalam perkembangan dan peningkatan sosiol emosional pada anak, sehingga berakibat anak menjadi pemurung, agresif, kasar, tidak mampu mengontrol emosi, sulit mengungkapkan keinginan, sulit berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi, dan bertampak terhadap perilaku anak.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif, yang ditindaklanjuti dengan penelitian literatur. Metode deskriptif adalah suatu metode dalam meneliti status sekelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran atau pun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang benar dari suatu objek.

Knowing the phenomenon of publication of social behavior in romantic relationships and very close relationships with each other, knowing as seen in the Citayam Teen phenomenon in romantic relationship behavior which is known to be viral on social media can affect teenagers social change, as the purpose of this study. This study uses qualitative research methods with the aim of looking at existing phenomena and then uses a descriptive approach to describe the impact of adolescent social behavior in social media that will affect social change for their adolescent peers. Based on the results of the study, the influence given can be in the form of positive and negative influences. Positive influence, can give youth space to innovate, be creative, and play a global role and get emotional support from others, as well as provide income. Meanwhile, by going viral on social media, the social behavior they display can have a negative effect, by expecting justification, and acknowledgment of the behavior of romantic relationships and friendships shown on social media without understanding that it has violated cultural norms by adopting people's cultures. outsiders who are considered to follow the development of modern times, then allow their peers and peers to make it as something that can be imitated by expecting popularity even though it has violated cultural norms. Tədqiqat işində sosial turizmin müasir vəziyyətinin tədqiqi və Azərbaycanda sosial turizmin iştirakçıları ilə bağlı fəaliyyətin təhlil edilməsi tədqiqat işinin əsas məqsədlərindən hesab edilir. The main purpose of the research is to study the current state of social tourism and analyze the activities of participants in social tourism in Azerbaijan. As a result of the study, it was explained that the revival of health tourism, the development and importance of the sanatorium-resort business will contribute to social tourism. The problems encountered in the formation and implementation of tourism services in the social tourism system were studied. The work done by the state in this area and the prospects for future development were highlighted. Creating conditions to ensure the availability of tourism services for all categories of consumers is one of the goals of the research. The information obtained as a result of the study should pay attention to disabled tourism companies in Azerbaijan, which will provide ample opportunities for future use as a result of creating favorable conditions for travel and recreation of this category of citizens. As it is not possible to use the analysis method to cover all government agencies, the analysis was conducted only in the context of identifying social media accounts used by the highest levels of government, such as the presidency and the prime minister. The study used international experience in public administration and local expertise. The local expertise of our country provides examples of the use of social media in public administration. This study was conducted to examine the influence of social problem factors on students. This is because the influence of social factors is an important thing that can shape the future of youth. In this study, the study has three main scopes which are identifying the factors of self-influenced background in social problems, explaining parental factors in influencing the social problems of adolescents and elaborating on the forms of peer factors that influence in social problems. The methodology of the study is qualitative using the interview method. The results from this study show that there is an influence of the social environment on the formation of adolescent morality. It can be concluded that the influence of the social environment does have a significant impact on adolescents. The study is expected to provide new input on behalf of schools, parents, peers and teens themselves in shaping positive behaviours.

This research is descriptive qualitative. The data method in this study is the observation method and note-taking technique as advanced methods. After the data is collected, the data is then transcribed autographically and the results are presented in the form of a description. The results of this study were a smile and a tongue glow. Silence is divided into two types namely silent silence and filled silence. The silence that occurs is caused by several things including unpreparedness, forgetfulness, and doubts. Tongue discharge can be due to a variety of things, is rushed, humorous, unconscious, and unfocused.

The impact of social media use on behavior among Students of Higher Education institutions nowadays needs to be given serious attention. Many teenagers are influenced by the views shared on social media and cause the emergence of negative behavior problems at home or in educational institutions. The existence of these problems among teenagers is definitely a factor or cause that needs to be identified. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the level of frequency of social media use and its relationship with the appearance of behavior among community college students in terms of socializing, communication, dressing, and entertainment. Social media and its impact on adolescents is a very broad issue and needs to be studied in depth all the time as its development and rapidity are always happening. The research only focused on three types of social media like Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. This study was conducted qualitatively using the library research method by making research on books and journals. The findings that have been identified show that there are many advantages and disadvantages of social media for adolescents, especially in the aspects studied. This study is very important because it can make students aware that social media can influence negative morals and help all educators at all levels improve their teaching system by emphasizing the relevant elements to avoid negative social problems among male and female students.
