Abstract:
Stať je příspěvkem do současné sociologické diskuse o kulturním/kolektivním traumatu. Přidává příklad historické zkušenosti komunismu jako zdroje kolektivního traumatu k případům otroctví, holocaustu a nacismu, na nichž se zmíněná diskuse rozvinula, – a zároveň se systematicky zaměřuje na generační aspekt daného problému. V generační perspektivě představuje uvedené historické zkušenosti jako jedinečné případy kulturní definice traumatu a mezigeneračního přenosu traumatické zkušenosti. Zdůrazňuje přitom napětí mezi kulturní reprodukcí kontinuity dotčených kolektivit skrze vědomí kolektivně sdíleného historického osudu na jedné straně, a spory, skrze něž se kolektivní paměť udržuje, v nichž se ale současně odráží rozdílné generační zkušenosti příslušníků dané kolektivity a skrze něž se vědomí o generačních rozdílech reprodukuje, na straně druhé.

Abstract:
Text je koncipován jako teoretická studie vycházející v návaznosti na nove­lu vyhlášky č. 27/2016 Sb., o vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a žáků nadaných; v kontextu legislativních změn a nároků na povolání asistenta pe­dagoga. Cílem studie je nabídnout vhled do problematiky geneze a ukotvení profese asistenta pedagoga v současném českém systému vzdělávání. Text má dvě základní tematické roviny. V první jsou představeny historické a legislativní změny asistent­ské profese v průběhu desetiletí. Druhá část studie se věnuje souhrnu požadavků na kvalifikaci a profesní přípravu směřující k aktuální situaci ve školství. Autorka se při­tom nevyhýbá hledání odpovědí na otázky, které provázejí stabilizaci této pomáhající profese v praxi. V centru pozornosti jsou například otázky, které se vztahují k náplni práce asistenta pedagoga, rozmanitosti nároků na vzdělání a postavení této pracovní pozice ve vztahu k ostatním účastníkům vzdělávacího procesu.

Abstract:
Článek Historické právní informace a jejich databázové zpřístupnění zkoumá zpřístupňování výrazně specifického druhu právních informací – historických právních informací. V své první části se článek zabývá všeobecnými otázkami zpřístupňování historických právních informací a nakládání s nimi. Druhá část popisuje současnou českou situaci a zmiňuje současné praktické obtíže. Třetí část článku přináší kritický přehled aktivit, které byly dosud na poli digitalizace ve zkoumané oblasti uskutečněny. Čtvrtá část článku tyto projekty sumárně hodnotí na podkladu tohoto hodnocení formuluje optimální požadavky na podobu dalších aktivit. Z těchto požadavků vychází podoba vytvářeného projektu Národní právní dědictví, stručně popsaná částí pátou. Možnosti systému podrobně popisuje rozsáhlá část šestá o způsobech jeho využívání. Část část sedmá pak doplňuje část šestou přiblížením roviny vybraných technických parametrů řešení systému.

Abstract:
Aby historie sociologie neztratila svoji relevanci, neměla by být chápána jako biografický orientovaná přehlídka uznávaných a zapomenutých klasiků, ale spíše jako doplněk sociologické teorie. Historik sociologie by měl přestat jednat jako kutil identity, který sociologii pomáhá najít a stabilizovat její historickou identitu. Neměl by fungovat ani jako sběrač idejí, který v dějinách sociologie hledá opuštěné koncepty za účelem kritického zpochybnění dominujících paradigmat současné sociologie. Naopak, po „historickém obratu“ ve filozofii vědy by měl historik sociologie převzít stopařskou roli. Na rozdíl od Roberta K. Mertona bychom sociologickou teorii a historii sociologie neměli chápat jako dvě oddělené záležitosti. Genealogická zkoumání by nás měla spíše vést k historické epistemologii disciplinárních paradigmat, zdůrazňující potřebu analýzy teoretických paradigmat v sociálním kontextu jejich geneze.

Abstract:
The thesis "Nigeria in Historic Perspective, Its Foreign Policy and Current Problems"describes a historic development of Nigeria including current political and economic situation after parliamentary and presidental elections in spring 2007. Historical outline forms the introductory part of the thesis, which is followed by general analysis of Nigerian foreign policy and its activity in chosen African and other international organizations. The other part of the chapter contains an analysis of mutual relations between Nigeria and its surrounding states -- Benin, Niger, Chad, Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea. Next chapter characterizes the oil conflict in the Niger Delta and possible suggestions for its solutions. The closing part presents summary of discovered information.

Abstract:
This thesis tries to prove that some historical aspects of forest environmental regulation could be more suitable than contemporary ones. It connects these historical aspects with free market environmentalism approach and provides a specific evaluation of this synthesis. Its aim is to draft application of functional historical aspects into current environmental regulation. The study confirmed the hypothesis that applicable historical aspects exists and they could be used into current environmental forest regulation. In accordance with FME principles and case -- studies results showed application of historical aspects solid recommendations to private law solution in the Czech silvicultural environment. However, there is a necessary further research impact assesment of incorporation precedents as a particular change in Czech justice system.

Diploma thesis "Reflection of Old Portuguese in dialects of Contemporary European Portuguese" deals with influence of Old Portuguese on dialects used and spoken over area of Continental Portugal. The first part of diploma thesis reflects language history, its development and language changes in general terms. After overview of general rules of language development and explanation of language changes theory Portuguese language is described from genealogical, geographical and historical point of view. The first chapters of main part of diploma thesis focuses on Old Portuguese and its historical stages which will be analyzed based on its subsystems - phonetical, lexical and morphosyntactical. The theme of relation of language and its dialects will be discussed as well. One of the most important parts of Diploma thesis is dedicated to description and classification of dialects of Contemporary Portuguese high-lighting differences in phonetical and lexical subsystems of these dialects. Presentation of Old Portuguese and dialects of Contemporary European Portuguese is followed by the research part of Diploma thesis. In the thesis Language Analysis of Baroque Sermon I deal with the morphological level of the Baroque sermon written by Karel Václav Černý Medotekoucí sláva na hůře Libanu (Fame on Liban Mountain) dating back to 1727. The thesis is a follow-up of my bachelor thesis analyzing the syntactic level of sermon. Besides this it involved the exposition concerning the Baroque time and the Saint John of Nepomuk. For this reason I do not state this information in my thesis. The thesis is based on the research of grammatical means applied in the text, as in view of the scope the thesis could not be focused on the lexical and stylistic level. Theoretical base are for me the present as well as the historical grammar books. I classify word classes acquired by excerption and focus on their characteristic features. I try to prove everything by examples found in the text. The target of this thesis is to compare the Baroque grammatical means with the means of the present Czech language.

This diploma thesis aims to contribute to the proposed project concerning the update of the multi-media application EMSA (Elektronická mluvnice současné angličtiny, The electronic grammar of contemporary English). This project is based on the text of Mluvnice současné angličtiny na pozadí češtiny [Grammar of contemporary English against the background of Czech] by Professor PhDr. Libuše Dušková, DrSc. et al., which was digitalized and can be accessed at the website www.mluvniceanglictiny.cz. In the future, this application aims to contain supplementary texts, relevant bibliographic information, exercises, authentic examples acquired from electronic corpora, etc. The particular task of this diploma thesis is the critical revision of chapter 8.4 Modal verbs. The first step was the survey of relevant literature and identification of parts which are not explicitly covered by Dušková's original text. These findings are presented in the theoretical part of the thesis (chapter 1.); they are concerned mainly with theoretical definitions (e.g. the delimitation of central and marginal modals or kinds of modality) and information concerning the distribution and recent developments of modal verbs. The second main step was to compile these findings into texts which would be suitable for the use in the project...

This graduation thesis is focused on the contemporary Czech historical prose of popular type, in which history represents a mere background to stories of love, action or crime. We can find there an inspiration with the main genres of popular literature, as romances, adventure or detective stories are. The methodology is based on a comparison of the schemes and stereotypes of these popular genres and concrete historical novels or short stories by contemporary Czech authors. In conclusion I state, that the authors make use of generals principles of the popular literature, which apply to a historical subject matter, but the historical subject matter has the specificity, that implicates modification schemes and stereotypes of prenominal genres of the popular literature.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the concept of modernity called "nadcivilizace" ("supercivilization") that was developed in the nineteen-fifties by Czech philosopher Jan Patočka (1907-1977) in his originally unpublished study Nadcivilizace a její vnitřní konflikt. The main goal of the thesis is to introduce this concept in the framework of the author's life and work, as well as in the context of current research in the field of historical sociology. This goal is fulfilled through three main steps, which are preceded by preliminary remarks about the issues of nowadays civilizational analysis. The first part is focused on the introduction of the author's concept of modernity as it was presented in the aforementioned study. Patočka's original term "nadcivilizace" is introduced and put into the context of civilizational analysis. At the same time, the circumstances of the genesis of the text, and the spiritual framework of the epoch in which Czech philosopher lived, are presented. Second part attempts to put the original concept into the author's lecture of philosophy of history, and to demonstrate the changes that occurred in Patočka's understanding of modernity in his work Kacířské eseje o filosofii dějin (Heretical Essays in the Philosophy of History, 1975). Abstract:
The diploma thesis on Historical and current varietal assortment of Echinacea Moench and their evaluation in the climatic conditions of the Central European thermophyticum summarizes the complete assortment development. The genus itself has 10 species and several varieties. the original location, North America with scattered areas of occurrence. Among the basic observed features of the assortment were the coloring of inflorescences, leaves, stems and subsequent comparison with RHS Color Chard standards. The stand height, leaf length, inflorescence diameter and radiant flowers were also evaluated and compared. The observation was done in two places and the results were summarized. Among the overflows of several plants, two were chosen as hopeful, for overgrowth.
