The Central Statistics Agency has published a survey report on the happiness of the Indonesian people in 2017. The survey results show that there are disparities that vary between provinces. The province with the highest happiness index was North Maluku, while the province with the lowest happiness index was Papua. Based on this phenomenon, the researcher wants to map the provinces based on the similarity of happiness levels. Researchers used quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis using multidimensional scaling. The results show that the provinces that have similarities with the happiest group are: [1] North Maluku province is like Riau Islands, Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, and Maluku. [2] South Kalimantan is like North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, DI Yogyakarta, and Bali. [3] DKI Jakarta is like West Papua. [4] South Sulawesi is like West Sumatra, Riau, and South Sumatra. [5] Aceh is like Kep. Bangka Belitung. The less happy group [1] West Java is like Banten, Central Java, Central Kalimantan, Jambi, and East Java. [2] North Sumatra is like Papua. [3] Central Sulawesi is like Southeast Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara, Bengkulu, West Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, Lampung, and East Nusa Tenggara.

Hotel competition in South Sulawesi Province in 2018 has increased. This study aims to: determine the price of hotel rooms in the city of Palopo, South Sulawesi Province, find out how the cost of hotel promotions in the City of Palopo, South Sulawesi Province, find out whether the room price and promotion costs have a significantly positive effect on hotel room occupancy rates in Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation, documentation techniques and questionnaires. The results showed that of 17 Hotels / Pensions / Villas in Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province, the room occupancy rate was on average 27%. Promotion fee is Rp. 17,368, - per room. Of the two regression coefficients possessed by the two independent variables, the two independent variables (X1) namely room price and promotion costs (X2) have a significant positive effect on the occupancy rate of the room (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of regional original income (PAD) and investment on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data processed is secondary data from Regional Original Income, Investment and Economic Growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province in 2011-2020. The results of the study show that simultaneously Regional Original Income and Investment have a significant effect on Economic Growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, this is evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the probability (0.010 0.05). Partially Local Original Income (PAD) has a significant effect on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, as evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the significance probability value (0.027 0.05) and partially Investment has a significant effect on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, Province South Sulawesi, as evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the significance probability value (0.030 0.05).

Objective: This study aimed to determine Indonesian native stingless bee propolis from ten provinces of Indonesia as complementary nutraceutical candidate of anti-tuberculosis drug (ATD).Methods: Propolis samples were collected from stingless bee cultivated in ten provinces of Indonesia. The antioxidant capacity test was performed using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and toxicity test was done using Brine Shrimp Lethality Test. The inhibition test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) was performed using Lowenstein-Jensen medium and bacterial colonies were estimated using Most Probable Number.Results: The highest antioxidant capacity was found in Geniotrigona incisa (G. incisa) propolis from South Sulawesi Province with an IC50of 100.05 ppm, while the lowest antioxidant capacity was found in Tetragonula minangkabau propolis from North Sumatera Province with an IC50 of 1378.90 ppm. The lowest propolis toxicity was found in Geniotrigona thorasica propolis from South Kalimantan Province with an LC50of >1000.00, while the highest propolis toxicity was found in Tetragonula laeviceps (T. laeviceps) propolis from Banten Province with an LC50 of<50.00. T. laeviceps propolis from Banten Province had the lowest Mtb inhibition, with the inhibition value of 1.59%. On the other hand, the highest inhibition was shown by Tetragonula biroi propolis from South Sulawesi Province and Tetragonula fuscobalteata propolis from West Nusa Tenggara Province with 100% inhibition value (equivalent to rifampicin).Conclusion: Based on all determinant parameters, G. incisa propolis from South Sulawesi Province has the highest score, and it is defined as complementary nutraceutical candidate of ATD.

This study was conducted to analyze the classification of economic growth of each district/city in South Sulawesi Province use Klassen typology, Williamson index, and logistic regression. Analyze income inequality between districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province. This study uses secondary data with a sample of fifteen years from 2005 to 2019. The results of the study show that: (1) several districts/cities have potential as developed and fast-growing areas, developed but depressed areas, fast-developing areas, and relatively underdeveloped areas; (2) income inequality in South Sulawesi Province is in a low condition; (3) economic growth and income disparity have a negative and significant effect on welfare in South Sulawesi Province. This means that economic growth and growth disparities affect the community's welfare in South Sulawesi Province. Economic development results do not only indicate the direction of achieving specific economic growth rates. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the economic growth has fluctuated. The Williamson Index shows that there are disparities. Partially, economic growth and income disparity significantly affect people's welfare in South Sulawesi Province. So that, the local government in its program is also expected to be able to more intensively carry out efforts to equalize income distribution social welfare.

(2) to determine and analyze the variables that have a dominant effect on the BPBD south Sulawesi province Office employees' performance. This research was conducted at the BPBD office of South Sulawesi Province, with a population and sample of all employees totaling 42 people. The data analysis used was descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The study results prove that the performance of employees at the South Sulawesi Provincial BPBD Office is influenced by training. This means that the independent variables studied simultaneously affect improving performance; this shows that employees as human resources need opportunities to develop themselves through increased training to higher levels, impacting the South Sulawesi Provincial BPBD Office's work performance

Development inequality by province in Indonesia is low or evenly distributed with the Theil index value ranging from 0.01-0.05 or with an average of 0.03 approaching 0. 2. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) menganalisa pola pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengklasifikasian kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) menganalisa tingkat ketimpangan ekonomi antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (3) menguji Hipotesis Kuznets di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu melalukan studi kepustakaan dari publikasi data-data statistik oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber-sumber pustaka lain yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2015–2019: (1) perekonomian Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mengalami pertumbuhan yang fluktuatif, tapi lebih tinggi dari pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional; (2) Berdasarkan Tipologi Klassen, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan hanya terdiri atas empat tipologi wilayah yaitu Daerah Cepat–Maju dan Cepat–Tumbuh, Daerah Maju Tapi Tertekan, Daerah Berkembang Cepat; dan Daerah Relatif Tertinggal; (3) Hipotesis U Terbalik Kuznet tidak berlaku di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan di mana hubungan antara angka indeks Williamson dan indeks Entropi Theil tidak menunjukkan kurva U Terbalik.
This research was conducted with the objectives of: (1) analyzing patterns of economic growth and classification of districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province; (2) analyzing the level of economic inequality between districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province; (3) testing the Kuznets Hypothesis in South Sulawesi Province. This research uses secondary data, namely through literature studies from the publication of statistical data by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that during the 2015–2019 period: (1) the economy of South Sulawesi Province experienced fluctuating growth, but higher than the national economic growth; (2) Based on Klassen's typology, South Sulawesi Province only consists of four regional typologies, namely Fast-Forward and Fast-Growing Areas, Advanced But Depressed Areas, Fast Developing Areas; and Relatively Disadvantaged Areas; (3) Kuznet's Inverted U hypothesis does not apply in South Sulawesi Province where the relationship between Williamson index and Theil's Entropy index does not show an Inverted U curve.

The variables in this study are Economic Growth. A total of 2 provinces, namely Jakarta and North Kalimantan Provinces, are among the fast-growing developed regions. A total of 5 provinces, namely Riau Province, Kepulauan Riau, West Papua, Banten and East Kalimantan are among the developed but depressed provinces. This study examined the influence of consumption, exports, and investment variables on South Sulawesi's economic growth from 2010-2021. The results of the study found that consumption variables had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, as well as export variables. The high level of consumption of the community of South Sulawesi Province is strongly influenced by the per capita income, as well as the improvement of the economy of the people who rebound after the pandemic. Furthermore, the export contribution to the economy of South Sulawesi is still quite high because the export commodity in the region has a very high demand in the international market. While investment has a positive influence on the economic growth of South Sulawesi but is not significant. The investment performance in South Sulawesi began to improve as the prospect of export commodity demand was maintained, although the influence was not significant.

Differences in the level of development will increase the level of speed between regions, which in turn causes greater regional disparities. Sulawesi Island has six provinces where each province has different economic growth. The push of the economy in every province in Sulawesi Island in it shows a positive trend. This study aims to examine the inequality of economic development between regions in North Sulawesi (2000–2013). The data used uses GRDP time series data, Population and Per Capita Revenue from 2000-2013. The analysis process used is Williamson Index Analysis. The results showed that the GDP per capita index between provinces in Sulawesi Island during the period 2000-2013 averaged 0.167 with a positive trend. The region that has the highest Williamson Index for South Sulawesi Province is (0.32) with a positive trend, and the lowest is West Sulawesi Province (0.08) with a positive trend. As a whole, the provinces in Sulawesi are in the crestieria: CVw <0.35 = Low level unity. But if the higher Williamson Index means to connect between large regions, it must be immediately sought to reduce the economic level caused by the economy between regions left to be higher, can cause social, economic and political consequences that occur in the sense of national unity, can issue the country's economic stability

Abstract One of the causes of decrease forest functions is deforestation. Deforestation is a nonforest cover change activity that affects the decrease function of forest ecosystems. South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces are two areas that have experienced high deforestation. The area of forest in South and West Sulawesi in 1990 amounted to 2,550,946.13 ha. The number decreased in 2019 amounted to 2,213,628.88 ha. This study aims to identify and understand the spatial model of deforestation based on biophysical driving factors in South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces from 1990 to 2019. Materials used in this study were Statistics Data Centers in 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2019, Deforestation Profiles at South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi, literature supporting research. Data analysis used PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method. The results of this research explain that the driving factors the occurrence of deforestation in each location of the most influential research is the factor of the road, the closer the forest area to the road the higher the public desire to penetrate the forest area in addition, facilitate agricultural activities to distribute forest products and logs felling. River factors also have a role in the occurrence of deforestation, the community is very dependent on water needs primarily for agricultural land and plantations. In addition, the slope and altitude factors are also quite influential on the occurrence of deforestation due to the clearing of land in a fairly flat area with low altitude as in the Regency Bone and North Luwu, South Sulawesi province is very visible influence over the topographic areas of mountains and steep as in the Regency of Mamuju and Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Areas with such topography, have a low level of accessibility so that the pressure and disturbance are low enough from the community.

This study aims to analyze the acceptability of the implementation of teacher management transfer policies in South Sulawesi Province. This qualitative descriptive study describes and analyzes the acceptability of teacher management transfer education policies at the Education Office of South Sulawesi Province. The research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by interviewing teachers and implementers involved in implementing the transfer of management policy. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the acceptability of teachers and managers of SMA/SMK in South Sulawesi Province shows their acceptance of this policy. From the initial reaction, there were good expectations for the implementation of this policy, even though there were still some obstacles at the beginning of the management process, such as late salaries that occurred due to changes in administrative processes and coordination across districts geographically, South Sulawesi Province was quite extensive.

The average economic growth of South Sulawesi Province is high and ranks first from the eastern part of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment, labor and government spending on economic growth in the Regency/City of South Sulawesi Province. Province period 2012 – 2021. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with panel data approach. The results show that investment has an insignificant negative effect, labor and government expenditures have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Regency/City of South Sulawesi Province 2012 - 2021 Rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tergolong tinggi dan menempati urutan pertama dari Indonesia bagian timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi, tenaga kerja dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Provinsi periode 2012 – 2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, tenaga kerja dan pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan 2012 - 2021.

This research aims at how cooperation occurs in establishing international collaboration between the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi and Ehime Prefecture with areas of cooperation stated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data obtained through library research, interviews, observations, and documentation, and eight informants were determined by purposive sampling. This study uses Dunn's (2004) theory; several things are needed, namely Problem Formulation, Forecasting, Recommendations, Observations, and Assessments, which are used to analyze the formation of Sister Province International Cooperation, South Sulawesi Provincial Government, and Ehime Prefecture, Japan. The results of this study indicate that so far, the coordination carried out with the Ministry of Home Affairs and Foreign Affairs is a flow that is by Government Regulation Number 28 of 2018. In establishing and implementing international cooperation with the South Sulawesi Provincial Government and Ehime Prefecture, there are several problems, including internal factors such as a change in the throne of leadership and miscommunication between the South Sulawesi Provincial Government and the agencies. Another problem is external factors, namely the Covid-19 pandemic and communication between the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi and Ehime Prefecture, which is not running smoothly, so this cooperation has not yet worked. In international cooperation, involving other parties who can make the collaboration successful is necessary.

The aims of this research are (1) to analyze and find out whether the variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth jointly affect the absorption of labor in South Sulawesi Province. The data collection in this study was carried out using the library research method, with observations in 2012 - 2021, the data was obtained from the South Sulawesi Province Bappeda Office, as well as the respective Regency/City Bappeda Offices in Luwu Raya, as well as the Sulawesi Provincial BPS Office. South. Linear Regression Analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study show that together the independent variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth have an effect on the dependent variable on employment in South Sulawesi Province during the 2012 - 2021 period. Among the three independent variables, it seems that the wage level is the factor that has the greatest influence on employment absorption in South Sulawesi Province. In connection with the results of this study, it is suggested to the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi to always pay attention to the level of public education, the number of wages received, and efforts to develop various economic sectors in this area so that economic growth can increase which in turn will increase employment and increasing social welfare.

The government has carried out infrastructure development in various regions of Indonesia to encourage regional growth and address development inequalities. In Presidential Decree No. 48 In 2014, the Province of South Sulawesi (Sulsel), which is in the Eastern Region of Indonesia (KTI), received an infrastructure investment value of IDR 39.47 trillion consisting of 33 projects. This paper analyzes the impact of infrastructure investment in South Sulawesi using the IRIO 2015 table to see how much impact it has on output, added value, and income for South Sulawesi, other provinces in Sulawesi Island, the KTI region, and the West Region of Indonesia (KBI). From the results, it can be seen that the total impact of infrastructure development is mostly received by South Sulawesi itself, but the rest of the impact flows are more received by provinces in the KBI region than KTI. To increase the flow of impact to KTI areas, local governments must strengthen economic cooperation between regions in KTI areas so that the economic sector in other regions can be lifted

This estimation aims to determine the large power needs of South Sulawesi until 2025 by using the DKL 3.02 method used to estimate the need for electric power in the future based on data the use of energy and electric power, population growth, and economic growth in South Sulawesi Province, namely the GDP of South Sulawesi Province from previous years before the estimated year. The estimated results of the total electricity demand for all sectors from 2015 amounted to 2,452,130,065 VA and up to the year 2025 amounted to 5,246,811,618 VA with an average growth of 7.48%.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of safeguard of the Police Intelligence against court decisions regarding the object of the dispute in South Sulawesi Province. This research uses an empirical study method which is also called sociological legal research because it sees the application of law as a factual condition in the social environment and its relationship with legal norms. This research was conducted in South Sulawesi Province, with 92 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses a qualitative approach, which processes the output of the questionnaire, and is presented in the form of frequency tabulation (F) and percentage distribution (%). The results of this study show that the safeguard of South Sulawesi Regional Police Ditintelkam in the execution process regarding the object of the dispute in South Sulawesi Province based on Perkap BIN No. 2 of 2013, can be assessed from four aspects, as follows: Safeguarding Targets; Safeguarding Implementation; Coordination and Administration; and Supervision and Controlling. Data acquisition of all indicators based on safeguard aspects of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Ditintelkam still shows less effective results. Seriousness is needed in increasing the safeguard effectiveness at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Ditintelkam to ensure the process of executing court decisions regarding the object of the dispute can be more effective in the future.

Data collection methods used questionnaires and literature study. The data will be analyzed through a statistical test tool using AMOS 23 software. Abstract, This study aims to determine the extent to which the management of productive zakat based on PSAK 109 in realizing good zakat governance is reflected in the financial statements of LAZNAS IZI South Sulawesi Province. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. The data was collected by means of interview techniques with the support of other secondary data. Data obtained from LAZNAS IZI South Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that LAZNAS IZI South Sulawesi Province has implemented the maximum utilization of productive zakat. However, the disclosure of the distribution of zakat funds has not been reported based on the accounting provisions of PSAK 109. This problem causes LAZNAS IZI South Sulawesi Province to fail to meet the realization of financial statements based on PSAK 109 in terms of transparency and accountability. The application of productive zakat with financial reports based on PSAK 109 will give LAZ a good image so that it will lead to the realization of good zakat governance.

The unavailability of data regarding current fertility conditions complicates the photograph population conditions, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic in South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to produce an estimate of the fertility rate at the district/city level in South Sulawesi Province. Based on the available supporting data, an estimation of the fertility rate in the form of the Total Fertility Rate (TFR) was made using the indirect method, namely the own children method. The calculation is based on the number of women of childbearing age who have ever married and the number of children under five owned by the woman to get the birth rate. Based on these calculations, the results show that all districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province have TFR above the national level. When viewed by region, on the average, districts/cities in the northern part have a higher TFR than districts/cities in the southern part of South Sulawesi Province. With the fertility rate obtained and its distribution, a guideline for the government to formulate appropriate plans and policies is expected as the outcome.

Data analysis was performed using linear regression methods and processed using SPSS 21.0 program. The research result mnenunjukkan that, (1) General Allocation Fund positive and significant impact on Capital Expenditure, (2) Special Allocation Fund has a positive effect, but the effect is not significant to the Capital Expenditure in the government district / city in South Sulawesi and (3) Surplus Financing Budget positive effect but not significant influence on the South Sulawesi Provincial Capital Expenditure.

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of role clarity on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Role clarity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi province. Buginese language or Bahasa Bugis is the language of people who inhabited in the Celebes (Sulawesi) island, eastern part of Indonesia, which is exactly in South Sulawesi province. Buginese has affiliation with Austronesian language family that spreads into the several parts of the province, such as Bone, Pinrang, Soppeng, Parepare, Sidrap, Barru, Sinjai and Sengkang. Buginese has roughly 3.6 million native speakers which is the largest among any other three ethnic groups in South Sulawesi; Makassar, Mandar, and Toraja. This paper aims to examine the phonetics system of this largest active language in South Sulawesi. Simply put, this article will identify the consonants and vowels which exist in Buginese language and analyse the occurrence of those consonants and vowels.

Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of brand association of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in South Sulawesi Province. (3) The effect of perceived quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in 2017, while the sample taken was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using two statistical method tests, namely partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that multiple regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 13.342 + 0.100X1 + 0.295X2 + 0.015X3 + 0.198X4 + 4.202 is obtained. Based on statistical data analysis, all variables are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that all indicators are normally distributed and there is a significant linear relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test results shows that 74% of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi is influenced by the variables examined in this study.

This research aims to (1) classify the forms of imperative speech of government officials of South Sulawesi Province, and (2) explain the strategy of politeness of imperative speech of government officials of South Sulawesi Province in The New Sulsel Book. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which describes the facts that are empirically present in the speakers. The results showed that the form of imperative speech acts of government officials of South Sulawesi Province were declarative, interrogative, and optative. In terms of this form, the tendency of official imperative speech is more dominant declaratively and optatively, which means that the imperative element is implied. This can not be separated from the principle of local culture 3S (Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakainge) which means to humanize, respect and remind each other. Furthermore, the imperative speech politeness strategies of South Sulawesi Provincial government officials include direct politeness, indirect politeness, positive politeness, and negative politeness. In this strategy, the speech of officials is more likely to be a positive politeness strategy which means that officials in the South Sulawesi provincial government are very polite in conveying imperative speech or orders. This condition can have an impact on not maximizing the command message delivered so that it makes the partner or interlocutor not optimal in carrying out the order.

The research questions posed in this study are: (1) whether leadership affects employee performance, (2) whether work motivation affects employee performance, (3) whether leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Sulawesi Provincial Library and Archives Service. South. This research was conducted at the Library and Archives Service company of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used was the determination of the sample size based on purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 65 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. (1) leadership (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. We investigated the effect of the El Nino South Oscillation (ENSO), Indian Ocean Dipole Mode (IOD), and Madden–Julian Oscillation (MJO) on extreme rainfall events. We also assume that events in a location are affected by events in other nearby locations. Using rainfall data from the province of South Sulawesi, the results showed that extreme rainfall events are related to IOD and MJO.

The increasing number of cases and the development of new variants of the Covid-19 virus globally including the territory of Indonesia, especially in the province of South Sulawesi are increasingly worrying and need to be prevented. Therefore, this study aims to develop a SEIR model on the spread of Covid-19 with vaccination control, optimal control analysis, stability analysis and numerical simulation of the SEIR model on the spread of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi. This study uses the SEIR epidemic model to predict the spread of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi Province with parameters such as birth rate, cure rate, mortality rate, interaction rate and vaccination. The SEIR model was chosen because it is one of the basic methods in the epidemiological model. The method used to build the model is a time delay model by considering the vaccination factor as a model parameter, model analysis using the next generation matrix method to determine the basic reproduction number and stability of the Covid-19 distribution model in South Sulawesi. Numerical model simulation using secondary data on the number of Covid-19 cases in South Sulawesi starting in 2021 which was obtained from the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office. The results obtained are model analysis provides evidence of the existence of optimal control in the model. Based on the results obtained, it can also be seen that vaccination greatly influences the spread of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi, so that awareness is needed for the people of South Sulawesi to follow the government's recommendation to vaccinate to prevent or reduce the rate of transmission of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi.

Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Maret 2022. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 atau R Square adalah sebesar 0,687. Hasil ini berarti bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja dan Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan dengan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebesar 68,7%, dan sisanya 31,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain diluar model.
This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of organizational culture, workload and leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province, as well as the most dominant variables influencing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of Sulawesi Province. South.
This research approach uses quantitative research. This research was conducted at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. The time of the research was carried out starting in March 2022. The types and sources of data used in this study were primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture, Workload and Leadership on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination R2 or R Square was 0.687. These results mean that the variables of Organizational Culture, Workload and Leadership have a relationship with the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province by 68.7%, and the remaining 31.3% is explained by other reasons outside the model.

Metode Sampel darah diambil dengan menggunakan tenaga analis dengan tabung vakutainer, kemudian dilakukan centrifuge dan dibiarkan pada temperatur kamar sampai terbentuk serum. Serum kemudian di tetesi dengan RBT pada slide, hasil RBT positif kemudian diuji konfirmasi dengan dengan PCR-Konvensional di Laboratorium Balai Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Kelas I Makassar. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji RBT (Rose Bengal Test) didapatkan 3 sampel positif dengan kategori positif +++ dan 1 sampel dengan kategori positif ++. dan setelah dilakukan uji konfirmasi terhadap sampel dengan metode PCR Konvensional didapatkan 2 sampel positif. Kesimpulan: Terdapat kasus penularan brucellosis pada peternak dan petugas kesehatan hewan di Kabupaten Enrekang.

Abstract Location determination is one of the important factors considered in agroindustry development. This study aimed to overview the regional grouping of seaweed agroindustry development in Indonesia. The K-mean Cluster approach was carried out to classify 26 seaweed-producing areas based on several criteria, such as availability of raw materials, labour, markets, and infrastructure. Data processing was conducted using SPSS software and produced 4 significantly different clusters. This was confirmed by a Euclidean distance obtained from ANOVA results, with a significance level below 0.05. The four clusters obtained can be categorized as “Highly Developing”, “Developing”, “Develop Enough”, and “Less Developed. Among 26 seaweed producing areas, East Java Province was included in a Highly Developing cluster, 3 provinces (South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara) were included in a Developing cluster, 18 provinces (Maluku, West Nusa Tenggara, North Kalimantan, Southeast Sulawesi, Sulawesi North Maluku, Central Java, West Sulawesi, East Kalimantan, Gorontalo, Bengkulu, North Sumatra, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Papua, West Papua, Lampung and Bali) were categorized into a “Develop Enough” cluster and 4 provinces (Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Riau Islands) were categorized into a “Less Developed”.

Design/methodology/approach The study subject was the silk industry located in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The study population was 544 silk weavers running the business of silk weaving. The study sample consisted of 235 respondents. To prove the hypothesis stated by the author, the canvas business model analysis method was used to identify entrepreneurship perception, and SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis was conducted to understand the potential of the strategy of weaving business development in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Findings Business model canvas (BMC) is a complex business model that becomes simple through a canvas approach, drawing a sheet of the canvas containing a map of nine elements (box), allowing businessmen to identify the business potential. The nine elements of the canvas that should be understood and considered for running a business are customer segment, value proportion, channel, customer relationship, revenue steam, key resource, key activities, key partnership and cost structure. To improve farmers’ entrepreneurship perception, it would be nice for the weavers who run the silk business should constantly consider the nine elements of BMCso that in running their businesses, they can understand different considerations and create a progressive and developing silk industry. Originality/value This research is about merger two concept of business development in entrepreneurship to increase revenues, with the location of study as originality (no previous research for this relationship): Auditor in Wajo regency South Sulawesi Province in Indonesia. The food crop subsectors is one of the centers of attention in national development. Various efforts have been made to increase rice production, both through extensification of paddy fields and intensification of planting. South Sulawesi is one of the largest rice production centers in Indonesia in 2018 and deserves special attention in this regard. To be able to find out the right programs and efforts to increase rice production, information is needed regarding the potential and land use in the province of South Sulawesi. The study was conducted with mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative using data from the rice harvest area of South Sulawesi Province in 2018) which was simply analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the results of data processing from the Central Bureau of Statistics, followed by in-depth interviews with six people to capture phenomenon that occurs in South Sulawesi. The efficiency of harvested area in South Sulawesi is currently 176.50 that caused by there is still land that is only harvested once a year or three times in two years so efforts need to be made to increase the efficiency of harvesting area through intensification of cropping.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational justice to positive emotion of civil servants in south and central Sulawesi Province which impact their job satisfaction. Organizational justice consists of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. We propose that the perception of organizational justice by civil servants on these two provinces will influence the formation of positive emotion which will impact their job satisfaction. This study provides a guidance to civil servants at leadership level to design a form of justice which influence positive emotions that have an impact on the work satisfaction of their subordinates. The subject on this research are civil servants employees in South and Central Sulawesi Province area. Purposive sampling method is employ with 400 respondents as sample requirement and 350 questionnaires were returned which made the response rate of 87.5 percent. Data is analyze using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with two phase approaches, namely: calculation model and structural model. The results demonstrate that organizational justice has the ability to explain and predict positive emotion. Furhermore, positive emotion has the ability to explain and predict job satisfaction for civil servants employees in South and Central Sulawesi Province. Interactional and procedural justice are significantly influencing positive emotion with interactional justice has the largest influence in positive emotion. While distributional justice has no significant influence on positive emotion.

The data used in this study is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in the form of a time series from 1999 to 2019. In this study using the structural equation regression analysis method using SPSS software . The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis. The results of the study show that investment in the agricultural sector has an effect both directly and indirectly on the employment of the agricultural sector in South Sulawesi Province through the agricultural sector's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Regional capital expenditures for the agricultural sector influence both directly and indirectly the absorption of labor in the agricultural sector in South Sulawesi Province through the agricultural sector's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and the Human Development Index (IPM). Design/methodology/approach This paper is explanatory in nature, i.e. it explains the relationship (causality) between the external environment variables (government involvement), internal environment variables (resources and non-market capabilities) and the performance of taps in Sulawesi through hypothesis testing. The research was conducted in six provinces in the northern peninsula of Sulawesi Island: North Sulawesi Province, Gorontalo Province, Central Sulawesi Province, Southeast Sulawesi Province, South Sulawesi Province and West Sulawesi Province. The research was undertaken from September 2011 to December 2011. The analysis unit in this research was PDAM, while the research population was the regional water company (PDAM) in Sulawesi. A quantitative approach was used for data analysis, i.e. variance-based inferential statistical analysis with structural equation modeling, known as partial least squares, with variable non-market capability acting as a moderating variable. Findings Government involvement has a significant and positive effect on the performance, indicating that the higher the government involvement, the higher the performance of a company. Efforts to reduce water loss level for PDAM is a strategic move, as they are associated with PDAM’s stakeholders. Water loss will lead to poor customer service, low contribution to the acceptance of regional governments and failure to meet natural conservation programs. On the other hand, to reduce the water loss level, considerable capital is needed for investment, for example, to finance the installation and repair of pipelines, pumps, mains water meter, customer water meter, the cost of water treatment, fuel costs and the expansion of the water source. In general, PDAM in Sulawesi still has problems in terms of expansion because of the lack of funding sources; hence, the role of regional government as the owner is expected, both in the form of financial aid and the tariff adjustment. The government should be in favor of thorough development of drinking water, as embodied in the form of finance, budget commitment and the commitment to the development of PDAM. Research limitations/implications The limitations of this study are that the data used in this study are cross-sectional, so they only describe the condition at a particular time. Also, the sample was limited to Sulawesi taps; therefore, to generalize the findings, a larger sample needs to be considered. Practical implications The practical implications of this study are that development of water supply company cannot be separated from the government’s involvement as one of the stakeholders to improve corporate performance, especially through financial assistance. In connection with it, a board of directors or management of PDAM in every department of a company constantly works on government involvement, especially financial aid to fund or investment fund sharing, to improve service to customers. Such activities run a company aimed at achieving efficiency with emphasis on the efficiency of production and distribution capacity by managing the leakage rate, the emphasis on labor costs by keeping the ratio of employees ideal, the emphasis on aspects of the supply and distribution through control of water resources and water meter mains and water customers and an emphasis on the use of raw materials or chemicals with attention to the quality of raw water. Social implications The social implications of this study are that government interventions are supported by the availability of resources according to the needs able to create efficiencies that have an impact on improving the performance of taps. Companies performing well can operate optimally in providing drinking water that meets health standards. In addition, the performance achieved allows the taps to embody the organization’s mission as a creator of jobs and local revenue for local governments. Originality/value Originality for this paper shows the moderating effect of efficiency and non-market capability in the relationship between government involvement and resources to PDAM. The originality also includes the location of this study (six provinces in the northern peninsula of Sulawesi Island: North Sulawesi Province, Gorontalo Province, Central Sulawesi Province, Southeast Sulawesi Province, South Sulawesi Province and West Sulawesi Province) as no previous research has investigated this relationship in this geography.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing margin of rice that generated by farmers on Belawa, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This research used cross-section data based on the time dimension. This research used snowball sampling to determine the sample. There are 25 people as respondent sample. This study used in-depth interview method, and analysis tools such as marketing’s margin function, classic assumption test, F-test, and t-test. Public Corporation Logistics Agency (Bulog) acts as a provider of rice in the form of realization to meet food. Bulog is expected to control the supply and distribution of grain and rice in region IV of Wajo sub-division. There are four grain/rice marketing channels on Belawa, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Bulog has not played a sufficient role in the grain/rice marketing channel on Belawa, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province; even though the highest marketing margin is Rp 4,167/kg with a 52.75% farmer share.Keywords: Bulog, Marketing, Rice.

This paper aims to identify the bullying type in South Sulawesi, Indonesia from gender perspective by using quantitative study. Quantitative data were obtained by using a set of questionnaires from 545 respondents in six districts in South Sulawesi. The result showed that bullying types such physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and cyber bullying are significantly difference in terms of gender in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Separately, the whole bullying type such as physical, verbal, social and cyber are also significantly different between male and female. The male students are more involved in bullying compared with female students. This finding hopefully can provide useful information for those who involved in bullying prevention program, school administrative staff and teacher.

This study aims to analyze how: (1) the consistency between the Regional Expenditure Revenue Budget and the realization of the education sector development budget management of the South Sulawesi provincial government in terms of financial aspects, (2) the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the allocation of development budget management in the education sector from the Regional Expenditure Budget seen from the realization of the budget, expenditure plans and realization of the education sector expenditure in the South Sulawesi provincial government. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is consistency between the regional expenditure budget and the realization of the development budget management in the education sector of the government of South Sulawesi Province in terms of financial aspects, (2) governance of the development budget in the education sector allocated from the expenditure budget In terms of budget realization, the expenditure plan and realization of the education sector expenditure in the provincial government of South Sulawesi are said to be efficient with a value of more than 90% and the level of effectiveness by paying attention to the outcome achieved.
