Na základě zjištění z výzkumu jsem stanovil praktická doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

Abstract Fatigue Crack Growth Rate (FCGR) and fracture toughness behavior of high strength steels used in drilling riser applications was investigated in sour environments. Frequency scan tests were performed were performed on API* 5L X80 (X80), API 5CT C110 (C110), and API 5DP S135 (S135) in moderate to mildly sour environments. Fatigue crack growth rate increased with decreasing frequency and reached a plateau value at low frequencies. The observed behavior is typical for hydrogen enhanced cracking in sour environment. Abstract Stress corrosion cracking of pipeline steels in a near-neutral soil environment was studied by testing full-scale pipes in actual soil. Crack growth has been reproduced in both grades of steel used, i.e., X-52 and X-60. Dynamic loading was found to be a key factor in affecting crack growth rate. Growth rates in the order of 10−8 mm/s were measured for most of the cracks on the X-60 pipe at a stress level of 98% SMYS (81% of actual yield), with R=0.6. Seton Lake is a freshwater fiord located in southwestern British Columbia, roughly 4 km west of Lillooet and 250 km north-northeast of Vancouver. Located in the Coast Mountains, it is an alpine lake about 22-km long and roughly 1-1.5 km wide. It is separated from nearby Anderson Lake, located to the west, by a large pre-historic rock avalanche deposit at Seton Portage. The lake stands at about 243 m above sea level and is up to about 150 m deep (BC gov., 1953).
