Mobile robots that can survive in unstructured wildernesses is essential in many applications such as environment detecting and security surveillance. In many of these applications, it is highly desirable that the robot can adapt robustly to both terrestrial environment and aquatic environment, and translocate swiftly between various environments. A novel concept of amphibious spherical robot with fins is proposed in this paper, capable of both terrestrial locomotion and aquatic locomotion. The remarkable spherical symmetry justifies a straightforward application of 1D models to constrain the properties of the dust envelope, whose modulation in density is a consequence of short epochs of highly increased mass loss and/or wind-wind interaction between outflows of different velocity. This paper presents a deformable spherical mobile robot that can be used in field environment. It can contract to be a small ball when storing and expand to be a hedgehog-like mobile robot when moving so as to employ rotating claws to improve its filed environment adaptability. Based on statics analysis, the factors influencing the performance of the robot are figured out. Its virtual prototype was built in ADAMS in order to validate such performances as linear motion and obstacle crossing motion. Simulation results show its good stability and excellent motion performance.

It was shown that the radially symmetric steady-state solution to the growth of tumor spheroids, under symmetric growth conditions, was unstable with respect to small asymmetric perturbations. To overcome these limitations, we proposed some new averaging and geometric operators in the T-spherical fuzzy environment instead of the intuitionistic fuzzy environment because the T-spherical fuzzy set is the most generalized form and the proposed operators can be particularized to the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. It is shown that an infinite number of basis states leads to an infinite energy because of the infinite unsteadiness of the potential energy at the infinite wall.
