Abstract:

Nesse trabalho, comeÃaremos com um pouco da histÃria dos centros notÃveis do triÃngulo, com foco nos quatro pontos notÃveis: Baricentro, Incentro, Ortocentro e circuncentro, alÃm da Reta de Euler. Em seguida abordaremos alguns resultados clÃssicos associados ao triÃngulo e as coordenadas de pontos no plano cartesiano que serÃo Ãteis para auxiliar nas demonstraÃÃes dos capÃtulos que seguem. Nestes capÃtulos sÃo apresentados os pontos notÃveis do triÃngulo e algumas de suas caracterÃsticas, bem como o Ponto de Speiker e a de Reta de Euler de dois aspectos: do ponto de vista da Geometria Euclidiana e do ponto de vista da Geometria AnalÃtica.
In this work, we start with a little history of notable centers of the triangle, focusing on the four notable points: Centroid, Incentro, orthocenter and circumcenter, besides Straight Euler.Then discuss some classical results associated with the triangle and the coordinates of points on the Cartesian plane that will be useful to assist in the statements of the chapters that follow.These chapters are presented the outstanding points of the triangle and some of its characteristics as well as the Point Speiker and Reta Euler two aspects: the point of view of Euclidean geometry and the point of view of analytic geometry.

Mabuya arajara (Scincidae) é um lagarto encontrado em alguns Brejos-de-altitude do estado do Ceará, escassamente estudado quanto a aspectos de sua biologia e ecologia. Nesse estudo avaliamos o período de atividade, o uso do hábitat, a ecologia térmica, a dieta, a reprodução e os parasitas pulmonares associados ao lagarto em um ambiente de Mata-úmida da Chapada do Araripe, Ceará, Brasil, entre os meses de Setembro de 2009 e Julho de 2010. Foram capturados 131 lagartos para análise dos dados. Os lagartos se encontraram ativo durante todo período diurno, principalmente, nas horas mais quentes do dia (11:00-12:00hs), apresentando um padrão unimodal de atividade. M. arajara utilizou primariamente a faixa de transição entre floresta densa e áreas abertas (73,8%), podendo ser classificada como uma espécie que habita tipicamente a borda ou clareiras da floresta densa, utilizando sítios que podem receber iluminação solar. Os animais apresentaram temperatura corpórea média de 32,06 ± 2,72°C, significativamente superior às temperaturas do ar e do substrato, indicando uma termoregulação ativa. O principal microhábitat utilizado foi palhas de palmeiras caídas (Arecaceae) (47,7%), que quando amontoadas se apresentaram como sítios estruturalmente complexos, ideais para realização das atividades diária dos lagartos, inclusive como abrigo. A dieta foi composta principalmente por artrópodes, predominantemente cupins, tanto em número (93,5%) como volume (58,55%), para ambos os sexos. M arajara apresentou ninhadas com dois a nove indivíduos (4,87 ± 1,70; N=49), as fêmeas maiores tenderam a apresentar ninhadas maiores. O período de recrutamento foi entre os meses de Outubro e Dezembro. Os pulmões de M. arajara estavam infectados apenas pelo Pentastomida Raillietiella mottae (prevalência 1,6%), representando um novo hospedeiro para este parasita

O presente estudo objetivou investigar aspectos helmintológicos deMabuya arajara, bem como avaliar a relação do ciclo testicular da espécie com o desenvolvimento do segmento sexual renal(SSR) e a sazonalidade ambiental. Realizamos coletas bimensais(setembro 2009/julho 2010) na Chapada do Araripe, Nordeste do Brasil. Imediatamente após as coletas, todos os lagartos foram pesados, mensurados quanto ao comprimento rostro-cloacal (CRC) e eutanasiados. Parasitologicamente, após análises do trato digestivo deM. arajara, os helmintos foram clareados com lactofenol eidentificados com a utilização de microscópio deluz. Ao todo, 56%dos lagartos examinados foram infectados por quatro espécies de nematodes: Physalopteroidesvenancioi, Physalopterasp., Strongyluris oscarie Parapharyngodon alvarengai, sendo esta última espécie amais expressiva(prevalência de53.5%; intensidade de infecção 3,37 +2,0; índicedediscrepância0,69). Parapharyngodon alvarengai atuou constantemente no intestino de M. arajaraao longo do ano,estando suas maiores taxas de infecção associadas ao mês de julho e com extensão por toda estação seca da região. Além disso, lagartos de maiores CRC e CRC/massa foram mais infectados frente aos demais. Por outro lado, as relações entre abundância parasitária/massa e entre os sexos não foram significativas. Portanto, classificamos M.arajara como um novo hospedeiro para os nematodes descritos. Considerando aspectos reprodutivos, rins e testículos dos espécimes foram submetidos a tratamentos histológicos. Realizamos colorações com Hematoxilina e Eosina, Ácido Periódico Reativo de Schiff(PAS) e Azul de Alcian (AA)para avaliação geral do tecido, detecção de polissacarídeos neutros e ácidos, respectivamente. O pico reprodutivo foi refletido pela máxima espermatogênese durante a estação seca da região. Citologicamente, os túbulos seminíferos foram preenchidos por espermatozoides e células germinativas em diferenciação. O SSR consistiu em um epitélio colunar alto, núcleos basais e conteúdo de secreção eosinófilo ePAS+que preencheu todo o citoplasma das células. A estação chuvosa marcou o estado de inatividade reprodutiva pela não produção de espermatozoides. Em sincronia, o SSR foi formado por um epitélio cúbico e ausência ou pequena quantidade de material de secreção AA+. A reprodução de M. arajara é sazonal e, assim como os dados parasitológicos mostraram, a estação seca da região atuou no ajuste da espermatogênesee da ação suplementar do SSR. Sugerimos, portanto, que uma possível elevação dos níveis de testosterona neste período, responsável pelo desencadeamento da atividade reprodutiva da espécie, contribua para a susceptibilidade à infecção parasitária.
The present study aimed to investigate helminthological aspects of Mabuya arajara, and evaluate the relationship between testicular cycleof the species with the development of renal sexual segment (RSS) and environmental seasonality. Bi-monthly field sampling were conducted (September 2009/ July2010)in Chapada do Araripe, north eastern Brazil. Immediately after collected, all lizards were weighed, snout-vent length (SVL)was measured and euthanized. For parasitology, after analysis of the digestive tract of M. arajara, helminthes were cleared with lacto phenol and identified using light microscopy. As result,56%ofexamined lizards were infected by four species of nematodes: Physalopteroides venancioi, Physaloptera sp., Strongyluris oscariand Parapharyngodon alvarengai, with this last species the most expressive(prevalenceof53.5%; mean infection intensityof3.37 +2.0; discrepancyindexof0.69). Parapharyngodonalvarengaiwas present in the intestine of M. arajara throughout the year, being its highest rate of infection related to the month of July and extending during the dry season of the region. In addition, lizards of larger SVLand SVL/mass were more infected compared to the others. However, the relationships between parasite abundance/mass and between sexes were not significant. Therefore, we classified M. arajara as a new host for the nematodes here identified. Concerning reproductive aspects, kidneys and testicles were submitted to conventional histological processes. We performed colorations with hematoxylin and eosin, Periodic Reactive Acid of Schiff(PAS) and Alcian blue for general tissue evaluation, neutral and acid polysaccharides detection, respectively. Thereproductivepeak was reflected by the maximum spermatogenesis during the dry season. Cytologically, the seminiferous tubules were completed by spermatozoids and germ cells in differentiation. The renal sexual segment(RSS)consisted of a high columnar epithelium, with nuclei located basally and secretion of eosinophilic granules filling the cytoplasm of epithelial cells, it also showed a strong positive reaction PAS+.The rainy season marked the state of reproductive inactivity by the non-production of spermatozoids. In synchrony, the SSR was formed by cubic epithelium and the absence or low quantity of secretion content of AA+. The reproduction of M. arajara is a seasonal and, as indicated by the parasitological data, the dry season seems to influence the spermatogenesis and supplementary action of RSS. We suggest, therefore, that a possible elevation of testosterone levels in this period, responsible for triggering of the reproductive activity of the species, contributes to the susceptibility to parasitic infection.

This thesis aims to show that the notable points of the triangles are not limited to Incentro, circumcenter, Baricentro and Orthocenter which are the best known. In fact, the Encyclopedia of Triangle Centers (ETC), see [5], features over five thousand notable points. Are points with several interesting properties as we will see throughout this work. In addition to the points already mentioned will also present the points of Feuerbach, the Lemoine point, the point Gergonne, the Nagel point, the Spieker point and the points of Fermat. Will be also presented some important theorems, among them we highlight the Ceva theorem that will be used to prove the existence of several points mentioned. We realize that it is a matter of understanding that can be easily inserted into the basic education.
A presente dissertação tem como objetivo mostrar que os pontos notáveis dos triângulos não se resumem ao Incentro, Circuncentro, Baricentro e ao Ortocentro que são os mais conhecidos. Na verdade, a Encyclopedia of Triangle Centers (ETC), ver [5], apresenta mais de cinco mil pontos notáveis. São pontos com várias propriedades interessantes como veremos ao longo deste trabalho. Além dos pontos já citados apresentaremos também os pontos de Feuerbach, o ponto de Lemoine, o ponto de Gergonne, o ponto de Nagel, o ponto de Spieker e os pontos de Fermat. Serão apresentados também alguns teoremas importantes, entre eles podemos destacar o Teorema de Ceva que será usado para provar a existência de vários pontos citados. Podemos perceber que é um assunto de fácil compreensão que pode ser inserido no ensino básico.

Die Qualität der Schnittstelle eines Videospiels kann wesentlich zu dessen kommerziellen Erfolg beitragen. Dennoch beschränkt sich die entsprechende Evaluation primär auf die Auswertung qualitativer Daten, die etwa in Nutzertests erhoben werden. Inferenzstatistische Verfahren kommen bisher mangels theoretischer Grundlagen kaum zum Einsatz. Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt daher ein theoretisches Framework zur quantitativen Analyse verschiedener Dimensionen der Schnittstellengestaltung in Videospielen zur Verfügung. Dabei wird ausgehend von spielwissenschaftlichen Überlegungen und einer Erweiterung von Huizingas Konzept des „magic circle“ ein Bogen von perzeptiven, psychologischen und soziologischen bis hin zu kulturellen Aspekten gespannt. Methodisch handhabbar wird dieses Konstrukt durch eine Ausrichtung am Genre-Begriff, der für den Bereich der Videospiele diskutiert wird. So entsteht ein ganzheitliches Modell, das den Grundstein zu einem zielgruppenspezifischen und quantitativen Messinstrument für Interfaces in Videospielen legt
The quality of a videogame’s interface is a decisive factor to its commercial success. However, the current evaluation methods focus primarily on qualitative research data like those generated in usability tests. Methods of inferential statistics are not common yet because of a lack of theoretical fundamentals. To address this issue, this paper provides a theoretical framework for quantitative analysis on different dimensions of interface design in videogames. Aspects of perception, psychology, sociology as well as culture are dealt with in this context and the associated scientific concepts are conflated by a theoretical extension of Huizinga’s “magic circle”. The technical term “genre” in regard to videogames is also discussed in this paper and it proves to be a basis for connecting the various concepts methodically. As a result, this paper presents a holistic model, which can be applied in future audience-specific and quantitative measuring instruments for interfaces in videogames

„Der kluge Spieler und die Ethik des Computerspielens“ ist eine moralphilosophische Analyse der sogenannten „Killerspiel-Diskussion“. Als Aufhänger dient der Amoklauf von Winnenden, in dessen Nachgang Diskussionen über Computerspiele, speziell solche mit gewalthaltigem Inhalt, aufkamen. In der öffentlichen Meinung wird häufig davon ausgegangen, dass das Spielen solcher Computerspiele auch in der Realität zu gewalttätigem Verhalten führt. Einige Politiker stellen diese Spiele sogar mit Kinderpornographie gleich. Mithilfe dreier bekannter normativer ethischer Theorien – dem Konsequentialismus (Mill), der Deontologie (Kant) und der Tugendethik (Aristoteles) – werden die wissenschaftlichen Argumente contra Computerspiele analysiert und bewertet. Die Computerspielgegner konzentrieren sich auf den Inhalt und die grafische Darstellung der Spiele (narratologischer Ansatz). Am Ende einer ausführlichen Darstellung ihrer Argumente stellt sich heraus, dass keines davon haltbar ist, wenn man die ethischen Theorien auf sie anwendet. Einzig der tugendethische Ansatz scheint Ansätze zu bieten, auf denen man aufbauen kann, allerdings nicht gegen, sondern für Spiele. Diesem wird im zweiten Teil des Buches nachgegangen. Miguel Sicarts Werk „The Ethics of Computer Games“ versucht, eine konkrete Ethik des Computerspiels zu entwickeln. In „Der kluge Spieler und die Ethik des Computerspielens“ wird Sicarts Werk zum ersten Mal im Deutschen vorgestellt, in seine einzelnen Bestandteile zerlegt und re-strukturiert. In Sicarts Ethik-Konzept für Computerspiele werden die Inhalte und die Grafik der Computerspiele komplett außen vor gelassen. Sein Ansatz ist ein ludologischer (spielwissenschaftlicher), der das Regelwerk und System der Spiele in den Vordergrund schiebt. Die drei Kernelemente seiner Theorie werden dargestellt: 1. das Computerspiel als moralisches Objekt, 2. der Computerspieler als moralisches Subjekt und 3. das Computerspielen als moralische Handlung. Diese drei Aspekte wirken zusammen und miteinander. Es entsteht eine Wechselwirkung zwischen dem Spiel und dem Spieler, in den auch das Nicht-Spieler-Subjekt einbezogen wird. Ein Mensch spielt ein Computerspiel und wird dadurch zum Spieler dieses Spiels. Er nimmt das Regelwerk auf und ruft seine vorhandene Erfahrung aus früheren Spielen ab, um somit ein möglichst gelungenes Spielen zu bewerkstelligen. Damit ist gemeint, dass er nicht schummelt, dass er keine Tricks anwendet, dass er in Mehrspielerspielen Fairplay walten lässt etc. Zusätzlich ist dieser Spieler aber nicht nur ein Spieler, sondern er befindet sich in sozialen Kontexten, hat Werte und Ansichten und diese fließen in sein Spieler-Repertoire ein. In solch einer Wechselwirkung verhält sich der Spieler moralisch korrekt, wenn er dem Spiel zu dem verhilft, was es ist: eine Erfahrung. Das Spiel ist nämlich zweierlei: 1. Das Objekt, also eine CD in einer Hülle mit einer Spielanleitung etc. 2. Das Spiel, das am Bildschirm tatsächlich erfahren wird, indem es gespielt wird. Sieht das Spiel eine gewalthaltige Lösung vor, ist es in Sicarts Ethik des Computerspiels moralisch richtig, diese zu vollziehen. Was Sicart mit seiner Theorie letztendlich zeichnet, ist das Bild eines „klugen Spielers“. Der dritte Teil des Buches analysiert Sicarts Ethik des Computerspiels und zeigt mithilfe eines praktischen Beispiels seine Schwachstelle auf. Während die Computerspielgegner sich ausschließlich auf den Inhalt und die Grafik konzentrieren, ignoriert Sicart sie gänzlich. Somit stellen beide Ansätze Extrempositionen dar. Sicarts Ansatz wird in eine „Ethik des Computerspielens“ uminterpretiert und anschließend auf die Diskussionen rund um den Amoklauf von Winnenden angewendet. Dadurch können die Ausgangsargumente gegen Killerspiele endgültig wissenschaftlich widerlegt werden. Im letzten Teil des Buches wird die Brücke zum tugendethischen Ansatz des Aristoteles geschlagen: der gemäßigte Mittelweg führt zu einem guten Leben. Eine komplette Computerspielethik muss beide Aspekte beinhalten: den grafisch-inhaltlichen („narratologischen“) und den spieltechnischen („ludologischen“) Ansatz. Nur im Zusammenspiel beider kann eine umfassende Computerspielethik gesucht und gefunden werden. Hierzu wird ein Grundgerüst vorgeschlagen sowie zwei Ideen, welche für weitere Forschung auf dem Gebiet verwendet werden können.
“The Prudent Player and the Ethics of Computer Gaming” is a moral philosophical analysis of the so called “killergame-controversy”. After the gun rampage of Winnenden, heavy discussions arose in Germany about video games, especially those with violent content. The public opinion is that violent video games cause violent behaviour in real life. Some German politicians even claimed that such games would be on one level with child pornography. With the help of three known normative ethical theories – consequentialism (Mill), deontology (Kant) and virtue ethics (Aristoteles) – the scientific arguments against video games are analysed and evaluated. The opponents of video games focus on the content and graphics of the games (narratological approach). After an extensive presentation of their arguments, it turns out that none remains valid after applying the ethical theories to them. Solely the virtue ethics approach seems to be of help, however not against but in aid of video games. This is dealt with in the second part of the book. Miguel Sicart’s work “The Ethics of Computer Games” tries to develop a tangible ethics for computer games. “The Clever Player and the Ethics of Computer Gaming” presents Sicart’s theory for the first time in German and re-structures it’s content by focussing on the main ingredients of his theory. Sicart’s concept does not include any content or graphical aspects. It is a strictly ludological (game studies) approach which focuses on the rules and the system of the games. The three main elements of his theory are: 1. the video game as a moral object, 2. the player as a moral subject and 3. playing video games as a moral act. These three aspects work together. The result is an interaction between the game and the player which also includes the non-playing-subject of the player. A person starts playing a video game and hence becomes the player of this game. He acts according to the rules and uses his previous experience with other games in order to play as properly as possible. This means that he does not cheat, does not use tricks, acts with fair play in multiplayer games etc. Since the player is more than just a player, he also uses his virtues and perspectives from the real world as a player-tool. The player acts morally correct in such an interaction, if he helps the game become an experience rather than a mere object (CD/DVD). Only when a game is experienced on the screen by a player, it becomes a real game as intended by it’s designers. And if this game needs a violent on-screen solution for solving a problem, then the player ought to do so. The player which Sicart describes is a “clever player” and not some sort of zombie without thoughts and evaluation of what is happening. The third part of the book analyses Sicart’s framework and shows his weakness with the help of a practical example. While the opponents of video games focus on the content and graphics only, Sicart’s approach does not include them at all. Therefore, both positions are extreme and Sicart’s point of view is re-interpreted into an “Ethics of Computer Gaming”, pointing out the active part of his theory. Now it is scientifically possible to prove all arguments against video games following the Winnenden-controversy wrong at one go. The last part of the book goes back to Aristoteles’ view on ethics: living a good life means finding the middle ground between extremes. Hence, a complete ethics of computer games needs both approaches: the narratological (graphics and content) and the ludological (rules and game systems). Only when both are combined, a real ethics of computer games is possible. A framework for such a theory is proposed as well as two ideas which can be helpful for further research in this field.

Die Architektursoziologie erkennt in der Architektur eine Spiegelfunktion der Gesellschaft. Architektonische Formen entstehen in Abhängigkeiten von gesellschaftlichen Kontexten, die sozial, politisch und wirtschaftlich geprägt sind. Diese architektursoziologische Position vertritt Norbert Elias (1897-1990) in seinem Standardwerk über die Höfische Gesellschaft (1969), in dem er Wohnstrukturen als Anzeiger gesellschaftlicher Strukturen analysiert. Andererseits untersucht die Architektursoziologie verhaltensstrukturierende Funktionen von Architektur. Sie greife psychische Dispositionen der Menschen auf und beeinflusse so ihr soziales Verhalten innerhalb gebauter Räume. Das theoretische Fundament für diese Sichtweise schuf Michel Foucault (1926-1984) mit seinem Werk Überwachen und Strafen. Die Geburt des Gefängnisses (1975). Beide Betrachtungsweisen wurden in meiner Magisterarbeit auf zwei Bibliotheken übertragen – die Universitätsbibliothek Leipzig und die Sächsische Landesbibliothek – Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden.

Abstract:

Gottbegrüßungsprozession (迎神赛会, oder Gottempfangsprozession) ist die eines der wichtigsten volksreligiösen Rituale, die zu den bedeutendsten Zeremonien des Religionslebens des chinesischen Volks zählen dürften. Der Ausgangspunkt meiner Forschung ist die 1995 veröffentlichte Studie Demon Hordes and Burning Boats: The Cult of Marshall Wen in Late Imperial Chekiang von Paul Katz, in der „Zivilgesellschaft und Volksreligion“ zum ersten Mal in der Forschung über die chinesische Kultur thematisiert. Um Katz’ Schwächen in der Studie zum Marschall Wen - sowohl an Quellen als auch in Theorie - auszugleichen, folgen ich in meiner Arbeit vertiefend zwei Grundlinien und damit sie grob in zwei Teile teilen, nämlich einen theoretischen und einen empirischen Teil. Im theoretischen Teil müssen zwei Fragen beantwortet: Was ist Zivilgesellschaft? Wie könnte die Zivilgesellschaftstheorie für diese religionswissenschaftliche Forschung nützlich sein? Um eine präzise Arbeitsdefinition geben und eine operationalisierbare Fragestellung aufstellen zu können, verfolge ich zunächst im ersten Teil die Begriffsgeschichte von „Zivilgesellschaft“ und „Öffentlichkeit“ im abendländischen Kontext zurück. Ein dreieckiges Problemfeld zwischen Staat, Privatsphäre und Ökonomie, zwei Ansätze der Zivilgesellschaftstheorie (der analytisch-deskriptive und der Idealistisch-präskriptive) werden zusammengefasst. Sieben Merkmale (öffentliche Assoziationen, Autonomie, Pluralität, Legalität, zivilisiertes Verhalten und utopisches Potenzial) und sechs Modelle (Das Trennungs-, Oppositions-, Öffentlichkeits-, Unterstützungs-, Partnerschaftsmodell und die globale Zivilgesellschaft) werden in der Forschung angeführt. Anschließend setze ich mich mit der Zivilgesellschaftsdiskussion im chinesischen Kontext auseinander. Aus der „Modern China Debate“ in den U. S. A. und der daran angeschlossenen chinesischen Diskussion wird eine Bilanz gezogen. Die „teleologische Annahme“ und der „China-Hat(te)-Auch-Komplex“ werden herausgefunden, die in einer historischen Forschung nicht legitimierbar sind. Danach wird die bisherige Erörterung über die Beziehung zwischen Zivilgesellschaft und Religion kurz zusammengefasst. Zum Ende des theoretischen Teils beschließe ich auf den idealistisch-präskriptiven Ansatzes zu verzichten. Die Zivilgesellschaftstheorie als Idealtypus im Weberschen Sinn benutzt, um die Kulturbedeutung der volksreligiösen Feste in China zu erkennen. Besonders die Organisation und die politische Auseinandersetzung der Prozession sollen in Betrachtung der Zivilgesellschaftstheorie gezogen werden, um die chinesische Gesellschaft besser zu verstehen. Im empirischen Teil der Arbeit werden Regionalbeschreibungen, Archivakten und Zeitungsartikel als Hauptquelle benutzt. Weil bisher keine systematische Forschung im Bereich der Religionswissenschaft zur Gottbegrüßungsprozession vorliegt, wird zuerst eine ausführliche Einführung in die Prozessionen in China gegeben, um ein zuverlässiges Bild von den Prozessionen innerhalb der chinesischen Religionslandschaft entwerfen zu können. Die Etymologie, die Arbeitsdefinition und die kosmologische Ordnung hinter der Prozession werden anschließend vorgestellt. Ich schlage vor, die Prozession als das Kennzeichen der kommunalen Religion Chinas anzusehen. Durch einige Sammelbände zur Folklore in China wird dann deutlich belegt, dass zahlreiche Gottbegrüßungsprozessionen ab Anfang der Qing-Zeit bis in die Republikzeit hinein kontinuierlich in fast allen Provinzen Chinas stattfanden. Danach werden die gesetzlichen Verbote in der Kaiserzeit dargestellt. Die Forschungsgeschichte zur Prozession und deren Problematik werden daraufhin zusammengefasst. Nachdem die Grundform bzw. die alternativen Formen, der Aufbau des Umzugs, Gottheiten, Dauer und Häufigkeit der Prozessionen in einem weiter begrenzten geographischen Raum, nämlich dem heutigen Shanghai, und zeitlich Raum, nämlich der Republikzeit (1912-49), dargestellt werden, werden die Haltung der Regierung und die mediale Präsentation solcher Prozessionen während der Republikzeit rekonstruiert, um die potenzielle Spannung zwischen dem Staat und den religiösen Gemeinschaften als eine der wichtigsten kollektiven Einstellungen zur Prozession zu zeigen. Die Zwischenfälle in der Nachbarregion werden wiedergegeben. Sodann werden drei detailreiche historische Fallbeispiele stichprobenartig angeführt und analysiert, um die weitere Behandlung der Fragestellung empirisch zu untermauern. Das erste historische Fallbeispiel ist der Stadtgott-Inspektionsrundgang. In diesem Fallbeispiel werden besonders die Finanzierung, die Aktivisten und Organisationen berücksichtigt, um ein Licht auf die Durchführung und Verwaltung der Prozessionen zu werfen. Darüber hinaus werden die Streite, Auseinandersetzungen und Konflikte zwischen den lokalen Behörden und dem Aufsichtsrat des Stadtgotttempels beleuchtet, um deren Verläufe, Hintergründe und Ursachen zu erforschen. Das zweite Fallbeispiel handelt sich um die Prozessionen und die Konflikte in Pudong von 1919 bis 1935. Die Verbote, die Gegenmaßnahmen der Regierung und die Verstöße gegen das Prozessionsverbot werden ausführlich geschildert, um die tatsächliche Ursachen der Konflikte zu finden. Zum Schluss des Kapitels wird die Polizei als Beispiel der damaligen Staatsmacht analysiert. Das dritte Fallbeispiel ist die Prozession im Dorf Jiangwan. Im Jahr 1935 wurde die dortige Prozession von der lokalen Feuerwehr schikaniert. Die Nachwirkung und die direkte Einmischung der Parteidirektion werden auch detailreich dargelegt. In der Schlussfolgerung der Arbeit werden die Beteiligten der Prozession in drei Gruppen, nämlich den Schaulustigen, den Aktivisten, den Unterstützer und die Förderer, eingeteilt. Ihre unterschiedlichen Funktionen und Motivationen getrennt zusammengefasst. Die andere Partei, die Kontrolleure der Prozession, wird anschließend behandelt. Alle historischen Beschreibungen werden im Spiegel der Zivilgesellschaftstheorie, v. a. der sieben Merkmale und sechs Modelle, evaluiert. Außerdem bringe ich zwei Einwände gegen die Dichotomie von C. K. Yang vor.
