Dans cette thèse, on a étudié les propriétés rhéologiques et moussantes de phases de bicouches, de type lamellaire et éponge, en utilisant le système expérimental SDS/hexanol/saumure. On a également préparé des mousses avec ces deux phases de bicouches, dont on a étudié la stabilité et les mécanismes d’évolution dans le temps. En premier lieu, les propriétés rhéologiques de la phase éponge ont été examinées. Les échantillons ayant une fraction volumique de membrane phi ≥ 0.08 se comportent comme des fluides Newtoniens. Previous research suggests that spouse factors contribute to the course and outcomes of cardiac illness. The present study examined spouse confidence in patient efficacy, spouse psychological distress, and spouse involvement in the research project as predictors of patient participation in Phase-II cardiac rehabilitation (CR) and subsequent changes in patient health and weekly exercise in a sample of 128 cardiac patients. Spore germination of seven species of ectomycorrhizal fungi was studied under different conditions. Spores of most species tested did not germinate on laboratory media without stimulators. Various stimulators were tested and the greatest activation was that by Pseudomonas stutzeri which was obtained from fruitbodies of Hebeloma crustuliniforme and stimulated about 21% of spores of that fungus. Effects of plant roots on spore germination were studied in the laboratory and in soil.
