Abstract:
Background and aims – During fieldwork in French Guiana in 2018, two fungal specimens resembling Subulicystidium oberwinkleri were collected. This study aims to clarify species- and genus-level assignment of this material and of S. oberwinkleri. Material and methods – Corticioid fruiting bodies were examined under a light microscope, and spores from the spore prints were studied morphometrically. DNA sequences of large subunit-coding DNA and internal transcribed spacer were used for maximum likelihood and Bayesian phylogenetic analyses. Furthermore, guanine-cytosine content was calculated for the LSU dataset, and UNITE Species Hypotheses Matching Analysis was performed for newly generated ITS sequences. Key results – The new genus, Palliocystidium, is introduced in the family Hydnodontaceae, based on the peculiar pattern of cystidial encrustation (crystalline plates of various shapes) and cystidial septation and supported by results of phylogenetic analyses. Within the new genus, the new species P. chlamydatum from French Guiana is described. In addition, Subulicystidium oberwinkleri is transferred to Palliocystidium. The two species can be distinguished by the size of their reniform spores. Both species display high levels of guanine-cytosine content at the scale of the order Trechisporales. Conclusions – In the newly introduced genus Palliocystidium and genera Subulicystidium and Luellia, there is significant potential for further exploration of species diversity and generic boundaries. Additional intensified fruiting-body-based sampling of taxa and genes is necessary to clarify the relationship of genera within Hydnodontaceae.

Abstract:
The current generally accepted concept of Russula maculata defines the species by yellow-brownish spots on the basidiomata, an acrid taste, a yellow spore print and a red pileus. This concept was tested using collections originating from various geographical areas mainly in Europe. Analyses of the ITS region suggested that there were three species within this broad concept. One of them, R. maculata, was identified based on the sequence from the epitype. Two other species, R. nympharum and R. sp., are described here as newly identified species. The European species R. maculata and R. nympharum grow in deciduous forests, are similar in their field aspect and are distinctly different in micro-morphological characteristics of spores, pleurocystidia and pileipellis. An Asian species, R. sp., is associated with pine and has smaller basidiomata and spores. These three species form the R. maculata complex and represent the sister clade to the R. globispora complex. This clade consists of species also characterized by a yellow-brownish context discolouration but with a different type of spore ornamentation. All of the other tested species had an acrid taste and yellow spore print but did not have a conspicuous yellow-brownish context discolouration and were placed in various unrelated clades.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Aim The present study aimed to investigate the impact of the educational intervention for hand hygiene (HH) on knowledge, attitude, and mean colony-forming bacterial counts and type of bacteria on hands of undergraduate dental students. Materials and methods A total of 86 dental students from different clinical grades were included in the study. They were divided into two groups, group I (55 students) received onetime educational session for HH at the start of the academic year and group II (31 students) received an extra reenforcement session 6 months later. After 2 weeks of reenforcement session, a self-administrated questionnaire was directed to all participants assessing their knowledge and attitude about HH. Fingertip prints of the five fingers of the dominant hand from every participant were pressed onto blood agar plates in triplets at the same clinical session, before and after HH. Bacterial colony-forming units (CFUs) on each plate were recorded and identified microbiologically. Results The overall scores of knowledge and attitude showed higher levels in group II than in group I with nonsignificant differences between both groups as regards knowledge and significant differences (p &lt; 0.05) as regards attitude. Mean CFUs showed extremely significant differences (p ≤ 0.000) between 2nd and 3rd counts and between 1st and 2nd counts except for students of group I where the difference was only significant (p ≤ 0.05). Normal bacterial flora was identified in 94.9% of the plates (92.2% coagulase-negative Staphylococci and 2.7% Micrococcus). Potentially pathogenic bacteria isolated from the other plates were Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas spp., and spore-forming aerobic nonhemolytic Bacilli. Conclusion Reenforcement session had a positive impact on HH knowledge, attitude, and reduction of bacterial CFUs. Clinical significance Continuous education with frequent training sessions is recommended to reinforce HH compliance and reduce cross-contamination. Abstract:
The edible oyster mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus is one of the most cultivated species worldwide. Morphogenesis associated with the fruit bodies maturation is controlled by two unlinked loci of sexual compatibility matA and matB with multiple alleles (tetrapolar system of sexual compatibility). Quantitative analysis of the alleles of mating compatibility loci in 17 natural isolates collected in the Moscow region was performed in mon-mon (monokaryon – monokaryon) and di-mon (dikaryon – monokaryon) crossings. Four monokaryotic testers strains which were heteroallelic at both mating type loci were obtained for each of the five natural mushroom isolates by using original technique of sterile spore prints on Petri dishes and mon-mon crossing. Twelve natural isolates were crossed via di-mon mating with the four monokaryotic testers M-38. Genetic analysis of the alleles of sexual compatibility loci in 17 natural isolates revealed multiple alleles at both loci: at least 10 alleles at matA locus and eight alleles at matB locus. Structural organization analysis of the matA locus was performed in silico for homokaryotic strains PC9 and PC15 based on the genome sequencing data available at DOE Joint Genome Institute. The matA locus is proved to be of extremely divergent structure: there are one copy of the homeodomain gene hd1 and one copy of the hd2 gene in the PC9 strain, whereas the matA locus of the PC15 strain is composed by two copies of hd1.1 and hd1.2 genes (class HD1 homeodomain proteins) and one copy of hd2 gene (class HD2 proteins). Comprehensive analysis of amino acid sequences of HD1 and HD2 homeodomain proteins demonstrated that the proteins have a globular structure with the nuclear localization and contain a variable N-terminus and the more conservative DNA-binding domain with a specific conservative motif WFXNXR in the third ɑ-helix. The results approve the opinion that multiple alleles of the matA locus of sexual compatibility in basidiomycete fungi is achieved by different copies’ number of the coding hd genes within the locus, as well as by the variability of the coding gene sequences.

Abstract:
Two species, namely Russula adwanitekae A.Ghosh, K.Das &amp; Buyck sp. nov. and Russula purpureozonata K.Das, A.Ghosh &amp; Buyck sp. nov. are proposed herein as new mushroom taxa from the Indian Himalaya based on their morphological features and ITS-based phylogenetic inferences. Both species belong to the crown clade of Russula subgenus Russula but with affinities to different subsections, viz. subsect. Laricinae Romagn. and subsect. Decolorantes Maire, respectively. Russula adwanitekae sp. nov. was collected in mixed temperate forests where it is most likely associated with conifers. It is distinct from several similarly looking, small, mild species with dark spore print and reddish lilac, orchid purple or greyish to deep magenta colored pileus in subsect. Laricinae by its sequence data (nrITS) or geographic distribution. Russula purpureozonata sp. nov. associates with Abies densa Griff., and possesses all typical features of Decolorantes, viz. the amyloid suprahilar spot on the spores, presence of pileogloeocystidia, the reddening then blackening context, equal lamellae and colored spore print. It reminds of North American R. californiensis Burl. and R. magna Beardslee under the microscope but has distinctly smaller spores and differs further in the unique coloration and concentrically zonated pileus margin. Macro- and micromorphological features are illustrated for both species. Their habitats, distributions and relationships with allied species are discussed.

Abstract:
Two new species of Russula are described and illustrated in this paper. Russula clavulus is recognised by a pale yellow pileus centre, white margin with tuberculate striation, white to pale lamellae with small pale yellow spots, white to light yellow spore print, subglobose to broadly ellipsoid spores with short or long ridges and hymenial cystidia on lamellae sides that are mainly subclavate or fusiform. Russula multilamellula is morphologically characterised by the brownish orange to hazel pileus centre and satin white to yellowish-white margin with brownish tinge, lamellulae that are usually irregular in length and often anastomosing with lamellae, subglobose to broadly ellipsoid spores with short or long ridges and clavate hymenial cystidia. The combination of morphological features and multigene phylogenetic analyses of ITS-nrLSU-RPB2-mtSSU data indicated that these two new taxa belong to Russula subg. Heterophyllidia sect. Ingratae.

Abstract:
Agaricus vittadinii Moretti (1826a: 66) is a striking species traditionally ascribed to the genus Amanita Pers. (1797: 65) (Bas 1969; Traverso 1998; Neville &amp; Poumarat 2004). Amanita is one of the most widespread, species-rich ectomycorrhizal genera (Yang 1997; Yang et al. 1999; Neville &amp; Poumarat 2004; Tulloss 2000; Kirk et al. 2008; Tulloss &amp; Yang 2015), characterized by usually agaricoid basidiomata (including sequestrate forms) with a pallid spore print, a hemiangiocarpic schizohymenial development, presence of both universal and partial veils, and usually white and free lamellae (Bas 1969; Neville &amp; Poumarat 2004; Justo et al. 2010). Microscopically, diagnostic characters are amyloid or inamyloid spores, bilateral hymenophoral trama and longitudinally acrophysalidic stipe tissue, which consists of clavate, usually terminal elements, longitudinally oriented on a diffuse system of narrow, branching hyphae (Corner &amp; Bas 1962; Bas 1969; Jenkins 1986; Yang 1997, 2005; Traverso 1998; Neville &amp; Poumarat 2004).

Abstract:
Paddy straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea), commonly known as the straw mushroom, or the Chinese mushroom, belongs to the family Pluteaceae (Kotl. &amp; Pouz) of the Basidiomycetes (Singer, 1961). The present research was undertaken to explore the diversity, distribution, morphological, and microscopic characteristics of V. volvacea native isolates from Chhattisgarh.A total of eight isolates were collected in a survey conducted across Chhattisgarh from six districts viz. Rajnandgaon, Raipur, Dhamtari, and Bemetara, Kabirdham, Durg and all the relevant information on habitat, temperature, relative humidity, location (GPS data), habit, and related substrates in native environments; were recorded delligently. Volvariella isolates collected were characterized morphologically and found possessing pink spores, free lamellae, and a stipe bearing no annulus but was encased at the base by a volva. The gills of all the isolates were freely arranged; consistency was fleshy; colour was moderate brown; and texture was smooth. The stipes of all the isolates were cylindrical, centrally attached to the pileus; the consistency was fleshy; the colour was yellowish white; and the bases were swollen. Pileus characters of all isolates show a light brown outer colour, a moderate brown middle colour, and regular margins. The volva characters of all isolates show a sheathed arrangement and brownish colour. Spore print colours were observed as pink and moderate brown, gill colour varied from light pink to brown for all isolates. Microscopic characterization was done and was found that spore size of all collected isolates ranges between six to nine micrometre and the basidium bears sterigmata.

Abstract:
This article examines German print sport journalists’ perceptions, experiences, and relationships with Bundesliga clubs’ public relations (PR) staffers and each club’s designated press spokesperson, as well the impact of a competitive, multitier 21st-century media environment on their jobs. All Bundesliga clubs are now disseminating more multimedia content on their own through official Web sites and social media such as Twitter and Facebook. Meanwhile, the German newspaper industry is in a state of transformation and decreased prominence among mediums in German sport journalism. A survey of print journalists who cover Bundesliga clubs showed that these changes have affected the historic symbiotic relationship between the sporting press and Bundesliga clubs. Power and media autonomy have increased for Bundesliga clubs and their designated press spokespersons, while print reporters are more dependent on the clubs’ PR staffers to provide access. The surveyed journalists recognize the increasing power of television in German sport journalism, but nearly half do not consider this as negative for their jobs. These print sport journalists are called on to find new ways and types of media content to begin restoring the needed balance in a symbiotic relationship between independent press and PR, while also distinguishing their work from televised media content.

While the impact of sexual harassment in the workplace has been well documented, little sexual harassment research has been conducted focusing on the women who work in the sport industry. This study explored the extent to which female sport print media professionals (i.e., sports editors, sportswriters, sports columnists) were subjected to sexually harassing behaviors in the workplace. Of the women who participated in the study (N= 112), over half of the participants indicated that they had encountered some form of sexual harassment over the 12 months before participating in the study. The perpetrators included their immediate supervisors, coworkers, members of the sport media, athletes, and employees of sport organizations. The study also identified the forms of sexual harassment encountered and attitudes toward harassment in the workplace. Suggestions on how to prevent harassment toward women in the sport industry are discussed.

Abstract:
This article presents key findings from a survey of Australian sport journalists, the first of its kind since Henningham's (1995) seminal study in the early 1990s. Australian sport journalists participated in an online survey, which asked questions related to their profile and work practices. The findings reveal that in many respects the profile of Australian sport journalists is similar to what it was almost twenty years ago, yet there are indications that both the professional lives of sport journalists and the broader sport media industry are undergoing significant change. Like their predecessors, contemporary Australian sport journalists are ‘30-something’, predominantly Australian-born, work in a male-dominated environment, plan to be working in journalism or the media in five years’ time and have similar views about the functions of the news media. The contemporary Australian sport journalists differ in that they are far more educated, are more likely to be located in Victoria and are now more likely to work in non-print media forms such as radio and online than their predecessors, who were far more likely to work in the print media.

Print sport journalists are facing new demands in their jobs, including the need to work in front of the camera. This case study examined attitudes among sport reporters working with video at Oklahoma’s 2 largest daily newspapers. Qualitative in-depth interviews (N = 18) were used for data collection. The researchers identified 4 major themes: attitude, skills, training, and critiques. These sport journalists sought to maintain their print identities foremost despite recognizing the needs and expectations to adapt to a multimedia workforce. The researchers also concluded that the evolution toward multimedia journalism in these organizations remains a gradual process and that additional training and frequent professional critiques were needed as part of this evolution.

Abstract:
Sport/war metaphors during the Persian Gulf War were crucial rhetorical resources for mobilizing the patriarchal values that construct, mediate, and maintain hegemonic forms of masculinity. Theory is grounded in an analysis of the language used during coverage of the war in electronic and print news media, as well as discourse in the sport industry and sport media. Various usages of the sport/war metaphor are discussed. It is argued that sport/war metaphors reflected and reinforced the multiple systems of domination that rationalized the war and strengthened the ideological hegemony of white Western male elites.

Abstract:
The availability and storage of spare parts are the main barriers to product repair. One possibility would be to 3D print spare parts, which would also enable the repair of products not intended to be repaired. Besides manufacturers, 3D printing spare parts is an interesting option for self-repair by consumers. However, the digitisation of spare parts for 3D printing is a challenge. There is little guidance on how to make a 3D-printed version of the original part. This paper establishes a framework through a literature review and experimental study to describe how to use 3D printing to produce spare parts for repair. Additionally, qualitative data coding was used to find the influence of previous experience, process implementation, and part complexity on the overall success of the 3D printing for repair (3DPfR) process. Our study showed that the 3DPfR process can be described as an iterative design for an additive manufacturing process that is integrated into a repair process. Additionally, it was found that the incorrect implementation of process steps was the most important predictor of the repair result. The steps that were performed incorrectly the most were synthesising design concepts (64%) and validating print quality (also 64%).

The workshop has quite a number of customers who come to buy various kinds of motorcycle spare parts. However, the workshop still uses manual methods in the data processing process, such as compiling spare parts data which includes spare parts prices, spare parts stocks are still recorded in the ledger. This often causes problems such as loss of sales data which causes re-recording so that the resulting report is not perfect. Therefore, we need a web programming system that functions to make it easier for Bengkel Rakyat Motor owners to solve problems that occur, such as sales of goods, stock of goods, and prices of goods which are still done manually.

Abstract:
Demand-based ticket pricing strategies have replaced the traditional cost-based approach in professional sports. As comparisons with constantly changing prices can potentially elicit negative consumer responses, the importance of reference prices as standards for judging price fairness is being raised. Guided by selective accessibility model, this research investigated the relative effects of two types of reference prices: internal reference price (IRP) and external reference price (ERP). Furthermore, the present study examines how a sport consumer’s self-construal interacts with the comparative references in shaping a sense of price fairness. Two experiments revealed that sport consumers are more sensitive to ERP than IRP, but such a differential influence depends on their level of self-construal. These results extend the body of knowledge in sport consumer behavior, self-construal, and selective accessibility model. Additionally, the results of this study also provide empirical evidence for sport marketers to develop optimized pricing strategies tailored to distinctive consumer segments.

DePauw’s (1997) theoretical construct of sport and how we view the body focuses on three socially constructed ideals of physicality, masculinity, and sexuality. Those who do not fit into these ideals are marginalized when it comes to sport participation and media coverage. In this study the authors examined photographs from 12 print newspapers in five countries during the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing to determine how Paralympic athletes were treated. They examined the number of photographs and the content of each to determine whether athletes with disabilities are portrayed as tokens who are marginalized or treated as elite athletes. The findings support DePauw’s construct and point to gender and disability differences and hierarchy in print-media photographs.

This article examines English print media coverage of the England national women’s football (soccer) team during the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. It draws on a content analysis of five English national newspapers from 24 May to 14 August 2015. A wide body of research has demonstrated that women’s sport continues to be greatly underrepresented in the media but our findings are important as they demonstrate that during this tournament, women’s football received a significant amount of print media coverage and that this coverage was largely positive. We argue that we have entered a new age of media coverage of women’s sport in the UK, with a shift towards greater gender equality.

Abstract:
This article critically examines print media discourses regarding the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. The forthcoming analysis examines the political symbolism of the Commonwealth Games with regard to the interlinkages between the British Empire, sport and the global political status of the United Kingdom. The article gives specific consideration to the United Kingdom’s declining global power as well as the interconnections between the 2014 Games and the Scottish independence referendum. Hechter’s ‘internal colonialism’ thesis, which portrays Scotland’s marginalised status within the United Kingdom, is drawn upon to critically explore the political symbolism of sport for Scottish nationalism. Discussion then focuses upon the extent to which the modern Commonwealth is symptomatic of the United Kingdom’s declining status as a global power. Finally, the existence of these narrative tropes in print media coverage of the Commonwealth Games is examined, allowing for critical reflections on the continuing interconnections between the media, sport, nationalism and post-imperial global politics.

Abstract:
This article surveys the Catholic Church's exploitation of sport in Liberal (1861–1922), Fascist (1922–1943), and post-war Italy. It examines how and why the Church overcame its initial reticence to embrace sport and turn it into a fundamental pillar of an alternative culture that challenged the monopoly of national sporting federations. Following the rise of Fascism, sport became one of the principal means by which the Church resisted a complete takeover by the regime. Analysis of the devout Catholic cyclist Gino Bartali reveals how the Church maintained its identity and tradition of sporting independence despite the inevitable suppression of Catholic sporting organisations. Culminating in an examination of the ‘immortalisation’ of Bartali after his win in the 1948 Tour De France – a victory popularly credited with saving Italy from civil war – the article illuminates the processes by which sport became a central feature of Catholicism in national life. It highlights the Church's contribution to the development of Italian sport, assesses the wider impact of sport's role in forming alternative cultures, and argues that sport perfectly positioned the Church to respond to the demands of Reconstruction Italy and provided opportunities to secure a post-war Christian Democratic society.

In this era of intense competition, both world-wide and domestic, business firms of all sizes and varieties are concerned with the market-share figures they achieve in the marketplace to predict the volume of production and demand forecasts of spare parts. Buyers' purchase frequency varies with time when machines complete their warranty period and subsequently buyers switch towards spurious spare parts for various reasons including cheaper prices. There is a prominent share of un-organized sector (spurious markets) in meeting the demand of spare parts especially in earth moving equipment. They imitate the original parts and sell similar parts of local vendors and supply the same at much cheaper prices. To estimate the impact of spurious spare parts market of ABC Earth Moving Equipments Pvt. Abstract:This article explores one source through which African women’s sport history can be drawn and interpreted: the sport sections of African newspapers. In the case of Kenya, the major dailies,Daily NationandThe East African Standard, are repositories of information pertaining to the challenges that confronted female athletes. Taking into account the history and development of these media, the article addresses the question of why did Kenyan women lag behind their male counterparts in entering the sport at an international level? Focusing on the early post-colonial period, it is argued that institutional barriers abroad as well as economic and cultural factors at home disproportionately disadvantaged female runners in their career progression. These conclusions would be difficult to substantiate without investigating the Kenyan press, a valuable source for anyone seeking to access information about the lives of the women who have contributed to Africa’s sport history.

Abstract:
We present a general framework to study the design of spare parts logistics in the presence of three-dimensional (3-D) printing technology. We consider multiple parts facing stochastic demands and adopt procure/manufacture-to-stock versus print-on-demand to highlight the main difference of production modes featured in traditional manufacturing and 3-D printing. To minimize long-run average system cost, our model determines which parts to stock and which to print. We find that the optimal 3-D printer’s utilization increases as the additional unit cost of printing declines and the printing speed improves. The rate of increase, however, decays, demonstrating the well-known diminishing returns effect. We also find the optimal utilization to increase in part variety and decrease in part criticality, suggesting the value of 3-D technology in tolerating large part variety and the value of inventory for critical parts. By examining the percentage cost savings enabled by 3-D printing, we find that, although the reduction in printing cost continuously adds to the value of 3-D printing in a linear fashion, the impact of the improvement of printing speed exhibits S-shaped growth. We also derive various structural properties of the problem and devise an efficient algorithm to obtain near optimal solutions. Finally, our numerical study shows that the 3-D printer is, in general, lightly used under realistic parameter settings but results in significant cost savings, suggesting complementarity between stock and print in cost minimization. Modern sports/media complex may be the result of complex inactions of communication technologies, social developments, and the increased sophistication of businesses in understanding the intrinsic and extrinsic aspects of consumer behavior. From the promotion options of print media, television and radio, to the self-engaging aspects of Internet sport coverage and gaming, the spectator is rapidly becoming an integral part of the branding process. Media, especially fantasy sports, has transcended the traditional roles of television's function as agents of exposure to engagement and personal involvement in athletic contest and its merchandising. Although the media aspect may been neglected in sports research, media research traditionally has considered sports too popular for traditional research. This paper explores some of the major topics for research that combines sports and newer forms of media exploitation for marketing purposes.

Abstract:
A hub-and-spoke conspiracy is a metaphor used to describe an antitrust cartel that includes a firm at one level of a supply chain—such as a buyer or supplier—who acts like the “hub” of a wheel. Vertical agreements up or down the supply chain act as the “spokes,” and a horizontal agreement among the spokes acts as the “rim” of the wheel. Courts have considered hub-and-spoke conspiracies for more than eighty years, and there is large body of case law that pertains to the evidence that is necessary for proving this type of antitrust conspiracy. With the rise of modern digital technologies, firms have increased their reliance on “big data” and data-driven pricing algorithms to determine the prices for their products and services. Using big data, current pricing algorithms can quickly monitor market conditions, including the behavior of rival competitors, and adjust prices in near real-time. Analytical pricing tools that adjust prices based on supply-and-demand conditions and/or costs can create procompetitive benefits because they have the potential to increase efficiency. Anticompetitive effects can occur, however, when multiple competitors use the same pricing algorithm and data set supplied by a common service provider who acts as a hub. This article will explain the history, structure, and characteristics of hub-and-spoke conspiracies. It also will discuss agreements among competitors to exchange confidential price information, which itself can result in antitrust violations under certain circumstances. Finally, the article will summarize and comment on a new wave of antitrust lawsuits that allege hub-and-spoke conspiracies based on competitors’ mutual use of big data and algorithms to set prices.

Using the “auto drive” technique for qualitative data collection, the analysis reveals four themes: (a) athletes are avid consumers of mainstream sport media; b) they use both mainstream and niche publications; (c) they do not want “courtesy coverage,” but instead, coverage focusing on elite elements of their sports; (d) they are unsure of media obligation in the coverage of sports involving athletes with disabilities. While the scope of this investigation is limited to male wheelchair athletes, the themes can provide a basis for further analysis and study in the emerging area of sport media research as it relates to disability.

Abstract:
Gymnastics is regularly classified as a feminine-appropriate sport, embodying grace and elegance and is an Olympic sport which has regularly produced female sporting celebrities. Beth Tweddle is the most successful British gymnast of all time and the first to achieve international success, culminating in a medal at London 2012, yet she has received relatively little media coverage and few corporate endorsements. Employing a ‘negative case’ methodology, this athlete's relative lack of celebrity is investigated. The article suggests that it can be explained by (a) contradictions underpinning the gender-designation of gymnastics, and (b) the social invisibility of a core audience for the sport: young girls. An implication is that the achievement of celebrity within ‘feminine’ sport may be increasingly unattainable, especially for female athletes. The article uses mixed methods, including primary analysis of print and social media and secondary analysis of a national survey of young people in the UK.

Abstract:
There is an international consensus that physical activity and sport can be used as strategies for social inclusion, as well as that people with disabilities have the capacity to participate in these activities. However, interventions based on physical activity and sport and their processes that can influence inclusive outcomes are yet to be continuously and comprehensively investigated. The aim of this paper is to point out the problems and perspectives of the development of inclusive physical education and sport by providing an overview of scientific production sources from international scientific conferences, scientific journals in the field of sports and social sciences, as well as reference literature. Data were collected by reviewing available print sources and electronic databases suh asERIC, JSTOR, and Google Scholar etc., using relevant keywords. The results indicate that there are several factors which influence physical education and its teaching methods in an inclusive educational context (attitudes of students and teachers, teachers' competencies, approachability, etc.), and that inclusion in sport is dependent on both personal (nature of the disability, health, motivation, etc.) and social environment factors (accessibility, creating and implementing planned physical activities adapted for students with disabilities, etc.).

Abstract:
This qualitative exploratory case study redresses the deficit of sports media research in France by undertaking a study of those responsible for the production of sports media content. The central question was, What role do sports media producers play in perpetuating dominant ideologies in sport? Participants were experienced male and female sports content decision makers from major French national television and print media. Data were collected through 9 individual semistructured interviews. The findings highlight how sports are selected for coverage, why women’s sport receives less coverage, and who is responsible. There is an indication that women’s sport is subject to much harsher editorial selection criteria than men’s. The similarities and differences between France and other countries are also discussed. Conclusions were drawn on what role the makers of sports media content have in reproducing this hegemonic masculinity so inherent in sports coverage.

Abstract:
Using intersectionality and hegemony theory, we critically analyze mainstream print news media’s response to Don Imus’ exchange on the 2007 NCAA women’s basketball championship game. Content and textual analysis reveals the following media frames: “invisibility and silence”; “controlling images versus women’s self-definitions”; and, “outside the frame: social issues in sport and society.” The paper situates these media frames within a broader societal context wherein 1) women’s sports are silenced, trivialized and sexualized, 2) media representations of African-American women in the U. S. have historically reproduced racism and sexism, and 3) race and class relations differentially shape dominant understandings of African-American women’s participation in sport. We conclude that news media reproduced monolithic understandings of social inequality, which lacked insight into the intersecting nature of oppression for women, both in sport and in the United States.

<strong>Abstract:</strong> Gold mining in Indonesia is carried out using an open-pit mining system, which has an impact on the loss of forest vegetation, soil properties in mining areas, loss of flora and fauna, as well as the occurrence of slopes that change hydrological conditions and soil fertility levels. The problem that often occurs is that post-mining land is difficult to grow plants due to the lack of nutrient content which results in plant death. Exploring the types of AMF in the vegetation composition in the mining area is an important initial study and is necessary to be able to identify and map the dominant and specific types of AMF that exist in the vegetation composition in the area. The aim of this research is to determine the status of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and vegetation composition in the Poboya gold mine area. The research was carried out from February 2023 to June 2023. Observations of vegetation types and taking soil and root samples were carried out on agroforestry land and secondary forest in the Poboya gold mining area, Palu Municipality, Central Sulawesi. Identification of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal microbes was carried out at the Forest Biotechnology Laboratory, Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), Bogor, West Java. Analysis of soil properties was carried out at the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu. The research results showed that there were 5 types of AMF spores found at the research location, namely <em>Acaulospora sp2, Acaulospora sp3, Acaulospora sp4, Glomus sp6, Glomus sp7</em>. The results of observing the color of the spores showed that there were different types of spore colors including clear yellowish, yellow and brown. The density of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi spores was highest at the agroforestry research location, 11 spores were found per 20 g of soil, while at the secondary forest research location only 3 spores were found per 20 g of soil. The colonization level shows that the plants with the highest percentage of AMF colonization are white teak (<em>Gmelina arborea</em> Roxb) (91.8%) and Candlenut (<em>Aleurites moluccana</em> (L.)) (51.3%), the medium colonization level is Lamtoro (<em>Leucaena leucocephala</em> ) (33.7 %) Vegetation composition In secondary forest areas the number and types of species are higher than in agroforestry areas.
