The sustainability of organizational culture change is a multifaceted process that requires consistent reinforcement and strategic integration of both human and technological elements. This paper explores key strategies that can ensure the enduring success of cultural initiatives within organizations. Among the most critical strategies are the establishment of a common language, the creation of a unified identity, the identification of a common enemy, and the use of quarterly elections to sustain motivation and engagement. The results of studying the diagnosis of squalls in snowstorms based on DMRL-C Doppler weather radar data are presented. The diagnosis of squalls is performed using the algorithm developed in the Hydrometcentre of Russia for diagnosing showers based on the maximum convective velocity calculated from radar data (maximum radar reflectivity in a cloud and the cloud top height). The algorithm implies the determination of the fact of the occurrence of squalls for three speed gradations (15-19 m/s; 20-24 m/s; ≥25 m/s) and the refinement of wind speed during a squall. Abstract:
Squalls have been present in the environmental specifications for floating units in West Africa for the last couple of years. However it appears that such phenomena tend to be the designing factor for mooring systems of deepwater FPSO’s (in spread or turret configuration) and offloading buoys. At that stage, due to the lack of proper modelling/characterisation, squalls tend to be represented for design purposes by on-site recorded time series of varying wind velocity and associated relative headings applied from any direction. This leads to rapid changes in offsets and loads in the mooring lin
