In product design process, every stakeholder has his/her own subjective characteristics and variable perspectives which reflect his/her understandings of design objects. The perspective relationships between stakeholders will directly influence the speed of achieving solutions, which in turn affect design time and efficiency. ABSTRACT:This paper argues that the notion of value has been overly simplified and narrowed to focus on economic returns. Stakeholder theory provides an appropriate lens for considering a more complex perspective of the value that stakeholders seek as well as new ways to measure it. We develop a four-factor perspective for defining value that includes, but extends beyond, the economic value stakeholders seek. To highlight its distinctiveness, we compare this perspective to three other popular performance perspectives. Recommendations are made regarding performance measurement for both academic

Most contemporary early childhood education and care (ECEC) settings in Western-heritage contexts are play-based. Play has become a central component of ECEC provision through the writings of Romantic philosophers of the 17th century and the spread of the child-centred approach in the latter half of the 20th century. Such an approach places what the child is interested in – notably represented by her/his play – in the centre of ECEC. What interests the child has been seen to represent what s/he is currently learning. Any interference with this from the adult has been seen to inhibit learning.

Nang, Phirun, Daravy Khiev, Philip Hirsch, and Isabelle Whitehead. Improving the Governance of Water Resources in Cambodia: A Stakeholder Analysis. Cambodia Development Resource Institute, 2011. https://doi.org/10.64202/wp.54.201106.

Abstract:
Irrigation development and management of water resources present serious governance challenges for many stakeholders in Cambodia. Farmers, government agencies, development organisations and the private sector all have a role to play, yet their roles and responsibilities are not always well defined. Contemporary ideas on water governance indicate a greater need for participation and ownership of local resources by the communities that use those resources. As such, there is a need to refine and rethink the way in which key stakeholders relate to each other and make decisions on the use of water
