The main purpose of this essay is to examine the narrative function of the city in the films of Woody Allen. This was achieved through a narrative and comparative analysis of four of his city films: Manhattan (1979), Vicky Cristina Barcelona (2008), Midnight in Paris (2011) and To Rome with Love (2012). The results of this examination show that the city has a variety of narrative functions throughout the films. The city provides a natural environment that enables character meetings. Living in the city can be so sought after, that the city itself becomes an important goal for the protagonist.

Zusammenfassung Zusammenfassung Sektorenübergreifende Qualitätssicherungsverfahren sind als effektive und praktikable Weiterentwicklung und Ergänzung sektorspezifischer Qualitätssicherungsverfahren anzusehen. Sie können insbesondere durch „Schnittstellenindikatoren“ zur Optimierung der Versorgung an Sektorengrenzen beitragen, durch Follow-up-Indikatoren eine teilweise validere Erfassung der Ergebnisqualität ermöglichen und eine stärkere Integration der aktuellen Sektoren unterstützen.Qualitätssicherung muss handlungsrelevant sein. Für sektorübergreifende Verfahren muss daher die Verantwortlichkeit für die Ergebnisqualität von Follow-up-Indikatoren indikatorenspezifisch geklärt werden. Darüber hinaus spielen über die einzelne Einrichtung hinausgehende Auswertungsebenen eine gewichtige Rolle, wie beispielsweise Versorgungsketten, regionale Strukturen oder Versorgungsverträge. Es besteht noch erheblicher Forschungs- und Entwicklungsbedarf, solche Auswertungsebenen konkret zu bestimmen und zu operationalisieren.Eine wirkungsvolle Modellierung handlungsrelevanter Qualitätssicherungsverfahren setzt voraus, dass die qualitätsrelevanten Leistungen und Ereignisse zuverlässig identifiziert werden können. Die aktuell unterschiedlichen Kodier- und Abrechnungsregeln zwischen und innerhalb der verschiedenen Sektoren stellen eine schwerwiegende Implementationsbarriere dar. Diese Problematik ist allein innerhalb des SGB V von großer Bedeutung; „sozialgesetzbuchübergreifend“ in noch größerem Ausmaß.Eine „sozialgesetzbuchübergreifende Qualitätssicherung“ erfordert neue gesetzliche Vorgaben. Sie würde die Komplexität der Messung und Bewertung von Qualitätsergebnissen, aber auch die Differenziertheit von Qualitätsbewertungen erheblich erweitern.

Als öffentliche Kunstfiguren sind Celebrities per se Gegenstand von medialen Aneignungspraktiken, sind diese doch am Berühmtheitsstatus einer Person konstitutiv beteiligt. Auch deshalb gehört Aneignung nicht nur zu den Konzepten, mit denen produktive Rezeptionsweisen von Fans als solche gewürdigt werden (Stichwort prosumer). Die „media texts», aus denen sich Star-Images (Richard Dyer zufolge) zusammensetzen, sind überdies bevorzugte Gegenstände von Pop- und Appropriation Art, wo sich wiederum eigentümliche Beziehungstypen zwischen criticality und Faszination beobachten lassen. Am Beispiel des anonymen Amateurfoto-Projekts Type 42 - Fame Is the Name of the Game widmet sich der Beitrag den (nicht zuletzt technologisch begünstigten) Komplizenschaften von künstlerischen sowie Fan-Praktiken der Appropriation und den fließenden Übergängen von Obsession in Enteignung. Dabei macht in diesem Fall gerade die anonyme Urheberschaft ex negativo darauf aufmerksam, wie sehr die Rezeption von Aneignungspraktiken vom Wissen über Produktionskontexte und nicht zuletzt von der guten alten Frage nach der Autorschaft reguliert wird.

Abstract:
Schon früh stand die Erforschung des Arbeitsmarktes und sein Versagen im Zentrum des Forschungsinteresses von Edmund Phelps. So kritisierte er bereits in den späten 1960er Jahren die damals weit verbreitete Ansicht keynesianisch ausgerichteter Ökonomen, dass die Zentralbank mittels Inflation Arbeitslosigkeit bekämpfen könne. Demgegenüber argumentierte Phelps (1967) und (1968), dass dieser auch als Phillips-Kurve bekannte Zusammenhang zwischen Inflation und Arbeitslosigkeit lediglich kurzfristig gelte. Die oberflächennahe Geothermie mit Wärmepumpen ist Stand der Technik und in der Schweiz bereits stark verbreitet. Im künftigen Energiesystem soll zusätzlich die mitteltiefe bis tiefe Geothermie (1–6 km) eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Im Vordergrund steht die Lieferung von Wärme für Gebäude und industrielle Prozesse. Diese Form der Erdwärmenutzung setzt einen gut durchlässigen Untergrund voraus, damit ein Fluid – in der Regel Wasser – die natürlich vorhandene Gesteinswärme übernehmen und an die Oberfläche transportieren kann.
