Abstract:
The use of formulaic expressions by second language learners has received little attention from second language acquisition research investigating interlanguage temporal systems. Instead, this field of inquiry has emphasized the productive use of verbal morphology by employing type-token analyses. This paper considers the proposed developmental sequence of formula > low-scope pattern > construction in the emergence of future expression in a longitudinal study of 16 adult learners of English as a second language. The findings suggest that the use of formulaic expressions may be subject to individual variation and that learners may use formulaic expressions to different degrees when developing form-meaning associations even in the same grammatical subsystem, such as the tense-aspect system. The findings also suggest, however, that the practice of favoring type over token analysis as a matter of course may eliminate valuable information about the emergence and development of temporal expression.

Abstract:
The author presents the possibilities and approaches for comprehensive consideration of social responsibility as one of the most important orientations of people and organizations within building economic democracy. The starting point is the law of value added. Definitions of some concepts in relation to social responsibility are proposed, such as elements, dimensions, fields, types, forms, principles, and aspects. The author emphasizes value added as the most important approach and the need for its further promotion. Keywords: Social responsibility, Added value, Stakeholders, Taxonomy of social responsibility.

Abstract:
This paper presents a novel automatic algorithm for point cloud segmentation by using moving probability. An arbitrary point in point cloud is selected as the first seed point. Starting from the seed point, moving probability between the starting point and each of neighborhood points is estimated. Once one or more points with probabilities greater than a given threshold are identified, the starting point will move to these neighborhood points and new starting points are generated. Moving probabilities are estimated again and starting points move continually until all calculated probabilities are less than the threshold. Visited points are segmented from point cloud data. The second seed point is selected arbitrarily from the rest of points and the process is repeated. As a result, point cloud is segmented into individual feature regions. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract:
One problem focused on engineering applications is considered. It is assumed that sequential visits to megacities have been implemented. After all visits have been made, it is required to return to the starting point (a more complex dependence on the starting point is also considered). But the last requirement is not strict: some weakening of the return condition is acceptable. Under these assumptions, it is required to optimize the choice of starting point, route, and specific trajectory. The well-known dynamic programming (DP) is used for the solution. But when using DP, significant difficulties arise associated with the dependence of the terminal component of the criterion on the starting point. Starting point enumeration is required. We consider the possibility of reducing the enumeration associated with applied variants of universal (relative to the starting point) dynamic programming. Of course, this approach requires some transformation of the problem.

Full text
Abstract:
Although appeals to human dignity became quite popular after the end of War World II in various moral and legal settings, the term retained an air of semantic indeterminacy, and scholars are of opposing minds concerning its usefulness and significance. In this essay I intend to offer a sketch of a “deflationary” account of human dignity – viewed as one moral value among many others – according to which it is conceived as the minimal respect we prima facie owe to our own personality, as well as to the personality of everyone else without any restriction or exception. This account is accompanied by a justification, which does not presuppose the endorsement of a particular moral theory, and envisages dignity as a bulwark to counter the morally abhorrent consequences of many categorical and normatively tainted dichotomies western societies have created.
