The high level of motivation possessed by employees is one of the keys in improving employee performance. So the existence of programs that are motivating work must be intensified even more. There is a significant influence by loyalty on the performance of employees in the environment of Gorontalo State University. Employee loyalty is the reason why labor turn over is so low. This was also triggered by the university's commitment to opening opportunities for its employees including honorary employees in achieving good career paths. There is a significant influence by work discipline, motivation, and loyalty simultaneously on employee performance in Gorontalo State University. This indicates that work discipline alone is not enough to stimulate employee performance. The implementation of preventive policies to direct employee behavior to be disciplined must also be supported by the existence of programs that can motivate employee work. That way employee loyalty can also be created and enhanced. Synergy between the three variables will have a positive impact on improving employee performance so that it will also affect the overall university performance as an outcome of employee performance. All of these factors are needed considering the vision of the university as a leading university in the Southeast Asian region which certainly requires strong support and commitment as well as good performance from all elements in Gorontalo State University.</p>

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to explain the educational and learning practices that have been used by IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo and UNG to maintain Gorontalo's indigenous Islamic culture. Both the IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo and the UNG are examples of higher education institutions in Gorontalo. Both of these institutions are charged with the responsibility of living up to the hopes and aspirations of the people of Gorontalo regarding the maintenance of their indigenous culture, and more specifically, their indigenous Islamic culture. As a result of this, as institutions of higher education, IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo and UNG are both obligated to perform to the best of their abilities to ensure the continuation and preservation of Gorontalo's Islamic culture. The researchers conducted descriptive comparative research. The researchers gathered their information by observing, talking to, and documenting the subjects of their interviews. When researchers started collecting data and continue doing so after data collection was finished, data analysis could begin. The researchers organized the data, made reductions, and came to conclusions. According to the findings of the study, both IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo and UNG make attempts to implement educational and learning principles following the policies of their respective institutions to contribute to the preservation of Gorontalo's indigenous Islamic culture. There are classes on both Islamic and local culture offered at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, which demonstrates the institution's commitment to including cultural aspects in the educational experience. In addition, lecturers at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo participate in research and activities connected to the Islamic culture of the local community. The indigenous Islamic culture of Gorontalo is recognized as one of the cultural jewels of the archipelago, and similar to IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, the UNG plays an essential part in the efforts to preserve this tradition. Additionally, the UNG incorporates several strategic policies in the areas of education, research, and community service; in fact, each course incorporates these policies together with the expertise and experience of the local community.

Abstract:
The creative process is a key element to generating great architecture, art and science. In order to best utilize this process one must understand different types of creativity, environments that inspire creativity, different processes and techniques and how the conscious and subconscious handle creative thought and creative production. To architecturally explore creative process and production I will design a structure on campus with the purpose of assisting creativity and creative production in the ways that I have come to understand them. Understanding the creative process as it applies to and/or derives from psychology, philosophy, art and/or design is essential to guide and increase creativity. Communicating what is found is equally as important as finding it. A structure with the primary purpose of communicating and allowing creative thought, an architectural muse to inspire creative production, is intended.

Abstract:
Now-a-days the chatbot development has been moving from the field of Artificial-Intelligence labs to the desktops and mobile domain experts. In the fastest growing technology world, most smartphone users spend major time in the messaging apps such as Facebook messenger. A chatbot is a computer program that uses messaging channels to interact with users using natural Languages. Chatbot uses appropriate mapping techniques to transform user inputs into a relational database and fetch the data by calling an existing API and then sends an appropriate response to the user to drive its chats. Drawbacks include the need to learn and use chatbot specific languages such as AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language), high botmaster interference, and the use of non-matured technology. In this project, Facebook messenger based chatbot is proposed to provide domain independent, an easy to use, smart, scalable, dynamic and conversational agent in order to get information about CSUSB. It has the unique functionalities which identify user interactions made by their natural language, and the flawless support of various application domains. This provides an ample of unique scalabilities and abilities that will be evaluated in the future phases of this project.
