Abstract:
Numerical calculations, concerning, among other things, metal forming, based on the finite element method, require a description of the relationship between stress and strain in the entire load range. After crossing the yield point, the strain hardening is appearing. This phenomenon can be described by the plastic hardening curve. This paper presents the method of determining the strain hardening curve by means of power function approximation. The load and displacement data recorded in the tensile test using the MTS measurement system were used to determine this curve.

Solutions similar to this static string have already been found in the semiclassical quantization of pulsating strings, and our results show that the semiclassical quantization of pulsating strings is, in some cases, a perturbation of static strings. We also interpret the energy of the static string as a lower bound for the pulsating string and speculate about a description of quantum mechanics in terms of semiclassical string theory.

The thermodynamic properties of two-dimensional graphene nanosystems are investigated using the static fluctuation approximation (SFA). These properties are analyzed using both extensive and nonextensive statistical mechanics. It is found that these properties are less sensitive to temperature when using nonextensive — in contrast to extensive — statistical mechanics. It is also noted that the mean internal energy and the specific heat behave as a power law, Tα, at T < 8 eV; whereas they go to the classical limit for the two-dimensional ideal gas at T > 8 eV. Abstract:
With reliability analysis methods, the static compression mechanics properties of corn Straw Cushion packaging material were studied. On the basis of the static compression experiments, analyzed the statistical distribution of the stress based on the different strain conditions, Established the stress-strain model of a random variable, has figured out the axial compression load limit on different reliability requirements.

In this paper, the shell’s strength and stiffness is calculated according to the theory of elastic mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics theory. And the analysis of the ANSYS software verify the reliability of the theoretical calculation . Using ANSYS parameter design language (APDL) and the optimized design module of ANSYS,the author studies Material nonlinear static analysis ,and establish the parametric analysis program.

Abstract:
The figuration technique of grades extrusion for making metal rubber material is firstly put forward. Compared with normal uninterrupted extrusion technique, the elastic reversion of grades extrusion components increases 14.7%, so their elasticity is improved a lot. Measured by the static mechanics testing, the increment of bearing force at each height point is approximate 50N; it verifies that their mechanics property is excelled.

Abstract:
Abstract Fracture-mechanics experiments were carried out on ultrafine-grained (UFG) samples of copper, titanium and an Al alloy to obtain the fracture behaviour under static and cyclic loading. The UFG-materials investigated show crack resistance behaviour under static loading, which was confirmed by ductile fracture surfaces. Under cyclic load the crack growth rate was described well by the ESACRACK model.
