Abstract:
Relevance of the research topic. As a distinctive feature of the modern period of economic development, we can note a significant increase in the number of business entities that are forced to make management decisions on a statistical basis. The influence of external factors is increasing, and the consequences of erroneous management decisions are increasing. The new operating conditions of enterprises and industries make the use of statistical technologies in enterprise management relevant. The need for statistical information at all levels from the government to homemakers is growing like an avalanche, thus the need for statistical research is also growing. Statistics is one of the tools of effective management of the enterprise, which uses statistical materials of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the results of special surveys, and various analytical developments. At the same time, the attitude towards statistics in society is ambiguous. оптиIn different historical periods, the attitude towards statistics changed. The study showed that domestic statistics is developing in conditions of low statistical literacy of management personnel, a certain mistrust to official statistics, misunderstanding of the importance of state statistical operations, etc. On the other hand, in the conditions of making urgent decisions in crisis situations, statistical data are often ignored. This allows some managers to conclude that statistics is unnecessary. Meanwhile, the results of statistical studies and forecasts, which are based on modern methodological approaches and meet the requirements of international statistical standards, allow to predict the emergence of crisis situations and make effective management decisions in advance. Statistical support of management is a guarantee of high quality and professional management of any enterprise, an indicator that the manager possesses relevant information. Any new initiative is primarily based on an assessment of existing facts and the state of affairs in various sectors of the economy. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of statistical support in modern enterprise management. Research methods. The research used the method of statistical observation, generalization, grouping, comparison, the method of analogy, the method of induction and deduction. Research results. The article reveals the essence and importance of statistical management support for making effective management decisions. Field of application of results. In the practical activities of enterprises of any form of ownership and in the field of economic sciences. Conclusions according to the article. The essence and importance of statistical information as a tool in management for making optimal and rational management decisions is studied.

Abstract:
The article focuses on exploring the directions for implementing innovative analytical-statistical technologies as a tool for monitoring and detecting corruption in the state. To achieve this goal, the author clarifies the content of key concepts, defines the essence of innovative analytical-statistical technologies, and analyzes the applications of these technologies as elements of the state’s anti-corruption policy. It is determined that modern analytical-statistical technologies are integral to information technologies, which have emerged as a separate branch of production known as the information industry. Information technologies, including analytical-statistical ones, are realized through information systems, which combine technical tools (computers, communication devices and channels, peripherals, input/output devices, etc.) with software applications that facilitate the functioning of the technical components and analytical aspects, including the mathematical component (statistics). The use of analytical-statistical technologies as a tool to counter corruption at the state level is driven by the specificity of the corruption identification process. The application of relevant technologies is possible when perceiving corruption as a form of fraud. Therefore, the search for corruption in modern society requires a comprehensive approach, utilizing mathematical, analytical, and psychophysical research methods. This approach enables not only the identification but also the prediction of probable instances of abuse. Five directions for implementing innovative analytical-statistical technologies in anti-corruption activities are identified: 1) automation of data collection and processing; 2) automation of communication and office processes; 3) automation of direct management processes; 4) automation of decision-making processes and development; 5) development of expert systems. It is noted that analytical-statistical technologies find the most implementation in four of the identified directions: data collection/processing, direct management, decision support, and expert support.

Abstract:
This article raises the issue of decision support system (DSS) development in enterprises concerning the compensation system (CS). The topic is relevant as the CS is one of the main components in human resource management in business. A key element of such DSSs is CS models that provide predictive analytics. Such models are able to give information about how a particular CS affects output, product quality, employee satisfaction, and wage fund. Thus, the main goal of this article is to obtain a CS statistical model and its formulas for determining the probability densities of resultant indicators. To achieve this goal, the authors conducted several blocks of research. Firstly, mathematical formalization of CS functionality was described. Secondly, a statistical model of CS was built. Thirdly, calculations of CS result indicators were made. Reliable scientific methods were used: black box modeling and statistical modeling. This article proposes a statistical and analytical model. As an example, a piecework-bonus system statistical model is demonstrated. The discussion derives formulas of integral estimations showing the probability density of the resulting CS indicators and the related statistical characteristics. These results can be used to predict the behavior of the workforce. This constitutes the scientific novelty of the study, which will establish significant advances in the development of DSSs in the field of labor economics and HR management.

Abstract:
Modern integrated economic statistics is a set of economic and statistical data that reflect a consistent and holistic picture of economic activity for political, commercial and other analytical purposes. In analyzing the historical aspect of the emergence and development of statistical practice, we have shown that its origin occurred around the time when the state emerged. There is information about the elementary recount (census) of population and land, which was conducted several millennia ago. With the formation of a centralized state and especially with its development, the scope of statistics has expanded significantly. It is established that the statistical support of effective development of enterprises of Ukraine in the scale of a particular industry can be realized according to official statistics, namely: statistical observations of the volume of sold industrial products and operating costs of sold products. It is emphasized that today the volume and structure of data presented on the official website of statistics of Ukraine, is considered insufficient for full information support of management processes of industrial enterprises. The approaches of scholars to the interpretation of the role of statistical methods of analysis for successful economic management are considered. The basic mathematical and statistical methods are listed and their short characteristic is given. It is established that the profitability indicator is chosen as a general indicator of efficiency and technological level of enterprises of the studied industries. Construction of the economic and mathematical model of profitability of products of separate industries made it possible to reveal production reserves to increase the efficiency of the enterprises. For mechanical engineering it means reducing the capital intensity of products used funds (depreciation). For metallurgy it means a reduction in material and labor intensity of products. For the production of chemical products it is reducing material consumption. When choosing statistical methods for studying socio-economic phenomena, it is necessary to take into account their interconnectedness and interdependence. Based on the results, the priority for the development of management decisions for the effective development of processing enterprises should be to increase the degree of processing of raw materials (to increase the technological level of production), increase productivity of fixed assets and increase final consumption.

Abstract:
Introduction. Currently, due to the suspension of control and supervisory activities, state fire supervision units are carrying out a lot of work on fire prevention in order to reduce the number of fires through preventive measures. Existing regional information databases for recording fires make it possible to obtain the necessary information about these fires: from the time of reporting to the quantitative characteristics and damage caused. This information allows you to solve a number of problems and use statistical data on fires and their consequences with further development towards the use of artificial intelligence methods to predict the effectiveness of ongoing preventive measures. The result of such work may be testing the hypothesis about the impact of preventive measures on the cleanliness of fires in a particular municipality. Goal and task. The purpose of the study is to provide information support for management by managers of the organizational system of state fire supervision, compliance with preventive measures in an operational situation with fires, depending on the size of the settlement. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to perform cluster analysis of the data, create a prototype of a classifying neural network and construct a histogram for testing the null hypothesis of the Shapiro-Wilk test. Methods. Cluster analysis and intelligent analysis of data on fires in the selected territory were adopted as a scientific basis. Results and discussion. The expected result is information support for the heads of state fire supervision, which will improve the process of planning the work of the engineering and inspection staff of departments and improve the quality of preventive work. Conclusions. Based on the results of computational experiments, it was possible to come to the conclusion that the effectiveness of preventive measures depends on the size of the municipality and the size of the living population. It is proposed that heads of local fire supervision units, when planning the activities of employees, take into account the current operational situation with fires and pay attention to the content and quality of preventive measures, especially in mixed and rural municipalities (type 2 and type 3). The use of modern methods of data mining makes it possible to provide information support to the heads of state fire supervision when organizing preventive measures for the selected municipality. Abstract:
In practical applications, the tasks of strategic planning are complex and require many variant calculations when studying various scenarios, which are characterized by significant uncertainty in the forecast estimates. In this regard, the use of a complex of various means of information and analytical support for the activities of analysts and experts is relevant. Within the framework of this question, an information and analytical decision support system is proposed, focused on automating computational procedures in strategic planning. The system is organized on the basis of the Statistica computing platform and includes the platform's software tools, developed macros for describing and presenting statistical and analytical models, as well as decision support modules. The capabilities of the system are shown by specific examples of establishing patterns of development of Russian regions and cities in the real sector of the economy. The corresponding generalized models characterizing the state and development of regions by seven specific indicators in the period from 2012 to 2018 and by four specific indicators characterizing the development of cities in the period from 2003 to 2017 are obtained. It is established that the obtained models of collective behavior, presented in the form of equations of state, do not depend on time, but are determined only by the values of the achieved indicators. The proposed system allows you to increase the efficiency of the decisionmaking process, reduce the time and cost of developing strategic planning documents

Abstract:
A comprehensive analysis of the applicantʼs solvency for obtaining a microcredit precedes the conclusion of a loan agreement with him. This allows to determine the risk factors associated with the possibility of non-repayment of a bank loan in due time, and, on the contrary, to assess the likelihood of timely repayment of the loan. Therefore, the assessment of the clientʼs creditworthiness is an integral part of the work of commercial banks and microfinance organizations to determine the possibility of issuing microloans to one or another applicant. The paper proposes a balanced approach to the multi-criteria assessment of the solvency of individuals, based, among other things, on a fuzzy analysis of their solvency indicators. The developed fuzzy inference system in combination with statistical methods for assessing solvency, can serve as an analytical core for a credit decision support system. Based on the example of ten hypothetical alternative borrowers, characterized by their current indicators, the corresponding assessments of their solvency were made, including scoring, Pareto method, Bord method and using a fuzzy inference system. Such a combined approach is distinguished by the ability to identify reliably a group of individuals with high credit discipline and the characteristics of those in relation to whom credit decisions are classified as high-risk.

Abstract:
For the biosimilarity assessment between a test product and a reference product, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends a stepwise approach for obtaining totality-of-the-evidence in support of regulatory approval of the submission. The stepwise approach starts with conducting an analytical similarity assessment of certain critical quality attributes that are relevant to clinical outcome; however, potential drift in mean response and/or variability associated with the reference product over time may be observed. When there is a drift, it is of interest to determine which lots should be used for analytical similarity assessments. In this article, statistical tests for detecting possible drifts in mean and/or variability are derived. In summary, a statistical method is proposed that performs well to detect drift in the mean/variability of biological products while controlling false positive rates and maintain desired true positive rates even when the number of lots is large.

Abstract:
The purpose of the paper is to justify the organizational and methodological provisions and to develop practical proposals for improving the information support of organic production delineating ways to advance the accounting system. To achieve this goal, we were focused on the next tasks: determination of the essence of the state and directions of development of organic production, research of legislative requirements for accounting of organic production and improvement of its accounting information support. Methodology. During the research, the following general and specific scientific methods were used: theoretical generalization, analogy, statistical observation, analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, critical analysis of accounting issues. Results. In the paper, the following issues were investigated: the place of Ukraine in the organic products market, the main advantages and disadvantages of organic products, ways to improve the information support for the development of organic products. It is proved that the establishment of organic agricultural production in Ukraine requires the development of its accounting support. According to the emergence of such support, it is possible to expect the development of this segment of the agricultural sector. Practical implications. In this paper, the accounting of organic production is improved considering the necessity of coordination of economic, social, and ecological activities of agricultural enterprises by making documentation of business operations related to organic production, confirming the need for internal control of organic production costs to improve their management efficiency, establishing a work plan of accounts regarding the formation of separate analytical accounts for the process of receipt of biological assets, producing organic products and selling them, as well as creating separate analytical accounts to determine the financial result (based on the proposed analytical calculations, the process of creating production costs and determining revenues can be simplified; if cross-production is carried out at an enterprise, then this technique will help to determine the benefits of organic production over conventional production easily), developing a system of financial and statistical reporting indicators for organic enterprises. Value / originality. The improvement of accounting and internal control system can provide the information with the required level of detail to meet the needs of interested users and to make such management decisions that will help to preserve natural resources and reduce the negative impact of enterprise activity on the environmental situation in Ukraine.

Abstract:
Interior tomography of X-ray computed tomography (CT) has many advantages, such as a lower radiation dose and lower detector hardware cost compared to traditional CT. However, this imaging technique only uses the projection data passing through the region of interest (ROI) for imaging; accordingly, the projection data are truncated at both ends of the detector, so the traditional analytical reconstruction algorithm cannot satisfy the demand of clinical diagnosis. To solve the above limitations, in this paper we propose a high-quality statistical iterative reconstruction algorithm that uses the zeroth-order image moment as novel prior knowledge; the zeroth-order image moment can be estimated in the projection domain using the Helgason–Ludwig consistency condition. Then, the L1norm of sparse representation, in terms of dictionary learning, and the zeroth-order image moment constraints are incorporated into the statistical iterative reconstruction framework to construct an objective function. Finally, the objective function is minimized using an alternating minimization iterative algorithm. The chest CT image simulated and CT real data experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can remove shift artifacts effectively and has superior performance in removing noise and persevering fine structures than the total variation (TV)-based approach.

Abstract:
Digitalization processes bring about radical transformations in the content and nature of work, leading to shifts in the demand for certain skills and abilities and the emergence of new occupations. Traditional survey-based sources of information about the labour market prove insufficient to track these changes for employment policy purposes. In this article, the authors reveal alternative data sources on the labour market, made possible due to the development of new digital technologies, and delineate their respective advantages and drawbacks. Additionally, the authors systematize international experiences in leveraging digital technologies and Big Data for statistical and information-analytical research on the labour market. Having analysed the leading research-analytical projects in the USA, Great Britain, and EU countries, the authors found them to be focused on constructing functional intellectual and analytical systems for the labour market. These projects aim to develop methodologies and promote widespread adoption of digital tools for working with Big Data, significantly expanding the capabilities of labour market information and analytical systems. The authors examined specific projects that used Big Data from online job vacancies to assess the demand and supply of jobs, as well as to analyse and forecast the requirements for skills and competences that would be feasible for adoption in Ukraine. Big Data from specialized online portals, servers and services were found to serve as powerful resources to supplement and enrich the existing conventional system of labour market statistics and analytics. Finally, the authors substantiate the need and expediency of creating a fundamentally new Labour Market Information and Analytical System (LMIAS) in Ukraine and coordinating it with labour market platforms in EU countries. They also identify a range of problematic issues that require in-depth research and resolution in Ukraine, such as ensuring the representativeness of online job vacancy data, improving the classifiers of occupations, abilities and skills, and introducing methods for integrating statistical, administrative, and Big Data on the labour market.

Abstract:
Abstract. The article aims to substantiate the areas for improvement in the innovation statistics in Ukraine for information and analytical support of circular economy development. The lack of a measurement framework for the study of this model of economic development in Ukraine, as well as the understanding of the circular economy as a basis for the SDG implementation determine the relevance of the subject study. The authors focus on the following research questions: 1. To what extent are the indicators of SDG implementation in Ukraine related to the principles of the circular economy? 2. To what extent do Ukrainian innovation statistics assess the contribution of innovation activity to the development of a circular economy? 3. What statistical tools does the European Union use to measure the circular economy development and the impact of innovation on development progress? 4. What should be the system of indicators for the circular economy development in Ukraine and the contribution of innovation to this process? This study used systemic and comparative analysis to substantiate a set of indicators used to monitor the implementation of principles of a circular economy and the introduction of environmental innovations in Ukraine. According to our study of 183 indicators of implementing SDG in Ukraine, 28 of them are related to the principles of the circular economy, and most focus on such goals as «Responsible Production and Consumption», Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic growth. The selected indicators can be used as a database for monitoring the circular economy in Ukraine. However, the “blind spot” is the lack of indicators that measure progress of implementing the principle of reuse of resources, including secondary raw materials. In addition, there are no indicators in Ukrainian innovation statistics that measure the impact of innovation on the implementation of the principles of the closed-loop economy. A study of the EU’s experience shows that European statistics use three main tools to measure the circular economy development and innovation activity in this area: 1) Circular economy monitoring progress 2) European Innovation Scoreboard and Innovation Index 3) The Eco-Innovation Scoreboard and Eco- Innovation Index. Taking into account the European intent to integrate with Ukraine and the current state of Ukrainian statistical practice, the authors identify the following areas for its improvement: 1) the introduction of monitoring of the circular economy based on the selected indicators of the SDG and 2) expand the list of selected monitoring indicators by including indicators such as the use of circular materials and the level of recycling of various types of waste. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of a measurement framework that can be used as information and analytical support in governing the circular economy development in Ukraine. Abstract:
challenges of today caused by the aggravating economic crisis in Ukraine, numerous threats to the national security, in particular the ones resulting from invasion and occupation of the Ukrainian territory by the Russian army, massive destruction of the national economy are the evidence of the need in revision, elaboration and development of efficient structural transformation processes in the Ukrainian economy. This involves the need in devising and implementing an adequate information and analytical support that would allow to set up tactical and strategic dimensions of this reconstruction. This determines the relevance of the research topic. The research objective is to highlight the meaning of the notions “structure”, “structural shifts”, “structural crisis”, “transformation”, “transformation process”, “structural transformation’, to reveal their common and distinct features, to outline the criteria of the efficiency of structural shifts and ways of enhancing the structural transformation processes in Ukraine, and to describe their assessment techniques. The objective was achieved using empirical, theoretical and complex methods of statistical research: observation, comparison, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, formal logic, analogy and deduction. The importance of information and analytical support at each hierarchical level of economic management, from business enterprise to macro-economy, is demonstrated. A series of meaningful approaches are given, with proposing to use them, depending on the need and circumstances, either separately or in various combination or as an integrated set. Characterizations of existing types of assessment from the qualitative and quantitative perspective allowed to give descriptions of their statistical algorithms, and to substantiate the feasibility of the universal approach based on a universal metric. It enables to assess qualitative and quantitative parameters of transformations, determine their efficiency, and (in case of need) to rank the objects under study. The practical value of this article is that the proposed techniques can be used in the decision-making process pertaining to structural transformations in Ukraine at all the hierarchical levels of economic management, from business entities to the macro-economy.

Subject. The article addresses analytical support for assessing the investment attractiveness of fast-growing companies as a driver of economic growth of the national economy. Objectives. The purpose is to identify optimal investment objects among fast-growing companies through the tools of economic analysis. Methods. The study employs general scientific methods of research, like analysis, comparison, interpretation, and economic and statistical methods. Results. The paper defines the concept of a "fast-growing company", considers the evolution of this economic phenomenon and key works of domestic and foreign scientists that popularized the term, underpins the importance of fast-growing companies for increasing the economic growth rates of an individual State. We reviewed the key challenges faced by fast-growing companies in conditions of global economic uncertainty caused by political instability, described the tools used by advanced companies to mitigate economic risks within their adaptive development strategy. In the context of the analysis of investment attractiveness, we focused on the dynamics of three groups of indicators: profitability, financial stability and efficiency. Conclusions. Based on analyzed coefficients, we conclude that there are certain internal difficulties in some fast-growing companies, which reduce their investment appeal. The assigned rating of a fast-growing company does not always imply the most profitable and efficient business model. To determine the investment attractiveness of companies, additional research would be needed.

The statistical assessment of labor market demand has to focus on qualitative rather than quantitative characteristics of jobs from the perspective of opportunities for choice and development of employed. Such assessment of jobs requires information and technical support. A review of the available information sources on the number and structure of jobs lays the ground for constructing a comprehensive assessment methodology on the basis of official statistical observations supplemented by administrative data on vacancies. It is shown that each source has its strong and weak sides. The strong sides of official sources are systemic professional approach and standardized techniques for data collection and processing, regularity, data quality control and accountability. But these sources still remain hardly accessible for research purposes, their data are compiled by the formal and sectoral approach and published in highly aggregated form. Alternative sources, including independent analytical and marketing studies, online databases of vacancies, are displayed in open access and contain detailed vacancy descriptions. But these data are unstructured, fragmented and need careful treatment due to a high probability of the system bias caused by broad applications of marketing strategies. The comprehensive assessment of labor market demand should be based on the results of Labor Force Survey, which enable for simultaneous structuring of indicators by social-demographic characteristics of respondents and organizational-economic characteristics of production units. Data from this survey have to be supplemented by data from enterprise surveys on labor statistics, labor conditions and business tendencies, anonymous data from the registers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and by data on vacancies available in the databases of the State Employment Service and private recruitment companies.

Abstract:
The scientific and methodological principles of the creation, functioning and decomposition of the accounting and analytical system in the formation and implementation of the financial strategy of the enterprise are considered and summarized. The relationship between financial strategy and accounting is determined, and the nature of the relationship is definited. It is substantiated that the function of accounting and analytical support should be implemented as a single unit consisting of accounting, financial analysis and management analysis. It is noted that within the framework of accounting and analytical support, the data of the information system of accounting and statistical accounting are interpreted, certain analytical data are substantiated, which form the basis of management decision-making. The object-category composition of the accounting and analytical support for the selection and justification of the financial strategy is systematized, which includes other «internal» data about the organization (enterprise, institution), in particular, additional data necessary for the calculation of target and indicator rates of the financial strategy and information about targets, means and indicators of the general strategy of the organization and its non-financial components. It has been proven that the purpose of accounting and analytical support for the selection and implementation of the company's financial strategy is to create such an information system, within which it is possible to collect, systematize and use information material, analyze it using a special analytical apparatus, develop effective managerial financial decisions and monitor their implementation, implement efficiency diagnostics. As part of the study of the organizational environment of accounting and analytical support for the management of the company's financial strategy, the division of functions between the sectors of centralized accounting (as a structural unit) is distinguished for the purposes of accounting and analytical support for the selection and implementation of the financial strategy. The functional structure of the financing and investment department was built within the framework of managing the company's financial strategy. Organizational support for accounting and analytical support of the financial strategy is structured.

Abstract:
In the context of increasing competition and dynamic changes in the global economy, employee loyalty emerges as a key factor for the stability and success of enterprises. A high level of employee loyalty correlates with increased productivity, optimized costs for recruiting and adapting new employees, and the strengthening of the company’s positive image. Therefore, the development and implementation of effective methods for assessing loyalty is an urgent need for businesses. This study aims to systematize and analyze modern tools and methodologies for evaluating employee loyalty, identifying their effectiveness and features of application in various conditions and cultural contexts. The research is based on a survey of 525 employees of Ukrainian enterprises using Google Forms in two stages. Methods of questionnaires, interviews, statistical and content analysis were used. The research results confirmed the significance of integrating different assessment methods: from traditional surveys to modern analytical tools. It was shown that the automation of data collection and analysis significantly increases the accuracy of assessments and allows for the identification of deep patterns in employee behavior. The positive impact of corporate social responsibility on employee loyalty was also noted. For further development in this field, it is important to explore the impact of digitalization on loyalty assessment processes, particularly through the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Additionally, it is necessary to study the intercultural aspects of assessment methods and adapt them to the needs of the globalized labor market. The importance of researching hybrid and remote work forms, as well as studying the social and psychological factors that influence employee loyalty, deserves special attention.

Abstract:
The article considers the problem of the development of decision-making systems in relation to the system of remuneration of labor (LRS) at enterprises. For the introduction of new, more modern and effective types of LRS, decision-makers currently do not have adequate tools. Thus, there is a problem of developing decision support systems (DSS). The key element of the DSS is the LRS models, which provide predictive analytics. However, the compilation of a LRS model is a difficult task due to the factor of randomness and multivariance of LRS. To solve the problem, two approaches to the creation of LRS models are proposed: developing the statistical analytical models and creating the simulation models. In the study, the first approach is considered, namely, an analytical statistical model of one of the piece-rate system is proposed. Formulas are obtained for the probability densities of the resulting indicators of the piece-rate LRS, the statistical characteristics of the indicators and the assessment of the risk of ineffective LRS use are calculated. This will allow significant progress in the development of DSS in the field of labor economics and personnel management

Abstract:
The world practice of state support of agricultural machinery is studied. Features of dualistic agro-industrial policy of China are identified. It is substantiated that the subsidy policy for the purchase of agricultural machinery, which has been implemented by the Chinese government since 2004, has also had an extensive impact on the promotion and development of agricultural mechanization, development of agricultural machinery and improvement of economic results, scaling up of services for agricultural sector; activation of related industries: the development of companies that specialize in construction and road equipment, the production of engineering products for agricultural sector. The evolution of state support is shown: changes in the priorities of industry development and the number of subsidies for the purchase of equipment, the development of which is encouraged. It is established that the support of decision-making on the implementation of state support is provided by scientific institutions, relevant associations, information and analytical agencies. It is shown that the generated statistical databases allow to analyze the scale and structure of sales of machinery to farmers with state subsidies (by categories, manufacturers, regions), calculate China's agricultural machinery market sentiment index (AMI), among the components of which - Agricultural Machinery Subsidy Index. It is stated that on the initiative of the National Committee for Industrial Development a mechanism of partial compensation of the cost of machinery and equipment for agro-industrial complex, which has a certain level of localization of production in Ukraine, was launched in Ukraine in 2017. Summing up the results of the implementation of this mechanism for the national economy are presented. The necessity of expanding state support is substantiated: introduction of incentives for technological innovations of enterprises and partial compensation of interest on loans for the purchase of Ukrainian made agricultural machinery. Following the example of China, it is proposed to improve the mechanism of partial compensation by adjusting the upper limit of aid intensity in accordance with the cost of machinery and equipment for farmers and its innovation. It is substantiated that the lack of multifaceted monitoring of the implementation of the partial compensation mechanism makes it impossible to assess its consequences for machine builders, farmers and the economy as a whole (primarily in terms of the effects obtained). The introduction of statistical and information-analytical support for the implementation of the state aid mechanism in Ukraine will facilitate both timely control and management decisions-making on future support by the state, and the strategic business planning of farmers and machine builders.
