Rumah produksi Bakso Aci Tata Snack memiliki produk bakso aci dengan pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing. Media promosi yang digunakan adalah Shopee dan Instagram. Kegiatan pemasaran yang saat ini sedang digunakan lebih dominan adalah kemampuan dalam menggunakan perangkat elektronik berupa smartphone, perangkat personal komputer atau laptop, dan pengetahuan tentang internet untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada tenaga kerja dan pemilik Rumah Produksi Bakso Aci Tata Snack. Kegiatan ini diikuti seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 16 orang dan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan usulan perbaikan digital marketing. Kegiatan ini mengungkapkan persamaan penggunaan Shopee dan Instagram yang meliputi fitur foto produk yang menarik, gratis ongkos kirim, follower yang ditingkatkan, tampilan toko menarik, tema konsisten dan daya tarik caption serta posting. Sedangkan yang membedakan untuk akun Shopee menggunakan star seller dan live chat. Adapun akun Instagram menggunakan Instagram for Business dan live streaming.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievment Division (STAD) dengan film documenter pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia dalam pembelajaran sejarah dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kesadaran sejarah siswa kelas XI SMA Plus informatika Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Data penelitian diperoleh dari pengamatan kegiatan pembelajaran, informan (siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah), dokumen, dan foto kegiatan dengan tahapan planning, action, observing, dan reflecting. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan yang dicapai siswa pada siklus I untuk sikap motivasi belajar rata-rata 67,9, siklus II meningkat 76,66, dan siklus III mencapai 83,11. Untuk sikap kesadaran sejarah siswa memperoleh rata-rata siklus I 68,8, siklus II meningkat 79,4, dan siklus III mengalami peningkatan 85,05. Selanjutnya, peningkatan prestasi atau hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari rata-rata post test yakni siklus I 69,5 meningkat 74,42, dan pada siklus III meningkat 79,8. Dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal siklus I 42,85%, siklus II meningkat 60%, dan siklus III meningkat 85,71%. Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) Sejarah adalah 75 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal minimal ditentukan 75%. Persentase Ketuntasan Klasikal Minimal skala sikap motivasi belajar dan kesadaran sejarah adalah 80%.

Este ensayo se propone leer la figura del poeta y los modos con que Vallejo la construye en su escritura (sobre todo en la poesía y en las cartas) para confrontarla con los textos iconográficos, en especial con la fotografía. Como punto de partida, se pretende discernir los alcances de la pobreza del autor tal como esta se registra en la biografía, es decir, como creciente intensificación particularmente en los últimos años de su estadía europea. La hipótesis del ensayo consiste en sostener que Vallejo se esmera en construir esa imagen en las poses y el vestido registrados en las fotos y, de esa manera, sitúa su propia imagen al resguardo para impedir poner en riesgo la dignidad del escritor. Por eso el dandismo de Vallejo es un dandismo de la pobreza, y el uso del traje su expresión más elocuente. ABSTRACTThis paper intends to understand the poet’s figure and how Vallejo built it in his writing (especially in poetry and letters) to compare it with the iconographic texts, especially photography. As a starting point, it is intended to discuss the author’s poverty scope reflected in his biography that is to say in increasing intensification, particularly in the last years of his European stay. The hypothesis of this paper is Vallejo’s endeavor to build an image through the poses and clothing in the photos and, thus, protecting his own image to prevent compromising his dignity. So the dandyism of Vallejo is a dandyism of poverty and the use of a suit is his most eloquent expression. Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) ini merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Indonesia berdasarkan DIKTI Tahun 2015 PTS mendapat peringkat 125 dari 3320 Perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui faktor penyebab dari mahasiswa tidak puas terhadap pelayanan yang di terima dengan menggunakan metode Servqual di Fakultas Teknik Industri, (2) Menentukan upaya evaluasi perbaikan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Quality Function Development (QFD) sebagai acuan penentuan prioritas tindakan perbaikan yang akan di lakukan oleh Universitas. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Servqual maka dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat kesenjangan (gap) antara kepuasan dan harapan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas jasa pendidikan saat ini di Fakultas Teknik Industri (FTI) Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) relative masih tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semua indicator atau atribut layanan memiliki nilai negatif, yang berarti bahwa layanan jasa pendidikan yang diberikan oleh FTI PTS saat ini belum sesuai dengan harapan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) maka dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat kinerja FTI PTS dan tingkat kepentingan mahasiswa saat ini cukup baik dan sangat tinggi. Hal ini terlihat dari cukup banyaknya atribut yang masuk pada kuadran II, yaitu sebanyak 23 atribut dari 37 atribut yang merupakan jumlah keseluruhan. Tingkat kinerja FTI PTS juga dapat dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sementara tingkat kepentingan mahasiswa terlihat dari tingkat harapan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran terlihat bahwa rata-rata secara “Memuaskan” dengan nilai sebesar 78.38% sedangkan rata-rata secara keseluruhan tingkat harapan mahasiswa FTI PTS berada pada kategori “sangat Penting” dengan nilai sebesar 78.38 %. Hasil temuan utama maka dapat dilakukan upaya-upaya perbaikan. Berikut usulan perbaikan berdasarkan prioritas utama secara urutan, yaitu : (1) Penggunaan internet menjadi ada, (2) Penginputan nilai mata kuliah ≤ 2 minggu setelah berakhirnya ujian, (3) Kemampuan staf menanggapi keluhan mahhasiswa secara cepat, (4) Dukungan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA), (5) Kemampuan staf menyelesaikan complain paling lambat 3 hari, (6) Ketersediaan area parkir yang luas, (7) Kemampuan security mengatur kendaraan di area parkir, (8) Ketersediaan area kantin yang memadai, dan (9) Ketersediaan tempat foto copy.Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan, Servqual, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), Quality Function Development (QFD).

Dialoguing with the theoretical intersection between central references of the Critical Theory of Society and the philosopher Guy Debord, through literature review and case studies, this article sought to discuss the theme of suicide.com. Although the term has been coined, it was done, generically, for suicide cases in which the author uses some digital resource to the act. Therefore, suicide.com shows its characteristics and forms of manifestation that differs between cases in which the suicides are encouraged and directed by websites and/or internet users where, in general, such practices are restricted to the forums. accompanied by the chats, having as a visual record eventual images of the process; creation of suicide groups where people meet in forums to talk about the subject and they create a collective death pact; or cases where the suicide makes the practice public in video and live, from the access of Internet users to the webcam. However, the proposed approach embraced a new understanding of the concept, which could be based on the following premises: a) the suicide, as a social phenomenon, is limited to the historical context and cultural factors of its time and space, therefore, the media is an inherent component of contemporary suicide practices; b) suicide.com, however, is not just the virtualized replication of traditional suicide; It is the result of the processes of public spectacularization of private life in virtual environments.ResumoDialogando com a intersecção teórica entre referências centrais da Teoria Crítica da Sociedade e o filósofo Guy Debord, por meio de revisão bibliográfica e de estudos de caso, o presente artigo buscou discutir a temática do suicídio.com. Apesar de o termo já ter sido cunhado, o mesmo foi feito, genericamente, para casos de suicídio em que o autor utiliza algum meio digital para o ato. Assim sendo, o suicídio.com apresentou suas próprias características e formas de manifestação, que se diferem entre casos nos quais os suicidas são incentivados e orientados por sites e/ou usuários da internet onde, em geral, tais práticas ficam restritas aos fóruns, sendo acompanhadas pelos chats, tendo como forma de registro visual eventuais fotos do processo; criação de grupos suicidas onde as pessoas se encontram em fóruns sobre o assunto e criam um pacto de morte coletiva; ou casos em que o suicida torna a prática pública em vídeo e ao vivo, a partir do acesso dos internautas à webcam. Latar Belakang : COVID-19 merupakan masalah kesehatan yang dinyatakan sebagai pandemi oleh WHO. Beberapa penelitian melaporkan tentang hubungan SARS-CoV-2 dengan kelainan pada mata. Pada era pandemi, pengelolaan pasien sakit mata harus hati-hati untuk mencegah penularan petugas medis. Laporan kasus ini menyajikan pengelolaan perforasi kornea pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19. Metode : Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik dan oftalmologi dengan pemeriksaan penunjang lainnya. Laporan Kasus : Perempuan berusia 54 tahun dirujuk dengan keluhan keluar darah pada mata kiri sejak 17 jam sebelum sampai RS. Keluhan batuk atau demam 14 hari sebelumnya disangkal. Pada pemeriksaan oftalmologi didapatkan perforasi kornea mata kiri disertai prolaps isi bola mata (iris, vitreus dan choroid). Pada pemeriksaan penunjang didapatkan foto rontgen thorax normal, rapid test covid-19 reaktif dan hasil positif pada PCR dari swab nasofaring. Seluruh staf medis menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) tingkat tiga dalam melakukan pemeriksaan fisik maupun penunjang. Dari hasil anamnesis pemeriksaan fisik dan penunjang, pasien didiagnosis dengan perforasi kornea spontan mata kiri dan terkonfirmasi COVID-19. Pasien direncanakan untuk eviserasi mata kiri dengan anestesi umum dan saat tindakan operator dan seluruh staf ruang operasi menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) tingkat tiga. Setelah operasi dilakukan, pasien kemudian dirawat di ruang isolasi khusus COVID-19. Swab nasofaring dilakukan ulang sehari setelah operasi dan keesokan harinya. Dua hari setelah operasi, pasien dipulangkan dan isolasi mandiri di rumah Kesimpulan: Laporan kasus ini menunjukkan manajemen perforasi kornea pada pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 yang dilakukan sesuai alur khusus termasuk pada pemeriksaan fisik dan penunjang, penegakkan diagnosis oftalmologi dan COVID-19, prosedur pembedahan dan perawatan pasca operasi. Kata Kunci : SARS-CoV-2, Perforasi Kornea, APD, PCR, Eviscerasi Introduction: Corona-Virus-Disease-2019 (COVID-19) is an important health problem that was defined as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). There are few reports on the association of SARS-CoV-2 with ocular abnormalities. In the pandemic era, management of ocular patients should be more careful to prevent transmission to medical staff. This report presenting the management of corneal perforation in confirmed COVID-19 patients. Method: The diagnosis was established based on history taking, physical and ophthalmology examination with other ancillary tests. Case Report : 54-year-old female patient referred with complaints of left eye bleeding since 17 hours ago. This patient never complaint about cough or fever 14 days before admission. From the ancillary test (complete blood count and chest x-ray are within normal limit, reactive rapid test for COVID-19, positive result of PCR nasopharynx). The patient was diagnosed with spontaneous corneal perforation on the left eye with COVID-19 confirmed. The evisceration procedure with general anesthesia was performed with exceptional precaution. Operator and all operating room staff wear the 3rd level of personal protective equipment (PPE). The surgery was successfully done and the patient then hospitalized in the COVID-19 isolated room. Nasopharynx swab performs the day after surgery and the next day after the first swab. Two days after surgery, the patient was discharged and followed by a self-isolation procedure. Conclusion: This case report presenting corneal perforation management in confirmed COVID-19 patients should be performed under a firm scheme including physical and ophthalmological examinations, ophthalmology and COVID-19 diagnosis enforcement, ancillary test, surgery procedure, post-operative care and also PPE utilization. Ketika bencana alam gempa bumi, tsunami dan likuifaksi terjadi di Sulawesi Tengah pada September 2018, kebutuhan kantor media (wire service) terhadap berita foto akan meningkat, menggerakkan pewarta foto melakukan peliputan melalui penugasan atau pengajuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses persiapan, peliputan, pengolahan, pemberitaan dan hambatan pewarta foto saat menjalankan tugasya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers pasal 4 ayat 1. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif (qualitative research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pewarta foto yang melakukan peliputan wajib memiliki persiapan, baik informasi, peralatan peliputan dan perlengkapan pribadi. Untuk memudahkan melakukan peliputan harus memanfaatkan jaringan relasi sekecil apapun dan pemandu lokal (pixer). Tema peliputan juga beragam, tidak selalu tentang kesedihan dan kehancuran. Pengolahan foto menggunakan beberapa software editing yang sesuai dengan kode etik foto jurnalistik dan mengisi teks kedalam file foto. Proses foto publish di kantor berita bagi staf dan stringer juga berbeda. Berita foto yang dikirim staf/pewarta foto tidak lagi melalui proses seleksi namun hanya melalui proses koreksi foto dan teks. Foto yang dikirim stringer melalui proses seleksi oleh editor.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND Ocular fundus abnormalities, especially intraocular hemorrhage, may represent a clinically useful prognostic marker in patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). OBJECTIVE To evaluate associations between ocular fundus abnormalities and clinical outcomes in acute SAH. METHODS Prospective evaluation of acute SAH patients with ocular fundus photography at bedside. Multivariable logistic models were used to evaluate associations between fundus abnormalities and poor outcome (inpatient death, care withdrawal, or discharge Glasgow Outcome Score &lt;4) and intensive care unit (ICU) and hospital lengths-of-stay, controlling for APACHE II score, respiratory failure at ICU admission, Hunt & Hess score, aneurysmal etiology, age, and sex. RESULTS Fundus abnormalities were present in 29/79 patients with acute SAH (35.4%), and 20/79 (25.3%) had intraocular hemorrhage. In univariate analyses, poor outcomes were more likely among patients with fundus abnormalities vs without (15/28 [53.6%] vs 15/51 [29.4%], P = .03); median length of ICU stay was longer in patients with intraocular hemorrhage than without (18 d [interquartile range (IQR) 12-25] vs 11 [IQR 7-17], P = .03). Logistic regression with fundus abnormality as predictor of interest showed that male sex (odds ratio [OR] 5.33 [95% CI 1.09-26.0], P = .045), higher APACHE II (OR, per 1-point increase, 1.35 [95% CI 1.08-1.78], P = .01), and aneurysmal etiology (OR 4.35 [95% CI 1.01-22.9], P = .048), but not fundus abnormalities (OR 1.56 [95% CI 0.43-5.65], P = .49) or intraocular hemorrhage (OR 1.28 [95% CI 0.26-5.59], P = .75) were associated with poor outcome. CONCLUSION Although ocular fundus abnormalities are associated with disease severity in SAH, they do not add value to patients’ acute management beyond other risk factors already in use.

Allemaal proberen we Congo, en bij uitbreiding het Afrikaanse conti- nent, te vatten en we staan ook wel open voor andere gebruiken en cultuuruitingen. Noch- tans maken velen van ons dezelfde fouten als Dirk-Jan Koch: we maken op een naïeve ma- nier foto’s in een Congolese stad, we ergeren ons aan corruptie zonder de sociaal-culturele context te kennen, en we veronderstellen dat etnische strubbelingen niet meer van deze tijd zijn. Steeds weer moeten we onthouden alles in een culturele context te zien en moeten we onszelf eraan herinneren begrip op te brengen voor een andere manier van redeneren. Een training in antropologie zou verplicht moeten zijn voor iedereen die naar Afrika gaat – diplomaat, academicus, bedrijfsleider of ontwikkelingswerker. Een terugkerend verhaal is ook dat Congo niet (of niet enkel) behoefte heeft aan geld; het verschil wordt gemaakt door structurele beslissingen en internationale afspraken, zoals het aanpakken van de wa- penhandel en de handel in con ictmineralen. Daarnaast is ook het werken met competente en bevlogen mensen noodzakelijk, zowel binnen de ngo-sector, diplomatieke diensten, de kunstensector, de journalistiek als de ambtenarij.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of respiratory infection that first emerged in December 2019 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. COVID-19 is caused by a new variant of virus called severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Examining the chest x-rays is one technique to diagnose COVID-19. This study aims to determine the association of chest x-rays features in suspected COVID-19 patients with the length of stay at Al-Ihsan Regional General Hospital West Java Province and Banten Regional General Hospital in June–November 2020. The subject was 29 COVID-19 people were confirmed, whereas 31 people were not. The statistical analysis used Pearson correlation and multi-linear regression. This study found that tuberculosis had a strong association with length of stay (p value=0.048, association=0.4), and also there is a robust association between bilateral pneumonia and duration of stay (p value=0.028, association=0.873). A linear regression model discovery of TB photo on the subject raises the treatment by 0.5867 days. In addition, the discovery of bilateral pneumonia increases the length of stay of treatment by 0.32218 days more than the discovery of unilateral pneumonia. In general, tuberculosis, bacterial pneumonia, viral pneumonia, and bilateral pneumonia together affected the outcome of length of stay of patients with suspected COVID-19. ASOSIASI GAMBARAN RONTGEN TORAKS DENGAN LAMA RAWAT PADA PASIEN SUSPEK COVID-19Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah jenis infeksi saluran pernapasan baru yang pertama kali mewabah pada Desember 2019 di Wuhan, Hubei, Cina. COVID-19 disebabkan oleh varian virus baru yang disebut severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Pemeriksaan rontgen toraks merupakan salah satu teknik mendiagnosis COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui asosiasi gambaran rontgent toraks pada pasien suspek COVID-19 dengan lama rawat inap di RSUD Al-Ihsan Provinsi Jawa Barat dan RSUD Banten pada Juni–November 2020. Subjek penelitian adalah 29 orang terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dan 31 orang tidak. Analisis statistik menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan regresi multilinier. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tuberkulosis memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan lama perawatan (p=0,048; asosiasi=0,4) dan juga terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pneumonia bilateral dan lama perawatan (p=0,028; asosiasi=0,873). Penemuan model regresi linier foto TB pada subjek meningkatkan risiko perawatan 0,5867 hari lebih lama. Selain itu, penemuan pneumonia bilateral meningkatkan risiko perawatan 0,32218 hari lebih lama dibanding dengan penemuan pneumonia unilateral. Secara umum, tuberkulosis, pneumonia bakteri, pneumonia viral, dan pneumonia bilateral secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap luaran lama rawat inap pasien suspek COVID-19.

AbstractThis study aims to 1). Identify forms of marine ecotourism management conducted in Bahoi Village, West Likupang District, North Minahasa District, 2). Determine the various roles of women in marine ecotourism management in Bahoi Village, West Likupang District, North Minahasa District. This research was conducted in Bahoi Village, Likupang Barat District, North Minahasa District, North Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The data collected in this descriptive qualitative research is data that is generally in the form of words images, and most are not numeric. The data referred to is including interview transcripts, field observation notes, documentation of photographs, and other documents. Includes a description of the situation of the research area in it (Dewi, 2015).The results of the study as follows: 1). AbstrakPneumonia adalah proses inflamasi pada parenkim paru dan merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas anak berusia di bawah lima tahun, terutama di negara berkembang. Prevalensi kejadian pneumonia komunitas pada anak di Sumatera Barat cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pasien pneumonia komunitas di Bagian Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang tahun 2010-2012. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan data rekam medik anak yang dirawat dengan diagnosis utama pneumonia periode 1 Januari 2010 sampai 31 Desember 2012 dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 178 orang anak. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu pneumonia komunitas pada anak banyak terdapat pada anak laki-laki 55,6%, terutama pada kelompok usia 2-<12 bulan 60% dengan status gizi anak yang kurang 62% dan status imunisasi masih belum lengkap 34,8%. Keluhan utama anak dengan pneumonia yaitu sesak napas 97,8% dan gejala klinis yang ditemukan yaitu demam 92,7% dengan suhu rata-rata 37.6 C, batuk 92,1%, takipneu rata-rata laju napas 66 kali/menit pada kelompok usia < 2bulan, takikardi rata-rata denyut nadi 124 kali/menit pada kelompok usia >48-72 bulan, disertai nafas cuping hidung 92,7%, retraksi dinding dada 86%, ronkhi 91,6% dan wheezing 14,6%. Pada pemeriksaan penunjang didapatkan jumlah leukosit dalam batas normal 63% dan gambaran foto rontgen thoraks berupa infiltrat 96,6%. Penyakit yang sering menyertai pneumonia pada anak yaitu anemia 30,9% dan komplikasi yang terjadi berupa gangguan keseimbangan asam-basa 48,3%. Lama rawatan paling banyak 5-10 hari dengan outcome perbaikan 56,7%. Tingginya insiden pneumonia anak di RSUP DR. M. Djamil dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu status gizi kurang, status imunisasi yang belum lengkap, serta faktor lingkungan tempat tinggal anak.Kata kunci: profil, pneumonia komunitas, anakAbstractPneumonia is infection or inflammation of the lung and it is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in children aged under five years, especially in developing countries. Prevalence of CAP in children at West Sumatra is quite high. The objective of the study was to report the profile of CAP in pediatric ward of DR. M. Djamil Hospital Padang in 2010–2012.This research was a descriptive study using medical records of children with primary diagnosis of CAP in the period of January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2012. During the study period, 178 patients were diagnosed as CAP, 55.6% found in boys, especially in the age group 2 - <12 months 43.8% with the poor nutritional status 62% and 34.8% have incomplete immunization status. The chief complaint of children with pneumonia are shortness of breath 97.8%, and clinical symptoms such as fever found 92.7% with an average temperature of 37.6 C, cough 92.1%, takipneu average respiratory rate 66 breaths/min in the age group <2 months, tachycardia average pulse rate 124 beats/min in the age group >48-72 months, with nasal flaring 92.7%, chest wall indrawing 86%, rhonchi 91.6% and wheezing 14.6%. The laboratory test showed leucocyte 63% within normal limits and infiltrate found in 96,6% chest radiograph. Accompanying diseases that often in children with pneumonia are anemic 30.9% and complications that occur is acid-base balance disorders 48,3%. The hospital length of stay for children is 5-10 days and 56.7% children had improvement outcomes.The high incidence of CAP in children at DR. M. Djamil hospital influenced by several factors, such as malnutrition status, incomplete immunization.Keywords: profile, community-acquired pneumonia, children
