Abstract:
Der Text erkundet das Singen bzw. Formen der Vokalpraxis in musikpädagogischen Situationen. Die musikdidaktische Perspektive ist von zwei wissenschaftlichen Perspektiven geleitet: Ästhetik im Sinne des philosophischen Pragmatismus (Dewey, Habermas, Seel) und Musikethnologie. Beide schließen phenomenologische Aspekte ein. Der Angelpunkt für drei Abschnitte des Texts ist Praxis: (1) Singen als ästhetische und kulturelle Praxis, (2) musikalische Bildung als ästhetische und kulturelle Praxis und Erfahrung und (3) Aspekte und Formen vokaler Praxis um Klassenraum
The article (paper) explores singing resp. forms of vocal practice/exercise/training in musical education. The didactics are guided by two scientific positions: by the aesthetics as defined by philosophical pragmatism (Dewey, Habermas, and Martin Seel) and by ethnology of music, both of them including phenomenological aspects. Key issue for three parts of this article/paper is practice: (1) the aesthetic and cultural practice of singing, (2) musical education resp. Abstract:
Denne oppgaven er en teoretisk drøfting av hvem det stille barnet er, og hvordan stille atferd kan påvirke barn sosialt og faglig. Ved å drøfte ulike begreper og definisjoner knyttet til stille atferd har jeg funnet at stille barn kan defineres på ulike måter. Funnene tyder likevel på at noen kjennetegn går igjen, og viser at det er en del fellestrekk mellom de ulike begrepene og definisjonene. Hvem som omtaler den stille atferden, og hvilke forklaringsmodeller de legger til grunn, har også vist seg å være avgjørende for hvilke begreper og definisjoner som benyttes for å omtale stille atferd. Mot slutten av oppgaven rettes oppmerksomheten mot mulige sosiale og faglige konsekvenser, knyttet til stille atferd, og jeg viser at atferden kan få ulike konsekvenser. Noen konsekvenser er knyttet til psykiske forhold, mens andre konsekvenser kan vise seg i samhandling med andre, eller som vansker knyttet til å prestere opp mot forventninger.

Abstract:
Die in den drei Manuskripten vorgestellten Arbeiten zielen auf die Beantwortung der Frage, warum in Organisationen Fehlentwicklungen nicht angesprochen werden. Die Ergebnisse der Arbeit lassen sich folgendermaßen zusammenfassen: 1) Ein funktionaler Ansatz wurde vorgestellt, mit dessen Hilfe die verfügbaren Erklärungsansätze zu Organizational Silence (als Stille in Organisationen konzipiert) über mehrere Ebenen (Mitarbeiter-, Gruppen- und Organisationsebene) integriert werden können. Ich habe mit der Ausarbeitung der Mitarbeiterebene begonnen. Dabei unterschied ich vier Formen von Mitarbeiterschweigen (angstbasiertes, resignatives, prosoziales und opportunistisches Schweigen) und entwickelt eine Skala, mit der erstmals verschiedene Formen von Mitarbeiterschweigen empirisch getrennt voneinander untersucht werden können. Die Skala wurde eingesetzt, um für die vier Formen Vorbedingungen, Begleiterscheinungen und Folgen herauszuarbeiten. Die Verfügbarkeit dieser kurzen Skala mit guten psychometrischen Werten wird eine genauere Ausarbeitung der Konzepte ermöglichen. 2) Bestehende Zugänge zum Authentizitätskonzept wurden integriert und ein Kernkonzept von Authentizität vorgestellt. Dieses Konzept umfasst eine auf das Selbst gerichtete Dimension (Authentic Self-Awareness) und eine auf den Ausdruck des Selbst gerichtete Dimension (Authentic Self-Expression). Für die Erfassung dieses Kernkonstrukts wurde eine Skala entwickelt und getestet. Durch die sparsame Zwei-Faktorenstruktur und die Kurzskala ist es möglich, Authentizität auch im angewandten Kontext relativ problemlos zu untersuchen. Dadurch lassen sich potentiell die erwarteten positiven Zusammenhänge empirisch bestätigen und widersprüchliche Annahmen mit Hilfe empirischen Datenmaterials aufklären. 3) Authentizität wurde als Prädiktor für das Verschweigen (Employee Silence) und für das Ansprechen von Fehlentwicklungen in Organisationen (Employee Voice) eingeführt. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass Authentizität in der Vorhersage von Silence und Voice inkrementelle Validität über besehende Prädiktoren wie z.B. Team Psychological Safety, Organisationale Identifikation, Arbeitszufriedenheit und Work Engagement aufweist.

Abstract:
Objective: To determine the ability of the Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) to restore normal joint kinematics in a cranial cruciate ligament (CrCL)-deficient stifle through a loaded range of motion. Methods: Paired pelvic limbs from 12 dogs were compared in an in vitro biomechanical study. Each limb was placed in a custom designed jig at 120° of stifle extension under an axial load of 20% body weight. Electromagnetic motion tracking sensors were placed on the distal femur and proximal tibia. A force was applied at approximately 10 N/sec to mimic the action of the quadriceps muscle. Force application allowed the limb to move from 120° to maximal extension. Positional data was acquired at 60 points/second. Each limb was tested under normal, CrCL-deficient, and TPLO-treated conditions. Results: The TPLO failed to normalize CTT within the CrCL-deficient stifle; however, values trended towards intact values throughout the range of motion. No significant differences were noted in internal rotation in any of the three conditions from 120° â 137°. Hyperextension values did not differ significantly between conditions. Conclusion: Data from this biomechanical model suggests that the TPLO fails to neutralize CTT throughout a loaded range of motion. Internal rotation and hyperextension values were not found to differ significantly between intact, CrCL-deficient and TPLO repaired stifles. The effectiveness of the TPLO in restoring normal biomechanics is more significant at greater angles of flexion.

Questo elaborato finale si occuperà di indagare le popolazioni note con il nome di Anglosassoni. Di esse saranno osservate la struttura sociale ed i valori che le caratterizzavano facendo affidamento su svariati articoli e testi. Tra questi, avrà grande rilevanza il poema epico “Beowulf”. L’elaborato passerà da una visione socio-antropologica ad una maggiormente incentrata sul contesto storico, concentrandosi sul territorio della Britannia. A tal proposito sarà inizialmente osservata la situazione della Britannia tardo-romana allo scopo di comprendere meglio le successive dinamiche di insediamento e sviluppo delle varie popolazioni costituenti il gruppo degli Anglosassoni. Si passerà quindi a percorrere la storia e le alterne vicende dei numerosi regni Anglosassoni fino al momento dell’arrivo sull’isola delle popolazioni norrene e dell’instaurarsi di nuovi regni a loro dedicati. Ciò verrà effettuato mediante un ampio utilizzo di svariate fonti contemporanee e alcuni testi antichi, in particolare l’opera del monaco Beda e la “Cronaca Anglosassone. L’elaborato finale andrà quindi a concludere il proprio percorso, analizzando l’aspetto più propriamente bellico dei popoli Anglosassoni. Sarà trattata la strutturazione ed organizzazione delle loro armate, la natura dell’equipaggiamento in uso presso i loro eserciti e come essi siano mutati nel tempo.

This paper qualifies the atypical silent partnership interest (atypisch stille Beteiligung) as an additional company share (ergänzender Geschäftsanteil). Following this, the consequences of such a qualification for the different types of companies and partnerships are presented in detail. The consequences entail in particular the illegality of an atypical silent partnership interest in a public limited company (AG), the application of the rules on capital preservation in a private limited company (GmbH) and the liability towards creditors in a partnership. Abstract:
In questo lavoro si è affrontato lo studio degli indici di stabilità atmosferica prodotti da Eumetsat attraverso un algoritmo che sfrutta i dati del sensore SEVIRI a bordo del satellite geostazionario europeo MSG. L'obiettivo del lavoro è stato di valutare la loro efficacia nel prevedere fenomeni di precipitazione. Sono stati considerati i prodotti di giornate in cui intense precipitazioni hanno interessato l'Emilia-Romagna nell'estate del 2018 così da poter confrontare le stime da satellite di stabilità con i dati dei radar e delle stazioni meteorologiche. Quattro diversi indici sono stati considerati: Lifted Index, K-Index, Konvektiv Index e Maximum Buoyancy. L'analisi dei cinque casi di precipitazione è stata condotta analizzando l'evoluzione temporale delle mappe degli indici nelle ore antecedenti l'inizio della precipitazione, come misurata da alcune stazioni pluviometriche. In genere si è trovato che tutti gli indici testati evolvono durante la giornata su valori che descrivono un aumento della instabilità. Al primo formarsi della nuvolosità, tuttavia, il calcolo degli indici non viene più effettuato, e l'informazione non è più disponibile. In genere, comunque, si è notato che la precipitazione inizia dalle 3 alle 6 ore dopo che gli indici di stabilità hanno raggiunto il loro valore più critico. Invece si è notato che non vi è correlazione tra il valore degli indici prima della precipitazione e l'intensità della precipitazione. Questo lavoro ha mostrato l'utilità delle stime da satellite di indici di stabilità, in quanto consentono un monitoraggio della stabilità atmosferica con maggiore dettaglio spazio temporale rispetto agli indici calcolati da dati da radiosonde. Gli aspetti negativi sono l'impossibilità di aver il dato al primo presentarsi della nuvolosità e l'incertezza nella stima dei profili di temperatura e umidità.

Abstract:
Studien syftar till att undersöka SIS ungdomshem Stigbys organisationskultur och hur Stigby presenteras i Jönköpingsposten och Jnytt. Detta jämförs även med hur SIS ungdomshem Fagared presenterats i Göteborgsposten och Göteborgstidningen, SIS är Statens Institutionsstyrelse. Studien tar avstamp i kritisk realism och undersöker SIS Stigbys organisationskultur kopplat till CSR. Studien problematiserar även mediernas makt i samhället och medialiseringens påverkan för organisationer som Stigby. Studien berör även mediediskurser och har en diskussion kring stereotyper i medietexter. Metoder som använts är djupintervjuer, diskursanalys, deltagande observation och go- along intervjuer. Slutsatserna är att det är viktigt att ha så lite glapp som möjligt mellan profil, image och identitet. En organisations identitet kan inte toppstyras utan framkommer i en dynamisk process mellan organisation och omvärlden. Stigby har arbetat bra med att ta fram en representativ värdegrund men har lyckats mindre bra med att få samtliga medarbetare med sig i processen. Studien kommer fram till att de kan bli bättre på att kommunicera ut det arbetet och sociala ansvaret de tar för att skapa en mer nyanserad bild av verksamheten. Detta för att kunna skapa så stora möjligheter till att bedriva en så god vård som möjligt. Studien kommer även fram till att media använder sig av stereotyper i representationerna av ungdomarna som vårdas inom SIS vilket kan ha negativa effekter för SIS och i förlängningen för ungdomarna.

Study object – Spruce wood the time is ripe fact – finding in Trakai state forest enterprise, Trakai and Semeliskes forestry stalls. Study aim – Research spruce round wood data kind’s variation consistent pattern and make spruce steams sort models of structure. To reveal basic Lithuanian forest market’s development tendencies, determine main factors, characterizing dynamics of round wood kinds. Study methods – In tests on several groups of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) comprising more than 309 trees in total, the method detected dynamics of round wood kinds have been evaluated of method correlation analysis with high accuracy. We validated the method both by measurements and by finite element modeling and simulations. Study results – It has been analyzed Norway spruce’s round wood structure models of Trakai state forest enterprise during 2003 – 2005 years. It has been estimated each round wood kind’s simulation with tabulation and evaluated kind of round wood for diameter fluctuation.

The objective of the essay is to examine the meaning and content in the white space or iconic white in poetry, with specific reference to the representation of silence. The investigation focuses on the existence of a universal distinguishing white grammar with poets, as it manifests in their individual works, where this white grammar includes the use of an iconic white alphabet as well as specific narratives of silence, or the unmentionable/unspeakable. Possible catalysts and factors that influence the origin, initiation and maintenance of a specific narrative within this white grammar, are discussed and considered. It is found that optimal poetry reading and assimilation implies consideration for the white grammar. The works of two established poets, namely the South African Petra Müller (Afrikaans) and the Belgian Miriam Van hee (Flemish), as well as unpublished poems by Tania du Toit (Afrikaans) are analysed and discussed to inform the investigation.

La ricerca si concentra sulla fase giovanile della parabola poetica di Giovanni Raboni, e in particolare sulla composizione di Gesta Romanorum (i cui testi risalgono ai primi anni Cinquanta) e di Le case della Vetra (pubblicato nel 1966). La principale prospettiva metodologica adottata è quella della stilistica e degli studi storico-linguistici applicati all’interpretazione dei fenomeni letterari. Uno degli obiettivi primari del lavoro è quello di indagare quale soluzione Raboni abbia proposto al problema capitale di dare forma a un linguaggio poetico non sovrapponibile e in molti casi nemmeno accostabile al codice lirico tradizionale, e tuttavia dotato di un quid in grado di distinguerlo dalla lingua di grado zero. Il primo capitolo (Lo stile semplice in poesia), che rappresenta la premessa teorica e storico-linguistica del lavoro, individua nei rivolgimenti della seconda metà degli anni Cinquanta, che hanno fatto dell’italiano una “lingua di tutti”, la premessa fondamentale della poesia di Raboni. Questi, infatti, si è precocemente inserito nella schiera dei poeti che hanno cercato di dare una risposta positiva agli stimoli provenienti da quella realtà in rapida mutazione, anzitutto avvicinando il linguaggio dei propri versi a quella che si stava imponendo come lingua comune. Nel secondo capitolo a ciascuna delle sezioni di Le case della Vetra è dedicato un paragrafo, nel quale una poesia (Risanamento; Canzone; Città dall’alto) è eletta a campione significativo a cui è possibile applicare la prospettiva d’indagine illustrata nelle pagine d’apertura. Viene in questo modo mostrato il lento cammino di Raboni verso una simulazione sempre più accorta del parlato in poesia. Il terzo capitolo illustra le ragione di fondo delle opzioni stilistiche precedentemente descritte. Il primo fattore significativo è individuato nella particolare attenzione che il giovane Raboni riservava alla letteratura modernista anglosassone. La ricerca si giova anche di un prezioso materiale finora pressoché ignorato dalla critica: i saggi letterari pubblicati da Raboni nella seconda metà degli anni Cinquanta e nei primi anni Sessanta, che contengono originali e acute letture e forniscono utili indicazioni per la comprensioni delle scelte raboniane in poesia. Il secondo fattore decisivo è individuato nella fenomenologia di Edmund Husserl filtrata attraverso i lavori di Enzo Paci, alla cui rivista, «aut aut», Raboni in quegli stessi anni collaborava intensamente. Tale ascendenza intellettuale dalla scuola fenomenologica rimarrà a fondamento del lavoro raboniano fin verso la metà degli anni Ottanta, quando il poeta milanese si è progressivamente avvicinato al marxismo critico di Franco Fortini. L’appendice della tesi affronta il nodo testuale costituito da Gesta Romanorum, un libro del quale Raboni non ha mai fornito una versione completa e attendibile. Muta l’approccio metodologico del lavoro, che ora si sposta sul piano della ricostruzione filologico-testuale. Vengono dapprima individuate tutte le liriche riconducibili a questo magmatico libro apparse a stampa nel corso di un cinquantennio. Viene inoltre dato conto di un ritrovamento effettuato nel corso della ricerca: tra le carte di Carlo Betocchi, conservate presso l’Archivio Contemporaneo Bonsanti di Firenze, ho ritrovato il dattiloscritto inedito – risalente al 1953 e considerato perduto sia Raboni, sia dalla critica raboniana – che contiene la prima e più articolata testimonianza del nucleo di Gesta Romanorum. Il fondo Betocchi contiene anche un’altra fondamentale testimonianza della poesia giovanile di Raboni: una plaquette di quindici testi intitolata La Passione secondo San Luca, fino a oggi ignota, ma nella quale va riconosciuta la più compiuta e matura testimonianza della prima produzione raboniana.

Hovedproblemstillinga i denne undersøkelsen er ” Hvordan oppfatter musikk- og kulturskolelærerne den stille eleven og hvordan legger de opp gruppeundervisningen for å nå denne typen elever i gruppesituasjoner?” For å finne svar på dette brukte jeg kvalitativt forskningsintervju som metode. Fem strykelærere med minimum ti års fartstid og med erfaring fra både individuell- og gruppeundervisning har deltatt. Disse ble håndplukket fra mitt kontaktnett. Resultatet av undersøkelsen viser at lærerne ser på den stille eleven som en som ikke sier så mye og er veldig forsiktig. Utover dette kan det se veldig ulikt ut. For å nå den stille eleven kom det fram at det er viktig å arbeide med hele gruppa for å skape en fellesskapsfølelse, og at de som lærere ser og bekrefter elevene. I diskusjonen har jeg med utgangspunkt i teorier om gruppeprosesser og lederskap, diskutert hvilken betydning musikkundervisning i gruppe og hvilken rolle læreren har i forhold til den stille elevens atferd.
The main question in this survey is "What are experienced music and art teachers’ opinions on the quiet learner, and how do they reach this group of students in group teaching?" To answer this, I used qualitative interviews. Five string teachers with a minimum of ten years of experience and with experience in both individual and group teaching participated. The teachers were handpicked from my contacts. The results of the survey show that teachers see the quiet student as a person who does not say much, and is very careful. Beyond this, every quiet student can look very different. To reach the quiet student, it became apparent that it is important to create a group atmosphere, and that the teachers see and acknowledge the students. During the discussion, I have raised the importance of group teaching in music and the vital part the teacher plays, in relation to the development of quiet students, based on theories about group processes and leadership.

Par l'expression sémantique musicale nous entendons le domaine d'étude des possibilités expressives du fait musical. Cette expression se réfère à deux domaines distincts qui concernent deux problèmes profondément corrélés: celui du sens et celui de la signification. Nous pouvons résumer le but de notre recherche par cette question: est-il possible de décrire la sémantique dans un style donné, d'une façon systématique, par un ensemble de principes qui règlent aussi bien les éléments internes du discours musical que les éléments doués de références externes? La réponse, réside en deux hypothèses: si la sémantique musicale se consiste d'éléments doués de sémantique interne et d'éléments doués de sémantique externe, cette articulation (sémantique) peut être décrite en partant des "objets" présents dans les partitions; il est possible de les organiser par l'ontologie formelle
The main object of this thesis is musical semantic in a given style. By the expression musical semantic we mean the domain of researches on the expressive possibilities of music. This expression refer to two research fields that are tied to different domains deeply in touch: the one of meaning and the one of denotation. It is possible to sum up the aim of this research in the following question: is it possible to describe the semantic of a given style, in a systematic way, by a set of principles which rule both the internal semantic elements of music and the elements present in music that are related to external reference? We propose two hypotheses in order to answer to this question: if we admit that musical semantic consists into internal semantic and external one, this semantic articulation can be described starting from "objects" that can be found in the score; these objects can be defined using formal ontology
