The subject of this research paper about child brides who married under 18 years old , forced and arranged by families. I examine number of child brides in global area and how this old tradition is still keeps going on and. It can see every part of the world and it is not belongs any religion. İt can see Christianity, Muslim, Hinduism religions. The main objective of thesis try to do more visible this old practice. In my research paper I analyse t communities who still using this old tradition and reasons and solutions of this practice. Also, I examine child brides problems before and after marriage. I inspire from this research paper on my art works. I try to express it with my ceramic and painting works. I use different kind of materials like a ceramic, fabric, old papers, leather, henna.. My purpose display child brides problems more visible. I express in my works child brides age are not for marry, having a child, doing house works. Such a young ages are for playing games, going to school and having fun. Further more, I display problems, mental diseases, traumas of child brides before and after marriage. In my final works I mention the old tradition can finish if people stop to thinking about honor between the two legs of woman.Darbo tema - nuotakos vaikai, tai yra vaikai susituokę iki 18 metų, privesti savo šeimų.

Students' previous experiences have contributed to their loss of voice in writing. Through the examination of historical events that occurred within the basic reading and writing classroom, a significant separation between students and what is deemed as academically appropriate writing is apparent. By exploring the dynamics of students and the established curriculum, the argument can be made that through a multigenre project students are able to reconnect with writing and rediscover their voice.

In this essay I have tried to summon four of the most important composers in Swedish violin music : Johan Helmich Roman, Franz Berwald, Tor Aulin and Sven-Erik Bäck. All four composers were violinists and each of them written at least one violin concerto.
In the chapters about each composer I´m presentig my view as a violinist of their violin music and discussing what specific things they have contributed and done to the Swedish violin music tradition through both a historical and musical perspective. I´ve tried to answer the question : What is typical or specific for Swedish violin music? I´ve summoned my thoughts of the specific Swedish tone-language- why it sounds as it does, what particuliarities it has and how it has developed from the 17th century until the late 20th century.
I have also written about the music life in Stockholm throughout the histoty - which has been very interesting in a perspective when trying to understand why the music life in Sweden looks as it does today.

The focus of this thesis is design and production of a robotic table football. The aim of the thesis is to select a camera and a lens and to devise lighting. The data from the camera require proper processing to assess the location of the ball, based on which the game algorithm controls the movement of the robotic players. Inherent part of the thesis is testing the player control algorithm using a simple simulation.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of robotic table football with the realization of the construction and control a single axis of table football. In introduction are described previously developed solutions. Next chapters contain a selection of specific gaming table and specification of linear, rotary motor. There are presented design visions with the placement of selected component together with proposal location of sensor system for ball detection. In the end of design section is specification and solution of placement safety features. The programming part of the thesis involves the implementation of a communication interface for data processing from the control algorithm of robotic table football.

This work is dedicated to the six most important male harpists of the 20th century. Each chapter is dedicated to one of the mentioned artists and it showes how they contributed to the development of harp art. The last chapter compares their contributions in the fields of composing, teaching and interpretation.
Marcel Tournier enriched harp repertoire and trained many harpists; Grandjany and Salzedo brought French harp school to the United States of America and developed it in different directions. Zabaleta, world known performer, introduced the audience with the new repertoire, but also with harp in general. Alberto and Victor Salvi, started their careers similarly, but Alberto proceeded as a performer and Victor founded one of the world's most important harp factories, which is successfully runned until these days.

This diploma thesis deals with designing and manipulating a robot for training table tennis. Robot's mechanical construction is based on aluminium profiles supported by various standardized assembly units, such as rotating bearings, plain bearings, threaded rods... The front-end part of the robot, which requires better deformation property and lighter weight, was made from ABS material using 3D rapid prototyping technology. The design of the robot allows its body to rotate around three axises. Thanks to the high dynamical ability, robot can be set to throw balls to various places on the playing table, with different types of ball spin. Balls will be shot out by two rubber wheels, which are attached to two electrical DC motors. By driving the speed of the two motors, we can control the speed of the ball, as well as speed of its spin. All robot's activities are driven by an embedded system designed using microcontroller ATMega128. A firmware for controlling robot's function was writen and flashed into the microcontroller. End-users might communicate with the robot via a system of buttons and a text LCD display. The built robot was tested and it has shown its ability to throw balls to 6 different places of the playing table, at different speeds, with different types of ball spin, and different spin speed, according to the parameters set by user.

The following chapters describe mechanical solution modification, electrical wiring diagram design, creating simulation in the MATLAB development environment, resolving security issues and the subsequent application of a solution into the robotic table football. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the visualization interface design.

Tato magisterská práce "Skladatelé broumovských kůrů 18.století" se zabývá vývojem chrámové hudby na broumovsku v severovýchodních čechách v barokním období.
Celý text je rozdělen do šesti kapitol, které jsou doplněny dobovými ilustracemi typickými pro tuto lokalitu i ukázkami původních notových rukopisných záznamů. V jednotlivých kapitolách se zabývá historií krásného regionu broumovska, historií benediktínského řádu, obzvláště Břevnovsko- broumovského opatství.Následující kapitola popisuje klášterní varhany v kostele sv. Vojtěcha a varhany v děkanském kostele sv. Petra a Pavla v Broumově, které zaujímaly důležitou pozici v hudebním životě skladatelů barokního období. Další, ústřední kapitola se zabývá hlavními a nejdůležitějšími skladateli a regenschori v Břevnovsko ? broumovském opatství v 18. století. A to za působení opata Othmara Zinkeho (1700-1738), Benno Löbela (1738-1751), s podkapitolou věnující se skladateli Valentinu Fechnerovi a Friedricha Grundmanna (1752-1772), s podkapitolou zaměřenou na skladatele Franze Xavera Czerného. Czerného považuji za nejvýznamějšího broumovského skladatele tohoto období a proto jsem mu věnoval větší část práce a předkládám zde i ukázky a analýzy některých jeho sakrálních děl.
Celý text magisterské práce je bohatě dokumentován množstvím obrázků a dobových fotografií, které věcně doplňují každou kapitolu.

Snad každý violoncellista si při zmínce o největších interpretech svého nástroje 20. století vybaví jméno Pablo Casals či Mstislav Rostropovič. Zná ale také jméno Leonard Rose nebo Emanuel Feuermann? Povědomí o těchto i jiných hráčích bohužel není příliš široké, i když i oni bezesporu patří mezi hvězdy violoncellového nebe. Zčásti za to může nedostačující literatura. Měrkova kniha Violoncello, v současnosti jediná svého druhu u nás, se sice o těchto osobnostech zmiňuje, ale v mnoha případech se omezuje pouze na pár vět, neboť je přece jen více zaměřena na literaturu nástroje. Proto jsem se rozhodl, a to je vlastně i cílem práce, zpracovat širší pohled na životní osudy a profesní dráhu největších světových mistrů violoncella uvedeného období.

This thesis called The Picture of the Evangelical Liturgy in the area of Bohemia and Moravia from the Patent of Tolerance to 1980s based on worship agendas is focused on research of Czech and Moravian evangelical worship agendas and liturgical handbooks during the defined period. It does not claim to provide an exhaustive picture of liturgical situation of Czech and Moravian evangelical Christianity in this period, but deals with limited amount of sources and focuses on what kind of liturgy is captured in these books as well as from what sources their authors drew the material or from what sources were they inspired. It is not focused on how the liturgy looked like in reality, but how these documents prescribe it. Various types of sources are used in our research: printed, private as well as officially approved, anonymous as well as nonanonymous liturgical books. These books come from Lutheran as well as reformed milieu and later from the united Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren. The first part of this thesis deals with liturgical situation at the beginning of the defined period and with creation and analysis of the content of Lutheran Wien Agenda which represented for our, not only Lutheran, milieu important source for a certain time.

In her diploma thesis "The Holy See and the fascist Italy on the way to solving Roman question in the 20s of the 20th Century", the author shall address the relation between the Holy See and the fascist Italy within the period of 1922-1929. She shall undertake an analysis of the development and transformation of this relation from Benito Mussolini's rise to power until the adoption of the Lateran Treaties. Simultaneously, the author shall focus on political- religious circumstances affecting this relationship, such as the assassination of a socialist parliamentarian Giacomo Matteotti in 1924 contextualized within the then development of Italy. The thesis shall primarily draw on the studies of selected sources (editions, press) as well as foreign scholarly literature.

This thesis deals with diplomatic relations in the Chunqiu period or the Spring and Autumn period. It introduces characterization of process of diplomatic meeting, how they are described in the text of the Zhouli. As a main source it uses early chinese text of the Yanzi chunqiu - Annals of Mister Yan. It gives information about a personage of Yan Ying - a minister in the state of Qi in the 6th century BC, as well as about the text itself, including history, authenticity and other questions. It presents own translations of episodes concerning diplomatic relations. For a comparison it presents episodes from the text of Zuo Zhuan, in which we can find Yan Ying. Based on a summary of political situation of this period it resumes, how could episodes of diplomatic meetings correspond to reality of this period. As a result it summarize, how opinions claimed during diplomatic meetings could differ from other episodes.

The thesis is focused on the development and presentation of landscape painting from the 17th century to the early 20th century. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on Dutch, Italian, English, French and foremost Czech landscapes, its main leaders and contemporary Czech artist Frantisek Hodonsky presenting the landscape in abstract form. It explores the influence of the Impressionist style, which inspired the practical part of the thesis. The practical part includes a summary of sketches which rendition of meadow in various forms also with different impressions of the momental feeling from the landscape. The practical part explains the preparation of the canvas and the subsequent production of three paintings measuring at least of 50 x 80 cm.

Abstract The news about the stolen goods or stolen cars is reported on the newspapers and magazines everyday. The concept of the booty is also not strange to the general people and the similar kinds of incidents relate to our daily life closely. However, the composition of the crime of stolen property must be explained clearly and definitely in case that generally people recklessly commit the crime. The constitution range of the stolen property crime depends on the explanation of its essence. However, as for the doctrines by which some problems still cannot be solved completely concerning the nature of the booty crime simply are the feasts for the eyes. This text assumes the more appropriate approach to the problems is to expound by means of the theory of offense of receiving stolen property with the aid of the theory of furthering the crime and gathering the advantages. According to the analysis of nature of the above, this text further elaborates Elements of stolen goods: Actors for the part, the authors continued to follow the practical insights of the subjects who commit the crime of stolen property should be the actors other than the prior property crimes including co-principal offender, abettor, accessory or aiding. Furthermore, apropos of the object of the behavior, this paper views "the pursuit of civil rights" whose essence would be inevitably in contravention of the nature of crime "against the legal interests" in criminal law as the main essence. As a result, we should not ignore the unique meaning of legal order of the criminal law and float with the civil law arbitrarily while we make the idea concrete by means of "civil claims" to give consideration both to the substance of protecting legal interests and the demand of legal certainty Then, the interpretation of the meaning with regard to behavior-state-like (reception, to buy on purpose, to deposit or to conceal, to transport, to act as a agent ) naturally should be compatible with the nature of stolen goods. Departing from the nature, the cause and foundation regarding the penalty of the crime of the stolen property not only will be insignificant but also be criticized by the academia for breaching the principle of crimes and punishment stipulated by law owing to easily making arbitrary punishment of this crime. Finally, as regards the subjective element of the substance of stolen property, the subjective element constituting a crime should correspond to the objective element. The actor should understand the stolen goods when he acts. However, we still should consider the five types of behavior-state-like above relating the essence of the crime of stolen goods practically and deal with separately. The purpose of this paper is the interpretation about the essence of the crime of the stolen property and the application of crime composition can be consistent with a view to the integrity of the system and provide the direction of original thinking.

This diploma thesis polemizes with the relationship of human and smart technologies on a background of problematic of a postmodern society and aims to formulate a conclusion in that the use of smart technologies, given their current form and the current state of affairs in general, with its side effects may affect the form and nature of the whole society. By analyzing fundamental aspects of a postmodern society, particularly by reflecting on the processes of globalization, individualization, rationalization and relativization, complemented by illustrative examples of the effects of the use of smart technologies by ordinary and lay users, it is relating to the basic characteristics of current society. Its aim is to demonstrate imaginary spectacularness, in terms of the use of smart technologies and also in terms of the unfulfilled ideal of modernity, and it also aims to relate this imaginary spectacularness to the question of scientific and technological progress and also to the question of human nature as these are questions of the future development of the current postmodern spectacular society.

Petr Hönig - Spectacular Society of the 21st Century This diploma thesis polemizes with the approach of a human to smart technologies in the context of postmodern society and it aims to formulate a conclusion about how the use of smart technologies, given their current form and the current state of affairs in general, with its side effects may affect the form and nature of the whole society. By analyzing fundamental aspects of postmodern society, specifically by reflecting on the processes of globalization, individualization, rationalization and relativization, and by analyzing the approach of a human to smart technologies, specifically by reflecting on the consequences of the use of selected technologies by lay users, this thesis relates to the form and nature of current society. Its aim is to demonstrate the spectacularness of society in the dichotomous perspective as well as to commence a general discussion of the approach of a human to smart technologies in level of questions connected to technological development and human nature in the 21st century.

Strahov Catechists of the 19th century This specific study contributes to knowledge of pastoral and catechetical practice in our country in the 19th century, illustrating it with concrete implementation of these activities in institutions related to the Premonstratensian monastery at Strahov, Prague. The theme is placed in broader context of explanation of development of pastoral theology and catechesis; it is also interpreted in relation to the entire development of the Premonstatensian order with regard to the history of their pastoral activities. These activities at schools at lower and higher levels is conceived in broader context of education in the examined period, both from the theoretic, and the practical point of view; therefore, the work give also a brief characteristics of the system of education and schools, and concentrates also on various aspects of the specific issue of religious education, including these activities at specialized schools. The chapter on catechesis and pastoral care in parishes is dedicated both to homiletic activities of Strahov Premonstratensians, and, particularly, to the issue of preparation for sacraments and pastoral care of specific groups, represented by fraternities. This dissertation is the first complex presentation of the Serbian novel in the 19th and 20th centuries. The dissertation deals with the dynamics in the development of the Serbian novel from its beginning till the year 2000 and helps to create a complex picture based on concise analyses of 165 novels. The dissertation depicts the ways in which Serbian authors adopted universal stylistic forms (Sentimentalism, Realism, Modernism, Expressionism, Surrealism, Nouveau roman, Postmodernism) and focuses on autochthonic styles in Serbian prose (Zenitism, Neonaturalism, Nationalistic Realism). It demonstrates the high quality of the Serbian novel, but it also points out the weaknesses and cul-de-sacs of the Serbian novel. The centre of the dissertation covers the years 1961-2000 since this period has not been systematically worked on, despite the fact that the novel genre played a major role in Serbian literature in the last 40 years of the twentieth century. The most significant feature of the Serbian novel, which for rather a long time (till the twenties of the last century) lagged behind the novels of the so-called dominant literatures, is its close association with the turbulent history of a nation with opposing cultures, religions and socio-political systems. Based on research into rich manuscript material totalling over 350 items, it describes the development of Czech lexicography from Czech glosses in foreign-language texts and first Latin-Czech glossaries to the flourishing Czech lexicography of the 15th century covering both Latin-Czech, Czech-Latin and multilingual lexicographical works and also infrequently attested Czech monolingual dictionaries. The high number of lexicographical works is divided according to formal and content criteria. With respect to form and macrostructure we discern Czech glosses in Latin and Latin-German glossaries, a bilingual glossaries with Czech as one of the languages, alphabetaries and nomenclators and glossaries lacking an ordering criterion. With respect to the content we distinguish large dictionaries covering as many lexical items as possible on one hand and short glossaries covering only a narrowly delimited part of vocabulary on the other hand. Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměril na vesničany v klášterních vsích oseckého kláštera, ovšem pouze v těch, které se nacházely v bezprostředním okolí tohoto kláštera. Původně mělo být těchto vsí 13, nakonec jsem se věnoval ale pouze jedenácti vsím. Zabýval jsem se jednotlivými vesničany vyskytujícími se v těchto vsích v jednotlivých letech, k čemuž jsem použil hojného počtu tabulek, jimiž se prokousat nebylo jistě jednoduché. Nicméně byla to činnost velmi potřebná, protože jen na základě údajů z těchto tabulek o počtu vesničanů v jednotlivých obcích oseckého kláštera, jsem mohl přikročit k dalšímu kroku, jímž bylo rozdělení těchto lidí na "domácí" a "cizince" a vyjádřit následně míru jejich zastoupení na skladbě obyvatelstva jednotlivých obcí procentuálně. Současně jsem také uváděl historii jedné každé zkoumané vsi a tím mi samozřejmě vznikal určitý víceméně realitě doby odpovídající obraz. Právě do tohoto obrazu jsem posléze vnesl fakta zjištěná rozborem z tabulek věnovaných jednotlivým vsím, přičemž ovšem fakta zjištěná z těchto tabulek prokázala větší úbytek obyvatelstva pouze v Hrobu, zde nepochybně v důsledku emigrace, a ve Verneřicích. Aby však má práce pro danou oblast byla skutečně pravdivou věnoval jsem se též fenoménu míry migrace a jejímu zastoupení na skladbě vesnického (v případě Hrobu...

The thesis brings the urban development of the town of Strakonice during the last {--} 20th century. The work is based on the written and the iconographic materials stored in the State District Archives Strakonice and in the Museum of the Middle Pootaví Strakonice. The first chapter outlines the development and the transformations of the built-up area around the junction of rivers Otava and Volyňka from the first mentions to the end of the 19th century. The original settlements around the castle, which was founded by the family of Bavor, evolved into the town during the Middle Ages. The village of Bezděkov was promoted to the town of Nové Strakonice in 1869 and this has become a part of the city of Strakonice since 1919. The second part of the work is the main part and it deals with the transformations in the first half of the 20th century. The period between 1918 and 1938 is important for the overall development of the town. The built expands beyond the former city walls the industrial enterprises establish and develop. The next chapter follows the approach of building development in the years 1948 - 1989. Many demolition and new construction, all this changed Strakonice unrecognizable. The final section is devoted to the monuments which survived the 20th century. Fate of these buildings, even those already non-existent are interconnected with the local population, therefore, the work also refers to the social and cultural life in the town. The thesis brings this period of constant changes and twists and seeks to contribute to complement the history of the town of Strakonice.

This thesis takes an interest in urbanistic development of Pelhrimov at the turn of 19th and 20th century. It tries to show process of the urbanization basically with an example of this town. It takes a note of evolution of small-towners` esthetical feelings and their approach to the care of historical monuments and it wants to find movers and initiators of architecture changes in the town. From this poit of view it takes an interest in regional section of Club For old Prague mainly. Mambers of the section became advisory authority in questions of rebuilding Pelhrimov during the early 20th century. They arranged contacts with Prague{\crq}s architects and historians of art. There have been realized some interesting projects thanks to them. The most telling was a cooperation with architect Pavel Janak and historian Zdenek Wirth. Pelhrimov rose from small-town{\crq}s culture for a while. But the promotion of new trends in art faced to protests of still conzervative inhabitants.

The way of burial have during the 20th century in our country dramatically changed. Newly appeared cremation and in recent years there increase the burials without any ceremony. So high portion of burials without ceremony has not got a parallelism in the whole world. Traditional spiritual burials with a multiple leave and inhumanition to the grave on the graveyard are decreasing. There are still coming new and new options and ways of undertaking from now on. The thesis focuses on progress in burial in middle Bohemia's village called Úhonice during the years 1988-2008, where the ways of burying of all 205 dead people were perfectly registered. The case study shows the new forms of undertaking, which appears in Úhonice later than in bigger cities. Today the dead body is immediately taken by burial purposes, which even look after obsequies. In the first instance it addresses questions of decoration at general level, the character and disposition of decorative elements on houses facades. Concisely it considers the materials and techniques used in the decoration of houses and it discusses usual methods of compositional solutions and disposition of decoration. Hereafter this work summarises in a brief survey the subjects of decoration in the reviewed period. Individual decorative elements may have decorative sense; otherwhile they express semantic or ideological meaning.

The thesis comprises several chapters which contain various interpretation levels of selected music interpreters. Their performances are discussed in the chapters dedicated to the songs of Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann and Antonín Dvořák. This work which compares the methods of interpretation in the past and in the present may become a source of inspiration for future singers, music teachers and scholars. The author comes to the conclusion that contemporary song interpretation is more smooth and without excessive emotional burdens. This opinion is exemplified especially in the chapter on the interpretation of Dvořák's Biblical Songs. Moreover, the author debates the issue of song literature education at primary and secondary schools. The relevant chapter also includes a suggestion for a creative approach of the teacher to music education.

Diploma-work themed {\clqq}Český Rudolec in the 20th century`` is basically dedicated to the commune of Český Rudolec, its neigbourhoods and events, that influenced its life. Diploma-work starts with brief historical overview of development of Český Rudolec from it´s beginnings till the start of 20th century. The era of years 1900 {--} 1918 and the age of the {\clqq}first Czechoslovak republic`` follows. Focus of this diploma-work rests on description of event in 30s and 40s of the 20th century. Main attention is paid to events of 1938 and consecutive germanic occupation of Czech border regions, furthermore to the year 1945, end of the war, along with serious theme of displacement of residents with German nationality and consecutive re-settlement of commune. Next chapter is dedicated to years 1948 {--} 1989 and to development after year 1989. Following chapters of diploma-work are dedicated to important personalities of cummune and its region, to fates of Jewish residents, sights, especially to the castle, and to schools in Český Rudolec. There are appendixes at the end of diploma-work, containing mainly contemporary photos and postcards for illustration and futher refinements of the diploma-work. This diploma-work results from study of national and regional literature and conterporary sources (archive materials, communal chronicle, memories of eyewitnesses).

The thesis is called ?Czech cookery-books of 18th century?. During 18th century there were editted by printing-press totally 5 cookery-books that have come down just till today and are saved in our libraries, museum and archives. This thesis is concentrated on 4 of these books and is divided into 5 chapters. Each cookery-book is interpreted separately in its particular chapters. The main themes of these chapters there are the formal traits of each cookery-book and secondly inner analysis of the recipes. Mainly there was placed emphasis on the ingrediences that were used during cooking in the 18th century (meat, fish, vegetables and herbs, fruits, spices and other ingrediences). There is included the resume after the fourth book of Leopold Neubauer. All books are already presented together there. At the end the obtained pieces of information are summarized and the cookery-bookes from 16th century are partly compared with the ones from 18th century. The enclosure of this thesis is created by edition ?The cookery-bookes of Vienna? by Leopold Neubauer. The complete text was edited (except indexes at the end of the book).
