Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar Matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Discovery dan Strategi Ekspositori, (2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki Gaya Berpikir Divergen dan Gaya Berpikir Konvergen (3) interaksi antara penggunaan Strategi pembelajaran dan Gaya Berpikir dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Matematika siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran Discovery lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Ekspositori, (2) hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang memiliki Gaya Berpikir Divergen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki Gaya Berpikir Konvergen, dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan Strategi pembelajaran dengan Gaya Berpikir dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Matematika. Dari hasil uji Scheffe diperoleh (1) Rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Discovery berdasarkan Gaya Berpikir Divergen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori, (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori berdasarkan Gaya Berpikir Konvergen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Discovery. The population of this research is the XI grade students of Vocational School 1 Gunung Sitoli. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The results were obtained: (1) students 'Mathematics learning outcomes taught using Discovery Learning Strategies were higher than students' Mathematics learning outcomes who were taught using Expository Strategies, (2) Mathematics learning outcomes of students who had higher Divergent Thinking Styles compared to students who have Convergent Thinking Styles, and (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning strategies with Thinking Styles in influencing Mathematics learning outcomes. From the Scheffe test results obtained (1) Average Mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught with Discovery Learning Strategies based on Divergent Thinking Styles are higher than the average Mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught with Expository Learning Strategies, (2) Average results Mathematics learning of students with Expository Learning Strategies based on Convergent Thinking Styles is higher than the average student learning outcomes of Mathematics with Discovery Learning Strategies. Pembangunan merupakan upaya perubahan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus, terarah, berkesinambungan, terpadu dan berorientasi kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat. Namun sampai saat ini, disparitas antar wilayah dan kemiskinan masih menjadi permasalahan pembangunan baik di tingkat nasional maupun daerah. Pembangunan infrastruktur menjadi prioritas utama kebijakan nasional untuk, mengurangi kesenjangan antar wilayah serta kesenjangan sosial ekonomi masyarakat dengan meningkatkan konektivitas antar wilayah. Intervensi pemerintah untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan sebagai indikator disparitas wilayah dilakukan dalam bentuk belanja pemerintah dan program pembangunan strategis di bidang infrastruktur dan pengembangan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat korelasi antara belanja pemerintah dan program strategis dengan yingkat kemiskinan wilayah dengan perbandingan kombinasi untuk hasil yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan “mix methods”kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode “Qualitative Comparative Analysis”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan terbalik antara belanja pemerintah melalui Alokasi Dana Desa dan Anggaran Infrastruktur, program strategis di bidang infrastruktur dan ekonomi serta aksesibilitas dengan tingkat kemiskinan wilayah. Kombinasi antara anggaran dan program infrastruktur yang ditunjang dengan aksesbilitas yang baik merupakan kondisi yang diperlukan untuk dapat menakan tingkat kemiskinan antar wilayah.

Abstract:
This study aims to formulate a stakeholder management strategy that has a major influence in decision making on the determination of exclusion policies for industrial companies located within industrial estates. The stakeholder analysis method used is MACTOR (Matrix of Alliances and Conflicts: Tactics, Objectives and Recommendations). The results of the analysis show that coordination and synergy between stakeholders have not been effectively implemented due to the pattern of convergence and divergence among stakeholders which tends to be divided into 2 (two) groups. To reduce divergence between stakeholders, the role of key legislators needs to be improved so that the regulation can be issued soon.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perumusuan strategi pengelolaan stakeholder yang mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam pengambilan keputusan pada penetapan kebijakan pengecualian perusahaan industri berlokasi di dalam kawasan industri. Metode analisis stakeholder yang digunakan adalah MACTOR (Matrix of Alliances and Conflicts: Tactics, Objectives and Recommendations). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi dan sinergi antar stakeholder belum terlaksana dengan efektif yang disebabkan oleh adanya pola konvergensi dan divergensi antar stakeholder yang cenderung terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) kelompok. Untuk mengurangi divergensi antar stakeholder maka peran stakeholder kunci perlu lebih ditingkatkan sehingga regulasi tersebut dapat segera diterbitkan.

Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode angket, dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik parametrik perbandingan dua sampel, uji t-sampel bebas dan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil uji Hipotesis ini membuktikan Strategi pengambangan keahlian berpikir divergen (STAD-Divergen) tidak berpengaruh terhadap karakter berpikir divergen dan konvergen, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir divergen siswa.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika UNIPA Surabaya semester lima yang telah mengampu mata kuliah operasional riset dengan kasus persamaan linier untuk tiga variabel. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan dua subjek dengan kualifikasi yang memiliki tipe belajar divergen dan konvergen dari empat jenis tipe belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan gaya belajar Kolb. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester lima, subjek penelitian 1 sebagai subjek dengan tipe belajar divergen dengan perolehan skor AC-CE sebesar -7 dan AE-RO sebesar -12, sementara untuk subjek dengan tipe belajar konvergen diambil subjek penelitian 4 dengan perolehan skor AC-CE sebesar 8 dan AE-RO sebesar 3. Berdasarkan tipe gaya belajar antara divergen dan konvergen diperoleh gambaran bahwa untuk tipe belajar divergen memiliki ketelitian yang kurang dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kembali hasil pekerjaannya. Sementara itu, untuk subjek dengan tipe belajar konvergen mampu menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang digunakan sesuai dengan rencana dan terurut dan memiliki ketelitian yang lebih baik dalam mengerjakan dan memeriksa kembali. Dalam proses pembelajaran, subjek memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam memberikan reaksi ketika mendengarkan penjelasan dan mengungkapkan kembali pengetahuannya. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was: (1) determine differences in metacognitive awareness and cognitive abilities of students who learned with PBL and conventional strategies, (2) determine differences in metacognitive awareness, science process skills, and cognitive abilities among students with divergent thinking and character convergent strategies are learned with PBL. This study uses three different kinds of design that is descriptive research design, quasi-experimental design, and pre-experimental design to answer the research objectives numbered one through three in a row. The instrument used in this study were: (1) questionnaire divergent thinking and convergent character, (2) metacognitive awareness questionnaire, (3) observation sheets science process skills, and (4) tests of cognitive ability. Data were analyzed by inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) there is no difference in metacognitive awareness and cognitive skills of students with learning strategies derived from PBL and conventional strategies, (2) there are no differences in metacognitive awareness and cognitive abilities among students divergent and convergent. Science process skills students better than the divergent-convergent.

Banyak cara yang dilakukan manusia dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya yang baru. Salah satunya dengan mengikuti alur dan suasana di lingkungan baru tersebut. Adaptasi dalam konteks komunikasi lintas budaya berkaitan erat dengan adapatasi budaya dan adaptasi sosial. Pencari suaka merupakan pendatang baru yang dalam hal ini sebagai orang yang memiliki budaya minoritas dimana mereka dituntut harus mampu beradaptasi agar mereka dapat mempertahankan kehidupan dan dapat berkembang dengan baik di tempat yang memiliki budaya yang mayoritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui bagaimana proses komunikasi adaptasi lintas budaya yang dilakukan oleh pencari suaka dalam berinteraksi dengan sasyarakat Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Interaksi Simbolik, Teori Akomodasi Komunikasi, serta Teori Adaptasi Lintas Budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap para pencari suaka, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi dari para pencari suaka dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari. Hasil dari penelitin ini adalah komunikasi adaptasi lintas budaya yang dilakukan oleh pencari suaka dilakukan melalui dua strategi, yakni strategi konvergensi dan strategi divergensi. Strategi Konvergensi dilakukan dengan komunikasi verbal, komunikasi nonverbal, adaptasi berdasarkan kesamaan agama, cara berpakaian, serta beradaptasi denga iklim di Kota Pekanbaru. Startegi divergensi yang dilakukan oleh pencari suaka secara verbal ketika berada di dalam grup mereka lebih cenderung menggunakan bahasa daerah mereka meskipun kondisinya pada saat itu mereka berada di tengah masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru. Para pencari suaka tidak menghiraukan jarak saat berkomunikasi dan tidak berusaha mengetahui kebutuhan jarak lawan bicaranya dan berusaha mengetahui apakah jarak tersebut membuat nyaman lawan bicaranya disebabkan mereka berinteraksi dengan masyarakat pribumi jika hanya untuk memenuhi keperluannya saja.

Abstract:
Práce se zameruje na porovnání demografického vývoje v Ceské a Slovenské republice po rozdelení Ceskoslovenska. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda dochází k jejich približování se nebo spíše o vzdalování. Pomocí základních demografických ukazatelu a metody neprímé standardizace jsem tyto zeme prozkoumala. Celkovým sledovaným obdobím bylo šestadvacet let, a to od roku 1980 až do 2005. Zjištování jsem provedla ve dvou etapách. První se zamerením na období pred rokem 1993 (kdy došlo k rozdelení Ceskoslovenska) a druhá po tomto roce. Rokem 2006 pocínaje jsem provedla projekci o možném budoucím vývoji techto zemí do roku 2050 ve trech variantách, minimální, strední a maximální. Nakonec jsem shrnula získané poznatky a ucinila závery o dosavadním a budoucím vývoji obou zemí. Tato práce by mohla prinést užitek predevším pro osoby, které zajímá demografická situace Ceska a Slovenska a to jak z hlediska minulosti tak prípadné budoucnosti.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with mutual socio-economic relations core and hinterland on the example of Prague and Central Bohemia. In the introduction relevant theoretical approaches which deal with this topic are presented. Furthermore most important relations between Prague and Central Bohemia are identified and analyzed. These are migration of population from core to hinterland known as suburbanization, commercial suburbanization, commuting to work and changes in land use. The last chapter is a comparative analysis of relation between core and periphery on examples of Vienna and Budapest. In all three regions there are similarities consisting of faster growth of hinterland in terms of population and the spatial differentiation of suburbanization, which depends on the attractiveness of location and traffic accessibility.

Abstract:
This paper analyses the essential aspects, causes and consequences of contemporary European integration process and examines the performance of individual EU countries. The analysis is done through the view of five crises: first the political and institutional; second the public finance, respectively the debt; third the different quality and competitiveness of single economies; fourth the banking, financial, respectively economic; and fifth the view, which focuses on the psychological aspect of trust. Substantial measures proposed or implemented by the EU institutions are subjects of analysis (European bonds; tax on financial transactions, banking union, fiscal pact and bail-out fund), including their critical evaluation, especially activist policy of the European Central Bank. Summary is contained in the SWOT analysis. This work also proposes recommendation for further development in the Czech Republic. The research section made by testing selected variables among 2003-2012 based on the method Beta convergence confirmed, that instead of theoretical assumption of faster real convergence of EU countries, the divergence between the core and periphery countries took place in the examined period. Beta convergence is confirmed within the designated groups in the new EU member states in the pre-crisis growth and in the overall monitored period. The second method -- the cluster analysis created groups, respectively clusters of countries that are the most similar based on selected indicators. On the one hand, the repeated grouping of core countries into one common cluster was verified with different options of the model. On the other hand, the used Ward's method showed, among others, that in majority of observed periods the countries commonly categorized into periphery groups (such as Italy and Ireland) have greater economic similarities to the core countries rather than countries such as Spain, Portugal and Greece.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to assess the economy of Spain and its position in the European Union. The European integration processes significantly influenced the development of democracy in Spain as a member state of EU. The period after Franco regime would last undoubtedly much longer and it would grow less dynamically without these processes. The influence of EU affected not only the Spanish economy, but also the current position of Spanish monarchy in Europe and in the whole world. The thesis is structured in three main parts. To be able to assess the Spanish economy during its membership in the EU, it is essential to study the procedures of negotiations between the candidate country and the Community. That is the reason why the first part is engaged in the pre-entry phase. The second part examines in detail the development of the economy after the reintroduction of democracy in the country. It deals mainly with the macroeconomic tendencies, their causes together with consequences. The progress concerns the economic situation in Spain before the entry to the Community, in the second half of eighties, as well as during the nineties. The thesis does not forget to be engaged in the current situation in the new millennium and it also outlines the possible development in the following years. The last part is devoted to the position and the influence of Spain on the main integration directions in the European Union. The coherence and the extent of evaluation can be considered one of the benefits of this work. The thesis introduces the complex view of the Spanish economy since the entry to the EU. It also deals with possible following tendencies. The understanding of the development is facilitated by a large number of graphs and tables, which help to outline the essence of the topic.

Abstract:
The aims of the submitted thesis can be divided in two major topics. Firstly, the subject of the work is to analyse the functional factors of the revival process as they were developing in the Macedonian and Bulgarian environment. On the other hand, the work is trying to ans\ver the question of how those factors participated in the creation of the two national narratives - the Bulgarian and Macedonian ones. The essential problem is thus the formation process of the Macedonian national and cultural identity. For the analysis itself, the following socio-cultural categories appear to be the key factors: 1) toponyms / ethnonyms, their symbolical meanings and modes of revival identifications, 2) the language question and the problem of forming n10dern literary languages, 3) religiosity and the ecclesiastic question, 4) the role of folk literature in the nation-forming process and 5) the development of author's (original) literature. Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is to evaluate impact of foreign direct investments on convergence/divergence of the Visegrad four to EU15. Theoretical part contains necessary knowledge to execute this evaluation and includes review of empirical research employed with impact of FDI on economic growth. In first part of empirical analysis beta-convergence model is used to discover convergence of observed countries during period 1995-2015. Estimation uses OLS regression. The results show successful convergence of V4 to EU15. Afterwards there is analysis of impact of FDI on economic growth for the same period. Four models with escalating difficulty were used to evaluate this impact by using panel data regression. Pooled OLS and fixed effects are methods used in this regression. In the last model, more EU transition countries are included to confirm one of investigated hypotheses. Results of this analysis show significant and positive impact of FDI on economic growth in EU transitive economies. Using only V4 countries, I did not find out this impact to be significant. At last, all results are evaluated and given to mutual context. Recommendations to economic policy makers are included as well.

81 Summary This thesis focuses on predatory pricing in competition law of European Union and United states of America. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the development of predatory pricing on the both sides of Atlantic and to show where the approach to predatory pricing is similar and where was used different perspective. The thesis is divided to three chapters. First part of first chapter describes predatory pricing in general. It supplies a complete view on basic elements of predatory pricing that were and some still are used to identify them. Second part of first chapter brings overview of the most important tests of costs and basic economic terminology, that is important for price tests. Last part introduces most important schools of competition law, that had the biggest impact on forming of approaches to predatory pricing. Second chapter deals with main milestones of development of predatory pricing in the United States. It brings chronological overview of laws and decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court, and analyses their importance for next judicial practice. End of this chapter summarizes development of predatory pricing in the USA on basis of foregoing findings. PALIČKOVÁ, Eva. Impact of Financial and Economic Crisis on Spain: Regional Aspects Brno, 2014. 117 p. Diploma thesis. Mendel University in Brno. Thesis deals with impact of financial and economic crisis on all seventeen regions and two cities in Spain. The main purpose of the thesis is to find out, whether the crisis influenced the development of convergence or divergence between Spanish regions. First of all the complete overview of economic development on basis of the most important macroeconomic indicators during ten-year period for each region was done. Afterwards, the statistical method, Cluster analysis, was performed for two different time periods dividing crisis period, which facilitated diagrams capturing regional grouping and their movements during different crisis period. Additionally, the Beta-convergence analysis was performed. Also the Beta-convergence analysis was run in three different time periods, which results revealed nicely the evolution of convergence and divergence be-tween Spanish regions during last ten-years marked by crisis situation.

Abstract:
The aim of this contribution is to assess the development of regional disparities in income within the sectors of Czech economy. Based on the average compensations of employees per hours worked, the sectoral structure is assessed at the level of 6 individual industries and 5 aggregated industrial groups. The research is carried out at the level of self-governing regions in 1995-2018. The sigma convergence approach is proceed to analyse the disparity processes. The analysis showed that individual sectors have very different positions in the economy in terms of both the share and dynamics of changes. Moreover, in the pre-crisis period (before 2008) the level and dynamics of variability were higher in most sectors. The results suggest that regional disparities in income are converging in most sectors; however, disparities are stable at the level of the whole economy. This development is a result of absence of convergence or divergence processes in sectors with large and growing shares on the structure of economy. On the other hand, the share of the converging sectors is stable or rather declining, while the convergence tendencies proceed with a very low intensity. Higher intensity of convergence process is achieved only by very minor sectors of economy.

Abstract:
The issue of regional disparities development is usually examined only in terms of beta- and sigma-convergence. To extend the discussion, therefore, it is needed to use approaches based on completely different principles, which are not burden with always the same methodological limits. In this context, the aim of this contribution is to apply the cointegration approach to assess the development of regional disparities in economic performance and income in Central Europe. On the sample of 62 regions in 2004-2018, this contribution applies the disparity evaluation method based on the Pesaran's probabilistic approach. In particular, we test the convergence hypothesis by KPSS test (null of stationary), and the divergence hypothesis by ADF test (null of unit root). The analysis found the regional convergence in economic performance, but not in income. After extending the analysis to the level of individual countries, internal regional convergence within most of countries was found in both economic performance and income. As part of the disparity evaluation in economic performance, "western" (regions of the Austria, Czechia and Germany) and the "eastern" convergence club (Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) were identified. Similarly, in the case of income analysis some signs of convergence club (Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia) were found.
