Článek se snaží postihnout pozadí výzkumu soustředěného na atraktivitu lidského obličeje v kontextu stárnutí. Počínaje popisem procesu rozhodování jakou metodologickou cestou se ubírat, přes účinné strategie při náboru dobrovolníků k fotografování, odhalení problému v nastolení neutrálního výrazu ve vyšším věku a konstrukci výběrového souboru respondentů, se autorka dostává k průběhu vlastního šetření. Cílem tohoto příspěvku není seznámit čtenáře s kvantitativně laděnými výsledky plynoucími ze statistických typů analýz. Cílem je představit jim „cestu“, po které se autorka v rámci výzkumu rozhodla jít, ukázat důvody, které jí k tomu vedly a nastínit, jak původní překážky na této cestě přeměnit ve „stavební materiál“, ze kterého je nakonec vystavěna.

V této stati se věnuji okamžiku návratu žen z rodičovské dovolené, respektive okolnostem, které ovlivňují rozhodování o formě a načasování tohoto návratu. Cílem je objasnit, zda a jak vstupují vybrané faktory trhu práce, konkrétně význam zaměstnání, charakteristiky pracovních míst a chování zaměstnavatelů, do mechanismů rozhodování žen o návratu z rodičovské dovolené zpět na trh práce. Předpokládám, že ženy vnímají tyto faktory odlišně v závislosti na úrovni dosaženého vzdělání, což může mít vliv na konečnou podobu jejich strategií v oblasti harmonizace práce a rodiny. Analyzovaná data byla sebrána za účelem prozkoumání celého procesu rozhodování, což mi umožňilo sledovat i případné vazby zmíněných faktorů trhu práce s dalšími relevantními faktory, tedy genderově specifickými preferencemi, hodnotami a aspiracemi týkající se dělby placené a neplacené práce, s kulturními a sociálními normami, finanční situací domácností, celkovými podmínkami na trhu práce, nastavením a dostupností formálních i neformálních opatření směřujících k harmonizaci práce a rodiny, respektive institucionálním kontextem. Za tímto účelem bylo provedeno celkem 21 rozhovorů se ženami s různým stupněm vzdělání, které byly v dané době krátce před, v průběhu či po návratu z rodičovské dovolené na trh práce. Mezi další kritéria výběru patřilo soužití s partnerem, manželem ve společné domácnosti a zkušenost na trhu práce před rodičovskou dovolenou. Pro získání komunikačních partnerek byla použita technika sněhové koule.

Aktuálním problémem ve středním odborném školství je narůstající meziškolní mobilita žáků. Cílem studie je proto zjistit příčiny vedoucí k reaktivním non-normativním přestupům žáků na jinou střední školu, dále identifi kovat strategie žáků a jejich dopady na meziškolní mobilitu. Metody: Zvolen byl kvalitativní přístup s využitím metody ohniskových skupin a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Sběr dat proběhl v říjnu 2017 a respondenty bylo 31 žáků, kteřív průběhu svého středoškolského vzdělávání alespoň jedenkrát změnili školu z jiného důvodu, než je změna bydliště. Výsledky: Ve studii je zachycena a objasněna meziškolní mobilita žáků jako vývojový proces, jehož kořeny mohou u některých žáků zasahovat až do kariérového rozhodování na základní škole, dále byly popsány dvě kategorie možných příčin meziškolní mobility a především odkryty neefektivní žákovské strategie, které mohou vést k reaktivním non-normativním přestupům na jinou střední školu. V závěru jsou nastíněna doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Vážení čtenáři Vítáme nové číslo Envigogiky, a začínáme pohledem na to, co se zrovna děje. Příroda si hraje na přírodu; přirozené děje se už skoro nedějí. Chtěla by být sama sebou – ale jak, a především kde? Ráda by svůj part odehrála v přírodě, kterou ovšem pro tento účel marně hledá. Zbyla jí energie, chybí však výrazové prostředky. A tak působí – ne už skrze svá jemná stvoření, ale prostřednictvím hrubé síly. Tisíce jemných působků se slily do temné masy; namísto přediva jejich vzájemné řeči, zušlechťující všechny, kdo jí hovořili, slyšíme jen dunění moci. Touhy (znovu) vládnout; řev poraženého tvora, který kdysi nade vším panoval (pak se ale zkultivoval). Působí teď výhní, jasem, vichrem, hromem, deštěm, žízní, zalykavou plností či usychavým nedostatkem; hraje hru smrti rozprostírající se nad životem jako tma nad propastí. Duch, který by rozlišoval, členil, zjemňoval významy a formoval jejich viditelné projevy/manifestace, se pomalu vytratil. Zůstalo dusno, které se stále víc zhmotňuje. Příroda přišla o svou přirozenost; nahradila ji spontaneita. Co se rodilo ze vzpomínek, okamžiku a předzvěsti budoucnosti, stalo se vyjádřením momentální nevole. Zmizel čas, který spojuje minulé s budoucím, a takto tvoří nové. Zůstal čas nevyhnutelnosti a zákonitého propadu do nicoty. Vše, co přichází, se teď rodí z účelově nastavených okolností. Tvorba, která se klenula nad generacemi, zkolabovala do přítomného okamžiku – ten je jejím cílem i bodem zániku. Budoucnost už v přítomné chvíli neklíčí. Přišli jsme o ni. A tak je třeba znovu hledat. Činí tak sama příroda (jak se snažíme rozmyslet v článku rekapitulujícím letošní Ekologické dny Olomouc), a pokoušíme se o to spolu s našimi autory. Až ke kořenům vztahu člověka k ostatnímu Božímu stvoření sestupuje Jiří Nečas; provádí nás biblickými texty i veškerými problémy životního prostředí, a díky tomuto nadhledu či vhledu můžeme vidět svět vcelku. Trápí nás otázky, které bychom si jinak nepoložili: Je nepochopení všeobecné výzvy ke zdrženlivosti, úctě a vděčnosti za vše, co nám příroda (zdarma) poskytuje, pouze výsledkem naší lenosti, nebo je snad toto základní poselství křesťanského učení dokonce nějak účelové zatemňováno (protože naše chtivost je přece jedním z motorů dnešní ekonomiky.) V pokusu Viery Novanské a Alexandry Platkové naopak vidíme, že pohled vědy přináší dílčí, zato ověřenou a na vědeckých principech postavenou informaci. Autorky takto analyzují vztah člověka k jiným (nelidským) bytostem; věnují přitom pozornost širším souvislostem poznávacího procesu, v němž snad přetrvávají jisté atavismy. Jaké jsou současné možnosti pro pochopení a studium přírody a jejích problémů, se nám ukazuje i v dalších textech: jejich autoři uvažují nad novými způsoby interpretace přírodního dědictví (Jan Činčera, Michal Medek a Miroslav Lupač), či dnes vyhledávanými žánry odborných textů a učebnic (Eduard Petiška), s jejichž pomocí se naše vjemy a myšlenky stále více přesouvají do virtuálního prostředí. Zdá se, že bytí online je již druhou naší přirozeností, a svět se bude muset hodně snažit, aby byl (takto) nám všem přístupný. A pak je tu několik časových i nečasných úvah a inspirací. Salim Lardjane a Françoise Laveuve zkoumají vzájemné vztahy mezi Cíli udržitelného rozvoje OSN (využívají přitom též exaktních metod síťové analýzy), a jejich potřebnost dokládají četnými příklady z celého světa. Z hlediska této potřebnosti doplňují Cíl č. 18: Péče o uprchlíky, k níž vyzývají vysocí představitelé OSN, a její Mezinárodní organizace pro migraci nabízí pomoc při tvorbě migračních politik a strategií. Jak se k těmto otázkám postavíme my sami, je součást každodenního rozhodování, a to často nejde bez zásadního (znovu)rozmyšlení svého stanoviska. Jak říká Jiří Olšovský: „V určité chvíli je třeba jednat, proměnit i svůj postoj – skočit do proudu dění a snažit se ho ovlivnit.“ Tuto proměnu, jež se nejdříve musí odehrát v osobní rovině, poodhaluje Jade Starr, která na vlastní zkušenosti, či spíše ve své osobní zpovědi, popisuje závazek k udržitelné spotřebě (SDG 12). a nakonec inspirace, jak všechny tyto nové poznatky a podněty vtělit do programu celoživotního učení: Kateřina Jančaříková a její příklad dobré praxe ve vzdělávání učitelů. Nezbývá, než doufat, že tento a podobné programy jsou opravdové, což obecně pro vysokoškolské vzdělání u nás rozhodně neplatí (takže někteří z nás trpí Zoufalstvím z vejšky). A to je pro tentokrát vše. Když toto píšu, všude kolem je nemocná země. V horečkách. Není naděje, že se vypotí, není čím. Vláha odešla – ale kam? Můžeme hádat, co se stalo. Snad jsou příčiny hlubší. Ztratil se bytostný vztah k tomu, co je. Nikde nevzniká nic nového, není z čeho. Nikdo nemůže nic ovlivnit. Všechno je jenom jako. Dokonce ani kapky, které teď právě přicházejí, klepou, a vlastně buší na moje okna, z přirozenosti nepramení. Jsou projevem zoufalství, nebo hněvu – mají původ v tom, co přírodou není, a ztělesňují naše viny. Jsme tu bezradní – řetězec příčin je příliš složitý. Cesta osobní proměny tudy nevede. Diplomat theses is focused on definition of risks, which are part of any chosen investing strategy. Investment decision is determined by investor ´s psychology and experiences. The goal of this these is to recomend suitable investment strategy based on the investor ´s requirements. This strategy diversifies risks and bring the profit to investor which he expect. In that occasion the investor is also warned by his original investing intention. Analytical part involve specific investor with positive attitude to risks which is basical for choosing suitable investment stratégy with specific portfolio. Attitude to risk and the way of investment was enquiered by interview of Effective Investing company.

The aim of this thesis is the selection of suitable investments (shares) for a particular investor and the creation of an investment portfolio with the help of multiple-criteria decision analysis. The first part of the work summarizes the theoretical background of security portfolio creation, acquaints the reader with the concept of stocks and methods of analyzing equity instruments. It also provides an overview of the functioning of the capital markets generally and specifically in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the approaches and procedures for solving decision-making problems. Methodological apparatus includes systems analysis, linear optimization and multi-criteria decision making methods. The third part of the thesis concentrates on the application of this methods for the formation of the investment portfolio in the presence of multiple criteria. Most important ratios of the stock market and the magic triangle return, risk and liquidity are reflected in equities choice. Stock selection is carried out by using models of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives in two rounds and portfolio composition is determined by the classical model of linear programming. As a result, investor gets a recommendation for his portfolio, which contains a number of shares of selected companies on the Czech market. This procedure of creating the portfolio can be used by individual investors, financial advisors and brokers and complement their knowledge, experience and intuition.

The target of this work is to evaluate the unit trusts in light of the multiple-criteria decision making. The unit trusts are divided into the groups according to the investor categories: unit trusts with conservative, balanced and aggressive portfolio. The unit trusts were lined up by the medium of the multiple-criteria decision making methods (PRIAM, ORESTE, MAPPAC) and it is also made an analysis why have each of the methods chosen the particular unit trust in the group as the best compromise variant.

This thesis deals with the use of quantitative and statistical methods for decision making support in marketing. Mainly deals with the procedures to be used in practice to determine the basic strategy of targeted marketing S-T-P. Application of this approach requires software support, and therefore presents computer programs that are in practice used for this purpose. The work also addresses the limitations of this strategy, and presents two approaches for generating innovation - Lateral Marketing and Blue Ocean Strategy. Author shows using of methods in practice on case study.

This thesis focuses on the decision-making on IT investment. The main aim of this work is to present the comprehensive picture of the efficient investing which is further extended by the analysis of possibility of using the services of consulting company when deciding on investments in enterprise informatics. The reader is acquainted with the main areas of investment decision-making and planning. Attention is devoted to the topic of information strategy, costs and effects of enterprise IT. The thesis further continues with the detailed analysis and evaluation of methods of investment decision-making. Subsequently, the model processes typical for enterprise informatics are introduced. The analytical part presents the possibility of using services of external specialists. The advantages and principles of cooperation between the customer and consulting firm are illustrated on a detailed analysis of the processes of Logio Ltd., which is consulting firm where author of the thesis worked as an intern. Many conclusions can be immediately applied in practice. The work can be beneficial for organizations considering investments in enterprise informatics and especially for those managements of corporations that are contemplating the utilisation of consulting companies.

Small companies can more flexible react to the present economic crise on one side, but on the other side they are very influenced by unpredictability and continous external factor changes From that reason the current economic crise can contribute to the development of various managerial simulation enabling better support in the company decision making. This new condition and rules "rebuilding" without question means also the creation of new opportunity. The decision making should be supported by suitable decision making systems to be able to quickly react, specially for small companies. This role can play business flight simulators on the basis of system dynamics, which can help small companies make strategy decision. And just the analysis of possibility how to use business flight simulators for the strategy decision in the sector of small companies is the main goal of this thesis. First the present state research had to be done and the definition of small companies and the business strategy was set. Further in this thesis the analysis of using bussines flight simulators for strategy decision making are described. This analysis is influenced by two main factors -- thin capitalization and the current business complexity - which declare the general failure in small companies sector. On these factors of failure the business flight simulator using is tested by creating models in the software for decision making support. The part of all models is the company definition from the resources view, external and internal influences including "soft" factors and the developing of the model which is the base of the business flight simulator. Within the exploring, the questionare research in the small company sector was carried out. This research should show how Czech companies use bussiness flight simulators, if they want to try them or if their decisions are supported by this kind of decision making systems. The own development of model cases reflecting these main factors of the failure and their possible solution made in the software for decision making, which was tested at one small company, the analysis of business flight simulators using by questionare research in the sector of Czech small companies and sugessted recomandation could be taken as a main and scientific benefit of this thesis.

This thesis deals with marketing used on the Czech market of roofing products and with all aspects of consumers' behavior during the choosing and roofing of the roof. Czech roofing market is a global mixture of many inter-relations among different distribution channels on the production and selling part on one hand and specifying and installing part on the other hand. The thesis deals with also all parts of the 4P and 4C models used by producers of roofing materials and with 4P model of other distribution channels -- resellers and installers. Quantitative survey on roofers and qualitative survey on roofers and resellers of roofing materials confirmed, that roofer is the closest professional to investor while his decision process. As such, he has big influence on his decision and is able to change his mind and final decision. Local presence of the reseller is crucial for the buying of goods at the respective point of sale. There are differences in used roofing materials depending on the region of the Czech Republic. The difference could be given by historical habit, or by influence and knowledge of the brand of roofing material in the respective region or by technical performance of the roofing material, which is requested due to weather conditions in respective parts of the country. All distribution channels on the Czech roofing market use marketing methods to achieve their goals by selling roofing products and with it linked services.

The goal of this master's thesis is to create an artificial intelligence for the Bang! game. There is a full description of the Bang! game, it's entire rules, player's using strategy principles and game analysis from UI point of view included. The thesis also resumes methods of the artificial intelligence and summarizes basic information about the domain of game theory. Next part describes way of the implementation in C++ language and it's proceeding with use of Bayes classification and decision trees based on expert systems. Last part represent analysis of altogether positive results and the conclusion with possible further extensions.

Saaty method is an advanced method of paired comparison method. The decision-maker first, the preferential relations pairs of criteria and the size of this preference. The size of the preferences expressed by the score of the selected point scale (see Table 27, s.39). In this step, described the decision maker obtains the matrix size preferences, or if the Saaty matrix. The weights of the criteria in the Saaty method can provide exact and aproximativními procedures. Due to the complexity and software complexity of exact methods in this thesis will be devoted to procedures aproximativním. Estimates of the weights of the criteria can be obtained by adding the elements in each row of the matrix and dividing their sum. The determination of the individual lines are estimates of the weights of the relevant criteria.

This graduation paper deals with the business plan production for the Certified Education Institute, Inc. (ICV) The paper's goal is to consider individual aspects of the business plan in a structured form, to analyze external and internal environment and, based on current and predicted economic data, to design a feasible approach how to improve efficiency and productivity of the Company. The first part describes theoretical base for business plan processing. The second, practical, part contains analysis of external conditions, product description and marketing and business plan. It also deals with management and introduces basic economic assessment. The conclusion reviews individual goals and suggests best course of action towards their realization.
