Haemodialysis nurses provide health care for people with end stage kidney disease leading to a unique, intense and complex interaction between nurses and patients. This study involved the development of a model which explains the relationships between the work environment, job satisfaction, stress and burnout of haemodialysis nurses in Australia and New Zealand.
