Abstract:
A high level of conflictogenicity in the educational environment, an increase of objective and subjective causes of conflicts, necessitate the formation and development of conflict competence among the heads of educational institutions. The relevance of research in this direction is due to a certain contradiction between the demands of practice for the prevention and resolution of conflicts and the real lack of a description and theoretical justification for the patterns of the structural-level organization of conflict competence. The starting point is the position of the scientific school of V.D. Shadrikov, according to which the implementation of the metasystem approach in line with the theory of systemogenesis makes it possible to explain the features of the development and functioning of complex systems, as well as their structural-level organization. This approach is a development and transformation of the system approach and describes qualitatively different properties of complex psychological systems, which include conflict competence. The purpose of the study is to identify the essential properties and features of the manifestation of the structural-level organization of the manager’s conflict competence. In the course of the study, the methodology “Complex Questionnaire of Metacognitive Potential” (A.A.Karpov) was used. To establish the basic qualities of the leader’s conflict competence, the following methods were used: “Diagnostics of the leading type of response (M.M.Kashapov, T.G.Kiseleva); “Conflict competence” (M.V.Bashkin, V.A.Gorshkova, A.M.Voskresensky). The research was carried out on a sample of 240 directors of educational organizations. For the first time, the essential properties and features of the functional content of conflict competence subsystems were discovered, the interrelationships of the composition of the structural and functional components of conflict competence at the subsystem level of its organization were revealed, the natural relations of the severity of the leading type of response in a conflict situation and the subsystems of metacognitive potential were characterized, and the features of the system-wide level of the structural organization of conflict competence were determined. Taking into account the results obtained contribute to the development of measures to support the heads of educational institutions for the purpose of psychoprophylaxis of their professional destructions.

Abstract:
The article focuses on various approaches and methods for deploying microservices in the cloud, as well as the specifics of their application for hosting microservices in a hybrid cloud environment for learning management systems. The relevance of the study consists in the problem that migrating high-load learning management systems (LMS) with numerous integration links to other services to the cloud is a complex task that is difficult to be solved using existing methods. LMS’es such as Moodle, Canvas LMS, Forma LMS, and others are often used to organize the educational process in Ukrainian educational institutions. One of the most popular LMS in Ukraine is Moodle, which is used by many higher education institu-tions and other educational establishments. Many LMS have extensive integration with other resources of the educational institution, such as library resources, software development tools, or even proctoring systems. The overall server information system of educational insti-tutions can be distributed across different servers or clouds and proper solutions for this pro-cess should be found. The aim of study is developing a solution for organizing data flows in the process of deploying microservices using various methods including the features of educa-tional information systems. Using the structural analysis method, a data flow solution for the automated deployment of microservices in learning management systems within a hybrid cloud environment created. Also various methods for deploying microservices in the cloud were examined, both practical and scientific, comparing their positive and negative effects. Key metrics for assessing network availability for microservice deployment have been identi-fied. The proposed data flow solution for the automated deployment of microservices in a hy-brid cloud provides ways to improve microservice distribution methods giving users sufficient control over the process including features of learning management systems.

Abstract:
Islamic educational institutions have an important role as the main factor in social change, where the entire life system rests on educational values as the basic foundation. A significant instrument in education is social capital, manifested in the role of human resources with a multifunctional approach that makes the institutions of life become. The study aims to determine the role of Islamic educational institutions in achieving social change with social capital instruments using a structural-functional theory approach. The research method uses qualitative research with a literature study approach sourced from books and journals related to educational and social institutions. The study results illustrate that Parson's paradigm explains structural-functional theory with distinguishing features, adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency (AGIL), applied in Islamic educational institutions by reconstructing the roles of educational components and social groups. Strengthening Islamic educational institutions through social capital in which social change occurs will be created through components of trust, networks, norms, and leadership that provide broader benefits for Muslim life. The implications of the research show that structural-functional implementation will provide social change with existing social capital so that the use of Islamic educational institutions serves as a means to involve the younger generation in acquiring knowledge, changing behaviour, and achieving proficiency in the principles governing community participation.

Abstract:
This article presents an attempt to describe systemic and structural features of contemporary English-language aerospace terminology. Relevance of this terminological system study is determined by rapid development of aerospace industry. Its terminology is expanding rapidly as well. Specifically, existing terms acquire new conceptual meanings; new concepts appear as well as terms to convey them; concepts and terms from adjacent domains are borrowed; general language words become specialized knowledge units within the framework of specific terminological system. The purpose of this study is to describe systemic features of aerospace terminology from the perspective of basic requirements to terms, as well as to describe structural features of terms in question. Terminological units are subject to linguistic analysis, which can be carried out in a number of ways. To conduct the research aiming at describing aerospace terminology as a system, the author used definitional, structural and statistical methods. The terminological system of the industry in question is based on «genus proximum et differentia specifica» principle. It is also marked by the presence of polysemous, homonymous, and synonymic terms. As for the structural features, there are both monolexemic and polylexemic terms: monolexemic terms cover basic, derived, and compound terms with predominance of simple terms; polylexemic terms comprise two-component, three-component, and multicomponent terms with predominance of two-component terms. Most polylexemic terms have abbreviations. Abbreviations are omnipresent in the aerospace industry terminology: on the one hand, they simplify specialized communication; on the other hand, abbreviations prevent non-specialists from understanding the aerospace discourse.

With the rapid development of web technology and the improvement of online purchasing products, the traditional classroom instructing model has been unable to bear the requirements of teachers and students. Aiming at the problems of instructing and correspondence, a deep learning-based educational control system supporting B/S structure is designed and implemented. The system adopts the software engineering model for adjustment, uses Java language as the main programming language of the system, uses SQL Server database to store various intelligences, and realizes online teaching and facing problems, data division, teaching direction and testing, and many other cosecants. Due to its structural features and limitations of algorithmic production, traditional fancy emotional literature models perform poorly in the classification of white-eye dimensional data. In order to improve the simulated annealing prediction of full-dimensional data, a modified brain emotion based on simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. By improving the network structure and using the feign annealing algorithm rules, the training process of conceiving scientific standards is proposed, its data fitting capacity and prediction ability are well refined. And the prediction accuracy of the model for high-dimensional data classification problems is improved. Some data adjustments commonly used for instructing performance of our proposed algorithm are excluded from the experiments.

The subject of this work is the study of the problem of conjugation of higher education and the labor sphere using various algorithms of normative and methodological description of the structure of qualification of a graduate of higher education (hereinafter referred to as academic qualification) and the qualification of a working specialist (hereinafter referred to as professional qualification). It is shown that the imperative of readiness of a graduate of higher education immediately after receiving a diploma of higher education to comply with the labor market, that is, the requirements of the employer, as well as the goals of the company or enterprise with the existing organization of the educational process is largely an ephemeral construction. A new algorithm is proposed and the degree of expediency of using the concept of “competence” in the interface of the system of higher education and the labor sphere is revealed. It is confirmed that its use in the educational context with the existing organization of the educational process creates additional difficulties in solving the problem under consideration.

Abstract:
This article presents a study of the genre field of official Telegram channels of higher educational institutions in Russia. It is shown that the publications of these channels on this platform are similar in their structural and stylistic design: they have multimedia and text blocks, are characterized by concise and fragmented text, interactivity and hypertextuality, a combination of official-business and informal presentation of information, among other features. The genre composition of these channels has a core zone, which includes types of publications such as “news post,” “announcement post,” “presentation post,” “educational post,” and “digest.” Common genres on official Telegram channels of universities include “congratulatory posts,” “presentation posts of educational programs,” genres like “historical chronicle,” “interview,” “repost”; relatively rare genres include “diary,” “schedule,” “quotes,” and other models. The individual style of a specific channel is formed through a comprehensive approach to the composition of genre forms and their symbolic expression using multimedia, textual, and other systems. For the identification of different genres on this platform, thematic, stylistic, content-based, lexical features play a greater role than compositionalstructural and sign-formative characteristics. The stability and uniformity of the core zone of Telegram channels of universities, as well as the similarity of structural, stylistic, and linguistic characteristics of the genres included in it, allow us to speak about the possibility of classifying a university's Telegram channel as a special type of hyper-genre system.

Abstract:
The development of modern sports is an important form of not only directly sporting, but also social interaction. Physical education is also especially relevant, given the general trend of deteriorating health of young people. This determines the issues of organization and forms of physical education leisure time for the analysis. Additional relevance is predetermined by the lack of research on the club system of physical education. Moreover, such physical culture organization is new in Kazakhstan. Finding out the effectiveness of club activities in Kazakhstan is an important topic for research. The research aims to analyze the features and prospects of physical education in educational institutions based on the use of the club system. The general scientific theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction) and special pedagogical methods (comparative, axiological, systemic, structural, and functional) were used in the research. The results show that the club system is quite practical and in demand among students and pupils in Kazakhstan, which is confirmed by sociological surveys. A similar practice is employed in the Europe and USA. However, it has been actively employed there for more than one decade. It has also been established that traditional physical education classes have negative assessments among pupils and students. Thus, the club system is a perspective way of organizing the physical education of youth. However, within the framework of Kazakhstan, this form of organization of sports and recreational activities is experiencing difficulties associated with the lack of funding for the industry, the lack of modern coaches, etc. The practical value of the article consists of the development of recommendations to improve the state of physical education in educational institutions based on the use of the club system. Abstract:
This study employed knowledge discovery in databases (KDD) to extract and discover knowledge from the Benue State Polytechnic (Benpoly) admission database and used a structural causal model (SCM) ontological framework to represent the admission process in the Nigerian polytechnic education system. The SCM ontology identified important causal relations in features needed to model the admission process and was validated using the conditional independence test (CIT) criteria. The SCM ontology was further employed to identify and constrain input features causing bias in the local interpretable model-agnostic explanations (LIME) framework applied to machine learning (ML) black-box predictions. The ablation process produced more stable LIME explanations devoid of fairness bias compared to LIME without ablation, with higher prediction accuracy (91% vs. 89%) and F1 scores (95% vs. 94%). The study also compared the performance of different ML models, including Gaussian Naïve Bayes, Decision Trees, and Logistic Regression, before and after ablation. The limitation is that the SCM ontology is qualitative and context-specific, so the fair-LIME framework can only be extrapolated to similar contexts. Future work could compare other explanation frameworks like Shapley on the same dataset. Overall, this study demonstrates a novel approach to enforcing fairness in ML explanations by integrating qualitative SCM ontologies with quantitative ML/LIME methods.

Abstract:
Based on the theoretical analysis, the results of which are described in the previous publications of the author on the topic of international comparative educational research [8, 16—26], substantiated is structure of the model of the education system in the tourism sector, which is the unity of four interrelated subsystems: content, functionality, industry regulation and consumer. The model of education in the field of tourism is based on an integrative approach [16] to the analysis of factors of internal and external environment of education, it allows to search the determining changes in factors of the education systems [17, 18], identify patterns, to explain the possibility of borrowing pedagogical models, processes, phenomena, develop mechanisms of adaptation of pedagogical models, processes, phenomena, as well as to design useful pedagogical models of processes and phenomena. The author stresses the necessity of the use of scientific instruments in the research and development of training models that take into account the structural characteristics and process of education. As the properties of the model are determined by integrating the conceptual mainstream; for the purposes of the study of national models of training in the field of tourism as a mainstream concept adopted is the principle of integration of the national professional education in the global professional and educational space. In order to address the structural and process characteristics of the education systems the author proposes the relationships between the subsystems of the education system (functional, consumer, industry regulation and content) as the features of the system and the principles of the educational system as a social institution that ensures the reproduction and development of human potential as attributes of the system. In the article the subject of pedagogical analysis of educational systems is determined by the purpose and nature of the education system in the field of tourism as a sustainable set of integrated or integrating interacting elements which are subsystems. Developed is a heuristic model of education in the field of tourism which not only can help to carry out a comprehensive analysis of teaching, but also to compare national systems of vocational training, and by identifying their features, focus the mind on its own problems and bottlenecks and find points of growth of the potential and to develop mechanisms of adaptation of useful foreign experience.

Abstract:
Student retention prediction is one of the most important problems of learning analytics. In the global scope research on the topic for higher education is rather extensive, there are cases of successful implementation of education support services in universities. The literature analysis shows of the growing interest in this problem in the Russian scientific and pedagogical community. At the same time, the specifics of Russian education does not allow direct transfer of foreign experience into the domestic educational system. The study reveals that a significant contribution to predicting student retention can be made by models for predicting academic performance in educational courses of the curriculum. The authors propose a structural model of a system for predicting academic performance, which includes a universal model based on generalized indicators of the digital footprint, a course-based model that takes into account the specifics of learning in a particular discipline, and a model based on the student’s educational profile. In the empirical study we trained 5 models for early prediction of interim assessment grades based on the universal indicators of the LMS Moodle student digital footprint. The most accurate model, especially in the first half of the semester, turned out to be ensemble-averaging models of logistic regression, random forest and gradient boosting. It was found that universal models are effective for detection of at-risk students in the discipline, the directions for further improvement of the universal model of performance prediction were determined and conditions for scaling the proposed approach to create a prognostic system for student retention to other educational institutions were formulated.

Abstract:
The article focuses on building an individual educational trajectory of a university student. This concept is formalized in the form of a hybrid mathematical model. This model is based on a structural model of educational competence. In this case, the competence is a basic construct of the educational program, it acts as a prototype of the structural model of individualized educational content. The main source of semantic and control information is the digital twin sys-tem. The digital double of the educational program formalizes its structure and content in strict ac-cordance with the regulatory requirements of federal state educational standards. The digital twin of a student fixes and processes his digital tracks throughout his life. The digital twin of the labor market formalizes the structure of a certain segment of the labor market in the context of the re-quirements for professional and personal qualities of specialists. There has been substantiated the need for proactive management of restructuring and rebranding the professional educational pro-grams in accordance with the changes at the labor market. A significant contribution to the man-agement of these evolutionary processes is made by the dynamics of a student’s activity, which is reflected in his digital traces. Hybridization of these digital twins into the system of constructing individual educational trajectory allows the semantic marking and weighing of the educational situation and projected content. Based on a suspended educational content and taking into account the regulatory requirements of educational standards and additional requirements of the educational organization, optimization modeling of an individual educational trajectory in its structural and meaningful context is carried out. The study of the structural features of the constructed hybrid mathematical model made it possible to determine and substantiate its rational structure.
