Les TLS matures, dont l'organisation est proche de celle d'un ganglion, sont associées à un bon pronostic dans les cancers à tumeurs solides et servent de prédicteur efficace de la réponse des patients traités par immunothérapie. Notre objectif a été d'étudier la virothérapie oncolytique comme stratégie pour induire des TLS dans le microenvironnement tumoral (TME) afin d'intensifier les réponses antitumorales.
