Abstract:
Firstly, FEA model is established to analyze strucural strength of clutch hub assembly according to the company standard and test requirements document. And then the result of FEA is obtained. During strucural strength test of clutch hub assembly, five test pieces are chosen. Bench test of it is finished with principle of work. The failure mode of all test pieces happens at welding line between clutch hub and inner tower. After the results of FEA and bench test are studied, the conclusion can be reached that simulation curves are similar to test curves. Finally the clutch hub supplies the demand of design.

The samples are used in this study were 91 questionnaires are filled based on employees and strucural officials perceptions who are directly involved in the budgeting process at KPK. The method of analysis used in processing the data using the method of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model of multiple regression equation with residual test. Dependent variable in this study is budget performance. Independent variables are external pressure, organizational commitment and internal control. The role of top manager is used as a moderating variable. The results show that the role of top managers can influence the relationship of external pressure and internal control on budget performance. External pressure, organizational commitment and internal control variables have an individual effect on budget performance with a significance <0.005.

Damage early warning is the first stage of strucutural health monitoring and damage detection. Abnormal offset of natural frequency can reflect structure in some degree of damage. Based on the probability analysis of frequency peak offset, this paper presents a parameter and corresponding method for structural damage early warning. With this method, it achieves damage early warning for a cable stayed bridge of structural health monitoring.

Abstract:
This paper is aimed at filling the gap in existing economic research by delivering new evidence on the money‑labour nexus in the emerging markets of the non‑eurozone Visegrad group countries (i.e. Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland). Analyses are based on the Strucutral VAR (SVAR) models of the monetary transmission mechanism, estimated using monthly data from the 2000:1–2014:2 period. In order to obtain impulse responses, the short‑run restrictions set, based on the monetary transmission theory, is imposed. Two different identification schemes are considered. The results confirm that there exists a nexus between monetary policy, employment, and unemployment. According to the obtained estimates monetary policy shocks invoked lagged, hump‑shaped reactions of output, employment and unemployment in each of the analysed countries.

To evaluate the earthquake resistant behavior of the nuclear island buildings of new generation PWR, in this study we formed the three dimensional finite element model of nuclear island structures ,which incluse shield building, the auxiliary building, the containment vessel, and the containment internal structures. Modal analysis was performed to to reveal the structural dynamic characteristics. And with the auumption of hard bedrock support media ,the dynamic response nanalysis of the nuclear structures under earthquake was conducted, respectively with response spectrum method and time history method. It shows that the seimic response of the strucures conform with the design level.Under the input excitations of SSE(safe shutdown earthquake) level, the iner forces and deforamtions can be well controlled in linear elasticity.

For the first time, its crystal strucure has now been established by single-crystal X-ray analysis, as the monohydrate, C22H26O7·H2O. The bicyclooctane moiety comprises fused cyclopentane and cyclohexenone rings which are almost coplanar. An intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond links the 4′-OH and 5′-OCH3groups along thecaxis.

Abstract:
Abstract The author of the present paper considered in [16] a model describing a vibrating strucure of an interfacial slip and consists of three coupled hyperbolic equations in one-dimensional bounded interval, where the dissipation is generated by either a frictional damping or an infinite memory, and it is acting only on one component. Some strong, polynomial, exponential and non exponential stability results were proved in [16] depending on the values of the parameters and the regularity of the initial data. The objective of the present paper is to compelete the study of [16] by considering this model in the whole line ℝ and under only one control given by a frictional damping or an infinite memory. When the system is controled via its second or third component (rotation angle displacement or dynamic of the slip), we show that this control alone is sufficient to stabilize our system and get different polynomial stability estimates in the L 2-norm of the solution and its higher order derivatives with respect to the space variable. The decay rate depends on the regularity of the initial data, the nature of the control and the parameters in the system. However, when the system is controled via its first component (transversal displacement), we found a new stability condition depending on the parameters in the system. This condition defines a limit between the stability and instability of the system in the sense that, when this condition is staisfied, the system is polynomially stable. Otherwise, when this condition is not satisfied, we prove that the solution does not converge to zero at all. The proofs are based on the energy method and Fourier analysis combined with judicious choices of weight functions.

Abstract:
Health is very important in life. They are many ways for life healthy such as by doing structured physical activity. Physical activity has positive effect to prevent the decrement of muscle mass. Muscle mass is important for energy, performance and metabolism regulation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the structured physical activity with the increment of muscle mass percentage on member of gymnastics studio This study is used the one group pretest postest design. The population and the sample are the member of R and K gymnastic studio in Cempaka Putih and Johar Baru with 36 people. The samples are chosen by purposive sampling. The data are collected by measuring the respondent's body with Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis on the begining and the ending of this study. The data is analyzed with t-test used Wilcoxon method. Fourteen respondents (56%) from twenty-five have their muscle mass percentage increased with the p value 0,253. There are no significant effect within the strucured physical activity and the increase of muscle mass percentage on member of gymnastics studio.

Abstract:
Abstract Funding Acknowledgements PLN Genetic Heart Disease Foundation Background Carriers of the phospholamban (PLN) R14del founder mutation may develop an arrhythmogenic and/or dilated cardiomyopathy. Overt disease is preceded by a pre-symptomatic phase of variable length in which structural abnormalities seem to be absent. Purpose We aimed to explore echocardiographic characteristics of PLN R14del mutation carriers, particularly in early disease stages. Methods We included 120 PLN R14del mutation carriers and classified them to the pre-symptomatic stage (no symptoms and no structural disease, n = 60), the arrhythmic stage (arrhythmic symptoms and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≥50%, n = 30) or the structural stage (LVEF <50%, n = 30). We included 60 healthy control subjects who were age- and gender matched with pre-symptomatic mutation carriers. All subjects underwent comprehensive echocardiographic analysis, including deformation imaging. Results Values are provided in the abstract table. Patients in the structural stage had significantly impaired left/right ventricular (LV/RV) function and increased LV/RV size when compared to the other mutation carriers (p < 0.001). In the pre-symptomatic and arrhythmic stage, LV function and volumes did not differ significantly from controls by conventional measurements. However, LV global longitudinal strain (GLS) and LV mechanical dispersion (MD) were already significantly impaired in the pre-symptomatic and arrhythmic stage when compared to controls (p < 0.001). RV function by conventional measurements was lower in arrhythmic subjects than in controls (p = 0.016). A strong linear correlation was found between LV GLS and RV GLS (r = 0.8, p < 0.001). Conclusion Echocardiographic deformation imaging reveals biventricular mechanical alterations in PLN R14del mutation carriers before arrhythmic symptoms and overt structural disease. Longitudinal studies are needed to determine the incremental prognostic value of these findings.
