Abstract:
Learning outcomes are used to express what learners are expected to achieve and how they are expected to demonstrate that achievement. This article presents a summary of developments in curriculum design in higher education in recent decades and, drawing on recent practical experience, suggests a user-friendly methodology for writing modules, courses and programmes in terms of learning. In higher education, learning outcomes are the specifications of what a student should learn and demonstrate, on successful completion of the course or the programme. It can also be seen as the desired outcome of the learning process in terms of acquisition of the skills and knowledge. They are embedded in the curriculum. Achieving learning outcomes needs specific experiences to be provided to the students and evaluation of their attainment. A programme without stated learning objectives and outcomes that are not evaluated or assessed gets neglected in implementation. Hence all the stated learning outcomes must be part of the evaluation protocol of the programme. Student assessment provides an indication of the areas where learning has happened and where it has to be improved upon. In this paper, Issues like the clearly stated learning outcomes of the details on how the students and staff are made aware of these, institutional efforts to monitor and communicate the progress and performance of students throughout the duration of the course/programme, and the analysis of the students results/achievements to see the differences if any, patterns of achievement across the programmes/courses offered, structure of the teaching, learning and assessment strategies of the institution to facilitate the achievement of the intended learning outcomes, and the measures/initiatives taken up by the institution to enhance the social and economic relevance of the courses offered are discussed. The institutions effort to collect and analyse data on student learning outcomes and use it for planning and overcoming barriers of learning, institution and individual teachers use assessment/evaluation as an indicator for evaluating student performance, achievement of learning objectives and planning, and other relevant information regarding teaching-learning and evaluation are also discussed.

Abstract:
Student behavior is very influential on the achievement of learning outcomes because learning is adding and acquiring a certain amount of knowledge. Learning outcomes are generally defined as the relationship between learners and the surrounding system during the course of the schooling process, which leads to behavior change in the areas of cognition, behavior, and skills, which are represented by symbols or numbers. The research conducted focuses on analyzing the relationship or correlation between learning behavior and learning outcomes of elementary school students in Banten Province. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship or correlation between learning behavior and learning outcomes of elementary school students in Banten Province. Data collection techniques were obtained using a learning behavior questionnaire and observation of student learning outcomes. Sampling was carried out using simple random sampling technique in three elementary schools in Banten Province, which amounted to a sample of 90 students. The study results showed that the average value of student learning outcomes was 83.60. Prerequisite testing, normality test is done by normal probability plot test which is quite effective to detect a normally distributed research or not. According to the test, the data is normally distributed because the points on the diagram always follow and approach the diagonal. The significance value of the learning behavior variable and the learning outcome variable is 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05, so there is a correlation between the variable learning behavior and the learning outcomes of students. The test results show that there is a significant relationship or correlation between the learning behavior variable and student learning outcomes.

Abstract:
The low learning outcomes at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Waiselang are one of the results of unattractive learning methods. This is caused by the lack of student involvement in the learning process in class, due to the dominant role of educators in the learning process. Apart from these factors, educators still use conventional learning models, so that the achievement of student learning outcomes is low. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to apply a problem-based learning that is oriented towards solving concrete problems so that student learning outcomes increase. The study used descriptive analysis to determine students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle there were no students who passed with an average student score of 65 in the sufficient category. In cycle I, student completeness reached 80.95% and the average student score was at a very good level. Meanwhile, in cycle II, student learning completeness increased significantly to 85.71% with an average student score at a very good level. With a classical completeness score of 85.71%, 85% of classical learning completeness is fulfilled so that the research is not continued in the next cycle. The application of Problem based learning can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract:
This study focuses on addressing the issue of low engagement and participation among honors-level students in the traditional classroom setting of colleges affiliated with the National University of Bangladesh. The Professional Learning Community (PLC) formed a team of five members from different disciplines to implement an instructional intervention using the Flipped Classroom (FC) method. The FC method involves providing students with class materials before class, allowing them to prepare and engage in various activities during class time. The study aimed to observe and record students’ attitudes and behaviors in both traditional and flipped classrooms and assess their engagement and participation using a Likert scale. The intervention was conducted in four colleges, targeting first-year honors students. The results indicated a significant increase in the number of students actively participating in the classes compared to the traditional lecture-based approach. The FC method promoted active learning, critical thinking, and application of knowledge through hands-on activities and assignments. The use of digital tools, such as Kahoot and Padlet, enhanced the learning experience. The study highlights the instructional issue of low student participation and confidence, leading to unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The FC method is proposed as an effective pedagogical approach to address this issue by transforming the role of students from passive learners to active participants and making teachers facilitators of learning. The study concludes that the FC method improves student engagement, participation, and overall learning outcomes. The findings provide insights into the effectiveness of blended learning strategies in higher education contexts.

Abstract:
This paper aims to demonstrate how assessment tasks can function within an outcomes-based learning framework to evaluate student attainment of learning outcomes. An outcomes-based learning framework designed to integrate teaching, learning, and assessment activities was developed and implemented in a master-level course. The assessment instruments for this course were designed together to form a deliberate, balanced, and practical approach to evaluating student attainment of learning outcomes within the outcomes-based learning initiative. Direct evidence of student learning was derived through analysis of student results in assessment tasks constructively aligned with intended outcomes of learning. Student feedback provided indirect evidence of student attainment of learning outcomes and confirmed the effectiveness of the learning approach implemented in the course under investigation. Results of the direct assessment instruments were, generally, consistent with the student self-perception confirming achievement of learning outcomes. Students tended, however, to overestimate the level of attainment of learning outcomes. Results of the present study are anticipated to assist educators and researchers to efficiently and effectively implement and evaluate outcomes-based learning in higher education thus improving educational quality and student learning.

Abstract:
The aim of the study is to determine the impact of online learning activities on learning outcomes of students who participated in the blended learning course, focusing specifically on skill-based courses. The learning outcomes or results of a learner are usually measured by scores, knowledge or skills gained in the course. In blended learning courses, the learning outcomes can be assessed according to many criteria. In this study, interactive activities such as teacher–student interaction, student–student interaction, student–content interaction and student–technology interaction are considered. Undergraduate students participated in the blended learning course in which formative assessment was used to evaluate student learning outcomes by the combination of different learning activities through a learning management system. The quantitative results obtained by using regression analysis of data from the system showed that the students who effectively interacted with learning activities in the course have better results. Quantitative analytical results indicated that student–student interaction has a greater impact on student learning outcomes. These learning activities are used for interactive activities as suggestions for teachers to design and implement learning activities for blended learning courses.

Abstract:
This research is motivated by the fact in the field that the fourth-grade students' mathematics learning outcomes are still low in Public Elementery School 16 Bengkulu City. This is presumably, the lack of application of demonstration methods and student activeness towards student learning outcomes. On this basis, this study is focused on discussing mathematics learning using demonstration methods. The problem of this research is the low student learning outcomes and the students' lack of understanding of the broad and perimeter material. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of demonstration methods and student activeness on mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 16 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative study with an experimental method approach. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used the t test. The result of this research is the demonstration method and student activeness have a significant effect. So it can be concluded that the higher the student's activity, the higher the learning outcomes and the demonstration method as well as the learning outcomes, which means that the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, that is, there are differences in student activeness in the control and experimental classes.
