Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine the influence of service quality and university image on student satisfaction and student loyalty. Design/methodology/approach This study employed a set of survey instrument adapted from previous studies. The construct of the service quality consisted of 12 indicators, one of which was originally designed by the researcher, and the rest were adapted from other researchers. For the construct of university image, there were five indicators, while the rest were designed by the researcher. There were six indicators of construct student satisfaction, while the other three were designed by the researcher. Lastly, the construct student loyalty consisted of five indicators, three of which were originally designed by the researcher. All of those constructs used seven-point Likert scale scoring, which ranged from 1= strongly disagree to 7= strongly agree. Findings The findings of this study are as follows: the result of the data analysis has confirmed the existence of a positive and significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty, there is no positive or significant influence of service quality on student loyalty, and university image has a positive and significant influence on both student satisfaction and student loyalty. Originality/value The originality of this study has been confirmed, considering the fact that only few studies on service quality in education field were conducted. In this study, researchers were interested in developing the service quality based on five dimensions. This model have been applied by a number of researchers. Unfortunately, some other researchers showed their disagreements upon the use of only these five dimensions in the research in the field of education, and they suggested that more appropriate dimensions should be applied.

Anxiety is one of the individual characteristics of the people. Anxiety is described as an uncontrollable state that can make the language learning situation problematic and stressful. Then, English speaking skill is very important for people interaction where people almost speak everywhere and every day through English. Speaking is one way to communicate ideas and thought a feeling and expression orally. The researcher is curious about its connection. That is why the researcher would like to find the corellation between student’s anxiety and student’s speaking skill especially for students of English education Department of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The subject of this research is the students of English Education Departmen of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo from semester II until VI with number of 52 Students. The researcher took all of the students as the sample of this research because the population is less than 100 people. The research was started on 5th June, 2017 until 19th June, 2017. The research used two instruments in collecting data, they were; speaking anxiety questionnaire and student achievement. Besides that, the researcher used the quantitative technique to analyze the data. Based on the result of this research, the score showed that there is significant correlation between variable X as the student anxiety and variable Y as the student speaking skill. It means that if the anxiety level of the student is high, the speaking of the students also low. Where the student feel worry, nervous, self-doubt, and unconfident when the student try to speaking with English in front of their friends, partner or in front of class. While, if the anxiety level of the studenr is low, the speaking of the student is high or good. Where the student when try to speak with English, they show the optimistic aptitude, good confident and feel enjoyful. Finally, the researcher gives suggestion that the students who want to increase their speaking skill, need to hold down their anxiety feelings with always practice and practice their speaking. Last, the researcher hopes that the result of this study will be useful for the next researcher.

Abstract:
In this study, we address how student teachers can facilitate democratic engagement in school. The demo-cratic engagement is seen through the lenses of an increasingly digital world through which both teachers and children live in. 42 third-year student teachers systematically prepared to use social media as an illus-trative pedagogical tool in their practice placement period. By using the notions of “thin” and “thick” de-mocracy, we are analyzing student teachers’ understanding of democracy and democratic engagement. Our findings suggest that the students view democracy in a thin way, and this lack of democratic competence may influence their classroom practices as future teachers. The Council of Europe’s Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture was used to analyse the student teachers’ competence to connect the use of social media as a digital and pedagogical tool in promoting democratic engagement. The findings disclose that students vary in their capacity to make use of social media when promoting democratic en-gagement. In our closing discussion, we argue that these results, primarily, pose serious challenges for teacher education.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to determine the different types of resources, regarding the thinking styles, used by mathematics teachers to create an a-didactical situation using a video-game from an essential resource. In this research embedded mixed method was used. Participants were ten teacher-student-researchers, studying at the master degree program at a university in Turkey. The data obtained is analyzed regarding thematic analysis and descriptive statistic. The assignments were analysed in three categories; teacher resources, student resources, and researcher resources. It was found that assignments were used two types of resources, namely "teacher resources" and "student resources". There were no assignments that used "researcher resources. Also, it was also found that the legislative forms, hierarchic and monarchic forms, local levels, external scopes and liberal leanings were dominant among the students. It is suggested to increase the work to put forward the researcher identities in teacher-students’ education at the Universities.

The purpose of this study was to compare students’ and teachers’ perceptions of differentiated practices, student engagement, and the qualities of an effective teacher by fostering student voice. Participants included 802 students and 867 teachers from Northern Sydney government schools in Australia. The researcher used a convergent parallel mixed methods design, including online questionnaires and face-to-face interviews. Years 5 to 12 gifted students ( n = 38) from four schools acted as co-researchers at the methodological level. The student co-researchers co-designed and disseminated the student survey, and interviewed their own teachers. Significant differences were found between the students’ and the teachers’ perceptions of differentiated practices, student engagement, and the qualities of an effective teacher. The study’s findings highlight the need for a shared understanding of perspectives by both teachers and students to foster schoolwide optimal learning and teaching processes.

Doctoral education is one of the primary resources for the development and implementation of new knowledge and innovation across the Europe. Therefore, the implementation of doctoral studies and preparation and training of junior academics and researchers are seen as one of the main aims and missions of the University. Doctoral studies differ from other study levels in principle as they accentuate students’ distinguished autonomy and independency when the scientific supervisor is mentor and assistant more than a knowledge provider and student is taking more responsibility to become an independent researcher. This article presents short theoretical overview of different roles of scientific supervisor and results of in-depth interviews with doctoral students that reveal experiences of collaboration with supervisors as well as their roles that appear during the doctoral study process. Research results revealed that when collaborating with doctoral students, supervisors get involved mainly in activities that are directly related to preparation of doctoral thesis, i.e. provide consultations on research topic development, encourage students to be critical about their own work and search for new insights or perspectives, and generate new ideas together with doctoral student. However, according to the research results, supervisor’s roles in other organisational issues are less relevant, especially when talking about enculturation, where supervisor is expected to help doctoral student to integrate into local and public academic society, join international associations or research groups or have consultations with experts from the research field.

The purpose of this study is to describe the design and implementation of the use of learning with the method of picture and picture on the subjects of Al-Quran and Hadist curriculum 2013. The research method used is the mix-method, which consists of two stages. In the first stage the design of learning is carried out and the second stage of the implementation. The data collection tool used is the observation and test sheets. The results of the study can be concluded (1) the application of picture and picture learning is effective in increasing student activity and student learning outcomes. (2) The process of successful learning with picture and picture is caused by (a). The researcher shared pictures of the verses of the Koran and Hadiths that were made attracting students' attention; (b). After that, the researcher instructs students to answer questions from the researcher by pointing to the picture the teacher has given; c). Teachers and researchers supervise students well so that they are orderly and calm; d). If you can answer the question by showing the picture given time to discuss; e). The researcher asks the students to read the results in front of the class.

Qualitative research, in the methods employed and topics explored, is emotionally demanding. While it is common for ethics protocols to protect research participants from emotional distress, the personal impact of emotional work on the researcher can often go unaddressed. Qualitative researchers, in particular graduate student researchers studying sensitive topics, are at risk of psychological effects. It is unclear, however, how this impact on the researcher is discussed in graduate student work and/or the steps taken to address this risk. To provide an overview of how impact on the researcher is considered in Canadian graduate student research, a comprehensive scoping review of dissertations was conducted. Less than 5% ( n = 11) of dissertations reviewed included a plan to mitigate psychological risk to the researcher—suggesting a need for further guidance on minimizing risk of emotional distress. The application of trauma and violence-informed principles to graduate supervision policy and practice is discussed as a promising harm mitigation strategy.

The lack of analytical, critical and creative attitudes occurs because of the mindset of students or their teaching staff. This explanation is the basis for why researchers try to study with the aim of making a Comparative Study Model for Research Methodology Courses in Improving Student Competencies to Arrange Final Projects in PTS (Private Universities) in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas Districts. The research population of 5,604 students spread across well-known private Universities in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas District, researchers took a sample of 1%, with a uniform distribution. The researcher uses the frequency crosstab analysis (cross percentage), for the comparative type the researcher uses the technique of One Sample T Test, Independent Sample T Test, and One Way Anova. Research results (1) There are differences in each PTS in the application of learning models in general; (2) There is no difference in each PTS in the application of specific learning models, both the parametric approach model and the micromorph approach model; (3) There are differences in student competencies in each in terms of physical competence; and (4) There are no differences in student competencies in each in terms of intellectual competence; personal; social; and spiritual.

Aim/Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine tough-love mentoring theory (TLM) as a potential way to address the problem of low graduation rates among doctoral students. Background: In order to address this purpose, the researcher presents the following: a) a validation study for assessment tools pertaining to TLM and b) a validation study of TLM theory and its two sub-theories: mentor integrity and trustworthiness sub-theory (MIT) and the mentor high standards sub-theory (MHS). Methodology: The researcher tested the validity of the mentor integrity and trustworthiness scale from the protégés’ perspective (MIT-P), the mentor high standards scale from the protégés’ perspective (MHS-P) and the protégés’ perceptions of their own independence (PPI) scale. The sample consisted of 31 doctoral protégés recruited with multi-phase sampling at four education-related doctoral programs in the eastern part of the United States. Contribution: The study provides evidence to support TLM as a strategy to address the problem of low graduation rates among doctoral students. In addition, the study contributes validation of assessment tools that can be used to measure doctoral protégés’ perceptions of their mentors. Findings: For each scale, the data show acceptable levels of internal consistency and evidence of content validity. The data are consistent with the TLM theory and its two sub-theories. The unique contribution of the current study is that it draws from the protégés’ perspective. Recommendations for Practitioners: The researcher presents a) strategies protégés can use to find trustworthy mentors with high standards and b) strategies program administrators can use for professional development of doctoral mentors. The researcher also provides the Right Angle Research Alignment (RARA) table to help protégés organize and manage the research methods section of their dissertation. Recommendation for Researchers: It is recommended that researchers use experimental methods to test TLM theory and the sub-theories, MIT and MHS. Impact on Society: This theory may be useful in business and in the arts and in other teaching relationships such as coaching and tutoring. The researcher encourages scholars to test TLM theory in these other contexts. Future Research: Further research questions that arise from this study are as follows: How can protégés find mentors who have high standards and who are trustworthy? What can doctoral program administrators do to help mentors develop high standards and trustworthiness?

This paper discusses smart learning improves student participation. The transmission of COVID-19 affects the lives of everyone in Malaysia. Many hope that life will return to normal. The objective of the study was to identify several ways of online learning for students especially stay at home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Researchers use narrative literature studies to illustrate the current state of art and science in the field of research focused. Researcher used narrative literature reviews to build a scientific base of knowledge. Researcher gather all the key points in the discussion, and put it here by referring to the specific field where the paper is essentially based. The findings show that the parents certainly require their children to be able to resume school after closed since mid-March 2020 which affect the learning process of 4.9 million students nationwide. The Ministry of Education (MOE) learning activities are still running as usual with teachers advised to find the best method. These are students who strive to learn remotely online and use electronic equipment (e-learning). The reality is, the e-learning situation is very different from the daily school routine.

 1-the study confirmed that the first responsible to find solution for the phenomenon of student violence in Sudanese higher institutions is the deanship of students affairs and it is working to educate the student about the important of practicing democracy and dialogue values , the study proved that one of the main reason causes student violence is political organizations and their activities and the student themselves and their unconscious involvement in political works in universities according to the vision of their political parties.
 The most important recommendations:-the public relations should work closely with the deanship of students affairs to instill the values of fellowship, brotherhood ,love, tolerance and friendship among students, activate the role of the public relations department in the Sudanese universities and give it greater power so that it can participate the senior management in decision making, and it must be the first responsible to provide solution to solve students violence the PRs must train the university guards and define their roles and tasks accurately because they are so close to the students.

Purpose of the Study: The reforms occurred in foreign and domestic education systems over the past decades and the focus on humanistic, student-centered, and developing educational technologies have changed attitudes towards students exhibiting extraordinary abilities. Educational institutions, educational and social programs, public organizations, and foundations have emerged, which have identification, training, and development of gifted students as their main goal. Nowadays, working with gifted students appears to be an important and prioritized educational policy worldwide. The purpose of the article is to identify a new type of teacher-researcher who will be able to work with gifted students and analyze his or her professional skills.
 Methodology: The leading approach to the study of this problem is a method of historical and logical analysis of regulatory documents of foreign governments and research papers of leading scientists dealing with gifted education issues.
 Results: The main results of the study are identifying the teachers’ professional and personal positions to work with gifted students and revealing the pedagogical conditions to create educational environment for the development of students' talent. The readiness of a teacher to work with gifted students has been considered.
 Applications: The authors focus on the specifics of working with gifted students as well as on the analysis of problems of gifted students’ education in different countries.
 Novelty: The article can be useful for professors, teachers, students, and readers who are interested in the problems of gifted students' education.

This researcher aims to determine the factors that influence the Continuing Study Interest to University Students Vocational High School Number 2 Pariaman. The population in researcher is student on class XII Acounting Vocational High School Number 2 Pariaman Academic Year 2019/2020 amounted 107 students. This researcher used proportional random sampling with 85 students as sample. Data collection technique used questionnaire and processing with SPSS program version 21. The result of researcher are Income of Parent don’t Influential to Interest Continuing Study to University and Achievement of Study Influential to Interest Continuing Study to Universitas in Student Class XII Acounting Vocational High School Number 2 Pariaman. Abstract:
This research aimed at analyzing translation accuray of student translation between the source language (SL) in Bahasa and target language (TL) in English and finding out the translation process used by student at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The object of this research is 6th Grade Student at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The researcher focuses on the accuracy of student translation results in range accurate, less accurate and inaccurate based on Accurate Translation Rate proposed by Nababan (2012). The researcher also analyzes the translation process based on Nida and Taber’s theory (1969). In conclusion, researcher found that the accuracy of translation is rated by a lecturer of English Education Study Program of Teachers Training and Education Faculty of Muhammadiyah Tangerang with the results 83,1% translations are accurate, 15,3% translations are less accurate and 1,6.% translation are inaccurate. While, the researcher found that most of translation process used by students is non sequentially process (71%), and the sequentially process is 29%.

Abstract:
To investigate instructional planning strategies that impact student improvement in argumentative writing, the teacher-researcher implemented an Integrated Writing intervention in a seventh-grade urban school classroom to impact student writing, student feedback, and teacher reflection. Utilizing a mixed-methods Action Research study, the teacher-researcher collected qualitative and quantitative data during two 4-week instructional units utilizing a blogging site. Two iterations of data were analyzed for the inclusion of cognitive complexity. This study showed the effectiveness of using the Integrated Writing intervention in promoting students’ ability to write effective cognitively complex arguments.

This research aimed to describe the students’ difficulties in writing Hortatory Exposition Text and describe the students’ scores in writing Hortatory Exposition Text. The research was descriptive qualitative research. It was conducted at the first semester of Public Administration Study Program of the faculty of Social and Political Science Universitas B. The population of this research was 40 students of the first semester of Public Administration Study Program of the Faculty of Social and Political Science Universitas B. Simple random sampling was applied to select the sample. The researcher took 3 participants consisting of one low, one medium, and one high student based on English language proficiency level. In collecting the data, the researcher used test, observation, and interview. In analyzing the data, the researcher used a flow model. The result of the research showed that the low-level student (PE) got the lowest score, and the high-level student (JN) got the highest score. In addition, the aspects of writing the students had the most difficulties in were organization, unity, coherence, sentences, and paragraphs.

Abstract:
Abstrak: The purpose of this study is to describe the application of guided discovery method that can improve student learning outcomes VII A grade SMPN 18 Palu on the material connection between lines and angles. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR). The research design refers to the research design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consists of four components: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data with data collection techniques are observation, interviews, field notes and tests. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that the application of guided discovery learning methods can improve student learning outcomes by following the steps of guided discovery methods are: 1) the formulation of the problem, the researcher explains the subject matter regarding the relationship between lines and angles, the researcher distributes student activity sheet which contains questions concerning the material relations between lines and angles that must be completed by students. 2) data processing and constructing conjectures, students process data in the student activity sheet and arrange conjectures. 3) Examining the conjecture, the researcher examines the conjectures that have been prepared by students and provides guidance as needed if there is an error in compiling the conjecture. 4) verbalizing the conjecture, student representatives from each group present the results of the conjecture obtained and the researcher guides students to make correct conclusions about the material relations between lines and angles. 5) feedback, giving practice questions about the material of relationships between lines and angles to students. The results of this study indicate that classical learning completeness students in the cycle I is 50% and increased in the cycle II is 77%.

Previous studies on international students have helped identify issues that explain these students’ intercultural identities in relation to the learning in English-medium contexts. Scholarly attention has attached importance to the ‘results’ or the ‘process’ of the identity movements in the context of international education. Little attention has been paid to the conversations on the epistemology and theoretical framework that educational researchers have been using. This study is a response to Dervin’s plea (2011) for a change for the qualitative studies on international students’ interculturality. With a Post-structuralist Bourdieuian thinking, I demonstrated how analyzing and providing the researcher’s positionality enhance the understanding towards the unspoken data and its analysis especially for the studies on international students’ identities.

From the three studies above it can be concluded In the learning process still found 15 students from 30 students who have difficulty in communicating, so it is very influential in the participation and achievement of students learning. To solve the problem, it is by using a learning method that requires students to be actively communicating, dare to express opinions. The problem that is examined in this research is how the form of teacher communication with the students occurs

 This autoethnographic piece traces how two researchers continually negotiate their privileges, successes, insecurities, challenges, and (non)disabled identities in the neoliberal academy. We interrogate the co-constitution of identity of (1) a mentally disabled researcher and graduate student who researches madness in the midst of dealing with his own struggles maintaining a professional identity and repairing a fractured self; (2) a non-disabled doctoral student who has found academic success, but has had his life stalled multiple times by significant mental health challenges. We propose the concept of the privileged (non)disabled self to capture how researchers become entangled in permanent or temporal disabilities while simultaneously negotiating their accomplishments. We encourage researchers not to sideline their reflections on privilege and disability as irrelevant, but continually examine their identities in order to reveal potential avenues for emancipation.

This research is motivated by the low self-concept of students which is characterized by a lack of student confidence in themselves and low motivation to learn in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept on student learning motivation in social studies. The research method used is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The research respondents were 50 high school students of SMA Negeri 7 Merangin. Data collection by researchers is done by questionnaire or questionnaire. Trials on the research instrument of the researcher are validity and reliability testing. The test for classical assumptions using the normality test and Linearity test with the help of SPPS application 20. The results showed that students' self-concepts have a significant influence on student motivation which is shown in the regression coefficient of 0.728 and the R Square coefficient of 0.403 is terminated.

The purpose of this study is to know the students’ process in formulating research question in writing 4 (proposal) and also to know their reason why they choose that steps in formulating research question. This study used qualitative design and chooses descriptive methods to describe the data in this study. The researcher used interview guidelines gained the data through semi structured interview. This study used all of students in English Teacher Education Department in academic years 2012. The numbers of students in this study are 80 students. After gained the data from interview, the researcher used coding to classify the data, then used theory to assess whether the students’ process in formulating research question is appropriate with the theory or not. The result shows that there are 7 types in formulating research question (from title, problem, journal, thesis, issue, topic and consulting to their lecturer). From each type, the researchers conclude that there was some students just follow 1 step in good process of formulating research question. There was one student just follow the first step (choose an interesting topic) in formulating research question. The others, just follow the second step (Do some preliminary research in your general topic). There was no student used all of good process in formulating research question. So the researchers conclude that there was no students at English Teacher Education Department Students follow good process in formulating research question.

This research is based on the low interest in student learning towards teaching and learning activities through online. Because there is a limited knowledge of students who are not sensitive to technology and information, some students complain because of the difficulty in accessing this online learning. Even so, there are several learning applications that are free, but because of the low interest in students learning about learning applications and because of a lack of understanding of how to use them, here the researchers conducted student observations of online learning via WhatsApp. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the increase in online learning via WhatsApp on student interest in learning. This research is a collaborative classroom action research between the researcher, the teacher as the subject giving action and the students as the recipient of the action. This research was conducted at MA Hasannah in class X MIPA, with 13 students. The data collection method used by researchers is in the form of filling out a questionnaire using google form, while the research instrument is the questions that are presented on the questionnaire filling sheet on the google form. In this study it can be concluded that there is low student interest in online learning so that it affects student learning outcomes, so the solution is to use the WhatsApp application in online learning.

Since language as a communication tool, that’s why information structure is really important in language system and in the communication process. This research is aimed to find out the pattern of information structure in junior high school students, in one of junior high school in the private school in Semarang. The researcher focused on informal and conversations between student-student and teacher-student or student-teacher. The researcher got thirty six conversations of informal and formal conversations. This was a qualitative research and the researcher focused on Topic and Focus of each conversations, since topic and focus are important constructions in giving the information or constructing the sentence. As the result, in formal conversation, both of speakers (teacher or students) tended to eliminate the subject, or the TOPIC (47 %), while only 33 % of eliminating the predicate or the FOCUS, and the rest is only 20% showed that there was no any elimination in the conversations. Meanwhile, in the informal conversation, both of speakers (teacher or students) tended to eliminate the subject, or the TOPIC (60%), while only 27% of eliminating the predicate or the FOCUS, and the rest is only 13% showed that there was no any elimination in the conversations.

Abstract:
It is important to start learning mathematic with concept of calculation naturally through playing. So that, the young learners are able to find examine and explain the mathematic concept throught their daily activities. The researcher conducted a classroom action research in group B at AisyiyahBustanulAthfal 3 Kindergarten to improve student’ ability in understanding concept of calculation through task-based learning method. The researcher applied two cycles with four stages; planning; implementation, observation and reflection. Seventeen students were also involved as the research subject. To collect the data, the researcher employed observation sheet and student activity sheet. The data was analyzed through the increasing average score. It can be proved from the first cycle, students’ ability developed very well at 32%, developed as expected at 58,5%, and started to developed at 30,28%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, 53,8% students developed very well, 32,3% developed as expected and 15% started to developed. Based on the calculation of percentages in cycle 1 and 2, the average percentage in cycle 1 was 35,1% and cycle 2 was 83,7%. In brief, the task-based learning has effectively increased students’ ability in understanding concept of calculation with learning topic “myself” and improved student’ learning activities.

The National Exam of 2019 is still one of the absorbed issues to discuss. The researcher brings the issue up because in a couple of years there might be no more National Exam since the new minister is more likely to believe that Exams are conventional so the issue of abolishing it is heating up again. The National Exam has become a standard evaluation made by the government for every school level. The English exam is an English proficiency test for students. Yet, the test consists of listening and reading comprehension only. The objectives of the study are to find out whether the questions tested are appropriate with the qualifications, criteria, and the goals of each competence. Then, the researcher analyzed the error of each question. The researchers applied the general method in assessing the English test referring to the Hakuta and Jacks (2009) guidelines. The researcher applied descriptive qualitative as the research design. The test is focused more on cognitive skills, especially in reading skills. The students are taught all four language skills in schools and are expected to be superior to all of them at least. The researcher finds some errors in the test such as the test directions are unclear. Then, the questions are compiled disorderly and the amount of questions for each language competence is not equal. The test is not appropriate with the language learning objectives and so does with the language mastery demands.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of student-centered listening-speaking activities developed by the researcher on Turkish listening and speaking skills of bilingual Arabian students. In the study, control group experimental design was applied. The subjects were a group of Arabianic 6th graders at a secondary school in Bitlis, Turkey. Students in the experimental group (n=20) were given a total of 24 hours of training which took 12 weeks for 2 hours per week in the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, utilizing listening-speaking training activities developed by the researcher. On the other hand in the control group (n=18), training was provided in accordance with the education curriculum of the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) within the specified period. Listening Skills Self-Assessment Scale (LSSAS) and Turkish Speaking Skills Scale (TSSS) were used to collect pretest and post-test data. The Listening Skills Self-Assessment Scale (LSSAS), was completed by the students in the pre/posttest. The Turkish Speaking Skills Scale (LSSS) was completed by the researchers in the pretest and post-test while the students were making their speech. Based on the results of independent samples t-test, it was concluded that the listening-speaking training carried out with the student-centered activities positively affected the Turkish speaking and listening skills of the bilingual Arabian students.
