Lobular capillary hemangioma is a benign lesion of the skin and mucous membranes. Subcutaneous lobular capillary hemangioma presents as a deeper nodule. Lack of the characteristic surface changes of this subtype of lobular capillary hemangioma makes the clinical diagnosis challenging. We describe clinical, radiologic, and histological features of a subcutaneous lobular capillary hemangioma tissue presenting as a facial mass in a 12-year-old male. The mass was a firm, nontender, immobile, subcutaneous nodule, with no color change of the overlying skin. CT imaging documented a hyperdense and non

The patient was referred to our department because a subdural hematoma was suspected on the MRI scan of the head taken at a brain checkup. However, a few months after the initial visit, headache localized around the bruised area began to appear. Since the headache symptoms did not improve, he returned to our department and contrast-enhanced MRI was performed again. Introduction: Deviations from normal fetal growth are associated with abnormal neonatal fat distribution and predispose to lifetime obesity. Factors affecting fetal growth include maternal obesity. Recent evidence suggests that maternal visceral obesity negatively affects fetal fat composition and fetal obstetric outcomes. However, there is a dearth of research investigating the relationship between maternal visceral adiposity and fetal fat composition throughout pregnancy.
