Full textCette thèse est une analyse narrative provenant d'un certain nombre de sites Web traitant de « troubles pro-alimentaires ». Ce qui est démontré est la nécessité de veiller à la contextualisation, au déroulement et la nature métaphorique de leurs expressions de soi, de l'appréciation et de l'exploration qui est abrégé dans les lectures courantes de cette communauté. Ce dernier, informé par certaines hypothèses problématiques psychiatriques, surplombe la complexité et l'hétérogénéité actuelle au sein de ces sites, et du même coup, freine les comprehensions. Au lieu d'utiliser un cadre pathologique pour interpréter les comptes rendus subjectifs, ce projet se prête aux développements à l'intérieur des approches narratives et comprend la constitution des concepts et stratégies ethnographiques, phénoménologiques, herméneutiques et littéraires. En particulier, une attention particulière est accordée à la façon dont les individus s'engagent en manipulant de façon créative avec des discours psychiatriques et alternatifs et resources symboliques, afin de pouvoir comprendre leur prise de troubles alimentaires, leur guérison et leur communauté. Employant de tels moyens d'enquête donne des perspectives potentiellement riches dans la raison de leur détresse, le sens de leurs actions et la manière dont les discours dominants et non-dominants se répercutent sur eux. En plus d'enrichir notre compréhension des vécus de ceux souffrant de troubles alimentaires, les limitations et les dangers des tendances réductrices et objectivantes dans les approches courantes sont démontrés. La possibilité qui en découlent pour l'élargissement sur, et une évaluation critique, de nos conceptions et nos associés des réponses thérapeutiques réaffirme la nécessité d'une approche ouverte et interdisciplinaire envers la maladie mentale et le bien-être.

Full textStroke är en vanlig sjukdom med stor risk för allvarliga funktionsnedsättningar efter att ha blivit drabbad. Livet kan bli annorlunda efter en stroke och känslorna i samband med detta kan vara svåra att hantera. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa den känslomässiga upplevelsen av att drabbas av stroke Metod: Litteraturstudie med kvalitativ ansats. Genom att ha utgått ifrån att studera kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar enligt Evans beskrivning av innehållsanalys. Resultat: Fyra teman visar sig; Ensamhet, tillit, hopplöshet och hälsohinder. Utifrån dessa framkommer 8 subteman; Rädsla, utanförskap, stöd, arbete, sorg, ilska, kamp och prestationsångest. Slutsats: Det finns en brist inom vården för hur man skall bemöta människor som drabbats av en stroke och hur man skall ta sig an de olika känslor som kommer med insjuknandet. Det är tydligt att det behövs mer kunskap inom detta område så att vården kan ge adekvat hjälp till de drabbade, som tiden efter insjuknandet upplever en stor oro inför framtiden.

Full textThe debate regarding working questions is one of a great interest in the academic environment, turned into a multidisciplinary theme that brings issues still far from being solved. In this context the managers’ work rise like a vast theme once these professionals are inserted in the contemporary work scenario, with all its challenges, and at the same time experience the contradictions of a position that allows them to order, but also requires them to obey. Thus this research, a qualitative one, approaches the theme of psychic suffering and pleasure present in this group’s work, putting aside the glamour that covers command positions and giving them voice to talk about their work contents, about the relations involved in their professional routine and about the role that work represents in their life. The results indicate a great demand for autonomy and recognition, the resentment for the too much time dedicated to work and, as a consequence, the unbalance between personal and professional life, and call the attention for the importance of the interpersonal relations at work as a factor that can make it tend to a negative or a positive experience.

Full textO trabalho dos motoboys tem ganhado espaÃo na contemporaneidade pela agilidade desses profissionais em realizar serviÃos em tempo reduzido â o que os torna indispensÃveis quando deles se necessita. Em contrapartida, esses trabalhadores sÃo rotulados de irresponsÃveis em virtude dos riscos a que se expÃem. Por isso, tÃm uma imagem negativa para a maioria dos atores do trÃnsito. Considerando, pois, que os motoboys se encontram sob condiÃÃes laborais precarizadas, trabalhando na informalidade e submetendo-se a riscos constantes, o presente estudo buscou compreender a relaÃÃo entre essa situaÃÃo de precarizaÃÃo laboral vivenciada por esses profissionais e os riscos de acidentes e de violÃncia a que estÃo expostos, assim como as conseqÃÃncias desse cenÃrio para esses trabalhadores e as estratÃgias que desenvolvem para permanecer na ocupaÃÃo. Para isso, foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com cinco motoboys de Fortaleza (CE), seguindo o paradigma qualitativo. Posteriormente, os dados foram analisados a partir da AnÃlise de ConteÃdo TemÃtica. Foi possÃvel perceber que a organizaÃÃo do trabalho està diretamente relacionada aos riscos a que os motoboys estÃo submetidos em seu cotidiano. Essa organizaÃÃo laboral provoca um aumento de pressÃo sobre esses profissionais, jà que, visando à reduÃÃo de tempo na realizaÃÃo das atividades, faz com que os trabalhadores conduzam suas motocicletas em velocidade elevada, muitas vezes infringindo as leis de trÃnsito. O trabalho por produÃÃo, uma vez que nÃo hà salÃrio fixo, tambÃm à outro fator que potencializa os riscos de acidentes no trabalho dos motoboys, que aceleram suas motos para aumentar a renda e garantir a subsistÃncia. A violÃncia urbana à outro relevante elemento de risco para os motoboys, causando-lhes medo e obrigando-os a desenvolverem estratÃgias de defesa para continuarem na profissÃo.
Contemporaneously, motorcycle delivery workers â also known as motoboys â have become popular due to their capacity of accomplishing tasks in a short period of time. Nonetheless, because of the risks the motoboys accept to take, they have been labeled as irresponsible riders by drivers and pedestrians. Hence considering that this group is formed by subcontracted workers who have to perform their job under dangerous circumstances, the present study aimed to research the link between the labor precarization experienced by the motoboys and the accident/violence risks theyâre subject to. Their strategies to remain employed as well as the consequences of this relation were also discussed. Semi-structured interviews were undertaken with five motoboys from Fortaleza-CE, adopting the qualitative paradigm. The interviews were analyzed using thematic content analysis, methodology through which we came to understand that the job demands are directly related to the risks the motoboys are subject to on a regular basis. Since they need to optimize their time, trying to perform as much tasks as they can, in the shortest period of time possible, it turns out that they work under pressure and eventually violate traffic laws. The fact that they have no stable salary and that their income is proportional to their production is also another factor that increases the potential risks of work accidents. Urban violence is another important risk element against the motoboys, causing them to fear their work and forcing them to adopt defense strategies to remain on the job.

The labor organization affects the workers lives and appropriates of their subjectivity, not only in the company space, as in their qualification and personal life. In establishing the division of tasks and men for the execution of the activities, this organization establishes ways of performing the tasks and ways of control, which include the supervision and the hierarchy. In this process, managers occupy a prominent role, being responsible for planning, organizing, leading, executing and controlling. The way how they act in the organizations is not unique, it can vary between hetero-management forms to models more participative and collective. In view of the above, the objective of this study was to analyze the influence of management styles on the indicators of suffering in the subordinates work. This research used the theoretical referential of the work psychodynamics and consisted in a case study carried out with a sample of workers from a judiciary public organization operating in the state of Goiás. The study is quali-quantitative, having as instruments of data collection the Protocol for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risks at Work (PROART) and a questionnaire about the management. The PROART proposes four scales: Scale of Prescribed Organization of Work, Scale of Management Style, Scale of Pathogenic Suffering at Work and Scale of Physical and Psychosocial Damages at Work. The quantitative data were submitted to descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results interpreted according to PROART guidelines, focusing on the comprehension of the management styles influences on the suffering in the work of subordinate laborers. The qualitative data were submitted to the Meaning Core Analysis (ANS). The research was carried out in a Judiciary Branch in the state of Goiás, from the universe of 540 servers stationed in courts and that did not hold management positions, 125 responded to the instrument during data collection. The results showed medium psychosocial risks for the following dimensions: tasks division; mental exhaustion and physical damages. The following dimensions were assessed as low risks: social division of labor; lack of meaning of work; lack of recognition; psychological damages and social damages. Regarding to the management style, the results point to a moderate presence of managerialist and collective characteristics. The regression analysis allowed to verify directly proportional relation among social division of labor (predictor) and collective style; managerialist style and social division of labor (predictors) and lack of recognition. In addition, the lack of recognition is characterized as a predictor of psychological damage, which shows that the consequences of management can extrapolate the suffering at work and culminate in illness. However, this experience is minimized due to the characteristics of the social division of labor, which presented satisfactory results in the sample researched.
A organização do trabalho afeta a vida dos trabalhadores e se apropria de sua subjetividade, não só no espaço da empresa, como em sua formação e vida pessoal. Ao instituir a divisão das tarefas e dos homens para a execução das atividades, essa organização estabelece formas de se desempenhar as tarefas e meios de controle, que abrangem a fiscalização e a hierarquia. Nesse processo, os gestores ocupam papel de destaque, sendo responsáveis por planejar, organizar, liderar, executar e controlar. A forma como atuam nas organizações não é única, podendo variar entre formas de heterogestão a modelos mais participativos e coletivos. Frente ao exposto, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a influência dos estilos de gestão nos indicadores de sofrimento no trabalho de subordinados. Esta pesquisa utilizou o referêncial teórico da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e consistiu em um estudo de caso realizado com uma amostra de trabalhadores de um órgão público do poder judiciário com atuação no estado de Goiás. O estudo é quali-quantitativo, tendo como instrumentos de coleta de dados o Protocolo de Avaliação dos Riscos Psicossociais no Trabalho (PROART) e um questionário acerca da gestão. O PROART propõe quatro escalas, sendo elas: Escala de Organização do Trabalho, Escala dos Estilo de Gestão, Escala do Sofrimento Patogênico no Trabalho e Escala de Danos Físicos e Psicossociais no Trabalho. Os dados quantitativos foram submetidos à análise estatística descritiva e inferencial. Os resultados interpretados de acordo com as orientações do PROART, com foco na compreensão das influências dos estilos de gestão no sofrimento no trabalho dos trabalhadores subordinados. Os dados qualitativos foram submetidos à Análise de Núcleos de Sentido (ANS). A pesquisa foi realizada em um órgão do Poder Judiciário com atuação no estado de Goiás, do universo de 540 servidores lotados em varas e que não exerciam cargos de gestão, 125 responderam ao instrumento durante a coleta de dados. Os resultados demonstraram riscos psicossociais médios para as seguintes dimensões: divisão das tarefas; esgotamento mental e danos físicos. Foram avaliados como riscos baixos as dimensões: divisão social do trabalho; falta de sentido do trabalho; falta de reconhecimento; danos psicológicos e danos sociais. Com relação ao estilo de gestão, os resultados apontam para moderada presença de características gerencialistas e coletivas. A análise de regressão permitiu verificar relação diretamente proporcional entre divisão social do trabalho (preditor) e estilo coletivo; estilo gerencialista e divisão social do trabalho (preditores) e falta de reconhecimento; e esgotamento mental e falta de reconhecimento (preditores) e danos psicológicos. As características do estilo gerencialista de gestão, em especial a valorização das regras e da hierarquia em detrimento das pessoas, impactam diretamente na falta de reconhecimento. Além disso, a falta de reconhecimento caracteriza-se como preditora dos danos psicológicos, o que mostra que as consequências da gestão podem extrapolar o sofrimento no trabalho e culminar no adoecimento. Contudo, essa vivência é minimizada pelas características da divisão social do trabalho, que apresentou resultado satisfatório na amostra pesquisada.

Trata-se de um estudo de caso exploratório com abordagem qualitativa com aporte quantitativo, fundamentada na concepção teórico-filosófico da psicodinâmica do trabalho de Dejours, com o objetivo de analisar como a organização do trabalho se relaciona com a dinâmica prazer-sofrimento no trabalho da enfermeira em um hospital privado da cidade de Salvador. A coleta de dados foi realizada através das técnicas de entrevista individual e coletiva e com a aplicação de um inventário com escala de indicadores prazer-sofrimento no trabalho. A amostra foi constituída de enfermeiras gestoras e da assistência no total de trinta e sete (75%) das quarenta e nove enfermeiras do hospital estudado. Os dados empíricos resultantes das entrevistas foram analisados, considerando os núcleos de sentido definidos pela análise categorial de Bardin e conformaram quatro categorias, a saber: A relação entre a organização do trabalho e a dinâmica prazer-sofrimento; As relações profissionais mobilizando sentimentos de prazer e de sofrimento; Condições de trabalho e a dinâmica do sofrimento; Estratégias coletivas e individuais na ressignificacão do sofrimento. Os resultados do inventário e da análise categorial foram submetidos a uma análise por triangulação de dados, numa construção dialética com os pressupostos da psicodinâmica do trabalho de Dejours. Na fala das enfermeiras emergiam comparações sobre a forma como o seu trabalho se organiza nos diferentes vínculos empregatícios, o que contribuiu para a análise sobre a relação entre a organização inflexível e as vivências de frustração, indignação e sofrimento no trabalho. A rigidez na comunicação, a ausência de um planejamento formal e participativo, a inexistência de um plano de cargos e salários e a insegurança gerada pelo vínculo empregatício cooperativado foram referidas como condições desfavoráveis ao prazer, mas que não interferem no desejo de pertencer ao hospital estudado, considerado como um espaço de crescimento profissional. O resultado, alinhado ao pressuposto da psicodinâmica do trabalho, favoreceu a análise de como a organização do trabalho se relaciona com a dinâmica do prazersofrimento. Foi possível identificar a utilização de estratégias individuais e coletivas, como a negação, minimização ou racionalização do sofrimento, a definição de regras de convivência grupal como forma de enfrentar os constrangimentos e favorecer a ressignificacão do sofrimento em prazer no trabalho. Espera-se que o estudo venha a contribuir para uma reflexão mais profunda sobre a organização do trabalho da enfermeira no âmbito hospitalar.

Full textThe following study`s purpouse (intent) is to analyse the relations between the perceptions of distributive justice and the experience of pleasure (joy/delight) and suffering (pain/anguish/sorrow) interposed (interfered) by the perceptions of processual and interational justice. It suggests the testo f a modelo f interposed analysis (interfered analysis) between the independent (autonomous) variants perception of distributive justice; the dependent variants experience of pleasure (joy/delight) and suffering (pain/anguish/sorrow) at work; and the interposed (interfered) variants - perceptions of processual and interational justice. 201 civil service employees of the penitentiary segment (section/division) took part in the research (study). The information was collected (gathered) using a self applicable instrument, containing scales of the index-fingers measured of pleasure and suffering at work ando f the perceptions of organizational justice. The results show (prove) that the interposed (interfered) model was adjusted (fit/adapted) to test the relations between the variants: processual justice mediator of distributive justice and the experience of pleasure; and interational and processual justices mediators of the relation between distributive justice and the experience oj suffering.
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as relações entre as percepções de justiça distributiva e as vivências de prazer e de sofrimento mediadas pelas percepções de justiça processual e interacional. Propõe testar um modelo de análise mediacional entre a variável independente percepção de justiça distributiva; as variáveis dependentes vivências de prazer e de sofrimento no trabalho; e, as variáveis mediadoras percepção de justiça processual e interacional. Participaram do estudo 201 trabalhadores de uma organização pública do segmento penitenciário. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um instrumento auto-aplicável, contendo escalas de medida dos indicadores de prazer e sofrimento no trabalho e das percepções de justiça organizacional. Os resultados apontam que o modelo mediacional foi adequado para testar as relações entre as variáveis, sendo a justiça processual mediadora entre a justiça distributiva e a vivência de prazer; e as justiças interacional e processual, mediadoras da relação entre justiça distributiva e a vivência de sofrimento.

The research is done by means of literature delineating the research object through a clipping historical and sociological analysis of the concept of work inserted in the historical and social transformations of the industrial revolutions of modern thought and progress in those sectors of production and consumption . Therefore, the questions for the development of work in capitalist society, the factors that indicate the dehumanization of work within organizations, the influence of society on organizational models and management models that have been proposed throughout history organizations provide delineation methodological research. Due to this framework brought some conclusions, among which we highlight: the influence of Protestantism. From this religiosity gains a new sense of personal relationship with God, and the Christian life is to be lived and experienced in the world. Com o intuito de aprofundar o conhecimento sobre o trabalho de gestores escolares, bem como o tema do sentido do trabalho, realizaram-se dois estudos apresentados nesta dissertação. O primeiro deles foi um artigo teórico intitulado: Estado da Arte do Sentido do Trabalho. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi fazer um levantamento bibliográfico das produções dos últimos anos com a intenção de apresentar como o constructo de sentido do trabalho tem sido abordado no campo da Psicologia. Two studies are presented in this paper with the intent to deepen the knowledge on the work of school managers as well as the subject of the meaning of work. The first one is a theoretical study entitled: State of the Art of the Meaning of Work. The objective of this research was to make a bibliographical survey of the productions of the last years to check how the meaning of work has been boarded in the field of Psychology. Different databases were consultations and congregate national and international publications. Considering the national and international researches the general results had shown that the majority of the studies used the qualitative research method (21), in detriment of the theoretician (10), quantitative (2) and mixing (2). Full textOn July 25, 2010, the TV show Pânico na TV (Panic on TV) aired a live joke involving its own comediants. As soon as they arrived at Guarulhos airport coming from South Africa, where they had covered the FIFA World Cup, they were welcomed by the production, which offered them a ride they deserved, since the team was exhausted, and, according to the show itself, had worked non-stop in terrible conditions. But instead of going home as promised, they spent hours driving around the city of São Paulo, until they were left at Congonhas airport. There, another comediant told them it was a joke, and the weariness of the ride would be only the beginning, once they should now go to the studio to fight a professional MMA fighter. Already very angry, a technician said: \"I\'m a cameraman, I don\'t have to take part into this (...) I\'m fucking tired, it was forty days, twelve hours, bad food...\" Everybody else protested, and, upset, refused to participate: \"This is a lack of respect with a working guy, I want to go away, I want to go home\". The show producer came, and, with his mobile in his hand, threatened: \"I\'ve got an order from Emílio and Alan (the directors) for everybody to step into that car now and go there\". So despite the general hatred, they went back to the car. The comediant in charge of the joke tried several times to make the others laugh, until, already embarrassed, said playfuly: \"don\'t get mad at me, I\'m working here, under orders\", to which another answered: \"Joking... we even share that with you, but we haven\'t eaten or slept, got it? This is fucking not human\". The cameraman, furious, added: \"I respect you a lot, but how can you see anything funny here, watching your co-workers getting screwed (...) not a funny situation really (...) the guy back at home will look at me and think this is funny, \'haha, the cameraman is fucked\'\". The objective was to analyze the application of the psychodynamic of work’s theory to medical care. The study was based on the theory of the Psychodynamics of Work by Dejours, characterizing itself as qualitative research. The method used was the clinic of work adapted for individual care, which provides a space for listening and experiences of pleasure and work, making an interface with the services of brief psychodynamic psychotherapy. Four case studies were performed, the material being collected through documentary analysis and clinical care, being submitted to the psychodynamic analysis of the work. The results were divided into two parts, a first time being a work clinic in individual care, and one last time a discussion about the technique of individual work attendance. In the first part, the results of the individual care clinic for the cases studied pointed to an organization of work as essential in the process of sickness of the workers. Moral harassment, violence in various forms, lack of cooperation and recognition, presence of competition, degradation of solidarity and, above all, humiliation are the elements that most contribute to the exercise of the pathogen. Moral harassment is not carried out without all the knowledge about the participants, presenting itself in several ways: horizontal, vertical descending and ascending. Still in its results, in the second part, a trail was explored so that the subject found resources to subvert the work and free of actions for health. The objective of the care was given through the psychodynamic work clinic, considering the central axis of the restructuring of the subject’s health. For this, the psychotherapeutic technique of the brief dynamic psychotherapy were auxiliary in this work, however the fundamental bases having been derived from the psychodynamic of work. However, the psychotherapeutic techniques of the psychological emergency were used as working techniques. The importance of teaching is not restricted to the new model of task attendance without work, but mainly regarding the patient's clinical listening at work. Regardless of psychological hierarchy, whether public or private, a patient's clinical listening is not essential to the role of the psychologist as a health agent. In this sense, the present research proves to be important, in order to subsidize a method of psychological care for suffering at work that serves not only for CERESTs, but also any public or private institution.
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar a aplicabilidade da teoria psicodinâmica do trabalho ao atendimento clínico individual a trabalhadores em sofrimento no trabalho. O estudo se baseou na teoria da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho proposta por Dejours, caracterizando-se como pesquisa qualitativa. O método utilizado foi a clínica do trabalho adaptada para atendimentos individuais, que propicia um espaço da fala e da escuta das vivências de prazer e sofrimento no trabalho, realizando uma interface com os dispositivos técnicos da psicoterapia breve psicodinâmica. Foram realizados quatro estudos de caso, sendo o material coletado por meio de análise documental e atendimento clínico, sendo submetido à análise psicodinâmica do trabalho. Os resultados foram divididos em duas partes, sendo a primeira relativa à clínica do trabalho em atendimento individual e a última destinada à discussão da técnica do atendimento individual ao sofrimento no trabalho. Na primeira parte, os resultados da clínica do trabalho em atendimento individual para os casos estudados apontaram para a organização do trabalho como essencial no processo de adoecimento dos trabalhadores. O assédio moral, a violência em diversas formas, a ausência de cooperação e reconhecimento, a presença de competição, a degradação da solidariedade e, sobretudo, a humilhação, são os elementos mais presentes que levaram os trabalhadores ao sofrimento patógeno. O assédio moral no trabalho surgiu no estudo em meio aos relatos dos participantes, apresentando-se de várias maneiras: horizontal, vertical descendente e ascendente. Ainda relativo aos resultados, na segunda parte, explorou-se uma trilha para que o sujeito encontrasse recursos para subverter o sofrimento no trabalho e possa transformar ações em prol da saúde. O objetivo do atendimento foi dado através da clínica psicodinâmica do trabalho, tendo em vista o eixo central da reestruturação da saúde do sujeito. Para isso, as técnicas psicoterápicas da psicoterapia breve dinâmica foram auxiliares nesse trabalho, porém as bases fundamentais tendo sido provenientes da psicodinâmica do trabalho. A importância do estudo não se restringe ao novo modelo de atendimento ao sofrimento no trabalho proposto, mas principalmente no que se refere a escuta clínica do sofrimento no trabalho. Independente de abordagem psicológica, de instituição pública ou privada, a escuta clínica do sofrimento no trabalho é essencial para o papel do psicólogo como agente de saúde. Nesse sentido que a presente pesquisa se revela importante, a fim de subsidiar um método de atendimento psicológico ao sofrimento no trabalho que sirva não somente aos CERESTs, como para qualquer instituição pública ou privada.

PROGRAMA DE SUPORTE À PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO DE INSTS. DE ENSINO
Instigada a entender possíveis fatores e situações que possam provocar angústias e medos nos docentes, minha pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar as percepções de um grupo de professores de uma escola particular sobre suas aflições e as potenciais causas destas através do discurso. A partir da verbalização das percepções, busco entender as motivações do sofrimento e de que modo o mesmo afeta nossa prática pedagógica, nossas visões sobre educação e/ou nossas relações interpessoais com alunos, colegas e direção. Para tal, recorro a um arcabouço teórico variado, que abrange conceitos teóricos sobre Linguística Aplicada (Moita Lopes, 2006; 2013; Miller, 2013), Prática Exploratória (Allwright, 2006; Miller et al., 2008), Emoções (Zembylas, 2003, 2004, 2005; Rezende e Coelho, 2010; Palmer, 2012) e Sistema de Avaliatividade (Martin & White, 2005; Almeida, 2010; Vian Jr, 2009; 2010). Alinhada ao paradigma qualitativo-interpretativista de pesquisa, à perspectiva contemporânea da Linguística Aplicada e ao viés ético-metodológico da Prática Exploratória, apresento a análise de excertos de uma conversa de pesquisa (Araujo, 2014) gerada num ambiente informal entre mim e quatro colegas. Os resultados mostram haver o predomínio dos afetos dos tipos INSATISFAÇÃO e INSEGURANÇA, demonstrando que parte do nosso sofrimento advém do desagrado com nossas funções profissionais e de um temor em relação à escola em que trabalhamos, os quais atribuímos a uma visão mercadológica de ensino. Os dados levam ao entendimento de que nossa visão de educação está em dissonância com a da instituição em que lecionamos, fazendo-nos agir, muitas vezes, em desacordo com nossas concepções pessoais de educação; porém, seguimos em frente devido à afeição que temos pelos alunos e ao afeto que alguns de nós nutrimos por esta escola.
Motivated to understand the possible factors and situations that may cause anguish and fear in teachers, the aim of my research is to analyse the perceptions of a group of teachers that works in a private school about their afflictions and the potential causes of these through discourse. From the verbalization of these perceptions, I try to understand what motivates suffering and how it affects our pedagogical practice, our visions about education and/or our interpersonal relationships with students, colleagues and school management. In order to do this, I turn to a diverse theoretical framework, which encompasses theoretical concepts on Applied Linguistics (Moita Lopes, 2006, 2013, Miller, 2013), Exploratory Practice (Allwright, 2006, Miller et al., 2008), Emotions (Zembylas, 2003, 2004, 2005; Rezende e Coelho, 2010; Palmer, 2012) and Appraisal System (Martin & White, 2005; Almeida, 2010; Vian Jr, 2009; 2010). Aligned with the qualitative-interpretative paradigm of research, with the contemporary perspective of Applied Linguistics and with the ethical-methodological perspective of Exploratory Practice, I present the analysis of some excerpts of a research talk (Araujo, 2014) that happened between four colleagues and me in an informal place. The results show that INSATISFACTION and INSECURITY (types of affects) predominate, demonstrating that part of our suffering comes from a dislike related to our professional functions and a fear of the school where we work, which we attribute to a marketing model of education. The data lead to the understanding that our view of education is at odds with that of the institution where we teach, making us act, many times, in contrary to our personal conceptions of education; however, we move on because of the affection we have for the students and because of the affection some of us have for this school.

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender as vivências de prazer-sofrimento dos sujeitos que ocupam cargo de liderança em uma empresa do Pólo Industrial de Manaus, desvelando os mobilizadores de prazer, os agravantes do sofrimento e as estratégias defensivas identificadas neste contexto, visando propor intervenções que contribuam para a saúde deste líder-trabalhador. No plano metodológico a pesquisa se caracteriza como um estudo qualitativo, em consonância com a abordagem teórico-metodológica da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, que privilegia a fala e a escuta dos participantes. Foram realizadas seis entrevistas coletivas, com um grupo de seis líderes de uma empresa do Pólo Industrial de Manaus, que foram convidados a participar voluntariamente e a falar livremente sobre os temas mobilizadores de cada encontro: prazer, sofrimento, estratégias defensivas, cooperação, reconhecimento, adoecimento, em convergência com as categorias teóricas da psicodinâmica. A partir da gravação e transcrição das entrevistas foi realizada a análise dos dados, à luz da Análise de Comparação Constante Grounded Theory, por considerá-la pertinente aos fundamentos, ao objeto e aos objetivos dessa pesquisa. Os resultados apresentaram que o prazer está relacionado a ajuda que o líder presta as pessoas, através da escuta de seus problemas, sendo considerado, por parte de seus subordinados, uma pessoa de referência, o que fortalece o ego do líder pelo reconhecimento, contribuindo para a construção de sua identidade como sujeito e dando sentido ao seu fazer. O sofrimento aparece pela falta de autonomia quando confrontado por seus subordinados pelos baixos salários praticados pela empresa, pela alta exigência de qualidade que a alta direção lhe impõe, pela falta de reconhecimento de seus superiores e pela não cooperação entre seus pares. No tocante as estratégias de enfrentamento, utilizadas de maneira consciente para reduzir o sofrimento, utilizam a divisão das atividades pelas quais são responsáveis, em pequenos problemas e se concentram em ações que não exijam tanto esforço de energia, evitando assim o confronto com os problemas que demandariam maior esforço. As estratégias defensivas identificadas foram a clivagem, a racionalização e a ambivalência, decorrente do sentimento de impotência frente às exigências e limitações que lhe são impostas pela organização do trabalho. Full textWork mediated by information technologies has spread significantly during the last decades, having followed not only the growth of the service sector, but also the production restructuring processes that took place in the world´s main economies. Therefore is central the role it has been playing in contemporary capitalism and in the theorizations that aim its understanding. In Brazil, the organization of work in call centers assembles very typical tendencies of the production restructuring that took place in the country especially since the nineties, mixing elements of classical taylorism with some others which have a toyotist source. Besides, telemarketers, employed mostly in subcontracted companies, take part in the large process of labor precarization, which has had many effects upon Brazilian workers in the last twenty years. We shall try in this dissertation to deal with the way those phenomena have developed in recent history, as well as discuss the ways telemarketers experience and respond to them. Special emphasis shall be given to the phenomena of the making of consent in the work place, as well as that of the rising of psychic suffering. We also hope that this research, although surrounded by limitations of varied nature, may discuss in some way the forms of class struggle and ideology in contemporary Brazilian capitalism.

Full textAlcoholism has affected from 10% to 15% of the Brazilian workers and also has been a problem identified into the public service. We have in view with this study to investigate the alcoholism phenomenon among the technician-administrative employees of the Federal University of CearÃ, searching to establish interfaces between the chemical dependence, the work and the psychic suffering. In order to reach the target of the analysis, we identified a group of 52 servers that was carried through as chemical dependents amongst a group of servers attended for the orientation service of the Human Resources Department of the University in the last ten years. Among they we selected five servers to be interviewed. Half-directed individual interviews with open questions had been carried through, broaching themes like: family history, acquisition of the chemical vice, admittance in the public enterprise, conditions of work, the sense attributed to the carried through tasks, relationship with their chiefs, etc. The material was transcribed and submitted to analyzes of its content, that determined some category-synthesis to guide the discussion of the proposal problem. The results disclose that these public servers, in most, have alcoholism history into family and they already presented this problem before the admittance in the public service. From one side they consider the job as a source of survival and a safe port, in scenery of precarious work and scarcity of the job. On the other hand, the work is also identified as cause of suffering for being empty of meaning, acting as co-operator in the maintenance of the chemical dependence. However, the fact of four of these servers to stand aside of the alcohol thanks to psychosocial support and also to the change for an activity that permits them to be recognized as qualified workers, makes believe that the work, when endowed with positive direction for the worker, it also acts as an important co-operator in the recuperation and in the maintenance of the sobriety.

The theoretical framework chosen was the psychodynamics of work by enabling the understanding of the subjectivity of the worker, including the dynamics of relationships between peers and the workplace. As for results, urban violence in the form of assault followed by robbery, led to the illness by collecting, making it impossible to continue the work. The research concluded that the increased number of assaults by collecting the left increasingly exposed to the disease, while the company does not invest in protection or plans to combat violence, and also by collecting the responsibility for the assault, when the obligation to pay. Therefore, the research shows the importance of studying that reality working pathogen that affects a group of workers that has aggravated the suffering in a context in which the pursuit of profit is the interest of all, the cost of illness of workers who are dismissed when they get sick.
O trabalho é objeto de estudo de diversos campos de conhecimento científico, dada sua importância na realização pessoal e profissional. Sendo um elemento central na vida humana, pode promover a saúde ou desencadear doença, dependendo da complexa relação de múltiplos elementos. Manaus sedia a Zona Franca que trouxe a criação e expansão de diversas frentes de trabalho, dentre as quais, a ampliação de vagas nos transportes urbanos. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo compreender o real do trabalho das cobradoras, em particular o enfrentamento do assalto e a sua relação com o adoecimento no trabalho. Os objetivos específicos foram: caracterizar a organização do trabalho de cobradora de transporte coletivo urbano em Manaus; compreender a vivência de sofrimento diante do assalto; identificar as estratégias de defesa; indicar as consequências da vivência do assalto. O referencial teórico escolhido foi a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, por possibilitar a compreensão da subjetividade do trabalhador, incluindo sua dinâmica de relações entre os pares e o contexto de trabalho. Utilizou-se o método clínico, de abordagem compreensiva interpretativa, apoiado na fala e na escuta psicanalítica. Para a coleta de dados utilizou-se a leitura dos fragmentos da escuta clínica das trabalhadoras em processo de atendimento psicológico grupal, situado no contexto de trabalho. Quanto aos resultados, a organização do trabalho reconhece o trabalho de cobradora pelo ser e não pelo fazer. Como principal fator à contratação de pessoal, a apresentação estética e beleza da trabalhadora prevaleceram sobre o saber- fazer. A violência urbana, na forma de assalto seguido de roubo, levou ao adoecimento das cobradoras, impossibilitando que continuassem no trabalho. A organização do trabalho nega o assalto, que representa o real do trabalho das cobradoras, cujo enfrentamento não é reconhecido como trabalho, pois a prescrição da tarefa é lidar com o dinheiro no caixa do ônibus. A empresa desestruturou a construção de estratégias de defesa coletivas para enfrentar o sofrimento, evidenciando uma quebra da dinâmica do reconhecimento do fazer pelos pares e pela hierarquia. A pesquisa concluiu que o aumento do número de assaltos deixou as cobradoras cada vez mais expostas ao adoecimento, ao mesmo tempo em que a empresa não investe em proteção ou planos de combate à violência; e ainda responsabiliza as cobradoras pelo assalto, quando as obrigam a pagar. Portanto, a pesquisa aponta a relevância de estudar essa realidade de trabalho patogênica, que atinge a um grupo de trabalhadoras, que tem o sofrimento agravado em um contexto em que a busca do lucro é o interesse absoluto, à custa do adoecimento destas, que são descartadas quando adoecem.

Full textWork is an intentional human activity the aim of whih is the transformation of nature, of society and the value creation. It has undeniable weight in the disclosure of the human condition. The latter is a multidetermined variable subjected to economic, ideological and technological factors among many others and as such fulfills several psychological functions. These conditions open to light the social and subjective centrality of jobs to the human struggle to dignity, personal and social happiness. That power reveals the economic, psychological and social functions of work. Work exposes a dialectical condition as a source of personal fulfillment and emancipation and the cause of discontentment and alienation, i.e., an integrative as well as a disintegrative force on subjectivity. Within the current organizational context, characterized by continuous restructuration, flexibility and heterogeneity, complexity and constant deregulation in view of the optimization of economic outcomes, work ends up fragmented concerning its tasks, shifts, equipment and trajectories. These conditions create a new socio-occupational setting the outcome of which is the proneness to distress and suffering. The purpose of this thesis is a theoretical analysis of the current anatomy of socio-occupational fragmentation of work as a condition of the general subjective distress stemming from work engagement. The aim here is the understanding the manifestations of suffering and some of the range of consequences of the present day working conditions. Certainly, there are people enabled to sublimate their desires in their tasks but others unable to do so gain exhaustion and distress. In order to achieve its aim, this work starts with the description of the issue of work pleasure and suffering from research accomplished in Brazil. Thence it goes on reconstruction the identity of he subjective evaluation of work the within functionalism and psychodynamics. Then the discomfort, suffering and symptoms are discussed followed by an explanation of the anatomy of the social and labor impacts of the work fragmentation, its triggering factors and the resulting sensation of upsetting. Those considerations are followed by the discussion of the meaning of work a moderating factor. Drawing on both Honneth`s theory of the struggle for recognition and Dejours`theory of psychodynamic of the recognition, another discussion of spared recognition and the effects of subjective distress are carried out. The thesis is closed with an analysis of the possible contributions of the Lacanian clinic related to the listening of the discomfort and suffering in today`s working context

The present research aims to understand and analyze the suffering in the work from the perspective of the teacher of Basic Education. As suffering and pleasure are not incompatible, but a contradictory and inseparable pair, we deal not only with what makes suffering at work, but how teachers deal with this suffering, just as we consider the possibilities of pleasure that arise in this struggle. In this investigation we examine the reality of a municipal public school in the peripheral zone of a municipality in the State of São Paulo. The research is based on the theoretical reference of the Psychodynamics of Work, as well as on studies concerning the Brazilian basic education that analyze the developments of the State Reform in educational policies and in the teaching work. The analysis is anchored in data obtained in the years 2015 and 2016 through a questionnaire answered by a sample of 29 teachers; semi-structured interviews conducted with 8 teachers; official documents of Brazilian fundamental education and municipal education; data from the Division of Medicine and Safety at Work concerning the deviations for health motives of the municipal teachers. The categories of analysis constructed - conditions and work routine; recognition and work relations; autonomy and meaning in the work; the feminine condition in the teaching work - allowed to understand the conflicts between suffering and pleasure and in what way they interfere in the work, subjectivity and health. The daily work is composed of high loads of hours/class, intensification of the rhythms and demands and invasion of labor in the spaces of non work, in a context of objective and subjective precarization. In the working relationships established between the peers working in the same school year the recognition is configured as punctual, if not limited. Strategies have been identified to fight for recognition. About half of the group stays in school every year and part of it shares a political ideal of transformative education. The collective, contradictory unity contains internal quarrels and disagreements, which hinder and/or create obstacles to cooperative and solidarity relations. There are objective and subjective impediments that alienate them from the authentic meaning of work. Suffering and illness were identified in the narrative of six of the eight interviewees. Pleasure and suffering coexist, but suffering overcomes pleasure, in a context of precariousness and degradation of oneself and of the collectives, subjecting workers to wear and tear, so as to affect their well-being, health, professional identity and quality of work.
A presente pesquisa tem o objetivo de compreender e analisar o sofrimento no trabalho a partir da perspectiva do professor da Educação Básica. Como sofrimento e prazer não são incompatíveis, mas sim um par contraditório e indissociável, tratamos não somente daquilo que no trabalho faz sofrer, mas sim como os professores lidam com o sofrimento, de forma a considerarmos as possibilidades de prazer que surgem no embate desse par. No percurso investigativo examinamos a realidade de uma escola pública municipal da zona periférica de um município do Estado de São Paulo. A pesquisa se pauta no referencial teórico da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, como também em estudos referentes à educação básica brasileira que analisam os desdobramentos da Reforma do Estado nas políticas educacionais e no trabalho docente. A análise se ancora em dados obtidos nos anos 2015 e 2016 por meio de: questionário respondido por uma amostra de 29 professores; entrevistas semiestruturadas com 8 professores; documentos oficiais da educação fundamental brasileira e educação municipal; dados da Divisão de Medicina e Segurança do Trabalho sobre afastamentos por motivos de saúde dos professores. As categorias de análise construídas - condições e cotidiano de trabalho; reconhecimento e relações de trabalho; autonomia e sentido no trabalho; a condição feminina no trabalho docente - permitiram compreender os embates entre sofrimento e prazer e de que maneira interferem no trabalho, subjetividade e saúde. O cotidiano de trabalho é constituído por cargas elevadas de horas/aula, intensificação dos ritmos e demandas e invasão do labor nos espaços de não trabalho, em um contexto de precarização objetiva e subjetiva. Nas relações de trabalho estabelecidas entre os pares que trabalham no mesmo ano escolar o reconhecimento se configura como pontual, senão limitado. Identificou-se haver estratégias de luta para o reconhecimento. Cerca de metade do grupo se mantém na escola todos os anos e parte dele partilha de um ideal político de educação transformadora. A unidade coletiva, contraditória, contém rixas e desavenças internas que dificultam e/ou criam obstáculos às relações cooperativas e solidárias. Há impedimentos objetivos e subjetivos que os afastam do sentido autêntico do trabalho. Sofrimento e adoecimento foram identificados na narrativa de seis dos oito entrevistados. Prazer e sofrimento coexistem, mas o sofrimento se sobrepõe ao prazer, num contexto de precariedade, degradação de si e dos coletivos, submetendo trabalhadores a um desgaste que afeta o bem-estar, saúde, identidade profissional e qualidade do trabalho.

Full textThis research is the result of a thorough analysis of the work of two call centers in Argentina. This fieldwork, building on call center visits undertaken in other countries, is the starting point for the study of two main issues. Firstly, the study of the consequences of call center work for mental health. Secondly, the study of different approaches that support the development of ways to improve it such work. Work psychodynamics and activity ergonomics are two disciplines that propose different points of view on these issues. Nowadays, they both find themselves confronted by quantitative scales that seek to measure psychosocial risks. The aim of this thesis is to increase knowledge on the relationship between work organization and tasks content and highlight the consequences for workers in Argentina. The thesis shall also compare results of the study with those found in other countries

Full textO objetivo dessa pesquisa constitui em analisar as concepções do trabalhador de saúde mental em sua relação com o trabalho e a instituição e como concebe a produção de saúde mental no contexto psicossocial. Considera-se como campo social o contexto da reforma psiquiátrica e da proposta psicossocial, como sujeito da ação de mudança o trabalhador de saúde mental de um CAPS e como intermediário as forças antagônicas de desejo, motivação e sofrimento nas relações de trabalho. Levou-se em consideração como as escolhas profissionais e seus determinantes articulam-se com a relação que o sujeito estabelece com o exercício profissional e seu significado, com a concepção de saúde mental e as práticas desenvolvidas na atenção psicossocial. O referencial teórico fundamentou-se na Psicossociologia, com autores como Dejours (1992, 1994), Enriquez (2000) e Gaulejac (2001), na psicanálise com Freud (1913, 1930), Birman (1977) e Costa (2004) e na Saúde Coletiva com Amarante (1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2007), Rotelli (1990) e Costa Rosa, Luzio, Yasui (2001, 2003). Em termos metodológicos, foram coletados os dados por meio de entrevistas semidirigidas, com os técnicos do CAPS do interior do estado de São Paulo. Os resultados apontaram que os indícios de sofrimento dos trabalhadores não assumem um caráter patogênico, imobilizador de ações e impeditivos na realização de desejos. This research aims to study the mental health professional.s conceptions related to his work as well as the institution and how this professional conceives the mental health production in the social context. The psychiatric reform context and the psycho-social proposal are taken as the social field; a mental health professional of a CAPS is the change action subject; and the desire, motivation and suffering adverse strength in the work relations are considered the means through which these changes are promoted. It was studied how the professional choices and their determining factors are articulated in the relation that the subject has with his work activity, and how its meaning is articulated with the mental health conception and the practices developed for psycho-social attention. The theoretical references were based on Psycho-sociology, with authors like Dejours (1992, 1994), Enriquez (2000) e Gaulejac (2001); on Psychoanalysis, with Freud (1913,1930, Birman (1977) e Costa (2204); and on the Collect Health, with Amarante (1996, 1997, 1999, 2007), Rotelli (1990) e Costa Rosa, Luzio, Yassui (2001, 2003). Method: data were collected up from semi-conducted interviews with technicians who work for CAPS in the countryside of São Paulo State. The results showed the professional.s suffering signs do not have a pathogenic character which can immobilize actions or avoid this professional to realize his own desire. The professionals who had a free choice, considering its subjective constitution, his personal life course and his own desire demonstrated a better integration, identification, motivation and pleasure to work, and it is better and easier for them to accept... Full textObjective. To describe and analyze the social representation of suffering at work among a group of employees at a Federal Judicial court. Methodology. Based on an exploratory survey, a semi-structured interview script was drafted so as to broach the following key issues: a) professional description; b) job description; c) suffering at work - how does the worker define it, explain it and feel it; d) professional expectations. A total of 37 people were interviewed, including managers and workers from 15 sectors. Results. The social representation of suffering at work was organized into 3 meaning clusters: 1) Defining features: unfairness in the workplace, cumulative workload, lack of recognition for work performed, lack of autonomy, professional stagnation ('square one' anguish), overbearing bosses; 2) Mitigating features: explicit criteria for awarding gratifications, positive social relations in the workplace, learning on the job, adequate workload management by bosses, coping strategies (affective distancing from the causes of the processes, lack of commitment to the work, pursuit of other opportunities within the institution through personal contacts, studying so as to embark on legal careers such becoming a judge, affective and intellectual engagement in outside-work dimensions of life); 3) Expressions of suffering: fear, low feeling of self-worth, despair and hopelessness, contamination of thoughts and sleep by work contents, psychosomatic ailments. Final comments. The results of this study show that the categories of suffering at work are related to frustration of human needs and workers professional expectations. Emphasis is given to the importance of practical knowledge for carrying out health-promotion actions in the workplace.
