Adapte aux exigences de l'industrie nucleaire, le procede de nickelage electrolytique est perturbe par un phenomene de passivation d'anode. Une etude electrochimique a permis de mettre en evidence le role primordial des bains de sulfamate dans cette passivation qui proviendrait de la formation in-situ de composes oxydes du ligand sulfamate. Deux tests electrochimiques permettent de distinguer trois types de bains en fonction de leur degre de degradation par oxydation.
