U diabet bilan bog'liq suyak va bo'g'imlarning asoratlarining asosiy mexanizmlarini, ularning klinik ko'rinishini va diabetga chalingan bemorlarda suyak sog'lig'ini baholash usullarini o'rganadi. Qandli diabet va suyak salomatligi o'rtasidagi o'zaro bog'liqlik o'sib borayotgan ahamiyatga ega mavzudir, ammo u ko'pincha ahamiyatsiz bo'lib qolmoqda. Ushbu maqola diabet va tayanch-harakat salomatligi o'rtasidagi murakkab munosabatlarni ta'kidlaydi, singan xavfi fikr-mulohazalarini ta'minlash, osteoporoz, va qo'shma muammolar diabet bilan shaxslar tomonidan duch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan mendokumentasikan jenis-jenis rotan yang dimanfaatkan untuk kerajinan di Kabupaten Bangka Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Bangka Barat yaitu di lima desa, antara lain Desa Sinar Sari, Desa Dendang, Desa Kacung, Desa Terentang, dan Desa Simpang Tiga dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Desa Mendo sebagai desa pendukung, dimana pengrajin di Kabupaten Bangka Barat membeli bahan baku dari Desa Mendo. Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat 3 jenis rotan yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat sebagai bahan baku kerajinan yaitu rotan getah (Daemonorops angustifolia Mart.), rotan pebuar (Plectocomia elongata Mart. ex Blume), dan rotan dean (Khorthalsia flagellaris Miq.), dimana perlakuan ketiga jenis rotan sama. Produk kerajinan yang dihasilkan adalah ragak motor, ragak ubi, kembu, suyak, pongki, sangkek, tanggok, tempat parsel, dan tudung saji dengan harga yang berbeda-beda. Pemanfaatan rotan oleh masyarakat sebagai produk kerajinan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat, selain itu perlindungan terhadap habitat rotan harus menjadi fokus dalam kegiatan konservasi.Abstract People around the forest of West Bangka District have long utilized non-timber forest products to provide for necessities of life. One of the forest products is rattan which is widely used as a raw material for handicrafts in West Bangka District. People use it as raw material for making cane crafts. This study aimed to reveal and document the types of rattan used for handicrafts in West Bangka Regency. The research was conducted in West Bangka Regency in five villages, Sinar Sari, Dendang, Kacung, Terentang, and Simpang Tiga by using a qualitative method. Data and information were collected through interview, field observation, and literature study. The research showed that there were three types of rattan used, which were rattan sap (Daemonorops angustifolia Mart.), pebuar rattan (Plectocomia elongata Mart, ex Blume), and rattan dean (Khorthalsia flagellaris Miq.), where the treatment of all three types of rattan is the same. Meanwhile, the handicrafts produced were ragak motor (kind of big basket used attached to motorcycle), ragakubi, kembu, suyak, pongki, sangkek, sangkek, parcel, and food cover with different prices. The use of rattan by the community as a handicraft product can increase income for the community, besides that protection of rattan habitat must be a focus in conservation activities.

Fifty-nine species of birds and 13 mammalian species (nine bats and four non-Volant mammals) were recorded. Among the sampling sites, Siete Andanas Falls in Bunawan, Agusan del Sur had the highest species richness of birds (S=45) and mammals (S=7). The bird species,&nbsp;<em>Phapitreron leucotis</em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Todiramphus chloris&nbsp;</em>were present in all sampling sites. Out of the recorded bird species, 22 are endemic of which one is endangered (<em>Nisaetus pinskeri)</em>&nbsp;while two (<em>Buceros mindanensis&nbsp;</em>and&nbsp;<em>Lonchura oryzivora</em>) are vulnerable. The bat species,&nbsp;<em>Cynopterus brachyotis&nbsp;</em>and the endemic&nbsp;<em>Ptenochirus jagori&nbsp;</em>were present in seven sampling sites but absent in Suyak Falls in Esperanza, Agusan del Sur. Of the mammalian species recorded, five are endemic and two are threatened species. Conversion of land for agricultural farming and habitat loss due to slash and burn farming were the observed threats to the birds and mammals in the eight waterfalls in Agusan del Sur. The presence of the endemic and threatened species in the sampling sites indicates the need to take into consideration fauna and habitat conservation vis-&agrave;-vis ecotourism.

Upacara ritual subak merupakan bagian dari konsep penting THK (Tri Hita Karana), yaitu aspek parhyangan yang mengetengahkan hubungan harmonis antara petani dan Tuhan. Aspek lain dalam THK adalah pawongan (hubungan harmonis antar anggota subak) melalui awig-awig (penerapan aturan subak), dan palemahan yang mengetengahkan hubungan harmonis antara petani dan lingkungan melalui pemeliharaan teras sawah. Ada 16 kegiatan upacara ritual yang dilakukan sendiri-sendiri oleh petani anggota subak, mulai dari ritual pengambilan air irigasi sampai dengan upacara ritual pasca panen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan; (2) Metode analisis data adalah dengan metode deskriptif-analisis. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan, subak dianggap sebagai penjaga budaya Bali, sehingga UNESCO mengakui subak sebagai warisan budaya dunia. Subak diikat oleh kepentingan fisik dan spiritual. Kekuatan subak terletak pada ketergantungan bersama terhadap air irigasi yang disatukan oleh adanya Pura Subak.

Komponen Tri Hita Karana dinilai dari nilai evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara kuesioner terhadap 9 kepala subak (pekaseh), observasi dan dokumentasi ke lokasi subak yang akan diteliti hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa ketercapaian skor Subak Meliling 4.2 berada pada kategori baik; di Subak Gadungan memperoleh skor 4.5 termasuk kategori baik; dan di Subak Sungsang skor 3.9 termasuk kategori baik; di Subak Tohpati skornya 3.8 dengan kategori baik; pada Subak Bugbug skor 3.7 termasuk dalam kategori baik; dan di Subak Selat skor 4.2 dengan kategori baik; sedangkan di Subak Air Santang mendapatkan skor 3.4 dengan kategori cukup baik; di Subak Yeh Anakan skor 4.1 kategori baik; dan di Subak Air Sumbul skor 4,2 dangan kategori baik.&#x0D; ABSTRACT&#x0D; Subak is a social capital for Balinese, which is a legacy for irrigation and agricultural processing. The purpose of this research was to determine an existing condition of the palemahan aspects. The location of research was in the Meliling subak, the Sungsang Subak and the Gadungan Subak of Tabanan Regency; subak Bugbug, subak Tohpati and subak Selat of Karangasem regency; subak Yeh Santang, subak Yeh Anakan, and subak Air Sumbul of Jembrana Regency. The Tri Hita Karana’s component was assessed by the evaluation score. These datas were collection by questionnaire interviews, observation and documentation of the 9 heads of the subak (pekaseh). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi indeks pertanaman serta pola tanam pada subak sadap tiris dan subak bukan sadap tiris di Daerah Irigasi Kedewatan, Bali. Subak sadap tiris adalah subak yang memperoleh air irigasi dari subak bagian hulunya, sedangkan subak bukan sadap tiris adalah subak yang memperoleh air irigasi langsung dari bendung. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive, yaitu Subak Mambal (subak bukan sadap tiris) dan Subak Temaga (subak sadap tiris). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur terhadap 30 petani di masing-masing subak yang dipilih secara acak serta focus group discussion dengan pekaseh dan ketua-ketua munduk pada periode Juni hingga Agustus 2018. Indeks pertanaman dan pola tanam dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks pertanaman di Subak Temaga (subak sadap tiris) adalah 250 dengan pola tanam padi-padi, sedangkan indeks pertanaman di Subak Mambal (subak bukan sadap tiris) adalah 200-300 dengan pola tanam lebih bervariasi, yaitu 66,66% pola tanam padi-padi; 16,67% pola tanam padi-padi-bunga/sayur/jagung; 16,67% pola tanam (padi+bunga/sayur/jagung)-(padi+bunga/sayur/jagung).

Along with the development of the tourism in Bali, one of the phenomena occurs was that the land conversion to the non-agricultural land, causing the canal irrigation was not able to function again. In addition, water demand will be increased not only for irrigation, but also for other sectors out of irrigation. This condition can interfere the performance of the subak system. One strategy to improve subak system is to develop agroecotourism based on subak system. Analysis of physical performance subak system done using fuzzy logic approach to quantify the condition of vagueness. Because of the problems associated with subak irrigation systemperformance are often vague and can not be classified with certainty. The results of this study are (i) the values of subak irrigation system performance indicators, the condition and thefunction of subak irrigation facilities, the condition and the function of subak facilities, and the agroecotourism facilities; (ii) find out the physical performance of subak irrigation systems in Bali with agroecotourism oriented. The stages of this research were collecting and analyting the data include: (i) RWS (Relative Water Supply), (ii) RIS (Relative Irrigation Supply),(iii) Ia (Index Area), (iv) analysis of the condition and function of subak irrigation networks, (v) the condition and the function of subak facilities, (vi) the agroecotourism facilities, and (vii) physical performance of subak system using fuzzy logic approach. The utilization rate of water on Subak Anggabaya and Subak Lodtunduh in one year was good. Subak Anggabayaand Subak Lodtunduh have sufficient irrigation water supply with RIS values in one year &gt; 1. Based on Area Index (Ia), it could be seen that the irrigated area in Subak Anggabaya andSubak Lodtunduh in accordance with the plan. The physical performance of Anggabaya subak system and Lodtunduh Subak system was in the middle criteria. The simulation results that development of agroecotourism on subak system could improve the physical performance of subak system.

The development of subak as tourist attraction will be inline within Bali cultural tourism development, since subak and tourism in Bali are both are Balinese culturally basis. This is an effort to maintain the sustainability of subak while controlling the paddy field conversion and supporting environmental sustainability. However, the absence of subak strategy as tourist attraction becomes a problem. This paper analyzes the internal and external environmental factors that influence Subak Padanggalak, Denpasar City, Bali as tourism attraction and designing the subak strategy as tourism attraction in urban area. To do so, it will be analyzed using SWOT and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The I-E matrix analysis falls into cell V, namely using maintain subak as tourism attraction dan pushing market penetration and product development. SWOT analysis produces four alternative strategies, namely: (a) S-O strategy (expansion of tourist markets, provision of subak tourism facilities), (b) S-T strategy (stressing agricultural activities and rituals as tourist attractions, tourism activities based on subak norms and rules, involving subak members in subak tourism activities), (c) W-O strategy (subak is more involved in developing tourism attraction and cooperating with government), and (d) W-T strategy (strict rules for controlling land conversion, limiting the coming of external labor working in subak, and adequate facilities to empower farmers and foster public appreciation of subak). Priority analysis of the subak strategy successively starts from the development of tourist attraction based on agricultural activities and rituals in subak through cooperation with the government and entrepreneurs to empower farmers through providing additional sources of income from tourism activities. To ensure the sustainability of subak, it is necessary to have strict rules to control the conversion of agricultural land functions, and limit the external workforce to subak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pengurus dan anggota subak Banyumala. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, potensi alih fungsi lahan dari Subak Banyumala adalah (1) Banyaknya kebutuhan lahan yang bersifat non-pertanian, (2) Peningkatan jumlah penduduk, baik penduduk pribumi maupun pendatang dari luar, (3) Peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat, permintaan lahan untuk kebutuhan pariwisata, (4) Ekonomi masyarakat, hasil pertanian lebih murah daripada biaya produksi, dan harga tanah yang demikian tinggi sehingga cenderung untuk dijual,(5) Degradasi lingkungan. Strategi dalam mengatasi alih fungsi lahan di Subak Banyumala adalah (a) ekspansi pasar wisatawan dengan menonjolkan daya tarik aktivitas pertanian dengan ritualnya sebagai pengejawantahan pariwisata budaya Bali, dan (b) bekerjasama dengan pemerintah dan pengusaha untuk penyediaan fasilitas daya tarik wisata di subak asalkan selaras dengan aturan subak. (c) menguatkan kegiatan pertanian dan ritual di subak sebagai daya tarik wisata untuk memberdayakan petani dan menumbuhkan apresiasi masyarakat terhadap subak, dan (d) memastikan pengembangan daya tarik wisata di subak tetap dalam kerangka norma dan aturan subak sehingga tidak mengancam kelestarian subak dan eksploitatif atau justru lebih bermanfaat bagi orang dari luar subak. One of the interesting natural attractions to visit in Bali is Balinese terraced rice fields and an agricultural irrigation system known as subak. Subak as an irrigation system, the subak system is continuously undergoing a transformation process because its environment influences it. UNESCO recognition is Cultural Landscape of Bali Province: Subak as Manifestation of Tri Hita Karana Philosophy. The meaning of UNESCO's recognition is that the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana (THK) is developing in Bali. At present, the rice field area managed by subak has decreased due to land conversion. Several rice fields have now changed their function to become residential, industrial, tourist facilities, and other uses. As an effort to prevent the degradation of subak conditions, the government has made various efforts but has not been able to overcome land conversion. This effort must be assisted by all elements of society so that subak consistency is maintained in Bali. One agency that focuses on subak conservation efforts is the Indonesian Heritage Preservation Agency (BPPI). BBPI routinely conducts subak schools through the Bali International Field School for Subak (BIFSS) activities. BBPI as a partner in this PKM publishes various books related to subak conservation. Education about subak is one of the efforts to preserve subak. The implementation of this collaboration involves FTP's involvement in the BIFSS 2021 activities, which will take place in December 2021 in Subak Selat, Karangasem Regency. From the discussions carried out, in an effort to preserve subak, a Map of the Subak Strait Area is needed, including mapping of paddy fields and irrigation infrastructure. This map forms the basis for the strategy for preserving and developing the Subak Strait as a tourist attraction as well as efforts to increase the value of Subak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan kelompok subak dan non subak dan keterkaitan antara sosio-kultural subak dengan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur terhadap sampel/responden penelitian. Responden penelitian berjumlah 60, ditentukan secara purposive dan random. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani kelompok subak lebih besar dibandingkan petani non subak dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp 12.672.686,67 untuk kelompok subak dan Rp 10.198.529,41 untuk kelompok non subak. Tidak ada hubungan yang terpola antara sosio-kultural dengan jumlah pendapatan oleh masing-masing petani responden baik subak maupun non subak, akan tetapi ada kecenderungan jika nilai skor sosio-kultural tinggi maka pendapatan yang diperoleh petani juga tinggi.

Air irigasi sangat berpengaruh pada subak, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pengukuran terhadap pencemaran yang terjadi agar kualitas air tersebut baik untuk subak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air pada irigasi subak di Bali dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 April 2019 pada 9 Subak di 3 (tiga) kabupaten yang ada di Bali, yaitu Subak Air Sumbul, Yeh Anakan dan Air Satang berada di Kabupaten Jembrana, Subak Guama, Subak Selan Bawak dan Jatiluwih berada di Kabupaten Tabanan dan Subak Tegal Kauh Selat, Subak Tohpati dan Subak Bugbug berada di Kabupaten Karangasem. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dan laboratorium, dimana hasil yang didapatkan akan dibandingkan dengan baku mutu air Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 16 tahun 2016 tanggal 14 maret 2016 kualitas air golongan IV. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada dua titik yaitu pada Saluran Inlet dan Outlet. Sempel diteliti berdasarkan parameter BOD, COD, DHL (Daya Hantar Listrik), pH, Nitrit (NO2), Fosfat (PO4), dan TDS (Total Padatan Terlarut). Hasil uji paling tinggi pada parameter BOD menunjukan angka 8,078 mg/L terdapat di saluran Inlet subak Selat, COD menunjukan angka 21,735 mg/L di saluran Inlet subak Selat, DHL menunjukan nilai 308 µmhos/cm ada pada saluran Inlet subak Guama dan Selan Bawak, pH menunjukan nilai pH 8,40 di saluran Inlet Subak Bugbug, Nitrit menunjukan angka 2,606 mg/L di saluran Outlet Subak Guama, Fosfat menunjukan nilai 0,214 mg/L disaluran Inlet Subak Guama, TDS menunjukan nilai 238 mg/L pada saluran Inlet dan Outlet Subak Guama. Hasil uji keseluruhan masih sesuai dengan baku mutu air irigasi golongan IV.&#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D; Irrigation water is very influential on subaks, therefore it is necessary to measure the pollution that occurs so that the water quality is good for subaks. This study aims to determine the quality of water in subak irrigation in Bali and was carried out on April 9, 2019 on 9 subaks in 3 (three) districts in Bali, namely Subak Air Sumbul, Yeh Anakan and Air Satang located in Jembrana Regency, Subak Guama , Subak Selan Bawak and Jatiluwih are in Tabanan Regency and Tegal Kauh Strait Subak, Tohpati Subak and Bugbug Subak are in Karangasem Regency. This research is a field and laboratory research, where the results obtained will be compared with the water quality standard Bali Governor Regulation Number 16 of 2016 dated March 14, 2016 water quality group IV. Sampling is done at two points, namely the Inlet and Outlet Channels. Seals were examined based on the parameters of BOD, COD, DHL (Electrical Conductivity), pH, Nitrite (NO2), Phosphate (PO4), and TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). The highest test results on the BOD parameter showed the figure of 8.078 mg/L was found in the subak Strait Inlet channel, COD showed the number 21.735 mg/L in the Strait subak Inlet channel, DHL showed the value of 308 µmhos/cm in the Guama subak channel and the Selan bawak channel, pH shows a pH value of 8.40 in the Bugbug Subak Inlet channel, Nitrite shows 2.606 mg/L in the Subak Guama Outlet channel, Phosphate shows a value of 0.214 mg/L in the Guama Subak Inlet channel, TDS shows a value of 238 mg/L in the Inlet and Outlet channels Subak Guama. This research was conducted in order to understand the operational and maintenance of irrigation network in traditional Balinese irrigation system of subak in Tabanan regency. It spesific aim is to develop a documentation which is useful as reference about operational and maintenance of irrigation network in subak system. The sample of this research are four subak in Tabanan regency which are subak in the upstream, middle, and downstream areas, including Subak Bunyuh, Subak Sigaran, Subak Guama, and Subak Sungsang. The research was conducted by survey and depth interview methods. The operational and maintenance of irrigation networks in subak system in Tabanan regency includes matelik (monitoring channel), nyilih yeh (borrow the water), magilihan (rotation of water irigation), kempelan (maintenance of traditional weir), ngeduk nyanyad (draining mud), nabdab yeh (arrangement of water irrigation distribution), metpet munduk (lining stabilitation.), and ngampad (chanel clearing). This article concludes that all subak samples in Tabanan regency carry out operational and maintenance activities the irrigation networks in the subak system.

Jatiluwih Subak is located in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia and it is belong to the Subak Landscape of Catur Angga Batukaru. This Subak has naturally beautiful landscape, a unique culture and in agriculture operational based on Tri Hita Karana Philosophy. Jatiluwih Subak has been designated as World Cultural Heritage. To keep and maintain this prestige, subak has heavy responsibility. Subak must be able to keep the supporting factors which always can stand and protect the survive of the subak continuously. The purpose of this study is to determine the supporting factors, the faced problems and its solution. This study was conducted through observation, survey, directly observation to the subak area, group discussion with subak leader, subak staff, farmer and literature study. The result of the study show that the ideal supporting factors of the subak are the existence of land, enough water discharge and good quality, good irrigation facilities, easy to market product and prosperous farmer. Recently these factors are as the challenges of the subak. Subak is concerned about land use change, water shortage in dry season, decrease of water quality, cost for operation and maintenance irrigation facilities, difficult to sell agricultural product, poor farmer, and younger generation don’t interest to be farmer. These problems can be overcome through integrated management system among farmer, subak and government. It needs to maintain the sustainability of the subak from upstream to downstream which include social and economic aspect, culture and ecology.

This research examines the management and development of Subak Lestari as a sustainable tourist attraction in Denpasar City. Subak Lestari consists of five pilot subaks namely Anggabaya Subak, Umadesa Subak, Umalayu Subak, Subak Intaran Barat and Subak Intaran Barat Timur. The purpose of this study is to analyze institutional management and formulate a strategy for developing Subak Lestari as a sustainable tourist attraction in Denpasar City. This study uses an interpretive qualitative analysis method. Data collection was carried out through literature study, observation, in-depth interviews, triangulation and focus group discussions (FGD) with key informants including Subak Lestari officials, Denpasar City Government Agencies, Expert Team from academics who designed Subak Lestari, the Government and Pokdarwis in the Village and local Villages, as well as tourism actors. The results of this study found that there is a need for special management that manages Subak Lestari as tourist attraction, comprehensive HR training and assistance from related agencies, construction of tourism support facilities that still pay attention to paddy field productivity, implementation of policies and giving strict sanctions for violations related to land conversion and outreach to the community regarding the benefits of subak development as a sustainable tourist attraction. The conclusions from the research results are (1) Krama Subak is expected to maintain awig-awig in preserving agricultural land and open up to the concept of developing Subak as a tourist attraction; (2) the government is responsible for determining policies and collaborating with various related parties; (3) Academics conduct studies on concepts that are suitable for development in Subak, especially as a tourist attraction; (4) The community participates in preserving the Subak environment which has been designated as a tourist attraction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi yang ada di Subak Sambangan sebagai daya tarik ekowisata. Antara lain potensi yang ada di Subak Sambangan, analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan, dan ancaman yang ada di Subak Sambangan. Penulis melakukan penelitian di Desa Sambangan, Kecematan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng. Dengan informan yang berasal dari Desa Sambangan yaitu klian Subak Sambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan data yang selanjutnya dipaparkan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat adalah lembar observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Subak Sambangan memiliki potensi alam, Subak Sambangan memiliki luas 91 hektar, dan memiliki potensi buatan seperti Palowan Hidroponik dan Krisna Adventure. Selain itu Subak Sambangan memiliki wisata kebudayaan yaitu upacara yang dilakukan di Subak Sambangan agar diberikan keberkahan pada saat proses panen padi, baik subaknya maupun warganya. Kekuatan (Strenght) yang ada di Subak Sambangan memiliki lanskep view yang menarik dan sangat indah, serta Awig-Awig yang kuat sebagai norma. Kelemahan (Weaknesses) yang terdapat di Subak Sambangan, kurangnya promosi, dan kurangnya fasilitas pendukung atraksi wisata. Kesempatan (Opportunities) yang ada di Subak Sambangan adalah sebagai salah satu tempat wisata berbasis ekowisata, yang terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan sehingga mampu menambah perekonomian masyarakat Desa Sambangan. Ancaman (Threat) yang dapat mencemarkan lingkungan disekitar Subak Sambangan berupa masih banyak sampah plastik, sehingga merusak sistem irigasi air di Subak Sambangan.Kata kunci: Subak Sambangan, potensi, daya tarik ekowisata.

Subak secara fungsional ada dalam tatanan masyarakat hukum adat Bali yang secara turun-temurun telah menjadi tumpuan untuk menyangga kesejahteraan anggota kesatuannya dengan filosofi Tri Hita Karana. Ditetapkannya subak sebagai warisan budaya dunia oleh UNESCO memunculkan problematika mulai terdesaknya subak seiring dengan pengaturan oleh hukum negara melalui berbagai kebijakan sesuai status subak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan subak dalam kaitannya dengan ketentuan hukum negara yang berorientasi kesejahteraan sesuai harapan ideal krama (anggota) komunitas subak khususnya dan mewujudkan tujuan negara untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum. Hal ini mengingat laju ekonomi dan pariwisata dominan mengarah pada komersialisasi subak. Metode yuridis normatif dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa orientasi kesejahteraan dalam pengaturan subak belum secara optimal dirumuskan karena masih ditentukan dalam berbagai aturan terkait subak. Apalagi terdapat inkonsistensi ketentuan dan dibentuknya Dewan Pengelola Warisan Budaya Bali, diantaranya adalah Badan Pengelola Daya Tarik Wisata sebagai pengelola subak yang lebih berpusat pada keuntungan ekonomi.
