Abstract:
Studie se věnuje otázce poznávací hodnoty ego-dokumentu, jehož autorem je Lubomír Doležel, Život s literaturou. Vzpomínky a rozhovory (2013), vydaném jako šedesátý svazek v edici Paměť pražským nakladatelstvím Academia. Díky analýze textu dostáváme informace nezbytné pro vytvoření obrazu minulosti generace Čechů narozených před druhou světovou válkou, jako je duchovní atmosféra tohoto historického období, kterou nelze reprodukovat na základě jiných dokumentů. Pro naše účely se jednalo o náčrt reflexe části autobiografických závěrů Doležela, česko-kanadského lingvisty, teoretika literatury řazeného mezi zástupce třetí generace českého strukturalismu, generace spojené sdíleným prožitkem války a působící v podobném politicko-intelektuálním kontextu (dominance marxismu a strukturalismu). Jeho text je záznam jisté reality, záznamem a svědectvím viděných míst, potkaných osob, událostí, jichž byl svědkem, a zanecháním stopy po sobě a světě, ve kterém byl účastníkem.

Selected onomatopoeic verbs in Czech and Polish languages — word-forming potentialThe article is acontrastive analysis of word-forming potential for six Czech and Polish ono­matopoeic verbs, such as: HLTAT / ŁYKNĄĆ; 2 CHLEMTAT / CHŁEPTAĆ; 3 CHROUPAT / CHRUPAĆ; 4 MLASKAT / MLASKAĆ; 5 SRKAT / CHLIPAĆ; 6 ŠPLOUCHAT / CHLUPAĆ. Using methodology of word-formation nests, two aspects of these words were analyzed: 1 abstract word-forming paradigm, 2 aword-forming chain. The analysis showed that in both languages ono­matopoeic verbs quite regularly will derive verbs naming the result of the action and the verbs expressing intensity or weakening of the action. In Czech language there are also verbs naming completion of the action, verbs accentuating the beginning of the action or its direction. Word-form­ing chains are different: Czech are constituted by: verb → adjective → adverb, Polish by: verb → noun → verb.Ke slovotvornému potenciálu zvukomalebných slovesv češtině a polštiněZáměrem autorky je konfrontovat slovotvorný potenciál onomatopoických sloves češtiny apolštiny spojených s jídlem apitím, např.: 1 HLTAT/ŁYKNĄĆ; 2 CHEMLAT/CHŁEPTAĆ; 3 CHROUPAT/CHRUPAĆ; 4 MLASKAT/MLASKAĆ; 5 SRKAT/CHLIPAĆ; 6 ŠPLOUCHAT/CHLUPAĆ. Používá při tom metodologii slovotvorných hnízd, což znamená 1 vertikální analýzu hnízda — až na typický slovotvorný svazek, 2 horizontální — postupnou derivaci, kterou lze popsat v rámci slovotvorných řetězců. Zanalýzy vyplývá, že se v obou jazycích derivují substantiva s významem výsledků děje aslovesa vyjadřující zesílení nebo zeslabení děje. K typickému českému slovotvorném svazku patří také slovesa s významem úplnosti děje, slovesa zdůrazňující začátek procesu nebo jeho směr. Slovotvorné řetězce jsou v obou jazycích odlišné: v češtině je tvoří základní sloveso → adjektivum → adverbium; v polštině: základní sloveso → substantivum → sloveso

Diploma thesis deal with design of laser beam shaping system. The theoretical part presents basic information about the light spread lika the optical beams. There are also properties of optical and optoelectronic components that are used for shaping the laser beam. The next section provides basic molding methods, their principles and qualities. In the last, experimental, part is first introduced designed computer algorithm, which is then used to calculate the quality parameters shaped laser beams. Following, there are presented the results of measurements and calculations for some of these methods.

The aim of this thesis is to study a free space optics and its application in communication technologies. It describes possible interrupting impacts on the beamed optical signal, which are signal noise, attenuation of the atmosphere and atmospheric turbulence. The basis of the thesis is to describe the impact of the atmospheric turbulences on the optical beam. Fluctuation of optical intensity in the optical beam has been measured and index of refraction structure parameter calculated. With its assistance, turbulence rate has been determined.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze all the activities of the Alliance of municipalities of Novoborsko in the period between 1998 -- 2008. First part is dedicated to examine the actions taken by optional Alliance of municipalities in Czech Republic, in concrete their legislation, economy, positive and negative features of their mutual cooperation. Next part analyzes the Alliance of municipalities of Novoborsko and the way it works in practice, its financial situation, sponsors of projects, cooperating partners; its comprehension by local citizens, and its contribution to the individual municipalities and the whole region in general. The implementation of projects carried out by the Alliance during its 10 year existence and valuation of all its activities is depicted as well, together with the examination of its consequences on the development of the above mentioned region.

Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the possibilities of municipal cooperation in the Czech Republic, specifically on voluntary groups of municipalities. The aim is to analyse their activities and the advantages they bring to the involved municipalities. In the theoretical part, the various possibilities of municipal cooperation are generally outlined. Further, some important terms and aspects of regional development and municipal cooperation are explained, including the most important preconditions for such cooperation. In the practical part two examples of municipal cooperation are shown - The group of municipalities of the river Desná valley and Jesenicko Micro-region. Basic information about those subjects, their formation and activities including their most important projects can be found in here. The last two chapters deal with comparison of both micro-regions, especially in the fields of fundraising and management. They include also the results of the structured interviews with some of the representatives of involved municipalities and the data gained from a survey carried out among the citizens of some of those municipalities.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with problems of control and diagnostics of electron beam technological devices which use electron beam for localised intensive heating of a material. A brief description of the electron beam welder MEBW-60/2 is included; the author has participated on its development and implementation. Main topics are the analysis of deflection system properties and the measurement of current distribution of the beam (so-called beam profiles). Geometrical aberrations, hysteresis, stability and dynamics of a single-stage magnetic x-y deflection system are described. Suitable measurement procedures and correction methods are introduced. Methods of transverse and longitudinal beam profile acquisition is presented using successive sampling of the local current density of the beam by a modified Faraday cup. The data processing and evaluation of characteristic beam parameters are shown. The presented methods were verified by fourteen experiments using the electron beam welder. The methods have proven to be useful in practical evaluation of the device properties.

Abstract:
This thesis is created in cooperation with ABB. The aim of this work is to design and implement technical modifications in an already existing robotic workplace where a production of cable assemblies is situated. These modifications are important so that the cable assemblies made by a robot would be confirmed by a production control. The work is divided into five parts. The first one is devoted to the analysis of a current state of a cable assembly production. In the second part the causes of a reject production are discussed. The third section describes some possible ways of corrections of problems connected with the workplace. The fourth part describes an implementation of selected technical modifications. In the last section used technical modifications are evaluated.

Thesis describes shortly types of waves and beams. Gaussian beam properties and parameters are described in more details, Gaussian beam is the most used in atmospheric optical links. The main goal of work is studying of possibilities of laser beam shaping, mainly the beam Top hat. In this project reasons why is suitable to shape laser beam for optical communications and the most used methods for shaping of laser beam are described. The suggested processes of beams shaping are experimentally verified and properties of beams shaped of single methods are compared with each other.

Abstract:
The work deals with methods of measuring the parameters of the ultrasonic beam generated by piezoelectric sensors. The theoretical part contains a literature search of methods for the analysis of the ultrasonic beam generated by piezoelectric transducers with dimensions of units of millimeters. The problematics of measurement using piezoelectric or optical fiber hydrophones is investigated in more detail. The scope of the practical part of the work is the design and implementation of measuring equipment that allows spatial analysis of the beam during propagation by a complicated signal path, for automotive level and concentration sensors of the company Vitesco Technologies s.r.o. The system uses a hydrophone method to measure the ultrasonic beam. Due to test measurements, the repeatability of the measured results is confirmed, the results are discussed in the end.

This work is focused on the study of the intensity profile of optical beams. In the first part problematics of optical beams from theoretical point of view is discussed, Model of realistically circular symmetric beam in an ideal lossless, stationary, homogeneous and isotropic medium is formed in Matlab®. The next part of the thesis deals with implementation of automatic workplace for measuring intensity profile of optical beams. Within the thesis - PCB desing of photodetector in Eagle®, is discussed. Custom application for controlling the motorized linear stage M – IMS 400 and communication with photodetector in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010® was created.

This chapter aims to set out relevant discourse and approaches to consider when planning strategies for acquiring and building knowledge for formal ontology construction. Action Research (AR) is offered as a key means to help structure the necessary reflexivity required to enrich the researcher’s understanding of how they know what they know, particularly within a collaborative research setting. Formålet med religionsfaget defineres i lov og lærerplaner. Dette er dokumenter som fortolkes av mange instanser, men iverksettes daglig i skolehverdagen av lærerne. Hvordan forstår de faget? Artikkelen tar utgangspunkt i en undersøkelse om fagforståelse blant et utvalg nyutdannede religionslærere på Vestlandet og fokuserer på et sentralt spørsmål i aktuell religionsdidaktikk; skal religionsfaget først og fremst tjene som en integreringsarena i det flerkulturelle samfunnet, eller skal religionsundervisningen også kunne berøre eleven eksistensielt og personlig? Svært få lærere i denne undersøkelsen svarer positivt på spørsmål om faget skal hjelpe eleven til å utvikle sitt eget livssyn. De legger vekt på at faget skal tjene samfunnsfellesskapet. Men personlig utvikling hos elevene er likevel en viktig målsetting med faget for flertallet, ikke i form av å hjelpe eller motivere elevene til livssynsmessig2 avklaring, men gjennom kunnskap og samtale å utvikle holdninger som trengs i et flerkulturelt og flerreligiøst samfunn.

Abstract:
By studying how primary care providers organize their services for people with concurrent substance abuse and mental health problems (dual diagnosis), this study aims to investigate formal and informal integration mechanisms. The study has an explorative approach based on interviews with people with dual diagnosis, managers, and front-line professionals in a Norwegian municipality of medium size. We found poor formal structures for internal coordination between services for mental health care and services for substance abuse, although they were organised in the same unit. Further, there were challenges in cooperation between this unit and the other healthcare units. Front-line professionals seemed to compensate for poor formal organisational structures with individual, informal coordination arrangements. Drawing on organisational theory, in particular the dilemmas of street-level bureaucrats and the role they play in policy implementation, this chapter discusses the importance and limitations of informal coordination measures for people with dual diagnosis.

Elektronisk utveksling av finansiell informasjon skjer i stadig større grad ved hjelp av rapporteringsformatet XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), som sies å gi både regnskapsprodusenter og regnskapsbrukere fordeler, blant annet i form av effektivitet og mer sammenlignbar informasjon. Fra og med 01.01.2020 stilles det for eksempel krav om at børsnoterte foretak i EU må benytte en form for XBRL-rapportering i sine konsernregnskap. Samtidig stilles det spørsmål ved om informasjonen som kommuniseres ved hjelp av denne typen formater, vil være mindre beslutningsnyttig, og om ikke dette er spesielt problematisk dersom man befinner seg i et prinsippbasert regnskapsregime som IFRS. I dette kapittelet undersøker vi først (1) hvilke former for elektronisk rapportering av finansiell informasjon som benyttes i Norge. I forbindelse med implementering av XBRL i EU er det interessant å kunne bygge på erfaringer fra bruk av XBRL-formatet i USA, og vi oppsummerer derfor tidligere forskning for å svare på følgende spørsmål: (2) I hvilken grad preges XBRL-regnskap av rapporteringsfeil? (3) Når benytter selskap egentilpassede rapporteringselementer? (4) Hvilken betydning har bruk av egentilpassede rapporteringselementer for regnskapsbrukerne? (5) Blir finansregnskap mer sammenlignbare etter implementering av XBRL? Vår oppsummering konkluderer med at forskningen på dette området i liten grad gir klare svar på disse spørsmålene, og det bør oppmuntres til ytterligere forskning.

Abstract:
Regnskapslovens straffebestemmelse i § 8-5 og straffeloven § 392 gir ingen klar angivelse av når et feil regnskapsestimat blir straffbart. Revisor har ved sin gjennomgang et avklart vesentlighetsprinsipp å forholde seg til. Noe tilsvarende finnes ikke uttrykt i regnskapsloven, men teori og reelle hensyn tilsier at noe tilsvarende finnes også i regnskapsretten. Ut fra de nevnte bestemmelsenes ordlyd og forarbeider vil imidlertid ethvert avvik fra beste estimat kunne straffeforfølges, og den begrensede rettspraksisen som foreligger, gir ikke noe grunnlag for å konkludere med det motsatte. Påtalemyndighetene synes i sin praksis å legge inn en nedre grense for hva som faktisk blir straffeforfulgt, men dette belyser ikke selve straffbarheten i særlig grad og bidrar ikke til forutsigbarhet. Det er heller ingen påviselig forankring for å si at den nedre grensen som praktiseres av påtalemyndigheten, er bygget på, eller forutsetter, noe regnskapsrettslig vesentlighetsprinsipp. Det synes å være et rettssikkerhetsproblem at lovteksten favner for vidt og/eller gir for svak forutsigbarhet, samt angir straff på forhold som ikke vil bli straffeforfulgt. Rettspolitisk burde det vært inkludert et vesentlighetsbegrep i straffebestemmelsen.

Abstract:
I dette kapittelet vurderer vi informasjonskvaliteten til regnskaper utarbeidet av selskaper notert på de uregulerte markedsplassene Merkur Market, NOTC og «Family and Friends» per 31.12.2018.1 Studien bygger på en antagelse om at regnskaper utarbeidet etter IFRS, vil gi mer og bedre informasjon for investorer enn regnskaper utarbeidet etter God regnskapsskikk (GRS). Samtidig vil insentiver og press kunne medføre at selskaper som bruker GRS, gir mer informasjon enn det minimumskravene skulle tilsi, noe som gjør det nødvendig kvalitativt å vurdere den faktiske regnskapspraksisen (med utgangspunkt i sentrale avvik mellom IFRS og GRS). Vi observerer at mange selskaper velger å være organisert som aksjeselskap fremfor allmennaksjeselskap, velger GRS som regnskapsspråk fremfor IFRS og generelt utarbeider regnskaper med lav informasjonskvalitet. Spesielt er det uventet at så mange små foretak velger å benytte forenklingsregler når de samtidig ønsker å hente inn risikovillig kapital i et notert aksjemarked. Interessant nok er det selskapene notert på Merkur Market, som er nivået før ordinær børsnotering på Oslo Børs (Hovedlisten) og Oslo Axess, som avgir regnskaper med lavest informasjonskvalitet. Våre observasjoner avdekker svakheter ved informasjonskvaliteten på flere sentrale områder. Dette kan medføre høyere kapitalkostnad, mindre tilgang på kapital og lavere likviditet på aksjene til disse selskapene. En markedsløsning for produksjon av regnskapsinformasjon hvor omfang og kvalitet på informasjonen bestemmes av tilbud og etterspørsel, synes ikke å fungere. Gjeldende regulering synes heller ikke å evne å ivareta investorenes informasjonsbehov i tilstrekkelig grad. Kapittelet viser at det trolig eksisterer for svake regnskapsplikter for selskaper notert på uregulerte markedsplasser.

Abstract:
The article presents selected results of the analysis of a sample of voluntary associations of municipalities, which was carried out in connection with the elaboration of the methodology of well-functioning associations by the Czech Ministry of the Interior. Multipurpose voluntary associations operating in a functional micro-region identical or similar to the ORP territory (territory of municipalities with extended power) were examined. The formal aspects of their functioning, managerial models, methods of communication, value aspects, etc. were examined. This article focuses on the first examined area, ie. the formal aspects of the functioning of associations. It is based on a formal analysis of the founding documents and articles of association, their comparison and assessment. The information was subsequently verified in the form of controlled interviews with representatives of the unions. The survey shows that the variability in the setting of organs and relationships within the bundles is not significant, it concerns only some roles and names (designations) of organs. I.e. all the associations examined showed the same similar features in terms of the division of tasks between the supreme and executive bodies. Partial differences were identified in the relationship between the highest and the executive body (within the scope of the tasks that were delegated), in the way of recruiting new members, and the sanction of the member community in case of non-fulfillment of obligations. The chairman always represents the association externally. He himself, or in cooperation with the secretary or his deputy (occasionally) participates in organizing the operation of the association. Associations seldom create bodies of working, initiating or control nature. Their position does not have to be regulated by the statutes. Subsequently, recommendations for the effective operation of the bundles are formulated. In the event that the chairman cannot devote himself to the activities of the association on a full-time basis, it is necessary for the successful operation of the union to appoint the position of manager or secretary.
