There are defined the methods of modelling the illumination systems, their advantages, disadvantages and possibilities of using. Furthermore, the thesis deals with modelling of two illumination systems by ray-tracing in programming environment of MATLAB. The diploma thesis deals with light dosimeters and modern printing and coating techniques for thin-film formation. The subject of experimental study is the optimization of photosensitive compositions for the preparation of disposable, printed and thin-film dosimeters for visible light. Sensitivity, reproducibility and irreversibility of their color change were optimized. Compositions were calibrated for desired light dose. Functional samples for gallery were fabricated and stability of functional samples were tested at high temperatures of storing.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá rozptylom elektromagnetického žiarenia na biologickej bunke použitím metódy konečných diferencií v časovej oblasti (FDTD), Bornovej aproximácie a Rytovovej aproximácie. Metóda FDTD dáva presné výsledky v širokej škále problémov. Je spravené porovnanie Bornovej aproximácie a Rytovovej aproximácie prostredníctvom FDTD metódy. Ďaľšia časť práce zahrnuje krátky popis koherenciou riadeného holografického mikroskopu CCHM. Záverečná časť sa venuje zobrazeniu rozptýleného poľa získaného z jednotlivých simulácií pomocou simulácie objektového ramena mikroskopu CCHM.

This diploma thesis focuses on electrochemical sensors to detect radiation in the blue region of the visible spectrum. As a semiconducting material for the manufacture of the sensor, a suspension of tungsten trioxide was found. The individual elements of the sensor were applied by pad printing techniques or screen printing. Using linear voltammetry and chronoamperometry, the magnitude of the generated current was measured and radiometric calibration was performed. The properties of the layers were characterized by profilometry, optical and electron microscopy.

Tkáňová optika nabývá rychle na významu a přesná znalost optických vlastností biologických tkání je podstatná pro výzkum v biomedicíně i pro kontrolu kvality potravin. A Matlab numerical model for scattering simulation was proposed based on the solution derived from the Beckmann-Kirchhoff scalar theory of scattering of electromagnetic waves from rough surfaces. A series of various synthetic surface samples were obtained using the open source software Gwyddion on which numerical simulations of scattering were carried out. The validity of this numerical model was tested and compared with experimental results.
