Abstract:
Social relations in modern times is now very universal, without limitation of religion, race, and class, then it allows two people of different religions into love, affection, and was about to enter into marriage. On the other hand, freedom of religion in Indonesia is guaranteed in the Constitution and protected in points on human rights. In Islamic law known several methods in the determination of a law one of which is Syad Zari’ah, is defined as preventive measures to avoid the ugliness. Imam al-Syatibi, One philosopher of Islamic law has its own ideas about these methods. In Usul al-Fiqh Study, Syad Zari’ah interpreted as closing the road that leads to destruction. Imam al-Syatibi at defining about Syad Zari’ah “do a job which all contain kindness changed to an ugliness”. someone doing a job that basically allowed because it contains a kindness, but the objectives to be achieved end on an ugliness. haram law in this case not because of his own actions, but the law forbidden here because the objectives to be achieved from such actions. this is called the practice of Syad Zari’ah. This method is deemed the application form from the rules of fiqh “dar’u al-mafasid muqaddamun ‘ala jalbi al-masalih”. From the other side, haram law here is also based of maqasid syari’ah in keeping religion in order to avoid switching to another religion

Abstract:
In this study we try to describe polygamy in the perspective of Syadz adz-Dzari'ah, namely prevention, because it is feared that there will be conflicts within the family, between wives and husbands, between other wives, and between children. This research is a comparative literature study, the study material comes from literature sources. The technique of collecting data is by means of observation data collection (organizing data). Second, through library research. namely seeing, observing, seeking. The approach uses qualitative. The data were then collected and analysis techniques were carried out. The results of the data analysis were written in descriptive form. Data analysis used the content analysis stage, comparative analysis (content analysis and differentiating analysis). analyzing polygamy in the perspective of Syad ad-Dzari'ah. Polygamy when it causes ongoing conflicts and is unable to provide legal solutions, it is better to avoid it because when conflicts and disputes occur, the household will not be realized as sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah and barakah families. Even though marriage aims to find happiness, tranquility, blessings and all one's actions after marriage have the value of worship.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to answer the formulation of the problem of how is the objective condition of Islamic law in the politics of law in Indonesia and to find a concept to integrate Islamic Islamic law into State law. The research method is qualitative with a normative, philosophical and sociological approach. Substantially, the idea of formalizing Islamic law in Indonesia cannot be maximized without adaptation and reform to Islamic law, namely through ijtihad and maslahat. Every text of the Al-Qur’an and hadith that contains the law must contain maslahat. So that maslahat is an attempt to explore the meaning of the text of the Al-Qur’an. Maslahat is operationally manifested in the form of ijtihad theories, for example; qiyas, maslahah mursalah, istihsan, syad al-zdari’ah and urf. Likewise, maslahat affirmation of laws that are not contained in the Al-Qur’an and hadith, can be confirmative and can also be negative. The identification of maslahat as the essence of maqashid al-sharia is based on 1) the texts of the Al-Qur’an, the majority of which are in the form of amar and nahyu, (2) Illat and wisdom found in al-Quran and hadith, (3) al-Istiqra’.

Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian tentang ”Penari dan pemahamannya terhadap pesan dakwah dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat’’. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apa saja pesan-pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat? dan bagaimana perspektif penari terhadap pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat dan juga untuk mengetahui pemahaman penari dalam memahami pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam syair tari Rateeb Meuseukat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi, khususnya dengan penari Rateeb Meuseukat di Sanggar Seni Seulaweuet. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kemudian dideskripsikan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam sya’ir tarian Rateeb Meuseukat berupa ajakan kepada umat manusia agar selalu ingat kepada kematian dan juga selalu beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Sya’ir tarian Rateeb Meuseukat mengandung beberapa nasehat dalam menjalani hidup di dunia ini. Dari perspektif penari, hasil yang ditemukan adalah masih banyaknya penari yang belum mengetahui dan memahami keseluruhan isi dari pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat karena susahnya memahami bahasa Aceh yang digunakan dalam lirik sya’ir tarian ini. Penari juga belum mampu menyampaikan pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat kepada penonton dikarenakan lebih fokus kepada gerakan sehingga belum mampu menghayati pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam sya’ir tari Rateeb Meuseukat.

Abstract:
Tidak ada argument untuk menolak kualitas sanad hadis dikatakan shahih, sepanjang seluruh periwayat yang terdapat yang terdapat dalam sanadnya berkualitas tsiqah dan mutassil, yakni sanadnya bersambung. Faktanya ada sanad hadis yang tampak berkualitas shahih akan tetapi setelah dilakukan penenlitian ulang dan seksama melalui komparasi semua matan yang semakna, ditemukan adanya kejanggalan. Dalam wacana ilmu hadis kejanggalan dinamai syaz atau syudzudz. Cabang ilmu ini menegaskan bahwa kegiatan penelitian sanad masih belum dinyatakan selesai bila penelitian tengtang kemungkinan adanya syaz belum dilaksanakan dengan cermat. Penelitian ini akan membahas wacana syaz dan permasalahannya dalam wacana ilmu hadis.

L'oeuvre du somali William J. F. Syad (1930-1933), articule, sur le mode d'Eros multiples, un désir qui convoque trois poétiques. 1) La poétique de la perspective met en valeur la distance dans le désir ; l'autre est l'objet d'un Eros sexuel tendu vers l'espace-temps de l'union ; l'autre figure de l'un qu'annonce un Eros spirituel des amants unis ; le soi collectif somali, l'horizon d'un Eros de combat pour lequel la Nation se fonde sur l'unité, tragiquement déréalisée par les contradictions néo-coloniales. 2) Une poétique du renversement place l'objet dans l'instance du désir. Ainsi du désir d'un autre de soi, pour lequel un Eros civilisationnel senghorien conçoit le monde en l'homme noir qui s'y ressource par intuitive participation, et pour lequel un Eros culturel pose la différence de l'autre - l'Ethiopienne - comme part essentielle du sujet - Somali - en désir de son autre lui-même. Ainsi du désir d'un autre du désir : un Eros lyrique, inspiré du poète somalien Elmi Boodhaari, renverse la notion de manque en plénitude subversive de la subjectivité ; un Eros critique envisage la révolution dans le procès même de l'engagement. 3) S'amorce enfin une poétique du dépassement des risques d'obsession, d'institutionnalision et d'Empire, selon le mouvement d'un désir du désir. Les variations musicales de l' oeuvre, le concert des identités créatives ainsi qu'une représentation non totalitaire de la totalité, fondent la triple dimension esthétique - éthique - hérétique d'un Eros total pour lequel beauté, civilisation et plaisir sont dans la constance ininterrompue de la relation et de la vie.

Abstract:
The Christian doctrine of original sin has ever since the Reformation been a central part of Lutheran theological understandings of human beings. Therefore it is of vital importance to see how this doctrine can be understood in a plausible way, with regards to contemporary society, 500 years after Luther is said to have nailed his 95 thesis to the door of the church in Wittenberg. The present study explores what contemporary issues different interpretations of the doctrine must interact with, and suggest a way of evaluating the plausibility and Lutheran identity of such interpretations. Two expositions of the doctrine of original sin published by Lutheran theologians in the 2010s are then evaluated: Utanför paradiset by Eva-Lotta Grantén (ethicist, Uppsala) and In Adam’s Fall by Ian A. McFarland (professor of Divinity, Cambridge). Particularly four aspects of their interpretations are analysed: the relationship to human experience, the integration of contemporary science and culture, the internal coherence and their narrative’s Lutheran authenticity. Even though both interpretations have their flaws, they can largely be seen as both plausible and Lutheran. Grantén gives a wholly existential picture of the original sin, while McFarland tends to see it in ontological terms. In order to avoid the pitfalls in their interpretations, a further developed understanding of the doctrine is proposed, integrating both the ontological and existential aspects.

L’organisation du système agroalimentaire du Nicaragua est fortement influencée par le Mouvement Coopératif Paysans (MCP) hérité de la révolution sandiniste. Dans un contexte de réaffirmation du rôle des agricultures familiales et paysannes dans les trajectoires de développement, cette thèse en économie politique propose une réflexion prospective sur des leviers potentiels d’accompagnement de stratégies d’écodéveloppement. Fruit d’une recherche qualitative de terrain, l’analyse des entretiens menés auprès de paysans et paysannes dans trois zones rurales du Nicaragua permet de dresser un panorama motivationnel de l’organisation en coopérative. Cette recherche aboutit en premier lieu à l’identification et à la qualification de dynamiques de type « SYAL-Coopérative » (Système Agroalimentaire Localisé de base Coopérative). Rapprochant agroécologie et écologie industrielle radicale, elle permet en second lieu de questionner le rôle de l’idéal-type de l’écosystème dans la structuration des systèmes agroalimentaires ainsi que dans la définition des trajectoires d’écodéveloppement
The Nicaraguan agrifood system organization is strongly influenced by the Peasant Cooperative Movement (MCP) inherited from the Sandinist Revolution. In a context in which the role of family farming and peasant agriculture in development trajectories tend to be reaffirmed, this thesis in political economics offers a prospective reflexion on potential levers to support Ecodevelopment strategies. As the fruit of a qualitative field research, the analysis of the interviews carried out with peasants in three rural areas of Nicaragua enables us to draw a motivational panorama of cooperative organization. This research results firstly in the identification and qualification of Cooperative-LAFS (Cooperative based Localized Agri-Food Systems) dynamics. Secondly, it enables, while bringing together agroecology and radical industrial ecology, to question the part of the ideal-type ecosystem in structuring agrifood systems, as well as in defining and accompanying Ecodevelopment trajectories

Den här studien grundar sig på en undersökning av projektet R.I.S.K. som avRäddningstjänsten Syd initierats som en motåtgärd för att stävja och förebyggaden händelseutveckling och problematik som varit i stadsdelen Rosengård ochsom inneburit att brandmän i sitt vardagliga arbete har fått möta hot ochvåldssituationer. Projektet bygger på konceptet att ett antal utvaldahögstadieungdomar ges möjlighet att praktisera hos Räddningstjänsten Syd en dagi veckan istället för att deltaga i den ordinarie skolverksamheten. Under våren2010 har verksamheten grundat sig på en samverkan mellan RäddningstjänstenSyd och högstadieskolorna Apelgårdsskolan, Rosengårdskolan ochÖrtagårdsskolan. Syftet med studien har varit att studera de projekthändelser ochsamverkanserfarenheter som representanter från de olika organisationerna harkunnat identifiera. Vi har även undersökt hur specifika projekthändelserrespektive samverkanserfarenheter kan hanteras för att främja ett framtida arbeteinom projektet. I studien har en kvalitativ metod använts för insamling,bearbetning och analys av empirin. Resultatet visar att projektet har organiseratsutifrån en form av kollegial samverkan vilket har medfört att arbetet kringungdomarna kommit att präglas av problemmekanismer gällande fram för alltvarierande ambitionsnivåer, olika tolkningar av regelverk samt olika grader avdelaktighet från organisationernas ledning. För att underlätta ett framtida arbetebör samverkan även lyftas till en organisatorisk nivå och grunda sig påformaliserade och regelbundna möten i en samverkansgrupp vilket i sin tur kanmöjliggöra en god grund för kommunikation. Genom dessa åtgärder kanförutsättningar för en koordinerad samverkan skapas.

Abstract:
Nonlinear finite element analysis was performed to predict the thermal fatigue for leadless solder joint of TFBGA Package under accelerated TCT (Temperature Cycling Test). The solder joint was subjected to the inelastic strain that was generated during TCT due to the thermal expansion mismatch between the package and PCB. The solder was modeled with elastic-plastic-creep property to simulate the inelastic deformation under TCT. The creep strain rate of solder was described by double power law. The furthest solder away from the package center induced the highest strain during TCT was considered as the critical solder ball to be most likely damaged. The effects of solder meshing on the damage parameters of inelastic strain range, accumulated creep strain and creep strain energy density were compared to assure the accuracy of the simulation. The life prediction equation based on the accumulated creep strain and creep strain energy density proposed by Syed was used to predict the thermal fatigue life in this study. The agreement between the prediction life and experimental mean life is within 25 per cent. The effect of die thickness and material properties of substrate on the life of solder was also discussed.

Abstract:
Brachytherapy is one the most effective treatment modalities for both gynecological (GYN) cancer and prostate cancer. The clinical outcome of brachytherapy, both high-dose-rate (HDR) and low-dose-rate (LDR), depends on the precision of the desired or planned dose distribution and delivery. In HDR procedure, the accuracy of reconstruction of catheters or needles (e.g. Syed catheter or Simon-Heyman capsule for GYN or needles for prostate) from CT images can significantly affect the accuracy of dose distribution in the treatment (dosimetric) plan, which can result in unwanted clinical outcome. In current practice, an authorized medical physicist manually reconstructs the catheters or needles for dosimetric plan, which determines the position and dwell time for the radiation source for delivering the prescription dose to the target volume sparing organs at risk (OARs) as much as possible. It is not only challenging but also time consuming for reconstructing all the catheters or needles (ranging 15–20) manually, slice-by-slice in CT images. As shown in Fig. 1, the needles on the right (HDR catheters) have created so much artifacts in CT images that it is almost impossible to reconstruct those applicators (catheters/ needles) manually. Additionally, the reconstruction can be operator dependent and can be inaccurate and inconsistent. In this study, we have investigated the applicability of electromagnetic (EM) sensor-based navigation for fast and accurate reconstruction of HDR catheters and needles.
