We present the results of a replication of the study carried out under the supervision of O.M. Dyachenko in 1995-1997, aimed at studying the individual characteristics of the cognitive development of preschool children. The aim of the presented study was to determine the characteristics of modern symbolic means for solving cognitive tasks use in preschool children. The relevance of replication is due to the importance of the study of the formation and development of various forms of mediation in the preschool age in general and the specific symbolic means in particular, as symbolic means being

The 2018 anti-government protests in Nicaragua generated a vast amount of photographic imagery, video documentation, and visual graphics. On the street and via social media, everyday citizens engaged with this material, activating a multisensory environment. The production of visual content was nonetheless accompanied by iconoclastic gestures; vandalism became a means of reclaiming Nicaragua’s revolutionary past and its symbols, while deploying them towards the making of a yet to be imagined political future. A Neuro–Symbolic Language for monotonic and non–monotonic parallel logical inference by means of artificial neural networks (ANNs) is presented. The result of this operation leads to an electronic circuit that we call NSP (Neuro–Symbolic Processor).

In contrast to this, we argue for the necessity of a formal representation of expert knowledge -- either to develop explicit scientific theories or to compensate for the lack of data. Symbolic substitution has been proposed as one means of performing digital computations optically [1,2]. In such a system, information is distributed throughout an assemblage of spatial patterns and is then processed via the transformation of these patterns. For example, the logical AND operator is represented by four transformations: 0 for 00, 0 for 01, 0 for 10, and 1 for 11. In addition, when the data are seen as patterns and the operator as a pattern transformation, spatial coding of patterns follows naturally.
