<h4>Abstract</h4> <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <p><em>The developing of economic law in this time, give substantial impact for the fairness of Indonesian society. The fairness is expected start from making regulation, implementation by official enforcement, legal culture then supported with good infrastructure and supported with society, seems haven’t distribute equally and proportionaly. This is because the values of Pancasila that eroded with economical interest of business and political interest of ruler so much act that made judicial reviewed that corrected one or some even acts that canceled by Mahkamah Konstitusi. Therefore, the values of Pancasila should be guidlines to making policy or political policy of Indonesian economic law, and should synergetic of making regulations, implementations by official enforcement, legal culture that supported with good infrastructure and supporting from society in order to create Indonesian economic of law according values of Pancasila according to state goals.</em><em> </em></p> <p><strong>Keywords </strong><em>: renewal, system, economic, law, Pancasila.</em><em> </em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <h3>Abstrak</h3> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>Perkembangan hukum ekonomi masa ini membawa dampak secara substansial bagi keadilan masyarakat Indonesia. Keadilan yang diharapkan mulai dari pembuatan regulasi, implementasi oleh aparat penegak hukum, budaya hukum kemudian didukung dengan sarana prasarana yang baik dan didukung pula oleh masyarakat, nampaknya belum terdistribusi secara merata dan proporsional. Hal ini disebabkan karena nilai-nilai Pancasila yang mulai terkikis dengan kepentingan ekonomi para pengusaha dan kepentingan politik penguasa sehingga banyak undang-undang yang terbentuk mengalami judicial review yang dikoreksi salah satu atau beberapa pasal bahkan undang-undang yang dibatalkan oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi. Maka dari itu nilai-nilai Pancasila hendaknya menjadi pedoman dalam penyusunan arah kebijakan atau politik hukum ekonomi Indonesia, dan hendaknya ada sinergitas dalam penyusunan regulasi, implementasi oleh aparat penegak hukum, budaya hukum yang ditopang dengan sarana prasarana yang baik dan dukungan masyarakat agar tercipta hukum ekonomi Indonesia yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila sesuai tujuan negara.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>pembaharuan, sistem, hukum, ekonomi, Pancasila.</p>

Abstract. The effect of intermolecular interactions on processes of micelle formation and adsorption in binary mixtures of non-ionic Triton X100 (TX100) with ionic sodium dodecyl sulfate and dodecylpyridinium bromide surfactants was studied. The ionic surfactants have identical hydrophobic alkyl chain and different hydrophilic groups. A feature of the used binary surfactant mixtures is that critical micelle concentrations and surface activity of the individual components are considerably different. A synergetic effect of decreasing of the surface tension was found in the surfactant mixtures. It was shown that the mixed adsorption layers and the micellar phases are enriched with the nonionic surfactant. For both sodium dodecyl sulfate/TX100 and dodecylpyridinium bromide/TX100 systems, the synergetic effects were most pronounced at a high molar fraction of the nonionic surfactants in the mixture. By using the Ruben-Rosen model, molecular interaction parameters in the mixed micelles βm, and in the adsorption layers βσ were evaluated. As was shown βm and βσ parameters to be notably higher for sodium dodecyl sulfate/TX100 mixture.
 Resumen. Se estudia el efecto de las interacciones intermoleculares en el proceso de formación y adsorción de micelas en mezclas binarias de Triton X100 (TX100), no iónico, con dodecil sufato de sodio y bromuro de dodecil piridinio, ambos iónicos, como surfactantes. Los surfactantes iónicos tienen cadenas alquílicas hidrofóbicas idénticas y grupos hidrofílicos diferentes. Una característica de las mezclas binarias de surfactantes que se utilizaron es que las concentraciones micelares críticas y la actividad superficial de los componentes individuales es considerablemente diferente. Se encontró un efecto sinérgico de decremento de la tensión superficial en las mezclas de surfactantes. Se muestra que las capas mixtas de adsorción y las fases micelares están enriquecidas con surfactante no iónico. Tanto en el sistema dodecil sufato de sodio/TX100 como en el caso de bromuro de dodecil piridinio/TX100, los efectos sinérgicos fueron más pronunciados en las mezclas con fracciones molares altas de los surfactantes no iónicos. Utilizando el modelo de Ruben-Rosen, se evaluaron los parámetros de interacción molecular en las micelas mezcladas βm y en las capas de adsorción βσ. Se muestra que los parámteros βm son βσ son notablemente mayores en la mezcla de dodecil sufato de sodio/TX100.

Purpose: the article is devoted to theoretical research and proof of social adaptability existence as a personality property, its connection with adaptation and disadaptation, its research from the point of psychological approach, as well as empirical ways of searching quick recognition of adaptive ability decrease of young organism and psyche. Objectives: 1) to research theoretical approaches to social adaptability existence as a personality property, its connection with adaptation and disadaptation, 2) to explore scientific views on adaptability within the integrity paradigm, 3) to show emirically options to study adaptability using projective methods. Methods: theoretical methods were used, such as average qualitative indicators analysis, correlation analysis, namely, quantitative and qualitative analysis of adaptability indicators and projective methodology markers. Results: theoretical analysis of different approaches to personality social adaptability and its links to adaptation and disadaptation was carried out. As a diagnostic tool, projective diagnostic methods were used, which allowed to quickly reflect the level and social adaptability indicators of the first-year student. Average values of general social adaptability were researched and their correlation with other adaptation disorders markers was confirmed. Quantitative and qualitative analysis between adaptability indicators and projective markers was performed. As a conclusion, we built up a model of fifteen factors, this research indicated that the predominance of some bright colours in the drawings corresponds to general adaptation increasing, orientation in society and reducing depression, as well as increasing emotionality. In its turn, the presence of monochrome colours shows an emotional increase and the state of health decrease. If a person uses hatching in drawings, this indicates a rigidity decrease. Some compositional figures highlight an increase in general adaptation and accuracy of social expectations orientation. The presence of such compositional principles like center, rhythm and proportions in the figures indicate an increase in general adaptation and satisfaction and decrease in disadaptation and depression. Conclusions: according to the research, we identified the role of social adaptability of a young person, investigated the phenomenon of adaptability using theoretical methods, and practically performed an experiment, using a projective technique.
