Abstract The reaction of lithiated 1,3-bis(fluorodimethyl)cyclotrisilazane with PF3 leads to the formation of a PF2-substituted six-membered Si-N ring (1). 1,5-Bis(difluorophosphanyl)-2,2,4,4,6,6,8,8-octamethyl-cyclotetrasilazane (2) is obtained in the reaction of the dilithium derivative of the cyclic tetrasilazane with trifluorophosphane in a molar ratio 1:2. The crystal structure of (F2P-N-SiMe2-NH-SiMe2)2 (2) has been determined.

Abstract:
Dans le cadre de l'etude du mecanisme de la chitine synthase, une n-acetylglucosaminyltransferase qui biosynthetise la chitine a partir de l'udp-glcnac, nous avons envisage la synthese d'analogues de l'etat de transition. En nous appuyant sur le mecanisme des glycosidases, nous avons suppose le passage par un intermediaire oxycarbenium et nous avons choisi de generer des composes en serie n-acetylxylosamidine ou n-acetylxylosamidoxime. Dans un premier temps, nous avons realise la synthese, en 10 etapes, d'un xylonolactame a partir de l'aldehyde de garner, porteur d'un premier centre asymetrique. Cette synthese a pour etapes cles une reaction d'homologation de type wittig et une reaction de cis-dihydroxylation permettant de generer deux nouveaux centres asymetriques. Apres transformation de ce lactame en thiolactame, nous avons ensuite mis au point une reaction de deprotection-acetylation qui nous a permis d'acceder a un n-acetylxylonothiolactame. Enfin nous avons synthetise un derive n-acetylxylosamidoxime. Parallelement a ce travail, nous avons entrepris une etude preliminaire afin de synthetiser des composes analogues de l'udp-glcnac, possedant egalement une fonction amidine ou amidoxime. Pour ce faire, deux strategies ont ete explorees a partir de composes modeles. L'une implique l'alkylation d'amidoxime et l'autre s'appuie sur la condensation d'une amine nucleophile sur un thiolactame. Nos resultats nous ont permis d'acceder a une premiere generation de derives en serie n-acetylxylosamidoxime, analogues potentiels de l'ion oxycarbenium.

La premiere partie est consacree a la synthese de substrats de la protease du virus d'immunodeficience acquise. Les peptides synthetises, porteurs ou non d'un chromophore, et de sequence issue d'un substrat naturel de ce virus permettent d'etudier les proprietes biochimiques de cette enzyme. La deuxieme partie concerne la synthese d'inhibiteurs de la glucosamine synthase d'escherichia coli. Les syntheses des analogues de ses substrats, la glutamine et le fructose-six-phosphate, nous ont conduits a etudier plusieurs voies d'acces aux analogues phosphoniques du fructose-six-phosphate ainsi qu'aux derives de l'acide diaminopropionique et de l'acide glutamique. Le test de ces composes sur la glucosamine synthase nous a permis de progresser dans la connaissance des proprietes biochimiques de cette enzyme

An essay for a new approach to the concepts of institutional analysis. Criticizing the theorical paradigmes of implicit and explicit social sciences, author tries to develop new instruments facing the problematic of the centralized "decentralization". In this framework, author accepts the notion of the utilization of synthetisers : - between the different spheres of scientific knowledge. -between the scientific and the mytho-poetical knowledge. - between the scientific and the common sense knowledge. The concepts of the "synthetical implication" and "sociosynthesis" are developped for taking a step. The research is composed of five essays to practice these concepts

La condensation en milieu acide d'un indole non substitue en position 3 sur la naphtoquinone-1,4 conduit a l'(indolyl-3)-2 naphtoquinone-1,4. Lorsque cette quinone est substituee en position 2 (alkyle, aryle, halogene, oh, ome. . . ), on obtient l'indolylquinone fonctionnalisee. L'action d'un exces d'indole sur la naphtoquinone-1,4 conduit a de nouvelles structures: les diindolyl-2,3 naphtoquinones-1,4 que l'on peut egalement obtenir par action de l'indole sur la monoindolylquinone. Cette derniere condensation permet de former des diindolylquinones dissymetriques. Certains des composes formes ne sont pas quinoniques: il s'agit de diindolylnaphtols substitues. La condensation d'un indole sur l'hydroxy-5 naphtoquinone-1,4 (juglone) aboutit a la formation des nouvelles indolyl-3, diindolyl-3,8 et triindolyl-3,6,8 hydroxy-5 naphtoquinones-1,4 dans cet ordre. L'addition en plusieurs etapes des indoles permet de panacher les residus indolyles sur la juglone. La condensation d'un indole sur la naphtoquinone-1,2 mene a l'(indolyl-3)-4 naphtoquinone-1,2. Nous avons developpe toutes ces nouvelles familles d'indolylnaphtoquinones, dont la formation est tres sensible aux conditions experimentales et a la nature de l'indole reagissant

Abstract:
In contrast to Beethoven’s music, Schubert’s music has been described through the concept of “a-finality” (Fischer 1983), employing the same elements repeatedly. In this sense, Schubert’s music seems incompatible with the kind of “processual” thinking which is typical for Beethoven’s music. This paper addresses such incompatibility through a comparison of the slow movements of Schubert’s piano sonata D 840 with those of Beethoven’s piano sonata No. 8 (op. 13) which is one of the possible precursors for D 840. The second movement of D 840 features an ABABA structure in which the themes of the first part A and the first part B become integrated into the second part A. This kind of integration differs fundamentally from the design of Beethoven’s op. 13, insofar as the two themes are combined while they also maintain their initial form. This mode of combination suggests Schubert’s own type of synthetic or “processual” thinking.

Die Energienetze in der Schweiz sind zuverlässig und stabil – doch es gibt neue Herausforderungen. Eine ist, dass die neuen erneuerbaren Energiequellen – Photovoltaik- und Windanlagen – nur unregelmässig Strom erzeugen. Es braucht daher mehr Flexibilität im Energienetz: Auf der Angebotsseite mit neuen Speicherlösungen für Strom und Wärme, auf der Nachfrageseite mit einem automatisierten Lastmanagement. Zudem müssen die Synergiepotenziale zwischen den verschiedenen Energieträgern genutzt werden.

Abstract:
Im Abfall steckt sowohl direkt wie auch indirekt viel Energie. So werden in der Schweiz pro Jahr Siedlungsabfälle mit einem Energiegehalt von rund 60 Petajoule verbrannt. Die daraus direkt zurückgewonnene Energie deckt etwa 4 Prozent des Endenergiebedarfs. Das grösste Potenzial der Abfallwirtschaft liegt aber meist darin, beim Recycling sekundäre Rohstoffe zu gewinnen und so indirekt die energieintensive Produktion von primären Rohstoffen zu verhindern. Um den Beitrag der Abfallwirtschaft zur Energiewende zu optimieren, braucht es in einem ersten Schritt vor allem Verbesserungen hinsichtlich einer transparenten Dokumentation der Material- und Geldflüsse und darauf aufbauend eine energetische Priorisierung der verschiedenen Verwertungs- und Entsorgungswege. Als diejenigen Abfallfraktionen mit dem grössten Verbesserungspotenzial wurden Papier und Karton sowie Plastik identifiziert. Bei Papier und Karton lassen sich aufgrund der sehr grossen Mengen bedeutende Effekte erzielen. Gebrauchte Kunststoffe werden mit Ausnahme der PET-Getränkeflaschen bisher erst wenig getrennt gesammelt. Ein grosses Optimierungspotenzial wurde auch bei der Energieeffizienz der Verbrennungsanlagen identifiziert. Damit KVAs die entstehende Wärme wirkungsvoller nutzen können, müssen aber Abnehmer für Dampf und Wärmeenergie in ihrer Nähe angesiedelt sein. Ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor für einen Wandel hin zu einer energieeffizienten Abfallwirtschaft ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den vielen Akteuren der föderalistisch organisierten Branche. Diese muss sich zum einen vermehrt entlang der Wertschöpfungsketten organisieren. Zum anderen gilt es dabei aber auch, die Freiräume der föderalen Vielfalt zu nutzen, um unterschiedliche Lösungswege zu testen.
